      • 불안정판 위에서 후방 유선형 신발이 척추기립근 및 하지 근 활성도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 일반 신발과 후방 유선형 신발을 착용한 후 불안정판 위에서 척추세움근, 안쪽넓은근, 앞정강근, 장딴지근, 넙다리두갈래근의 근 활성도를 비교 하기 위한 것으로 성인 남녀 28명이 참가하였으며 대상자들은 일반 신발과 후방 유선형 신발을 신고 8단계의 BSS 기기 위에 15초 동안 서서 근활성도를 측정하였다. 이 연구의 결과를 종합해보면 후방 유선형 신발을 착용한 경우 일반 신발을 착용한 경우에 비해서 앞정강근과 안쪽 넓은근에서 상대적으로 더 높은 활성도를 보여주었다. 이러한 결과는 건강한 성인에서 후방 유선형 신발을 신었을 때 불안정한 면 위에서 균형을 유지하기 위해 발목의 자세 조절전략만으로도 균형을 유지하기에 충분한 것으로 생각되어진다. The purpose of this study was to compare muscle activation of erector spine and lower extremity such as tibialis anterior, gastrocnemius, medial hamstring and vastus medialis after wearing a pair of normal shoes and unstable shoes on the rocking surface. 28 university students who did not have any lower musculoskeletal and neurological disorders in the past were participated in this study. Each subject was standing for 15 seconds on the biodex stability system(BSS) of level 8 while wearing normal shoes and unstable shoes. we used Electromyography to measure muscle activation of elector spine and lower extremity and expressed muscle activation as a percentage of maximal voluntary isometric contraction (%MVIC). Paired t-test was used to compare the muscle activation of erector spine and lower extremity between normal shoes and unstable shoes. The result of this study was as follows. Tibialis anterior and vastus medialis showed relatively higher average electromyogram rates more than normal shoes(p<.05).

      • Influence of Sowing Time on Growth, Yield and Nutritional Quality of Forage Rape in Spring

        To determine as optimal sowing time of forage rape in spring time in southern areas of Korea, forage rape cv. Velox, the highest yielding variety among introduced varieties of forage rape, was grown under five different sowing times. Yield components such as plant length, number of branches and number of leaves etc. were higher at the sowing time of Mar. 15 and Mar. 25. The plants sown at Mar. 15 and Mar. 25 also showed highest fresh and dry matter yield. When plants were grown under later sowing time, they showed higher values in content of crude protein and lower values in contents of crude fiber such as Neutral Detergent Fiber (NDF), Acid Detergent Fiber (ADF), cellulose and lignin. There was no relationship between variation of In Vitro Dry matter Digestibility (IVDMD) and sowing time. The plants sown at Mar. 15 and Mar. 25 showed highest digestible dry matter yields.

        면접조사를 통한 초등학생의 영양교육 실태 및 실천도 조사

        This study investigated the experience and practice of elementary school students on nutrition education. The data were collected from 217 male and female students attending 5-6th grade elementary schools in Seoul and Kyunggi-Do from March to June 2007, interviewing face to face by a nutrition teacher and 3 interns of a nutrition teacher. The results were as follows: 86.5% of the subjects learned about ‘Table etiquette’, ‘Reasons for eating fruits and vegetables’ (78.7%), ‘Food waste and environment’ (72.3%), ‘Healthy snacks’ (55.7%), ‘Food sanitation’ (52.3%), ‘Food culture of foreign countries’ (48.1%). Nutrition education experience was significantly different by gender. A total of 43.5% boys responded that they never learned about ‘basic food preperation’ (p < 0.01). They had learned ‘Nutrients for body’ and ‘Food waste and environment’ in school, ‘Healthy weight loss’, ‘Food culture of foreign countries’, ‘Food circulation’ on television, Most content (‘Table etiquette’, ‘Simple cooking’, ‘Food sanitati n’, ‘Eating behaviors for health’, ‘Reasons for eating fruits and vegetables’, ‘Healthy snacks’) was learned from parents. The practice after nutrition education was higher in ‘Table etiquette’ (2.14), ‘Eating fruits and vegetables’ (2.07) than others compared with education experience. The most reason of non-practice on nutrition information was ‘Troublesome’. In ‘Nutrients for body’, a boy answered ‘Difficult for practice’ 20.0%, a girl answered ‘Difficult to understand’ 32.6%, showing a significant difference between the gender groups (p < 0.001). They remembered the ‘Nutrients for body’ (49.6%), ‘Food sanitation’ (44.5%) because of ‘important content’,‘Basic food preparation’ (40.6%), ‘Food culture of foreign countries’ (36.3%) because of ‘interesting content’, ‘Healthy weight loss’ (52.0%), ‘Eating behavior for health’ (44.5%) and ‘Healthy snacks’ (33.7%) because of ‘need for my health’.

