브랜드 권위성과 윤리성이 구매·추천의도에 미치는 영향에 있어서 브랜드 진정성의 매개효과

지금까지 브랜드 진정성에 관한 선행연구들은 브랜드 진정성을 측정할 수 있는 척도를 개발하는데 집중하여 왔다. 그러나 이제는 통합적인 시각에서 제안된 척도의 활용에 대한 고려가 필요할 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 브랜드 권위성과 윤리성이 구매·추천의도에 미치는 영향에 있어서 브랜드 진정성의 매개적 변수효과 모형을 개발하고 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구를 위해 설문방법을 이용하였고, 분석을 위한 데이터는 직장인을 대상으로 수집한 총 136개의 데이터를 적용하였다. 그리고 자료의 분석은 구조방정식모형을 사용하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 브랜드 권위성과 윤리성은 구매추천의도에 직접적인 영향을 미치기 보다는, 브랜드 진정성을 매개로하여 영향을 미치는 것이 더 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 브랜드 권위성과 윤리성은 브랜드 진정성에 영향을 미치는 주요 변수인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 직장인의 구매·추천의도에 대한 정보를 탐색함과 동시에 브랜드 관리 정책 수립에 있어서 브랜드 진정성의 중요성을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다. Prior researches on brand authenticity so far have focused on the scale development for measuring brand authenticity. However, at the point of time it is necessary to consider the utilization of the proposed scale in an integrative approach. Accordingly, this study aims to examine brand authenticity mediated the effect of brand authority and ethicality on purchase and word-of-mouth intention. The survey method was used for this paper, and data from a total of 136 office workers were used for the analysis. And structural equation model was used to analyze the data. The results of this empirical study is summarized as followings. First, brand authority and ethicality do not have a direct effect on purchase and word-of-mouth intention but brand authenticity mediates the effect of brand authority and ethicality. Second, brand authority and ethicality have positive effect on brand authenticity. This study provides information on the purchase and word-of-mouth intention of salary man. Further, it will provide meaning suggestion point of the importance of brand authenticity in establishing the policy of brand management.

진시황(秦始皇) 각석(刻石)의 수사학적 탐구 : 송(頌)을 중심으로

본고는 한문의 여러 장르 중 ‘송(頌)’에 나타난 표현 기술(記述)을 탐구하는 데 목적이 있다. 고대의 ‘송’은 신들과 조종 선왕께 제사를 지내면서 신명과 성덕을 찬미하고, 현재의 정치적 통합을 신께 간절히 빌며 미래까지 지속할 나라의 영속성을 염원하는 내용을 담았다. 진시황(秦始皇)은 자신의 업적을 기리며 돌에다 ‘송’을 새기게 하였다. 본고에서는 『사기』 「진시황본기」에 남아 있는 각석(刻石)의 내용을 중심으로 구성과 표현 기술에 집중하여 수사학적 탐구를 하고자 한다. 각석의 내용을 수사학적으로 분석한 결과, 진시황의 공덕을 노래하는 정치적·역사적 통일 과정뿐만 아니라 국가 권력의 상징적인 요소들도 나타났다. 순행이 진행되면서 각석의 표현에는 진시황이 겪는 현실과 이상세계의 괴리가 점점 드러났다. 본고는 이러한 과정에서 나타나는 내용과 단어들의 다양한 변화를 수사학적 표현 기술로 탐구하였다. 이어서 진시황 각석에 나타난 ‘송’으로서 표현 기술의 의미를 역사성, 공덕성, 통치관과 권위성을 중심으로 살폈다. 또 당시 변화하는 정세와 불안정한 정치 경향, 군신 관계의 갈등 속에서 진시황이 중시했던 법률은 정신적, 도덕적 가치의 이념과 무력으로 행사된 사회의 권력 관계, 사회적인 규범·풍속과 연결되어 있음을 밝혔다. The purpose of this inquiry is to explore the expression shown in the Song(頌) among the various styles of Chinese characters. The Song is a tribute to the spiritual words and holy virtues that people perform religious service to the gods and commemorative rites for ancestors worship, and the Song is about praying to God for the current political integration and wishing for the permanence of the country until the future. In honor of his achievements, the Qin Shi Huang(秦始皇) carved the hymn on the stone(刻石). Thus, this inquiry would like to focus on the contents of carved the stone recorded in the Shiji(史記) Qin Shi Huang Basic Annals(秦始皇本紀). I want to look at the composition and expression description to be the basis of rhetorical exploration. The rhetorical expression description shown here, based on the authority of the record, the continuous historical characteristics of the past, present, and future, which are praised along with the subjects and the people, are included. And that the situation is changing at the time, the paradoxical tone of speech and exaggeration, which includes unstable political trends and conflicts between the military and the military relationship, are included.

