        한국 연근해에 분포하는 고등어(Scomber japonicus) 난∙자치어의 분포특 성 및 초기 수송과정 연구

        The horizontal distributions of eggs and larvae of chub mackerel Scomber japonicus were extensively surveyed in the vicinity of Korean waters between 31°75'N and 36°50'N during May and June in 2016 and 2017 (total of four surveys). We used a coupled bio-physical model (DisMELS) that combines an individual-based model (IBM) incorporating vertical migration of larvae and temperature-dependent survival to understand transport processes in the early life stage. Using the distributions of eggs and larvae from surveys, the potential spawning grounds were estimated at the northwest and southeast of Jeju Island and the central East China Sea in May, and at the southwestern East Sea and southern West Sea in June by running the model backward in time. In forward experiments within 30 days from the backward results, most larvae were transported to both the Korean and Japanese sides of the East Sea through the Korea Strait. However, the larvae released in the central East China Sea were transported to the Japanese side only, while those released in the southern West Sea were retained within that region. The survival rates at 30 days after release based on the simulation incorporating temperature-dependent survival throughout May and June were 29.7% in 2016 and 28.8% in 2017.

        사용기한이 지난 소프트콘택트렌즈의 안정성 및 안전성 평가

        Purpose: Lens shape, variations in function-related parameters, and contamination of soft contact lenses past their expiry date were investigated. Methods: Two types of soft contact lenses made of different materials were examined. The lenses that were left an expiry date over one year, almost expired, and past their expiry date according to the criteria on usage period specified by manufacturer were investigated. Their total diameter, radius of curvature, central thickness, refractive power, water content, oxygen permeability, visible light and UV transmittance were measured, and the presence of bacteria was further measured according to the criteria about stability and safety of contact lenses proposed by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. Results: There was a statistically significant change in almost expiring narafilcon A lens as well as the narafilcon A lens past its expiry date. That is, total diameter and refractive power of the lenses increased, and central thickness and oxygen permeability of the lenses statistically decreased. In nelfilcon A lens past the expiry date, the decrease in total diameter, radius of curvature, visible light transmittance, and the increase in water content were statistically significant. However, bacterial contamination was not found in all lenses. Conclusions: In this study, it was revealed that the parameters of soft contact lenses that were nearly expired or past the expiry date changed, and their degree of change varied depending on the lens material. Therefore, it is suggested that the usage period of the soft contact lens should be appropriately determined depending on the material. 목적: 사용기한이 지난 소프트콘택트렌즈의 렌즈 형태 및 기능 관련 파라미터 변형과 오염 여부를 알아보았다. 방법: 서로 다른 재질의 소프트콘택트렌즈 2종을 대상으로 하였으며 제조사에서 제안한 사용기한을 기준으로 사용기한이 1년 이상 남은 렌즈, 사용기한이 만기되어 가는 렌즈 및 사용기한이 지난 렌즈에 대해 식품의약품안전처에서제시하고 있는 콘택트렌즈의 안정성 및 안전성 평가 기준에 따라 전체직경, 곡률반경, 중심두께, 굴절력, 함수율, 산소침투성, 가시광선 및 UV투과율을 측정하였으며, 균의 존재여부를 측정하였다. 결과: 사용기한이 지난 narafilcon A 렌즈뿐만 아니라 사용기한이 거의 다 된 렌즈의 파라미터가 통계적으로 유의하게 변하였다. 렌즈들의 전체직경, 굴절력은 증가하였고 중심두께와 산소침투성이 통계적으로 유의하게 감소하였다. 사용기한이 지난 nelfilcon A렌즈에서는 전체직경, 곡률반경, 가시광선 투과율의 감소와 함수율의 증가가 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 세균의 오염은 모든 렌즈에서 발견되지 않았다. 결론: 본 연구를 통하여 사용기한이 이미 지났거나 만기되어 가는 소프트콘택트렌즈에서 파라미터의 변화가 나타났으며 렌즈 재질에 따라 변형의 정도가 달라짐을 밝혔다. 따라서 소프트콘택트렌즈의 사용기한이 재질에 따라 적절하게 결정되어져야 함을 제안한다.

