연구목적: 본 연구는 군병원 간호장교의 간호기록을 질적·양적으로 향상시키기 위하여 확장성과 표현성을 인정받고 있는 간호용어체계인 ICNP 기반의 전자간호기록 시스템을 개발하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구방법 :본 연구는 ICNP 기반의 군병원 전자간호기록 시스템을 개발하기 위한 서술적 연구이며, 시스템 수명주기 모델(System development life cycle model)을 근거로 하였다. 개발단계는 1단계 표준간호진술문의 pool 구성및 ICNP 매핑과, 2단계 사용자 화면 구성의 두 개 단계를 주요 과정으로 하였다. 1단계는 2011년 3월 시작되어 2012년 2월 현재 계속 진행 중이며, 2단계는 2011년 3월부터 2012년 1월 말까지 수행·완료되었다. 연구결과: 총 113개의 간호진단을 도출하였으며, 간호사정 진술문 총 22,471개와 간호중재 진술문 총11,805개로 표준간호진술문 pool을 구성하였으며, 간호평가의 지표가 되는 간호결과 진술문은 간호사정진술문에 포함되었다. ICNP 매핑은 간호사정 진술문의 56.1%, 간호중재 진술문의 31.2%가 완료되었고 프로그램을 시범 운영하면서 지속 시행할 계획이다. 사용자 화면은 사용자들이 간호과정을 준수하며 작성할 수 있도록 구성하였고, 입·퇴원, 검사 및 시술 등 절차 기술을 위한 간호기록은 프로토콜 메뉴를 이용하여 간략하게 작성할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 결론: 본 연구는 ICNP 기반의 군 병원 전자 간호기록 체계를 개발하였으며 이를 통해 간호장교들이 보다 효과적·효율적으로 간호기록을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The aims of this study is 1) to identify how many senior nursing students would volunteer to be a nursing officer 2) to know what is their most desired job and which factors are considered to choose a job the most 3) to investigate their recognition level of nursing officers 4) to study how differently the military nursing cadet would cope with the war situation from the nursing students who did not volunteer to be a nursing officer, and the nursing students who volunteered 5) to investigate what are the differences in value view showed by cadets, non-volunteers and volunteers. The subjects were 1157 senior nursing students attending at 4-tear nursing schools and 82 senior cadets of the AFNA. The data were collected form May 24, 2000 to June 24, 2000. The questionnaire was composed of 5 factors of value, which are G.D. Spindler's value view scale. The data were analyzed with the descriptive statistics, χ² test and ANOVA by means of SPSS/WIN 8.0. The results were as follows; 1) 14 respondents (1.21%) reported that they would apply to be a nursing officer. 2) there was a significant difference in general characteristics such as high school records and college credits. In their high school records, mean score for nursing cadets was 4.66, non-volunteer 3.63 and volunteer 3.07. In their college credits, mean score for nursing cadets was 4.07, non-volunteer 4.02 and volunteer 3.64. Interestingly, nursing cadets demonstrate significantly higher mean high school records than the others(p<009.). 3) Eighty percent(860 persons) considered the most desired job as a clinical field while 7.9% considered community health, 4.3% graduate school and 2.2% another job respectively. 4) Non-volunteered reported that the first consideration for a job was prospectiveness in 45.1%, payment in 17.5%, and occupational stability in 16.3%. Volunteered respondents reported that the most consideration for a job was occupational stability in 28.6%, prospectiveness and social reputation in 21.4%.
국군간호사관생도의 자아존중감, 인권감수성, 환자 권리에 대한 인식

Purpose: This study aimed to identify the correlation among self-esteem, human rights sensitivity and the perception of patients’ rights of cadets in Korea Armed Forces Nursing Academy. Methods: The data were collected from 208 cadets with structured questionnaires in August of 2018 and analyzed using SPSS 20.0 program. Results: The average of self-esteem, human rights sensitivity and the patients’ rights awareness of participants were 2.60±.28, 3.39±1.27 and 4.70±.38 respectively. The cadets reported the highest score on the right of migrant workers and the lowest score on the right to privacy among the six episodes. In respect of the perception of patients’ rights, the cadets reported the highest score on the right pursue human worth and dignity and right to equality and the lowest score on the right to know and make autonomous decision. Human rights sensitivity was significantly different in gender, grade, clinical practice experience and education experiences in regards to human rights. There was statistically positive correlation between the sensitivity of human rights and the awareness of patients’ rights. Conclusion: It is required to design a more efficient nursing curriculum so that cadets enhance human rights sensitivity and awareness regarding patients’ rights.
성과관리시스템 구축을 위한 국군간호사관학교의 비전과 전략목표 및 전략과제 도출 연구

