ISO Quality standards increase S/W operating efficiency with standardization and quality assessment. And OO programming technologies increase S/W operating efficiency with natural development methodology. We propose OMT process', that is combined with ISO-15504(SPICE) and OMT, framework and lifecycle and planning phase's task. OMT process will help S/W development more easy.

The HTTP Protocol composed of WWW's client/server model is unconnected and not keep state, so, there is one connection for one request. In this condition, it has no guarantee to memory which is needed in sequential processing, and HTTP Protocol has no choices to transfer the information from client to server's CGI or the information exchange. This paper uses the word 'key' instead of this 'state information'. We studied the key which creates automatically the HTML document for data search hierarchically in WWW environment and to confirm applied this to multimedia order and sale system of agricultural and marine products.
Purge & Trap-GC를 이용한 의약품 필름코팅 정제 중 잔류용제에 관한 연구

의약품은 약물을 생체에 적풋하기 위하여 유효성분의 효과가 언제나 일정하게 확보되고 사응에 편리하도록 만들어지는 것이므로 유효썽분 이외에 약효에 영향을 주지 않는 성분이 첨가되는 경운가 많다. 이 때 사용되는 용매들은 제피의 광택 및 건쪼시간의 단축 등을 위하여 휘발점이 낮을 용매들이 주로 사용되어진다. 본 연구는 의약품 필름코팅정제 중 잔류용매 4종(chlorofonr benzen, trichloro ethylen, 1,4-dioxane)에 대한 변형된 pirge & trap-GC 장치를 이용한 동시분석방법을 개발하였으며, 각 표준품의 RSD 값은 chloroform 3.03%, benzen 3.17%, trichloroethylen 3.69% and 1,4-dioxane 3.41%였다. 또한 시중 유통중인 의약품 50종에 대하여 잔류웅매 양을 측정하였으며, 검출되는 잔류용매는 한 건도 없었다. This study nras carried out to develope the analytical method for the mixture of chlorefonn, benzen, trichloroethylen and 1,4-dioxane simultaneously and determine the remainingorgauic solvents in coating tablets by Purge & Trap-GC. The results were as follouFs ; 1. Chloroform, benzen, trio:tloroethylen and 1,4-dioxane separated by tenax #5 trap by HP-624GC column by terrlperature programming. The peaks were separated completely at retentiontime of 6.88min for chloroform, 8.21min for benzen, 10.38miu for trichloroethylen and 11.95minfor 1,4-dioxane. 2. Standard RSD were individually chloroform 3.03%, benzen 3.17%, trichloroethylen 3.69%and 1,4-diorane 3.41%. 3. 60 samples were not detrcted chloroform, benzen, trichloroethylen and 1,4-dioxane.
Frontal Sinus Osteoplastic Flap Surgery Using a Surgical Navigation System

OBJECTIVE:: To report the case of a 38-year-old woman who underwent osteoplastic flap surgery for recurrent frontal sinus mucocele. During surgery, the exact shape of the frontal sinus was duplicated using a surgical navigation system. METHODS:: In this case report, the authors suggest intraoperative surgical navigation systems are useful for accurately determining the dimensions of the frontal sinus for osteoplastic flap surgery. RESULTS:: The patient underwent successful and safe osteoplastic flap surgery using a surgical navigation system. CONCLUSION:: Surgical navigation is useful and safe for frontal sinus osteoplastic flap surgery.
저압 직류 전력기기 설계를 위한 정극성과 부극성 기중절연파괴 특성 분석

최근 전 세계적으로 태양광 설비와 같은 신재생 에너지를 사용하는 직류 배전망의 보급이 증가함에 따라 사고가 계속해서 증가하고 있어 관련 보호 대책에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 기존의 교류 환경에서의 절연 특성 연구는 많이 진행되었지만, 직류에서의 연구나 분석은 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 이러한 직류 배전망에서의 안정성과 신뢰성을 확보하기 위하여 절연 특성에 대한 연구가 선행되어야한다. 본 논문에서는 기중 환경 에서의 절연파괴 시험을 위해 5가지 전극 크기를 고려하여 구 대 평판 전극 시스템을 제작하였으며, DC 내압기를 이용하여 정극성과 부극성 전압을 인가하여 절연파괴시험을 진행하였다. 또한 유한요소해석을 통해 전계이용률을 계산하였다. 이를 통해 절연파괴 시 최대전계를 도출함으로서 기중 환경에서의 절연파괴 특성에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 전극의 크기와 전극 간격이 증가할수록 절연파괴 전압이 증가하는 추세가 나타났으며, 부극성의 경우 절연파괴 전압값이 정극성의 경우보다 대체적으로 높아 코로나 방전 과정을 거쳐 절연파괴가 발생하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
軍 매개체 감시활동 및 감염지역 식별 : 군내 매개체 전파 감염병 환자 발생지역을 중심으로

