법과학대학원 도입에 관한 연구

과학수사는 현대 사회에서 일어나는 복잡한 양상의 범죄를 해결하는 필수적 인 요소가 되었다. 법과학은 과학수사에 적용되는 모든 학문분야를 의미하는 용어이다. 공판중심주의의 강화와 국민참여재판의 시행으로 과학적 수사기법 을 통한 법의 집행에 대한 사회적 요구가 증가하고 있는 시점에서 수사전문가 들의 법과학적 지식은 매우 중요하다. 그러나 아직까지 우리나라에서는 법과 학을 체계적으로 교육하기 위한 환경이 만들어져 있지 않다. 미국의 경우 AAFS 에서 법과학 교육의 기준을 제시하고 관리하는 등 국가가 법과학 교육 의 수준을 직접 통제하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 경찰 교육기관에서 벗어나 대 학 차원에서의 법과학 교육을 활성화하기 위해 국립과학수사연구원에서 법과 학 교육의 기준을 만들고 스스로 인증기관이 되는 것, 국제 기준에 맞는 법과 학 프로그램 구성, 연구소 및 학회의 운영 등을 제안하였다.

맞춤형 취업지도 방안 연구 : 순천향대학교 사회과학대학 졸업생들을 중심으로

The purpose of this study was to develop a foundation for planning a customized job guidance system for social science major students at Soonchunhyang University, In order to suggest a practical implication related to the student support system, the recent graduates of the College of Social Science at Soon chunhyang University were surveyed. A total of 110 graduates representing all majors of this college, Participated in this study. According to the empirical results, it appeared that a college-wide strong job search guidance system which are structured focusing on sharpening foreign language and interview skills should be initiated. The implications of the result are discussed to construct a customized career planning guidance svstem for social science majors at Soonchunhyang University.

충남지역 사회복지사 근무환경에 대한 비교 분석

The purpose of this study is to analyze empirically the social workers' working condition in Chungnam. For this purpose, secondary data was used and raw data were collected from 7,865 individuals of social workers through questionnaires. The major findings are as follows. 1) They were working longer terms, working time, working days. 2) They were paid smaller salary. 3) They were lower job satisfaction, especially co-worker relation, supervisory relation, perceived promotional opportunities. 4) They were higher intent to leave.

애착과 감독이 청소년의 자기통제에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 첫째, 청소년에게 있어서 부모, 선생님, 친한 친구 및 지역사 회의 애착과 부모 및 지역사회의 감독의 정도 둘째, 애착과 감독이 청소년의 자기통제에 미치는 영향 등을 남자청소년과 여자청소년으로 나누어 검토하였 다. 조사대상자는 한국청소년정책연구원의 패널데이터에 포함된 2,433명의 청 소년이다. 분석을 위해서는 SPSS 18.0을 사용하여 기술통계분석, t-test, 상관 관계분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 선생님 애착의 경우 남자 청소년이 여자청소년에 비해 더 높게 나타났고, 부모 애착, 친한 친구 애착, 부모 감독의 경우 여자 청소년이 남자 청소년에 비해 높게 나타났다. 지역사회 애착, 지역사회 감독 및 자기통 제는 남자청소년과 여자청소년 간에 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 남자청소년과 여자청소년 모두에게 있어서 부모와의 애착과 감독이 증가할수 록 자기통제가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 남자청소년의 경우에는 지 역사회 감독이 그리고 여자청소년의 경우에는 선생님과의 애착이 증가할수록 자기통제가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 부모에 의한 애 착과 감독, 선생님의 애착, 지역사회의 감독을 증진하기 위한 노력의 필요성이 논의된다.

순천향대학교 사회과학대 학생의 진로인식 및 진로지도개선에 관한 연구

This study conducted an empirical research to find ways to guide the career of college students in the social science at Soonchunhyang university. Research findings are as follows. 1) About 42% respondents answered that they did job-seeking efforts. 2) With regard to job preparing efforts, students spent their time on improving their English ability, major classes, computer ability, and license obtaining. 3) Job-related information sources in the school were not fully utilized by the students. 4) In the future, students hope that our school strengthen its PR efforts, open more English-related classes, improve its school image as a local university, and provide more job-related information The study concludes with implications of the study results and suggestions for career guidance of students.

