        Model of implementation Mechanization for Rice Production System is done in Sidowayah Village, Klaten district, Central Java Province. The research method is institutional approach with the rationale of corporate development in developing integrated agricultural area by applying Economies of scale, which the principle is the wider the more efficient, in term of business cost which includes plant management, production facility cost, transportation costs and marketing costs of farm products. Through the cooperative there will be consolidation of business that facilitate access of information, capital, and bergaining poistion in the market. The essence of the corporate concept is to build cooperation through a single management system, by merging small farms into a large scale business that meets economies of scale to become more efficient, high productivity, homogeneous products, and higher production quality that are prerequisites for improving competitiveness, added value and improve production quality. Institutional factors is an important element in the successful implementation of mechanization, technical assistance and management is necessary to improve the performance of gapoktan ( group of farmer group) institutional. Reformion to empower gapoktan as the main driver in rice production system, from the land preparation to harvesting and marketing activities. Institutional strengthening includes technical and management, from technical aspect of operator training and basic maintenance of machines. As for the management, the method is meetings, socialization, discussion and comparative studies. Strengthening gapoktan institutions in synergy with BUMDES (village owned corporation) empowering gapoktan to handle rice production system from supplying farm input, land preparation, transplanting, weeding, harvesting and selling the paddy. And this new system increase farmer income Rp 1.5 to 2 million per stakes (1 stakes = 1/3 ha). So the implementing rice mechanization is directly give profit for farmers.

        자세 변화에 따른 기능적 활동이 뇌졸중 환자의 상지 기능과 일상생활동작에 미치는 효과

        This study aimed to the effects of upper extremity function and activities of daily living of stroke patients on functional activities according to posture changes. Thirty stroke patients with a duration longer than 6 months who were divided into two groups of 15 patients each selected randomly according to selection criteria. Functional activities in standing and sitting postures were conducted for 8 weeks with them. FMA and CMS-10 were used to study the upper extremity function, while posture changes in ADL were measured using MBI and MAL, and the study results are as follows. Comparisons of upper extremity function and activities of daily living of stroke patients after functional activites according to posture hanges indicated significant differences for each group(p < .05). FMA, CMS-10, MBI, MAL used to study changes in functional movement of upper extremity for two groups, there was a significant difference between the two groups(p < .05). In conclusion, these results suggest that it can be seen that functional activities in the standing posture had effects on enhancement in upper extremity function and activities of daily living of stroke patients. Therefore it may be concluded of daily living of stroke patients. that functional activities in the standing posture applied to stroke patients is one of the effective methods of treatment for upper extremity function and activities 본 연구는 자세 변화에 따른 기능적 활동이 뇌졸중 환자의 상지 기능과 일상생활동작에 미치는 효과를 구명하고자 실시하였다. 연구 대상은 대상자 선정 기준에 맞는 뇌졸중 환자 30명을 각각 15명씩 무작위로 나누어 선 자세와 앉은 자세에서의 기능적 활동을 1일 1회, 30분씩, 주 5회, 총 8주간 실시하였다. 대상자의 상지 기능을 알아보기 위해 FMA와 CMS-10를 사용하였고, 일상생활동작의 수행능력은 MBI와 MAL을 사용하여 측정 하였으며 연구 결과는 다음과 같았다. 자세 변화에 따른 기능적 활동 후 뇌졸중 환자의 상지 기능에서 선 자세군은 상지의 기능적 움직임, 운동각, 운동범위에서 유의한 차이가 있었고(p < .05), 일상생활동작의 변화는 두 군 모두 유의한 차이가 있었으며(p < .05), 상지의 기능적 움직임 및 운동각, 운동범위, 일상생활동작의 전후 변화량은 두 군간에 유의한 차이가 있었다(p < .05). 본 연구를 통하여 선 자세에서의 기능적 활동은 뇌졸중 환자의 상지 기능과 일상생활동작을 증진시키는 데 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 뇌졸중 환자에게 적용한 선 자세에서의 기능적 활동은 뇌졸중 환자의 상지 기능 및 일상생활동작에 효과적인 치료방법 중의 하나라고 할 수 있다.

        Splenic abscess is an uncommon entity, occuring in 0.14% to 0.7% of several autopsy series. These early reports asserted that splenic abscesses were due primarily to typhoid fever, ma- laria, bacterial endocarditis, bacteremia and sickle hernoglobinopathies. According to recent report, splenic abscesses are related to infection in contiguous organs, infected traumatic hem- atomas and metastatic bacteremia. Combination therapy of splenectomy with broad spectrum antibiotic is the treatment of choice. We report a splenic abscess developed in the patient with diabetes mellitus after dental extraction and cured by broad spectrum antibiotic and percutaneous drainage.         Photonic crystals, periodic structure with a high refractive index contrast modulation, have recently become very interesting platform for manipulation of light. The existence of a photonic bandgap, a frequency range in which propagation of light is prevented in all direction, makes photonic crystal very useful in application where spatial localization of light is required for waveguide, beam splitter, and cavity. But fabrication of 3 dimensional photonic crystal is still difficult process. a concept that has recently attracted a lot of attention is a planar photonic crystal based on a dielectric membrane, suspended in the air, and perforated with 2 dimensional lattice of hole. We show that the polymer slabs suspended in air with triangular lattice of air hole can exhibit the in-plane photonic bandgap for TE-like modes. The fabrication of Si master with pillar structure using hot embossing process was investigated for 2 dimensional low-index-contrast photonic crystal waveguide.

