전통적으로 군수지원체제 구축과 결과품질에 관심이 집중되는 환경 속에서도 군수현장에서는 상호작용 품질에 대한 사용부대의 니즈가 나타나기 시작했다. 군수 기능 중 보급, 정비, 급양부대가 제공하는 군수지원 서비스품질 차원 중에서 상호작용 품질이 사용부대의 만족에 더 큰 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났는데, 특히 정비기능의 상호작용 품질이 가장 영향력이 크게 나타났다. 설문조사를 통한 실증분석 결과와 현장 군수종사자의 인터뷰가 이를 잘 증명하고 있으며, 고객과 상호작용 활동이 두드러지는 정비 기능의 특성이 이를 뒷받침하고 있다. 또한 상대적으로 직무만족이 높은 정비부대 종사자가 제공하는 서비스가 사용부대의 만족을 향상시키는 결과를 가져왔다. While the Military Logistics System and its Outcome Quality have been Emphasized, User Unit’s needs on Interaction Quality Begin to Appears as a New Subject in Logistics Field. Interaction Quality of Supply, Maintenance and Foods Among Logistics Functions Influenced much more to User Unit’s Satisfaction. Especially Maintenance on Satisfaction was Prominent. Analyses of the Survey and Interview with Field Employees Supported the Results, and the Characteristics of Maintenance Function also Accord with those. Moreover, the Service Maintenance Employees, who Showed Higher Job Satisfaction Among Three Functions, led to Higher Satisfaction of User Units.

다영역작전 관점에서 육군의 군수지원 개념 발전방향 : 美 육군의 다영역작전시 군수지원 교리와 군사이론을 중심으로

현재 韓 육군은 다영역작전(Multi-Domain Operations) 개념을 발전시키기 위해 다방면으로 연구를 진행 중이지만 전투수행기능 중 일부 분야에만 편중된 연구가 진행 중이다. 또한 기존 다영역작전에 대한 선행연구 자료들 역시 정치적·전략적 수준 측면의 기동과 화력 분야에만 집중되어 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 韓 육군이 다영역작전 개념을 육군 교리에 적용하기 위한 연구를 진행함에 있어서 전투수행기능 중 지속지원의 일부인 군수지원 개념을 어떻게 발전시킬 것인지에 대한 방향성을 제시하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 美 육군의 다영역작전 개념 및 다영역작전을 위한 군수지원의 핵심 사항에 대하여 美 교리를 통한 문헌연구를 실시하였고, 군사이론의 사례를 통해 다영역작전과 군수지원에 대한 시사점을 도출하였다. 또, 韓 육군의 군수지원 체계의 문제점이 다영역작전에 미치는 영향을 분석 후, 이를 종합하여 발전 방향을 제시하였다. 이 연구는 육군이 다영역작전을 교리에 적용하기 위해 전투수행기능이 통합된 연구를 진행 시 다영역작전을 위한 군수지원 개념의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있음을 시사한다. Currently, the Korean Army is conducting research in various ways to develop the concept of multi-domain operations, but research is focused on only some of the combat performance functions. In addition, previous research data on the existing multi-domain operations are also focused only on the fields of maneuver and firepower at the political and strategic level. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to present the direction of how the Korean Army will develop the military support concept, which is a part of continuous support, in conducting research to apply the concept of multi-territorial operation to the army doctrine. To this end, a literature study was conducted through U.S. doctrine on the concept of the U.S. Army's day-to-day operation and the key points of military support for day-to-day operation, and implications for day-to-day operation and military support were derived through examples of military theory. In addition, after analyzing the impact of the problems of the South Korean Army's military support system on day-to-day operation, the direction of development was presented by synthesizing this.