노령화에 따른 사회보장지출의 정부재정에 대한 효과 분석

This article has attempted to analyze the effects of social protection spending on the public finance in Korea. The analysis has been carried out in two different sectors of income protection and medical protection. I first estimated the financial projections of both the income protection system and the medical protection system in the future, and discussed policy measures for addressing the problems arising from population aging. The analysis of this study has been based on the outcome of a simulation model which has incorporated various variables to reflect the factors affecting the aging population. The results of the simulation confirmed that the aging population exerts great impacts on national pension as well as on medical insurance. This study confirmed that the national pension reserves will be exhausted by 2040 and the national pension payout will amount to some 7 percent of GDP by 2050 if the current system will remain unchanged. Besides, social expenditures to provide income protection to poor elderly who are not covered by the current public pension plans will add the significant pressure for budget increase in the future. As for the health insurance program, the total medical expenses will amount to approximately 8 percent og GDP by 2050 and the expenditures of medical aid to the poor will also increase rapidly. In sum, social expenditures for both old-age income protection and medical protection is expected to increase to nearly 20 percent of GOP, and thereby posing a great threat to fiscal soundness in the future. Hence, it is crucial to undertake reforms of the various social insurance programs to make them more financially sustainable and socially adequate. The structural imbalance of the current public pension schemes needs to be adjusted and the more comprehensive multi-pillar old-age income protection system should be established. As for the heath insurance program, measures to improve its managerial efficiency and to enhance cost-awareness of the providers and consumers of the medical services should be developed.

The purpose of this study is to derive meaningful implications as to the way how to inspire attachment to the school for the students in the college of social science at Soonchunhyang University from a survey research. This study may provide some important implications in terms of how to manage the university such that the students become more satisfied with and love their university. This may contribute to enhancing the competitiveness of the university. Overall, the results of this study suggest that the students in the college of social science tend to make positive evaluations on the university. Especially, their evaluations appear to be more positive after they entered the university than before. However, still, there are many things with which the students are very dissatisfied. We believe that the whole family of Soonchunhyang should try to address these problems, and therefore, ultimately, improve and enhance the competitiveness of the university.

충청남도 서북부지역 고교생들의 유치방안에 관한 연구

Students applying for Soonchunhyang University are mainly from Seoul City, Kyeonggi Province, and Choongnam Province. Attracting high school students from Seoul and Kyeonggi areas getting more competitive among colleges, and thus require more time and money. Meanwhile, recruiting high school students form local area become more economic and effective for Soonchunhyang University due to its location. This study is to find out the factors that influence students and their parents in the northwestern Choongnam Provice in applying for university admission. The survey of students and their parents in Chonan, Asan, Yesan, Dangjin, Seosan, Taean and Hongsung reveals that they prefer colleges located in Seoul and Daejeon to those in Asan and Chonan. They responded that notoriety, facilities and student welfare service as important factors in selecting colleges. They also showed high interest in whether the colleges offer new field of major, cultural environments, atmosphere for hard study, employment opportunity after graduation, and scholarship and financial aid. They obtained information of prospective colleges less from mass media such as newspapers and TV than internet, admission guidebooks by colleges, and publications from private institutions for college admission.

사회복지기관의 후원 활성화에 관한 연구 : 대구·경북지역을 중심으로

본 연구는 대구․경북 지역의 사회복지기관을 대상으로 후원현황을 조사 분 석하여 후원활성화의 정도를 확인하고, 후원활성화를 위한 개선 방안을 모색 하고자 하였다. 대구․경북의 사회복지기관 88개 기관을 조사대상으로 조사․ 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 먼저, 후원 관련 특성에서 후원전담자 유무와 타 업무 병행여부는 지금까지 최근의 연구들에 비해 그 비율이 현격히 높아진 것으로 확인되었다. 후원자 개발 프로그램 활용 정도는 전체적으로 보통 이상으로 나타났으며, 기관의 후 원자 관리현황은 여러 방법을 활용하고 있으나 차별적 서비스 제공이나 후원 이 중단된 후원자에 대한 관리는 미미하여 이에 대한 강화가 필요할 것으로 보였다. 다음으로 조직특성에 따른 후원활성화 실태분석에서 후원활성화 준비 도가 설립된 지 오래 되거나 직원 수가 많을수록 후원자 개발이 활발하다고 할 수는 없는 결과가 나왔다. 따라서 후원활성화를 위한 종사자들의 인식확대 와 전문적인 후원관련 교육훈련 프로그램이 필요하다고 판단된다.