        Self-drilling 방식의 마이크로임플란트 식립에 의해 발생하는 피질골 스트레인의 유한요소해석

        골밀도가 높고 두꺼운 피질골에 마이크로임플란트를 self-drilling 방식으로 식립하는 경우 과도한 수준의 골부하(bone loading)가 발생할 위험이 있으며 이는 인접골의 정상적인 골개형(bone remodeling)에 장애를 초래할 수 있다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 유한요소해석으로 두께 1.0 mm의 피질골에 Absoanchor SH1312-7 마이크로임플란트((주)덴토스, 대구, 대한민국)가 self-drilling 방식으로 식립되는 과정(10회전, 식립깊이 5 mm)을 모사(simulation)하였으며 식립 단계별로 피질골에 발생되는 스트레인을 조사하였다. 식립중 마이크로임플란트 첨부의 절삭연(cutting flute)에 의한 골삭제로 생기는 나사길(threaded groove)의 치수를 얻기 위하여 가토 경골에 마이크로임플란트를 식립/제거한 후 Micro CT (Explore Locus RS, GE Healthcare, Ontario, Canada)를 이용하여 기하형상을 측정하였으며 이를 치밀골의 유한요소모델에 반영하였다. 해석결과, 치밀골에 발생되는 스트레인은 임플란트 식립깊이에 따라 증가하였고, 초기단계에서 나사산에 인접한 골에 국한되던 과부하 부위(스트레인이 4,000μ-strain을 상회하는 영역)가 식립깊이 증가에 따라 인접골 전체, 즉 나사산 인접부는 물론 골(valley) 부위에 접하는 모든 영역으로 확장되었다. 본 연구를 통해, self-drilling 방식으로 마이크로임플란트를 식립할 때 치밀골에 발생하는 스트레인 크기는 생리적인 골개형을 저해할 수 있는 수준임을 확인할 수 있었다. Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the strain induced in the cortical bone surrounding an orthodontic microimplant during insertion in a self-drilling manner. Methods: A 3D finite element method was used to simulate the insertion of a microimplant (AbsoAnchor SH1312-7, Dentos Co., Daegu, Korea) into 1 mm thick cortical bone. The shape and dimension of thread groove in the center of the cortical bone produced by the cutting flute at the apical of the microimplant was obtained from animal test using rabbit tibias. A total of 3,600 analysis steps was used to calculate the 10 turns and 5 mm advancement of the microimplant. A series of remesh in the cortical bone was allowed to accommodate the change in the geometry accompanied by the implant insertion. Results: Bone strains of well higher than 4,000 microstrain, the reported upper limit for normal bone remodeling, were observed in the peri-implant bone along the whole length of the microimplant. Level of strains in the vicinity of either the screw tip or the valley part were similar. Conclusions: Bone strains from a microimplant insertion in a self-drilling manner might have a negative impact on the physiological remodeling of cortical bone.

      • 평면형 Bi-Sb 다중접합 열전변환기의 특성

        A planar Bi-Sb multijunction thermal converter for the precise measurements of ac voltage and current has been fabricated and its characteristics was discussed. In order to convert ac power into heat, a bifilar thin film Pt-heater, which could cancel its Thomson and Peltier effects, was prepared on the Si_(3)N_(4)/SiO_(2)/Si_(3)N_(4) diaphragm for the thermal isolation between heater and silicon substrate. To convert the temperature or the heat generated by the heater into dc voltage and current, hot and cold junctions of the Bi-Sb thermopile, which has a large difference in Seebeck coefficients, were formed on the dielectric diaphragm and the silicon substrate, respectively. The respective thermal sensitivity of the thermal converter with a bifilar heater was about 10.1 mV/mW and 14.8 mV/mW in the air and vacuum, which is about eight times higher than that of commercial 3-dimensional thermal converter. In the case of ac 2 V-input voltage, the ac-dc voltage transfer difference was about ±2.0 ppm, and in the case of ac 10 mA-input current, the ac-dc current transfer difference was about ± 0.6 ppm, in the frequency range from 10 Hz to 10 kHz.

      • 파종시기가 다른 일미찰의 등숙 중 호화 특성 비교

        This study was conducted to investigate the pasting properties of waxy corn ‘Ilmichal’ during ripening with different sowing date. Starch content of Ilmichal was increased as matured (p<0.05). Analysis of pasting properties with waxy corn starch using a rapid visco analyser (RVA) showed linear changes in peak viscosity, trough viscosity, final viscosity, breakdown and consistency according to ripening. There were significantly positive correlation between starch content of Ilmichal and peak viscosity (0.39*), trough viscosity (0.58***), final viscosity (0.58***), and consistency (0.57**). Differential scanning calorimerty (DSC). The enthalpy of gelatinization was increased as ripening. But onset and peak temperature were decreased. There were significantly positive correlation between starch content of Ilmichal and onset temperature (0.44*), peak temperature (0.38*), and completion temperature (0.59***), on the other hand, crude protein content presented significantly negative correlation between completion temperature (-0.41*).

      • 폐구리염화물용액의 분무열분해반응에 의한 생성분말의 특성에 관한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 폐 구리염화물 용액을 원료로 사용하여 분무열분해 공정에 의해 평균입도가 1 ㎛ 이하이며 입도분포가 균일하고 치밀한 조직을 나타내는 미립의 구리산화물 분말을 제조하는데 있다.또한 본 연구에서는 분무열분해 공정에 의해 생성되는 분말의 특성에 영향을 미치는 반응 온도, 원료용액의 유입속도, 분위기기체 및 공기의 유입속도, nozzle tip 크기 및 원료용액의 농도 등의 반응인자들의 영향을 검토하였다.

        We experienced a 25 year-old male patient with typhoid fever complicated with massive hemoptysis. Pulmonary complication in typhoid fever is very rare and to our knowledge, there has been no report of hemoptysis as a main cause of death with this disease. We herein report a rare case of typhoid fever.
