        학교스포츠클럽활동의 의미: 중학생들을 중심으로

        본 연구의 목적은 학교스포츠클럽활동이 중학생들에게 어떠한 의미를 지니는지를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 구체적으로 첫째, 학교스포츠클럽활동은 어떠한 또래문화를 만들고 있는지, 둘째, 학교스포츠클럽이 학생들에게 있어 어떠한 시간이 되고 있는지를 살펴보았다. 연구방법은 심층면담과 참여관찰을 병행한 질적연구방법을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 학생들은 학교스포츠클럽활동에서 게임과 소통·휴식의 또래문화를 형성하고 있었다. 남학생은 친구들과 가끔 다투곤 하지만 그들만의 룰에 따라 스포츠게임을 진정으로 즐기고 있었다. 반면에 여학생은 스포츠게임 자체를 즐기기보다 친구들과의 관계에 집중하며 소통과 휴식을 즐기고 있었다. 둘째, 학생들은 학교스포츠클럽활동을 하나의 탈출구로서 의미를 두고 있었다. 여가시간이 부족한 학생들은 학교스포츠클럽 시간을 친구들과 함께 놀 수 있는 시간, 즉 가뭄에 단비와 같은 자유 시간으로 여기고 있었고, 성적의 압박으로부터 벗어날 수 있는 시간, 체육시간과는 차별화된 시간으로 여기고 있었다. This study is aimed to examine what school sports club activities mean to middle school students. To attain this objective, this study first investigated what kinds of peer culture school sports club activities form, and second, what kind of time school sports club is for the students. For the research method, a qualitative research method was employed combining in-depth interview and participatory observation. The results showed that first, the students were creating the peer culture of games, communication, and relaxation through school sports club activities. Though fighting sometimes, the boy students were really enjoying sports games with their friends according to their own rules. On the other hand, girls were enjoying the relationship with friends, more focusing on communication and relaxation than on playing sports game itself. Second, the students thought of school sports club activities as an exit. Those students who lacked leisure time regarded school sports club activity as a time to play with friends, to escape from the pressure of good grades, and different from physical education.

        체육과 학생들의 내외통제성과 사회적응력의 관계

        The purpose of this study is to identify relationships between internal-external control and social adaptation ability of department physical education student's. To achieve the purpose, a survey, consisting of a questionnaire containing 31 items, was conducted with students who studied in the K university of Y city in Kyeonggido. As a result, a total of 279 students were selected using a convenience sampling method and responded with data for the final analysis. For data analysis, a frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were done using PASW 18.0 statistics programs. The conclusions, for department physical education students, are: first, internal-external control and social adaptation ability are correlated in all factors except internal control and sociability; second, internal-external control had a partially influence on social adaptation ability.

        중학생의 섭식억제, 체력지각 및 운동에 대한 동기: 성별 및 BMI 수준별 비교

        This study aims to investigate the gender differences in restrained eating, perceived physical strength, and motivation in physical activity, differences in those variables by BMI, and relationship between restrained eating and motivation in physical activity among middle school students. Participants were 483 students (male: 195, female: 288) who were studying at three middle schools located in Seoul, Korea. Age mean of parkipants was 15.1(SD=.63). The questionnaires and psychological tests used in this research included the following: The Intrinsic Motivation Inventory, Scale for Restrained Eating, and Perceived Physical Strength Scale. A t-test, Pearson-Product Moment, 2 (gender: male/female) X 2 (BMI: low BMI/high BMI) 2-way MANOVAs were performed . Result revealed that female students` or students who got hgher BMI were more likely to restrain their eating behavior than male students or students who got lower BMI. Males were more likely to do physical activity with interest and enjoyment, competence, and choices than females, while females were more likely to do physical activity with pressure and tension. There were significant negative relationships between male students restraint eating and interest/enjoyment, perceived competence, and perceived choice among motivation in physical activity. There were significant positive relationship between male students restraint eating and pressure/tension among motivation in physical activity. For female students, there was a negative relationship between restraint eating and perceived choice among mtivation in physical activity.

        지역사회복지 프로그램으로서의 생활체육 스포츠 아웃도어 활성화 방안

        In general, Life Sports, contribute to enhance the quality of loving by realizing various activities in our daily lives it is closely related th the well-being of a nation. This s tudy takes L ife Sport activities of the local residents as a positive and awarding welfare project that would satisfy the aim of the local welfare in daily lives of local people. so, it review the current status of and the way to activate Life Sport Program on the policy level, that would bring a number of effects with the financial investment relatively smaller than other welfare projects led by the local government. Foe the theoretical perspective that draws a logical orientation, this study explains theoretical and practical foundation, on which the necessity for the local social welfare is based, and reviews on operating organization, facilities, participation status, leadership status, program management of the self-governing bodies. Finally, on the basis of that, the study sets forth the proposal accordingly as below. First point requires the reorganization of the management system to make Life Sport routine activities for the local residents. Foe this, programs should be designed for the participation of various age groups at all social status, by pursuing changes in the system. Then, there should be a close connection along facilities, so that recipients may have an easy access to them. in addition, systematic management on Life Sport leaders need to be implemented such that it would guaranty continuous and systematic operation of Life Sport for the local residents. Financial support by the local government is another important resource that is required. Second is a support for the native organizations for Life Sport. While residents may join Life Sport on the individual level, it is more effective to operate in the for of clubs or associations. thus, there should be a min. Financial support for the expenses incurred by such organizations specialized in Life Sport. What needs more is the expansion of existing facilities, so as to be freely used by each club or association. Volunteer system is also in demand for those leaders who can supply systematic instruction for Life Sport. The system that allows people with an easy access to the required information is also highly desirable. Third, there should be a coordination system between governmental and private sector. Finally, it is one of the urgent matter for the government and The National Council of Sport for All to establish a system for the national Life Sport in accordance with the current circumstances and the of the nation and national character, specially in context where the nation will adopts the implementation of 5 working days in the very near future. In order to maintain the public health pursuant to the coming of information-knowledge based society, there should be a sympathy and sentiment to be formed on the perspective of individual, society, and institution, based on which appropriate system must be sought.

