        Study on Joint Simulation of Very Fast Transient Overvoltage and Transient Enclosure Voltage in 1000 kV GIS

        Disconnector operation in GIS generates VFTO and TEV, which threaten device insulation and personnel safety. In order to calculate VFTO and TEV more accurately, this paper proposes a VFTO-TEV joint simulation model. Among them, dynamic arc model is used to reflect the dynamic characteristics of high frequency AC arc. In order to reflect the electromagnetic leakage phenomenon caused by the impedance mismatch of high-frequency electromagnetic waves, and the influence of the transient potential difference formed by the transient electromagnetic field on grounding grid on TEV, the geometric structures of high-voltage bushing, grounding pillars and grounding grid are modeled to obtain their respective frequency-dependent admittance matrices, which are converted into corresponding broadband equivalent circuit models by combining vector fitting method and impedance synthesis method. The above modeling method is applied to the 1000 kV GIS test circuit, and the simulation model is built in the ATP-EMTP electromagnetic transient program, and the joint simulation research of VFTO and TEV is carried out. The results show that at each measurement point of the test circuit, the amplitude error of the VFTO obtained by simulation and actual measurement is mostly less than 7%, and the frequency spectrum both contains the main frequency components of 18 MHz and 25 MHz; Compared with the traditional calculation model of obtaining VFTO/TEV using CIGRE model/Petersen's law, the amplitude of VFTO and TEV obtained by joint simulation model is lower and contains richer high-frequency components. In addition, the opening speed of 0.8 m/s also corresponds to the maximum point of the VFTO amplitude of the test circuit. Finally, based on the above modeling method, the effectiveness of adding ferrite beads to suppress VFTO is verified by simulation. © 2017 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.

        중국 항공물류 산업의 문제점과 개선 방안에 관한 연구

        This study’s purpose is to propose improvement program about analyzing issues according to the aviation logistics industry of China which is in its early stages as the logistics market opening. For this purpose, this study used internet and statistical information of Chinese government, reports of Chinese government agency, relating papers and publications, document literature which are relating to the aviation logistics. The results of the analysis are as follows. Issues of Chinese aviation logistics industry are shown as uneven development on regions and lacking of infrastructure, low level of information and smartification and shortage experts on macroscopic level, also it is appeared on micro level as logistics system backwardness and shortage of comprehensive competitiveness and lacking of cooperation in enterprises of aviation logistics, small-scale logistics enterprises and operational disorder, severe service homogeneity because of insufficient innovation. The improvement program about these obstructive factors is suggested that improve policies and systems of aviation logistics, improve of infrastructure construction, enhance level of information and smartification, develope education and professionals, promote cooperation’s development through integration, mutually develope through federation, enlarge scales and increasing ability of management, and create differentiation and service through innovation. 본 연구는 발전 초기단계인 중국의 항공물류 산업이 물류시장 개방에 따른 문제점을 분석하고 이에 대한 개선방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 인터넷 및 중국정부 통계 자료, 중국 정부 기관 보고서 및 관련 논문과 간행물 등 항공물류와 관련 문헌자료를 활용하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 중국 항공물류 산업의 문제점은 거시적 측면에서 지역 간의 발전 불균형 및 인프라 부족, 정보화와 스마트화 수준 저하, 전문가 부족 등으로 나타났고, 미시적 측면에서 물류 체계와 종합 경쟁력 부진 및 협력 부재, 물류업체 소규모 및 업무 절차 혼잡, 혁신 부족으로 인한 서비스 동질화 심각 등으로 파악되었다. 이러한 문제 점들에 대한 개선 방안으로는 항공물류 정책 및 제도의 개선, 인프라 보완 및 강화, 정보화와 스마트화의 구축 및 증대, 교육 및전문 인재의 육성, 일체화를 통한 협력 발전, 연맹을 통한 상생 발전, 규모 학대 및 관리 능력 제고, 혁신을 통한 차별화 와 서비스의 창출 등이 요구된다.

