        This study conducted an empirical research to find ways to guide the career of college students in the social science at Soonchunhyang university. Research findings are as follows. 1) About 42% respondents answered that they did job-seeking efforts. 2) With regard to job preparing efforts, students spent their time on improving their English ability, major classes, computer ability, and license obtaining. 3) Job-related information sources in the school were not fully utilized by the students. 4) In the future, students hope that our school strengthen its PR efforts, open more English-related classes, improve its school image as a local university, and provide more job-related information The study concludes with implications of the study results and suggestions for career guidance of students.

      • 염모제 사용에 의한 인체림프구의 DNA 손상 변화

        To ascertain the effects of hair dyeing application on the DNA damage in human lymphocytes, a mixture of permanent black colored hair dye with the same amount of oxidant containing 6% hydrogen peroxide was used. A hair dyeing with contacting the scalp(conventional dyeing) and a hair dyeing with 3 to 4mm away from the scalp(alternative dyeing) were applied to each 15 young healthy women. Blood was taken from the brachial vein at two sampling times, just before and 6 hours after the hair dyeing, and tail extent moment(TEM) and tail length(TL) were measured by using a comet assay. After dyeing, TL was significantly increased in both conventional dyeing group and alternative dyeing group compared with before dyeing as an average of 47% and 28%, respectively, and TL for conventional dyeing group was higher than alternative dyeing group as an average of 1.2 fold. After dyeing, TEM was significantly increased in both conventional dyeing group and alternative dyeing group compared with before dyeing as an average of 192% and 76% respectively, and TEM for conventional dyeing group was significantly higher than alternative dyeing group as an average of 1.7 fold. Therefore, alternative dyeing application was induced to lower lymphocyte DNA damage than conventional dyeing application, and TEM was appeared to be a more sensitive tool for the measurement of lymphocyte DNA damage than TL in this study.

        Recently we emphasize the role of construction work's supervision, which is rasing its head, for the protection of an insolvent construction and the ensurance of quality control in the lesson of the big accident of Sampung Department Store and Chonjuuam center. Government has been carrying out the Responsible Construction System to get rid of an insolvent construction at a construction site since January 1 in 1994. But it is urgent to revise systematically for early fixing of supervision system and related system according to the construction market on August in 1995. In the case of Korea, depending on making a construction we didn't experience a supervision. We must grope the revision of its system and the access to the international level. We have to reflex and revise is operation system which pass current with overseas construction market. We must diminish confusion and an unnecessary friction with over seas companies which take part in domestic construction works. Ultimately, We have improve techniques of domestic supervisor and expert supervision companies. It will contribute to the turning for the advanced system. Accrodingly I will try for early fixing of special supervision system in Korea. For this I analyzed the construction supervision system to solve. We come to the conclusion by analyzing several countries construction system USA, ENGLAND, JAPAN ect.

      • 염모제 도포방법에 따른 인체 적혈구의 산화스트레스 비교

After increased, malondialdehyde(MDA) contents for conventional dyeing group was shown to a tendence for more increased than alternative dyeing group. After dyeing, reduced glutathione(GSH) contents for conventional dyeing group was shown to a tendence of more decreased than alternative dyeing group. After dyeing, superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT) activities were significantly decreased in conventional dyeing group(p<0.01), however, SOD and CAT activities were not significantly decreased in alternative dyeing group. After dyeing, there was no significant decrease in glutathione peroxidase(GPX) activity both for conventional dyeing group and alternative dyeing group. Therefore, after dyeing, the degree of oxidative stress in red blood cells for alternative dyeing group was appeared to be lower than conventional dyeing group.

      • 소각잔사 중의 클로로벤젠과 클로로페놀의 함량 및 이성체 분포특성

        Chlorobenzens(CBs) and chlorophenols(CPs) in fly asha discharged from several municipal soild waste incinerators (MSWI) were investigated in terms of total content and isomer distribution. The content of CBs and CPs was highest in the fly ash from S incinerator, which were 1040.7ngCB/g-fly ash and 1156.4ngCP/g-fly ash. According to the experimental results, while all samples contained a large amount of the higher chlorinated CBs the amount of lower chlorinated CPs varied with season It was found that the isomer distribution of CBs and CPs was almost constant regardless of season. The quantities of CBs and CPs depended closely on the chemical composition of MSW, while the isomer distribution of CBs and CPs was contant throughout all the year round.