경찰의 태도에 대한 인식이 대학생의 경찰직업 선택에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

This paper aims to construct the new paradigm of the police by totally analyzing professional natures of the police through measuring the students' attitude from the department of the police adminstration as candidates of the police toward the police,and as a result of this study, the students' preference to the police was lower than the police expect it. It was shown that the students have not been positive about their sense of closeness and anti-human nature toward the police in the intention of choosing jobs and their attitudes, and the police's dynamic activities have a great influence on choosing the job as a police officer. The students had high awareness of the police's conservative nature, and this means that the police have strong authoritative nature and conservative attitude. On the other hand, The awareness of the police's dynamic activities plays a very important role in choosing jobs, and should stick to work with confidence, ambition, and conviction. Accordingly, I suggest the following paradigms. First, the police should install an exclusive organization related to the police's job evaluation. Second, the paradigms related to the police's activities should be changed. Third, the police should have their organization's innovation much more enforced. Fourth, the police should build up much newer relations with the community.

The Purpose of this research is to compare the feminine modesties expressed in the clothes of women`s college students in 1980s and 1990s, and to find out the social cause of the change of modesty by reference data. Korean women`s college students in 1980s considered feminine modesty very important in the selection of clothes but students in 1990`s had quite different attitudes. The major cause of this change may be due to the fact that the traditional conservative values in clothes were diminished in 1990`s. The main cause of different values in 1980s and 1990s is the rapid social change of korean society in this period. The concrete factors of changes were the change of authoritarian aesthetic values and the positive orientation to diversity individuality sensibility and sexuality.

《大明會典》性質新考

《대명회전(大明會典)》은 명대 영종(英宗) 천순(天順)2 년(1458년)에 처음 발의 되었으나, 헌종(憲宗)대에도 논의만 되다가 효종(孝宗) 홍치(弘治) 10년(1497)에 서박(徐薄), 유건(劉健) 등에게 실제 착수하게 하여. 5년 뒤인 1502년에 완성을 보았다. 그러나 효종이 사망하면서 반포 되지 못하였고, 무종(武宗) 즉위 후 이동양(李東陽) 등에 교정 하게 하여 정덕(正德) 6년(1511년)에 인행하게 되었다. 때문에 《정덕회전(正德會典)》이라고도 한다. 그 이후로도 가정(嘉靖) 8년(1529년)과 24년~28년(1545~1549년)에 두 차례 속수(續修) 하였고, 만력(萬曆) 4년(1576년)에도 중수 작업이 이루어졌다. 원래 180권으로 이었으나 만력중수본에 이르면 228권에 이르게 된다. 《대명회전》은 관원(官), 직무(職), 운영규칙(事) 등 세 영역으로 나누어 명제국의 중앙과 지방에서 다양한 각급 행정기구의 직관구성, 정무직장(政務職掌)과 운영규칙 등을 규정하고 있다. 그런데 이 책의 성격에 대해서는 명확하게 규정되지 않고 있다고 할 수 있다. 이 책이 행정에 관한 내용들을 다루고 있어 행정법전이라 하는 경우가 많으나, 각 영역의 법률을 모아 둔 것이어서 법률휘편이라 하기도 하고, 또 시대가 흐르면서 계속 증보 되어 왔기 때문에 사서라 하는 경우도 있다. 이 책에서 다루고 있는 내용을 보면 관원(官), 직무(職), 운영규칙(事) 등을 법률적으로 규정하고 있다. 또 이 책의 편수에 사용된문헌들로 《제사직장(諸司職掌)》, 《황명조훈(皇明祖訓)》, 《대고(大誥)》, 《대명령(大明令)》, 《대명집례(大明集禮)》, 《홍무예제(洪武禮制)》, 《의례정식(禮儀定式)》, 《계고정제(稽古定制)》, 《효자록(孝慈錄)》, 《교민방문(教民榜文)》, 《대명률(大明律)》, 《군법정률(軍法定律)》, 《헌강(憲綱)》 등은 대체로 법률문서이다. 또 실제 《대명회전》이 거론되고 있는 상황을 보면 국가 경영의 가장 기본적인 준칙의 지위를 갖는 것을 볼 수 있다. 따라서 명대의 국가를 구성하고 경영하는 헌법적 성질을 갖는 법률문서라 할 수 있다. The Da ming Hui dian is the law governing the world in the Ming Dynasty, which stipulates the fundamental and constitutive political, economic, cultural and legal systems of the Ming Empire. It has the status of great classics and great law in the legal system of the Ming Dynasty. It is a legal text with constitutional nature for us to understand the constitution of the state in the Ming Dynasty. In terms of content, the Da ming Hui dian stipulates the composition, administrative duties and operation rules of the central and local administrative organs at all levels in the Ming Empire from three aspects of official, post and affairs, so as to realize the omni-directional and multi field coverage of the Ming Empire’s officials and people and social life, and embody the authority of the code. The documents cited in Da ming Hui dian are all the legal texts implemented by the state at that time, reflecting the legal nature of the code. In the process of compiling Da ming Hui dian, the emperors and ministers of all dynasties affirmed the position of the great law of the world. In the political and legal practice in the middle and late Ming Dynasty, the Da ming Hui dian was regarded as the basis for dealing with major national matters, overall affairs, or major and difficult matters. The actors involved in the case included monarchs, ministers and people, from the emperor, noble, civil and military officials, to ordinary people, or even Korea and other foreign vassal states Treatment basis.