        중국 문화 관광자원의 선택 요인이 지역 경제에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -영화 촬영지를 중심으로-

        본 연구의 목적은 중국 영화 촬영지의 문화 관광자원 선택요인인 특색성, 이벤트성, 서비스성, 교통성이 영화 촬영지의 방문도라는 매개변수를 거쳐서 지역 경제에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 밝히는데 있다. 이를 위해서 2017년 3월 10일부터 3월20일까지 10일 동안에 중국 영화 촬영지의 문화 관광자원에 방문한 중국 관광객들 대상으로 총 365부의 설문지를 배포하였다. 그 중에 불성실한 설문지 15부를 제거하고 350부의 표본을 통계분석에 사용하였다. 자료 분석 결과는 첫째, 영화 촬영지의 선택요인 4가지 요인이 모두 촬영지 방문도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 이는 촬영지에 방문한 중국 관광객들이 촬영지의 특색성, 이벤트성, 서비스성, 교통성에 대한 큰 관심을 가지고 있다. 둘째, 영화 촬영지의 방문도는 지역 경제에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 이는 중국 관광객들이 영화 촬영지에 많은 방문을 통해서 촬영지의 지역 경제에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다고 할 수 있다. 셋째, 관광자원 선택요인과 지역 경제 사이에서 촬영지 방문도의 매개효과가 있음을 알 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to find out how the characteristics of the cultural tourism resources of Chinese cinematography sites, such as trait, event, serviceability, and traffic, affect the local economy through the parameters of visiting the cinematographic sites. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted on Chinese tourists who visited cultural tourism resources of Chinese movie shooting sites from March 10 to March 20, 2017, and a total of 365 questionnaireswere distributed and all were collected. Of these, 15 defective questionnaireswere removed and 350 sampleswere used for statistical analysis. The results of the data analysiswere as follows: First, all four factors of selection of cinematographic location had a positive (+) effect on the degree of visit to the filming site. This is because Chinese tourists visiting the filming sites have a great interest in the characteristics of the filming sites, eventfulness, serviceability and traffic. Second, the visits to film sites showed a positive (+) effect on the local economy. It can be said that Chinese tourists have a positive influence on the local economy of the shooting location through a lot of visits tomovie shooting places. Third, we demonstrated themediating effect of the tourist attraction between the tourismresource selection factor and the local economy.

        Comparison of Liver Transplantation and Liver Resection for Hepatocellular Carcinoma Patients with Portal Vein Tumor Thrombus Type I and Type II

        Purpose: The aim of this study was to compare the efficacy of liver transplantation (LT) and liver resection (LR) for hepatocellularcarcinoma (HCC) patients with portal vein tumor thrombus (PVTT) and to investigate risk factors affecting prognosis. Materials and Methods: A total of 94 HCC patients with PVTT type I (segmental PVTT) and PVTT type II (lobar PVTT) were involvedand divided into LR (n=47) and LT groups (n=47). Recurrence-free survival (RFS) and overall survival (OS) were comparedbefore and after inverse probability of treatment weighting (IPTW). Prognostic factors for RFS and OS were explored. Results: Two treatment groups were well-balanced using IPTW. In the entire cohort, LT provided a better prognosis than LR. Among patients with PVTT type I, RFS was better with LT (p=0.039); OS was not different significantly between LT and LR(p=0.093). In subgroup analysis of PVTT type I patients with α-fetoprotein (AFP) levels >200 ng/mL, LT elicited significantly longermedian RFS (18.0 months vs. 2.1 months, p=0.022) and relatively longer median OS time (23.6 months vs. 9.8 months, p=0.065). Among patients with PVTT type II, no significant differences in RFS and OS were found between LT and LR (p=0.115 and 0.335,respectively). Multivariate analyses showed treatment allocation (LR), tumor size (>5 cm), AFP and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) levels to be risk factors of RFS and treatment allocation (LR), AFP and AST as risk factors for OS. Conclusion: LT appeared to afford a better prognosis for HCC with PVTT type I than LR, especially in patients with AFP levels>200 ng/mL.

        Identification of interacting proteins of retinoid-related orphan nuclear receptor gamma in HepG2 cells

        The retinoid-related orphan nuclear receptor gamma (RORγ) plays critical roles in regulation of development, immunity and metabolism. As transcription factor usually forms a protein complex to function, thus capturing and dissecting of the RORγ protein complex will be helpful for exploring the mechanisms underlying those functions. After construction of the recombinant tandem affinity purification (TAP) plasmid, pMSCVpuro RORγ-CTAP(SG), the nuclear localization of RORγ-CTAP(SG) fusion protein was verified. Following isolation of RORγ protein complex by TAP strategy, seven candidate interacting proteins were identified. Finally, the heat shock protein 90 (HSP90) and receptor-interacting protein 140 (RIP140) were confirmed to interplay with RORγ by co-immunoprecipitation. Interference of HSP90 or/and RIP140 genes resulted in dramatically decreased expression of CYP2C8 gene, the RORγ target gene. Data from this study demonstrate that HSP90 and RIP140 proteins interact with RORγ protein in a complex format and function as co-activators in the RORγ-mediated regulatory processes of HepG2 cells.         Characteristics, Prognostic Factors, and Survival of Patients with NK/T-Cell Lymphoma of Non-upper Aerodigestive Tract: A 17-Year Single-Center Experience

