고출력 엔진의 노킹음 분석 및 비공진형 노킹센서 설계에 관한 연구

Cavity resonances are caused by combustion such as the rapid rate of pressure rise that occurs from knock in high power gasoline engines. Analysis of these resonances is important for knock control system design in high power gasoline engines. In this paper, in order to design knock control system for the high power gasoline engine, knock phenomena that occur in chamber were analized theoretically and resonance frequencies of knock signals were predicated and the non-resonance knock sensor was studied. Also, experiments were performed using Scoupe α-engine and non-resonance type knock sensor of Bosch Co. in Germany. In the result, good agreement was obtained between theoretical prediction and experimental observation. Spectrums of knock sensor with valuable resister and capaciter were simulated.
고출력 이중통과 erbium-doped 광섬유 레이저의 구현에 관한 연구

High power single wavelength laser which has variable wavelengths of up to 50nm was demonstrated in an Keerbium-doped fiber laser using a double-pass configuration. We injected the forward ASE into EDF again for the gain improvement. The double-pass configuration laser has more than 11dBm output power and less than 0.13nm linewidth.

A micro hollow cathode discharge in mixtures of xenon and iodine to provide intense narrow band ultraviolet (UV) radiation at 253 nm ( Xel*) is investigated. The characteristics of the emission spectra of the excimer and UV intensity formed from mixtures of xenon and iodine for different total gas pressures are reported. Highest intensities at a wavelength of 253 nm were obtained at the mixture of xenon 7 %, iodine 38 %, Helium 89.2 % (400 Torr). Ideal spectrum were obtained at the mixture of xenon 7 %, iodine 4 %, Helium 89 % (400 Torr).
FEM Forward Solver를 이용한 생체조직에서의 광자 전달에 관한 연구

In this paper, we developed finite-element method(FEM) forward solver for Diffuse Optical Tomography(DOT). FEM is one of the numerical method to obtain the solution of the diffusion equation derived from Boltzmann transport equation by diffusion theory when the photon transport is dominated by scattering rather than absorption. We calculated the photon fluence rates and investigated photon transport in simulated biological tissues using FEM forward solver.

We obtained a fish in vivo imaging with a compact optical coherence tomography(OCT) system. The OCT system shows excellent characteristics for 2-dimensional imaging, 18㎛ of axial resolution, and l0㎛ of lateral resolution with an fish sample.
휘드백영향으로 인한 Push-Push FET DRO의 출력증강에 대한 분석

In this paper, push--push FET DRO circuits are theoretically analyzed and their design criterion is proposed for output power improvement. The analysis is carried out with a conceptual circuit block diagram of the circuits and the method used in [11], and includes the effect on the second harmonic frequency components. The paper presents a theoretical condition that a second DR( Dielectric Resonator ) placed at the drain port in the push-push FET DRO can provide a positive feedback.

We demonstrate a compact Optical Coherence Tomography(OCT) system based on the optical fiber delay line controlled by a cylindrical Piezo-electric Transducer(PZT). The OCT system shows excellent characteristics for 2-dimensional imaging, exhibiting 96.90 of signal-to-noise ratio(SNR), 18.6±0.5㎛ of axial resolution, and l0㎛ of lateral resolution with an onion sample.

The Monte Carlo technique with angle biasing is used to simulate the optical coherence tomography (OCT) signal from homogeneous turbid media. Monte Carlo simulations illustrate how various absorption μ_(a) and scattering μ_(s) coefficients influence time-dependent reflectance from a turbid tissue.
A SiGe HBT Variable Gain Driver Amplifier for 5-GHz Applications

A monolithic SiGe HBT variable gain driver amplifier with high dB-linear gain control and high linearity has been developed as a driver amplifier with ground-shielded nucrostrip lines for 5-GHz transmitters. The variable gain driver amplifier exhibits a dynamic gain control range of 30 dB with a 0 - 3.0 Vdc voltage range in 5.15 - 5.35 GHz band. At 5.15 GHz, maximum gain and attenuation are 14.5 dB and -19.5 dB, respectively. The amplifier also produces a 1-dB gain-compression output power of -3 dBm and output third-order intercept point of 7.5 dBm. Input/output voltage standing wave ratios keep low and constant despite change in the gain-control voltage.

Recently, it is present situation to increase the interest of service quality. Nowaday, service quality continues to be a significant issue in the bank industry. Service quality is seen as a key strategic differentiator within the bank industry. The objective of this study is to search the customer's satisfaction factors and the improvement course that can effect to service quality in the bank. This paper was based on data which were collected from assessment of customers who visited the bank with self-administered structured questionnaire and a questionnaire survey and computerized analysis were utilized. The following is the contents of this study (1) Customer satisfaction factors are analyzed accoding to the bank service quality as quality variables. (2) This paper wil suggest a factor of determination the service quality in bank.