Pupose: The purpose of this study was to identify the vision, strategic goals and tasks of the Korea Armed Forces Nursing Academy(KAFNA). Methods: The following methods were adopted: Balanced Score Card(BSC) approach, questionnaire survey, interviews, and small group workshop. The participants in the study were all members of the institute and seven from outside. Results: The results were as follows: 1) the core values of the KAFNA are a sense of loyalty and dedication, communication, co-operation, and the best-result-targeted and future-oriented work process, 2) the purpose is ``nurturing seasoned nursing officers who are dedicated to the country``, 3) the mission is to establish a professional and specialized education system by 2020, and to train experts that the nation demands, 4) the strategic goals are, ``Establishment of professional and specialized education system based on work performance, Innovation of managing infrastructure based on work performance`` and 5) there are seven strategic tasks including performing specialized practical training, substantializing academic-industrial collaboration, reinforcing performance-oriented curriculum operation and so on. Conclusion: The visions composed of core values, goals, and calling are related to strategic goals and strategic task. With the research results, the foundation of performance management system of KAFNA should be prepared.

Puropse: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors and items which fit the educational objectives of KAFNA and to propose the highly credible and valid evaluation method. Methods: Three expert groups (total of 57 people) have been formed and Delphi method was applied of to execute three surveys. The results were drawn from final 32 experts`` opinions. Results: Aptitude evaluation was identified by 3 factors which are value, personality, and attitude as well as 14 items, selecting appropriate evaluation reflection ratio per each 5 evaluation subject. Also, an evaluation method which complements relative evaluation system and an effective reflux method have been proposed. Conclusion: The study has proposed the foundational direction to improve the validity and credibility of the KAFNA``s Cadet aptitude evaluation system.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the level of gender egalitarianism, collective self-esteem, and gender role conflict among Korea Armed Forces Nursing Academy (KAFNA) female cadets and to analyze correlations among variables. Methods: This study was a cross-sectional descriptive study. Data were collected from 229 female cadets from all student years. The self-reported questionnaire was composed of items about general features, gender egalitarianism, collective self-esteem, and gender role conflict. Results: The mean score of gender egalitarianism, collective self-esteem, and gender role conflict was 3.72±0.32, 3.81±0.51, and 4.24±0.55 respectively. School year, one of the general features was significantly related with the level of collective self-esteem and gender role conflict. Discipline score was significantly related with self -esteem. Gender egalitarianism and gender role conflict had significant correlation. Conclusion: Based on the results, it is recommended to consider KAFNA female cadets' level of gender egalitarianism, collective self-esteem, and gender role conflict with KAFNA' uniqueness compared to other military organizations when developing relevant educative programs.
국군간호사관생도의 영어 학습 도우미(APP) 개발을 위한 요구도

Purpose: The study investigates demands of Korea Armed Forces Nursing Academy (KAFNA) cadets to develop an English learning application to facilitate learning process. Methods: This descriptive survey was conducted to 120 KAFNA cadets divided into 5 groups according to level of TOEIC scores using self-report questionnaires between June 10 and September 5 in 2017. Results: The group below 600 points in TOEIC reported speaking as difficult, wordbook as desired function, and movies as desired content. The group between 601~700 points reported speaking as difficult, recording as desired function and movies as desired content. The group between 701~800 points and the group between 801~900 points reported speaking as difficult, recording as desired function, and TV shows as desired content. The group more than 900 points reported speaking as difficult, text revision, wordbook, and recording as desired functions, and TV shows as desired content. Conclusion: The results indicate that an application for KAFNA cadets should focus on improving its users' speaking skills through functions such as voice-recording and contents such as American TV shows and movies.