        중소·중견 기업 재직자들이 인식하는 ESG 경영 과제 요구도 및 IPA 분석

        ESG 경영 트렌드 확산에 따라 국내에서도 대기업의 협력사 ESG 관리 요구 증가와 함께 동시에 중소·중견기업의 ESG 경영을 촉진하기 위해 요구되는 준비와 지원이 중요해지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 중소기업 재직자들이 인식하는 환경, 사회, 지배구조 측면에서 ESG 경영 과제에 대한 중요도와 만족도 및 요구도를 살펴 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 Borich 요구도와 IPA(중요도-만족도 분석)를 활용하였다. 분석 결과, 환경 영역에서는 온실가스 배출량이 가장 개선 요구도가 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 그 뒤를 이어 용수 사용, 폐기물 배출량 및 재활용 비율, 오염물질 배출량, 에너지 사용량 순으로 높은 것으로 나타났다. 사회 영역에서는 고용안정성 확보가 가장 요구도 수준이 높았으며, 그 뒤를 이어 직원역량개발 투자 및 지원, 인권경영, 직원복리후생, 산업안전보건관리 순으로 나타났다. 지배구조 영역에 대한 과제들은 전반적으로 환경영역과 사회영역에 속하는 과제들에 비해 요구도 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 가장 높은 요구도 수준을 보인 과제는 윤리경영으로 나타났다. 이에 중소기업 ESG 경영 개선을 위해 다양한 정책을 개발하는 부처에 관심을 가지고 요구 사항이 반영되도록 하는 것이 중요하다. This study examined the degree of importance, satisfaction, and needs of ESG management tasks in terms of environment, society, and governance as perceived by employees of small and medium-sized companies. The results were derived using Borich Needs Assessment and IPA(Importance-Satisfaction Analysis). As a result of the analysis, in the environmental area, greenhouse gas emissions were found to have the highest need for improvement, followed by water use, waste discharge and recycling rate, pollutant emissions, and energy use. In the social sector, employment stability was the highest level of needs followed by investment and support for employee competency development, human rights management, employee welfare, and occupational safety and health management. The results in the governance area were found to have a higher level of needs overall than those in the environmental and social areas. The task with the highest level of demand was ethical management and it appears that there is a high need for preventing unfair trade and complying with related laws.

        오징어(Todarodes paxificus) 식해 제조시 고춧가루 및 마늘의 발효최적 첨가량 최적 공정 개발

        Squid Sikhae is a traditional salt-fermented food in Korea. We evaluated the standardization of optimal processing conditions for desirable quality-controlled squid Sikhae using analyses of physiochemical properties, microbiological species, and organoleptic tests. The optimal fermentation temperature, sun-dried sea salt concentration, and fermentation period for manufacturing squid Sikhae products of the aceeptable quality were 10°C, 4%, and 6 days. In addition, optimal concentrations of the additional ingredients of red pepper powder and crushed garlic for acceptable quality squid Sikhae were both 6%.

      • 온라인상에서의 개인정보유출피해에 대한 위험지각과 개인정보보호수준에 따른 소비자 유형화 및 유형별 관련요인 고찰

        This study takes an effort to deal with consumers’ insecurities and their solutions at the digital information age. Specifically, the study provides consumers’ perceived risk of information privacy invasion and their personal privacy protection efforts. Then, consumer segmentation was done by perceived risk of privacy invasion and personal privacy protection efforts through Cluster analysis. Then, the affecting factors on the types of consumer were examined using Multinomial Logit Model. The consumer survey was conducted and total of 1,016 respondents were included for statistical analysis using SPSS 12.0 program and LIMDEP 8.0 program. The results yielded the high levels of perceived risk of information privacy invasion and personal privacy protection efforts but privacy protection level was relatively low. The consumer segmentation by the cluster analysis resulted in four types of consumer, low risk and low protection, low risk and high protection, high risk and low protection and high risk and high protection. The suggestions for consumer education were provided considering the different types of consumer.

        읍양안과 주판으로 본 19~20세기 전결세 수취 양상: 경상도 언양현 삼동면 금곡리 사례를 중심으로

        This study compared land registers and account books of Ŏnyang County to reveal changes in land taxes from the nineteenth century to the twentieth. To reduce the tax burdens of peasants, areas and grades of each piece of land were readjusted during the official land survey in 1871. Areas were decreased than the actual ones. And there was a down-grading for dry fields to get a balance in tax burden with paddy fields. The aim of the official land survey in the Chosŏn dynasty was to make “the equilibrium of tax burdens” among the lands. The efforts of the country, however, could not lighten the burden of the people. It was because of practices of the local fiscal system which required extra burden from peasants to fulfill a tax quota. As a result, the people could not feel the effect of the equilibrium-policy in the field of land taxation system. Nevertheless, the country did not renounce the aim until the end of the dynasty.