Objectives; Distinguish infected areas through the surveillance of rodents and ticks regarding Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome(HFRS) and Severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome virus(SFTS), which is the recent cause of death of military patients, and prevent the occurring of additional patients. Methods; Requested examination of rodents that were captured in HFRS-occurring areas and ticks from SFTS-occurring areas to the Korea University College of Medicine. Rodents were subjected to an antibodies test through IFA and were tested for HFRSV genes by nested PCR. SFTSV was detected from mites via Real-time RT-PCR. Results; Visited 15 sites to distinguish HFRS-infected areas and cultivated Hantavirus antibodies from 7 rodents from 4 sites. Among these 7 rodents, 3 were shown to carry Hantavirus genes. Negative results were shown for the 4,127 mites examined, which were captured through visiting 3 units with SFTS patients a total of 9 times. Conclusions; Periodic vector surveillance is required to prevent vector-borne infections. Collecting samples is required not only in areas with patients, but also in outdoor training grounds where systematic management is limited and contact with the vector is frequent.
Comparing levels of perfluorinated compounds in processed marine products

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Perfluorinated compounds (PFCs) are widely distributed in nature and have many applications due to their unique chemical and physicochemical properties. While, PFCs are present in soil, water, and air, their pathway for entry into the human body is circumstantially via contaminated food. The demand for seafood has been increasing. In this study, we investigated via LC-MS/MS, the content of 19 different types of PFCs in 302 samples belonging to five different categories of the typical South Korean seafood. The highest levels of PFOA, PFTrDA, PFOS, and PFPeA were found in dried seafood, canned and salted seafood, processed fish food, and seasoned laver, respectively. The levels of PFOA and PFOS were compared on the basis of various criteria including the nomenclature, biological classification, and habitat of the source of seafood. High levels of PFOA and PFOS were detected in anchovy, sea squirt, and mackerel based on the nomenclature of raw seafood, in crustaceans based on the biological classification, and in demersal organisms based on the habitat. The human intake values of PFOA and PFOS from the processed marine products in South Korea were lower than the tolerable daily intake, indicating that the consumption of these processed seafood poses no immediate harm.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Method validation of each food base was performed. </LI> <LI> 19 types of PFCs showed different patterns in 5 processed seafoods. </LI> <LI> The main cause of the detected levels of PFOA and PFOS was fish species. </LI> <LI> Dry process and characteristics of PFCs affect their levels in dried seafood. </LI> <LI> The levels of PFOA and PFOS were higher in demersal fish than in pelagic fish. </LI> </UL> </P>
Construction of light-responsive phase chirality from an achiral macrogelator

<P>To realize light-responsive phase chirality from an achiral macrogelator in the solid state, a disc-shaped achiral macrogelator (B1AZ) was newly synthesized. B1AZ was self-assembled into a lamello-columnar structure in the bulk state, while single-handed helical fibrils (<I>H</I>F) with 400 nm of helical pitch were constructed by side-by-side lateral association of achiral B1AZ molecules in carvone chiral solvents. Even after the elimination of chiral solvents, the helical morphology and its chiroptical properties were precisely preserved. However, <I>H</I>F was not sensitive to UV light due to intense lateral packing. For remote-controlling the helical morphology, a single-helix (<I>H</I>S) with an 18 nm helical pitch was formed by utilizing <I>cis</I>-B1AZ sol. Upon irradiation with UV light, <I>H</I>S was transformed into spheroids (<I>S</I>) because of the <I>trans</I>-to-<I>cis</I> photo-isomerization of the azobenzene (AZ) of B1AZ. The photo-switchable phase chirality can be applied in light-responsive smart materials.</P>