        한·중 교양체육의 비교를 통한 중국 교육과정 개선방안

        This purpose of this study is to draw up ways to improve the Chinese physical education courses through the comparison between Korea and China. To achieve the goal, selected 9 universities from Korea and 9 universities from China. The results of this study are as follows. First, the comparison of the subjects of the physical education classes between Korea and China shows similar historical and cultural similarities, but in the case of Korea, there are many subjects related to leisure activities and lifelong sports, so it is necessary to expand leisure sports in addition to existing sports in Chinese universities. Second, in the case of physical education classes in China, it is too practical to teach only athletic skills. In order to recognize the value and effectiveness of physical education on its own, it is necessary to open theoretical classes together to combine theory and practical skills. Third, it is necessary to apply subjective assessment factors to reflect the characteristics of physical education, which includes elements that are too difficult to quantify, although fair and objective evaluation is also important in the evaluation method. In the case of grades, it is also worth considering an alternative to providing opportunities for a large number of students to enjoy physical activities without any burden on their grades by passing or failing depending on the characteristics of the school.

        교양에서 체육교과 관련 연구의 키워드네트워크 분석을 이용한 동향 분석

        The study aims to identify research trend centered on keywords most frequently used in research on youth obesity with the topic of exercise during the recent 10 years (from 2000 to 2019) based on domestic academic journals published in the RISS. Keyword network analysis based on network algorithm was used. For the network text analysis, the SNA package of the R program (version 3.5.3) was adopted to extract major keywords based on frequency and to identify the connectivity between them. First, in regards to “Physical Education as Liberal Education” research with the topic of exercise, physical education (52 times), class satisfaction (38 times) and general physical education (24 times) had high centrality measures. Second, a total of 308 thesis papers were written between 2010 and 2019 with the keyword “Physical Education as Liberal Education.” As the research trend was compared based on the keywords used, the number of research decreased in 2011 and 2017, but it showed an upward trend in general. This phenomenon is considered to have occurred due to the change in the liberal education curriculum before and after 2010. Third, as the centrality of research trends that have the keyword “physical education as liberal education” was analyzed, “physical education”, “class satisfaction”, “intention to continue exercise”, “participation motivation”, and “fun factor” were frequently found. While these keywords are related to class satisfaction, the background is considered to be due to the tendency that prioritizes class satisfaction when it comes to physical education. As a result, it is found that Korea’s physical education classes in universities are mainly conducted in a form that aims to improve class satisfaction of students and instructors rather than focusing on the main value of boosting health, sociality, and autonomy through physical activities. However, an important key to remember is that it is important to build up a foundation for university students to form an exercise habit while improving physical strength and cultivate it for the rest of their life by focusing on the main role of physical education. Therefore, it is considered that a multi-directional approach toward the diversification and activation of physical education as liberal education is needed.

        대학 체육 수업의 재미거리가 운동몰입에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research is to verify the relationship the effect between enjoyment and commitment of university physical education class. To achieve the goal, A total of 283 samples were used for a data analysis with frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability verification, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis with SPSS 21.0 ver. statistical program. The results are as follows. The physical and psychological health, social cultivation, experience of achievement, and low burden of class of the enjoyment factors of university physical education class were found to have a significant impact on cognitive and behavioral commitment of exercise immersion. Experiencing enjoyment in class will influence for active participation in class activities and promote exercise immersion.

        초등학교 남·여학생 체육 분리수업이 여학생 체육수업 만족에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect on the class satisfaction of female students' physical education after applying a physical education school curriculum for the fourth grader of elementary school students as strategy for increasing the class satisfaction of female elementary school students' physical education. To achieve this, in-depth interview was conducted to collect and analyze the data and as the subject 10 female fourth grade students out of 65 ones who experienced the male·female students' separate physical education participated from ‘N’ elementary female student located in S City, Gyeonggi Province. The result were as follows. First, the reason why the male·female students' separate physical education was necessary for the female students was that they could feel comfortable classes without negative experiences like criticism, severe rebuke and stinging reaction from the male students in case of mixed physical education, and that there were good physical activities without any burden for mistakes. Second, in case of mixed physical education, the female students were very discontent with the situation that they could not participate in the physical education actively against their wills, but they felt that the male·female students' separate physical education was good because the female students could do a lot of activities and participate actively as the subject of male·female students' separate physical education. Third, the whole 10 female students who participated in this research wanted to have male·female students' separate physical education again. The research findings above in this study may be effective measures that could increase the class satisfaction of female students' physical education for the fourth grader of male·female elementary school students' separate physical education, that could change the recognition of physical subject for the female students, and that the female students could do physical activities actively