        경험적 법률가 연구의 발전을 위하여 - 이호선의 「법과 정책연구」 글에 대한 검토와 제언

        이 글은 이호선 교수가 < 법과 정책연구 > 제15집 제4호에 게재한 "한국 로스쿨 체제, 과연 사법시험의 대안인가?"라는 글을 비판적으로 검토한다. 첫째, 이호선의 글은 연구목적이 불분명하며, 연구문제가 부재하며, 결론을 정당화하기 위한 방법과 결과가 충분하지 않은 등 경험적 학술논문으로서의 기본요건을 갖추지 못하고 있다. 특히 이호선의 글을 선의로 해석해서 이재협 등의 연구에 대한 재현연구를 시도한 것으로 보더라도 연구의 재현성 여부를 평가할 수 있는 필수적인 방법론을 제시하지 않고 있으며, 재현연구가 갖추어야 할 최소한의 방법론적 기초를 구비하지 않고 있다. 둘째, 이호선의 글은 표집이론, 모집단, 표집틀 등 사회과학적 표본조사 연구에 사용되는 기본적인 개념을 혼동하고 있으며, 모집단과 표본 간의 상위성에 대해 오해를 보인다. 셋째, 이호선의 글에는 이재협 등의 연구에 대한 해석적 오해를 담고 있다. 특히 사법연수원 출신 법률가와 로스쿨 졸업 법률가 간 가구소득의 차이를 비교함에 있어서 비교시점을 상이하게 설정하는 등 오류를 범한다. 결론적으로 이 글은 법학교육제도와 법률직역의 구조가 급격히 변화하고 있는 상황에서 경험적 자료축적을 통한 실증연구가 필요함을 주장하며, 향후 법학과 인접학문이 공동연구를 활성화해야 함을 제안한다. This article critically reviews the paper written by Professor Lee Ho-Sun, "Korean Law School System, Is it really an alternative to Judicial Exam?", which was published in the Law and Policy Review, Vol. 15, Nov. 4. First, Lee Ho-Sun``s paper lacks basic requirements for an empirical scholarly article: (1) the research purpose is unclear, (2) the research questions are not provided, and (3) the methods and outcomes do not sufficiently support conclusions. Even if Lee Ho-Sun``s paper can be regarded as a replication study of Jae-Hyup Lee et. al.``s research, it does not provide necessary methods to assess its replicability. In addition, the paper is not equipped with minimum methodological foundations. Second, Lee Ho-Sun``s paper confuses basic concepts in social scientific sampling studies (e.g., sampling theory, population, sampling frame), and does not correctly interpret the difference between parameters and statistics. Third, Lee Ho-Sun``s paper contains many interpretive misunderstandings of Jae-Hyup Lee et. al.``s research. For example, in interpreting the household income differences between the graduates of the Judicial Research and Training Institute and the graduates of law schools, Lee Ho-Sun sets a different time frame than that used in Jae-Hyup Lee``s research. This article advocates that more empirical studies are needed to adequately assess the rapid changes in the legal educational system and the structure of the legal profession in Korea, and to that end, that more interdisciplinary research collaboration is necessary.

        Numerical investigation of the effects of the velocity was executed in the turbulent flow field. It was found that the pressure drop in the velocity media depends linearly on the face velocity. The flow field in the fluidics valve with constant flow velocity of control port and the varying flow velocity of supply port were simulated by finite volume method. The unsteady wake enhance the tuebulence motion in the cascade passage and influences the flow separation in the suction surface. The resulting in a relative narrow wake and hence the time mean pressure drop on rear face of the trim prism is increased with the control valve trim. A precautionary messure is also preformed to help service engineers.<br/>

      • The Assessment of Beet Powder and Cactus Powder as Nitrite Substitute in Processed Sausages