        Purpose The extranodal natural killer (NK)/T-cell lymphoma (NKTCL) of non-upper aerodigestive tract (NUAT) was found to have clinical heterogeneity compared with NKTCL of the upper aerodigestive tract (UAT) in small scale studies. We conducted this study in a much larger cohort to analyze the clinical characteristics, prognostic factors, treatment modality, and clinical outcomes of patients with NUAT-NKTCL. Materials and Methods From January 2001 to December 2017, a total of 757 NKTCL patients were identified and included in this study, including 92 NUAT-NKTCL patients (12.2%) and 665 UAT-NKTCL patients (87.8%). Results NUAT-NKTCL patients had relatively poorer performance status, more unfavorable prognostic factors, and more advanced stage, compared with UAT-NKTCL patients. The 5-year overall survival (OS) was 34.7% for NUAT-NKTCL, which was significantly worse than UAT-NKTCL (64.2%, p < 0.001). The median OS duration was 30.9 months for NUAT-NKTCL. Multivariate analysis showed that presence with B symptoms and elevated serum lactate dehydrogenase independently predicted worse OS. International prognostic index score and prognostic index of NK lymphoma score still had prognostic values in NUAT-NKTCL, while the Ann Arbor system could not accurately predict the OS. Conclusion NUAT-NKTCL is a distinctive subtype of NKTCL in many aspects. Patients with NUAT-NKTCL have relatively poorer performance status, more unfavorable prognostic factors, more advanced stage, and poorer prognosis.

        Drug-induced diabetes is widely reported inclinical conditions, and it is becoming a global issuebecause of its potential to increase the risk of severe cardiovascularcomplications. However, which drug mechanismsexert their diabetogenic effects and why the effectspresent significant inter-individual differences remain largelyunknown. Pharmacogenomics, which is the study ofhow genomic variation influences drug responses, providesan explanation for individual differences in drug-induceddiabetes. We highlight that pharmacogenomics can beinvolved in regulating the expression of genes in signalingpathways related to the pharmacokinetics or pharmacodynamicsof drugs or the pathogenesis of diabetes, contributingto the differences in drug-induced glucoseimpairment. The pharmacogenomics studies of the majordiabetogenic drugs are reviewed, including calcineurininhibitors, antipsychotics, hormones, and antihypertensivedrugs. We intend to elucidate the genetic basis of druginduceddiabetes and pave the way for the precise use ofthese drugs in the clinic.

        Recent advances of bioactive proteins/polypeptides in the treatment of breast cancer

        Proteins do not only serve as nutrients to fulfill the demand for food, but also are used as a source of bioactive proteins/polypeptides for regulating physical functions and promoting physical health. Female breast cancer has the highest incidence in the world and is a serious threat to women’s health. Bioactive proteins/polypeptides exert strong anti-tumor effects and exhibit inhibition of multiple breast cancer cells. This review discussed the suppressing effects of bioactive proteins/polypeptides on breast cancer in vitro and in vivo, and their mechanisms of migration and invasion inhibition, apoptosis induction, and cell cycle arrest. This may contribute to providing a basis for the development of bioactive proteins/polypeptides for the treatment of breast cancer.

        Iron-loaded Natural Clay as Heterogeneous Catalyst for Fenton-like Discoloration of Dyeing Wastewater

        The clay-based Fe-bearing catalyst was successfully prepared through ion-exchange reaction and applied as heterogeneous catalyst for discoloration of acid fuchsine (AF) in an aqueous solution by Fenton-like action.Experimental results demonstrated that the AF discoloration ratios increased by increasing Fe-loaded clay dosage and initial H2O2 concentration, and by decreasing the pH, respectively. The lower the initial AF concentration, the shorter the reaction time needed to achieve complete discoloration of AF. Comparative studies indicated that AF discoloration ratios were much higher in presence of Fe-loaded clay and H2O2 than those in presence of H2O2, raw natural clay or Fe-loaded clay only and raw natural clay and H2O2 jointly. After AF discoloration, there existed no new phases in the clay samples detected by XRD and no change in the clay crystal morphology observed by SEM. A mechanism proposed suggested adsorption and Fenton-like reaction were responsible for discoloration of AF.
