20世纪90年代以来的全球化进程, 对中国的岭南文化发展影响巨大。资本的扩张与全球经济一体化必然形成文化上的诉求, 使岭南文化原有的多样性逐渐减弱, 西方文化的同质化特征日趋明显。但因全球化并非均质的、同一的进程, 而是呈现出相互交错的、互不平衡的态势, 使得岭南文化依然均有保持自身特点的空间。文化格局中的中心与边缘位置并非永恒不变, 边缘文化具有自身独特的活力, 可以成为特定地域中人们的精神、情感寄托。文化具有物质、制度和精神三个不同层次, 岭南文化面对全球化的强力冲击, 一方面应该以发展经济、科技为原则 另一方面应坚持民族的、地域的文化特性, 取长补短, 在融合中发展。 Since 1990s the process of globalization has had a great influence on the development of Lingnan Culture. The expansion of capital and the integration of the global economy will inevitably form cultural appeals, which will weaken the original diversity of the Lingnan Culture and make the homogenization characteristics of western culture more and more obvious. However, because globalization is not a homogeneous and identical process, it presents a staggered and unbalanced situation, which makes the Lingnan Culture still maintain its own characteristics. The position of the center and the edge in the cultural pattern is not eternal. The edge culture has its own unique vitality and can become the spiritual and emotional sustenance of people in specific areas. Culture has three different levels of material, system and spirit. On the one hand, the Lingnan Culture should face the strong impact of globalization. On the one hand, it should be based on the principles of developing economy and science and technology. On the other hand, it should adhere to the cultural characteristics of the nation and region, learn from each other's strengths, and develop in the process of integration.

中国地方政府提升区域文化软实力的对策研究: 以广州区域文化软实力构建为中心

本文以粤港澳大湾区视阈中的广州为中心,考察广州基于自身发展状况提 出的“新岭南文化,壮大文化产业,建设世界文化名城”的文化软实力提升战 略。同时,在国内外学者已有相关理论研究成果的基础上,考察中国地方政府 提升区域文化软实力的必要性。在研究方法上,本文利用SWOT分析逐一对广 州文化软实力的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战进行分析,较为全面地考察广州的文 化资源、岭南文化形象及地方政府提升区域文化软实力面临的困境和挑战。指 出要紧抓提升区域文化软实力战略导向、粤港澳大湾区振兴带来发展契机的重 要机遇,柔性运用地方文化资源、推动文化公益性产业协同发展、大力发展地 方经济水平,为地方政府提升区域文化软实力建言献策。本文期待能为地方政 府顺应文化经济时代转型发展,加快落实经济社会协调发展提供实践指导。此 外,本文还期待为推动中韩两国学者的区域文化软实力研究和政策研究,提供 可借鉴的启示。

지역 문화와 영남 무용은 모두 지리적 환경과 자연 조건을 토대로 장기간에 걸쳐 형성된 산물이며, 본 연구는 먼저 지역 문화와 영남 창의 무용의 상호 의존 관계를 명확히 살펴본다. 그 다음 영남 창의 무용에서 영남 지역 문화의 역할과 생성 방식을 고찰하며, 이를 토대로 지역 문화가 담긴 영남 창의 무 용의 형태 특징을 도출하고 요약한다. 마지막으로 영남 무용에 대한 지역 문화의 의미를 분석하고 이를 통해 양자의 공동 발전을 촉진할 수 있는 관련 의견을 제 시한다. Regional culture and Lingnan dances are both products of different geographical environments and natural conditions for a long time. This paper firstly defines the interdependence between regional culture and Lingnan new dances; secondly, discusses the functions and generation mode of Lingnan regional culture in these new dances, and refines and summarizes the morphological characteristics of Lingnan new dances containing regional culture; and in the end, analyzes the significance of regional culture to Lingnan dances, and advances some relevant thoughts on how to promote their joint development.