        The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effect of beet and cactus pear powders as an alternative coloring agent for nitrite. The sausages were treated with nitrite (control), beet powder and cactus pear powder, and the quality traits including pH, color, and moisture were analyzed at different storage time. The results showed that pH values had significant differences (P<0.01) among the different storage time in every group. The control group had the highest pH values and the treatment of cactus pear had the lowest values (P< 0.05). But the pH values had no difference among every one storage time (P >0.05) between the beet treatment group and the control group. CIE L* values had no difference among different storage time in the control group, but beet (P<0.01) and cactus pear powder-added groups (P<0.05) had significant differences. Compare to different groups, the control groups had the highest CIE L* values in every one storage time. CIE b* values had a significant difference between the control group and the treatment groups (P<0.05). The CIE b* values in the beet powder-added group had a quick decrease during the storage time and had the lowest values at 14d storage time. There had a significant difference of CIE a* values between the treatment groups and the control group at every one aging time (P<0.05), and the control group had the lowest CIE a* values in every one aging time, meanwhile, the treatment of beet powder group had the highest CIE a* values in every one aging time. The moisture values decreased as storage time increased, especially, in the beet powder (P<0.001) and cactus pear powder (P<0.01) groups had significant differences. Compare to different groups found that in every one storage time, the beet treatment group had the highest moisture values and the cactus pear treatment group had the lowest moisture value. Especially, there had a significant difference at 14d among the different groups (P<0.05). Results demonstrated that the beet in sausage has excellent palatability, has better color and can improve the water holding capacity of the sausage. Hence, the results of the present study demonstrated that beet powder shows more suitability as a natural colorant in sausage production as an alternative to nitrite.

        경기도 책꾸러미 사업을 통한 유아 독서효과 분석을 위한 지표개발 및 효과성 연구

        목적 본 연구의 목적은 경기도 책꾸러미 정기배송 사업에 대한 유아 독서효과 분석을 위해 지표를 개발하고 이를 통해 그 효과성을 분석하여 향후 경기도 독서문화 진흥 정책 수립 시 활용하고자 한다. 방법 유아 독서효과 분석을 위한 측정지표를 선행 및 사례연구를 통해 개발하고 전문가를 통해 델파이로 타당도를 검증한 후, 개발된 지표를 통해 경기도 7개 시군(포천시, 양평군, 여주시, 동두천시, 가평군, 연천군, 양주시)의 만 3세~5세 유아를 대상으로 비교집단 및 통제집단의 효과성 검증을 위하여 사전/사후조사를 실시하였다. 결과 유아 책꾸러미 정기배송 사업을 통한 유아의 독서효과 분석을 위해 지표를 개발하고 이를 통해 경기도 7개 시군 지역의 만 3세~5세 유아를 대상으로 사전/사후 효과성을 조사한 결과, 유아의 독서흥미 및 독서태도가 향상됨으로 독서효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 초기 독서교육에서 특히 어려운 것은 독서습관 정착으로 이에 유아의 독서습관을 기르는 데에는 기관과 가정이 연계된 유아 책꾸러미 정기배송 프로그램이 필요하다. 경기도 책꾸러미 정기배송 사업에 대한 유아 독서효과 분석을 위해 지표를 개발하고 이를 통해 그 효과성을 분석한 결과, 유아의 독서흥미 및 독서태도가 향상되어 독서효과가 확인됨에 따라 경기도의 교육격차 해소와 독서문화 진흥 정책의 일환으로서 지속적인 사업으로 실시하게 될 근거가 마련하게 되었다. Objectives The purpose of this study was to develop the indicatives for the analysis of the effects of Gyeonggi-do Book Sharing Project on pre-schoolers’ reading education and thereby, suggest some data useful to the establishment of a reading culture promotion policy in Gyeonggi-do. Methods Preceding studies and cases were reviewed to analyze the effects of the book-sharing project on pre-schoolers’ reading education and thereby, develop some measurement indicatives, and thus, the indicatives were verified by professionals using the Delphi technique. Then, 3~5 year-old pre-schoolers were sampled from 7 cities and counties in Gyeonggi-do (Pocheon-si, Yangpyeong-gun, Yeoju-si, Dongducheon-si, Gapyeong-gun, Yeoncheon-gun and Yangju-si) to be divided into control and test groups, and thereby, their reading effect indicatives were compared before and after the test. Results As a result of developing the indicatives for analysis of pre-schoolers’ reading effects and comparing them for the sample pre-schoolers before and after the test, the book-sharing project was found effective in improving test group pre-schoolers’ interest in and attitude toward reading. Conclusions The most difficult problem in pre-schoolers earlier reading education involves acquisition of reading habit. So, it is deemed necessary to operate a regular book sharing project involving public organization and homes. As a result of developing the indicatives and analyzing the effects of the book-sharing project, it was confirmed that the project would serve to improve pre-schoolers’ interest in and attitude toward reading, and therefore, this study seems to provide some ground for the operation of a sustainable book-sharing project to narrow the education divide and promote a book reading culture in Gyeonggi-do.

        The attention in construction Automation is getting higher since it could be the answer to the lack of skilled labor by decrease in construction population and aging which adversely affects productivity and quality in the construction site. We are on the way to develop a construction automation system adequate for domestic circumstances in Korea; it is called RCA(Robotic-crane based Construction Automation)system. Climbing hydraulic robots system is a part of RCA system and makes Construction factory(CF) climb through the guide rail on the core wall. The safety of climbing hydraulic robots system is at issue due to the overloaded weight of CF. Preventing this issue, present study did the design verification through the structural analysis and the simulation. Mock-up test also was done to analyze the drive performance of climbing hydraulic robots system.