      • The Oxidative Stress by Hair Dyeing Changes the Antioxidant Defense Systems and Strongly Relates to the Plasma Vitamin E Concentration

        Reactive oxygen species can be generated in the skin by hair dyeing. The aim of this study was to find out the effects of the oxidative-type hair dye application in young women on the antioxidant systems. We investigated the lipid peroxide levels, glutathione (GSH) levels, and the antioxidant enzyme activities including superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSHPx) in plasma and erythrocytes and catalase (CAT) in erythrocytes, and DNA damages in lymphocytes. Also, plasma concentrations of antioxidant vitamins, vitamin A and E, were measured and the correlations between various antioxidant parameters and oxidative damages were evaluated The antioxidant enzyme activities in plasma (GSHPx) and in erythrocytes (SOD and CAT) were decreased significantly after hair dyeing. 1be lipid peroxide and GSH levels were not affected in both plasma and erythrocytes. No significant difference was found in the concentrations of both vitamin A and E between before and after hair dyeing. However, DNA damages expressed as the tail extent moment (TEM) and tail length (TL) were significantly (p<0.001) increased. The plasma vitamin E concentration was correlated with DNA damages (TEM: r=-0.590, p<0.01 and TL: r=-0.533. p<0.01) and RBC SOD activity (r=0.570, p<0.05). In turn, RBC SOD activity was significantly correlated with both plasma MDA levels (r=-0.412, p<0.05) and DNA damages (TM: r=-0.546, p<0.01, TL: r=-0.493, p<0.01). Our results demonstrated that the exposure to hair dyeing produced lymphocyte DNA damage and modification of the antioxidant enzyme activities. Also, there were very strong associations between plasma vitamin E concentration, RBC SOD activity and DNA damage induced by hair dyeing. It suggests that the antioxidant status of a subject is likely to be related to the extent of the harmful effects caused by hair dyeing.

        종합병원의 60세 이상 입원환자의 요양병원 이용의향 관련 요인

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate factors that have effects on the intention of use long-term care (LTC) hospital in inpatients over sixty. Methods: Data were surveyed from over 60 years inpatients at two hospitals located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do province during February and March, 2015. Predisposing factors, needs and enabling factors by Andersen`s behavioral model to medical were mapped into measure items. Total 180 cases were analyzed. Results: Age as predisposing factor of intention to use of LTC hospital was significant. Self-rated health status as need factor of intention to use of LTC hospital was not significant. Enabling factors of intention to use of LTC hospital, such as residence type, and awareness and perception of LTC facilities or hospital, were significant. The sixties group have more intention to use LTC hospital than over 70. The patient group being aware of LTC facilities had more intention to use LTC hospital than the not-being aware of them. The patient group that has indirect experience of LTC hospital had more intention to use LTC hospital than the group that does not. The patient group of self-owned residence showed less intention of using LTC hospital than the group of monthly-rent residence. Conclusions: Intention to use LTC hospital of the elderly over sixty was different in their age, residence type, awareness and indirect experience of LTC service/facilities. Therefore, this results can be applied to LTC hospital management and government`s LTC policy promotion.

        EPS(elementwise patterned stamp)활용 UV나노임프린트 공정에서의 웨이퍼 미소변형의 영향

        본 실험에서는 단위요소 사이에 채널을 갖는 Elementwise Patterned Stamp (이하 EPS)를 이용하여 실글스탬(single step)으로 4인치 웨이퍼를 임프린트 하는 공정을 수행하였다. 단위요소간의 간격이 3㎜인 EPS를 이용한 임프린트에서 50 - 100㎚급의 패턴을 성공적으로 형성하였다. 그러나 임프린트 과정 중 EPS의 채널 부분에서 웨이퍼의 미소변형이 발생하여 단위요소의 미충전과 불균일한 잔여층이 형성되는 문제들이 발생하였다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 웨이퍼의 미소변형이 단위요소 충전과 패턴형성에 미치는 영향을 확인해 보기 위해 웨이퍼의 두께를 100 - 500㎛로 변화시켜가며 임프린트 실험을 수행하였고, 유한요소법(Finite Element Method, FEM)을 이용한 수치모사를 통하여 실험결과를 확인하였다. 또한 웨이퍼의 미소변형이 발생하는 또 다른 요인인 EPS의 채널 폭을 3㎜, 2㎜, 1㎜로 변화시키며 수행한 수치모사를 통하여 안정된 임프린트 조건을 제시하였다. In the UV-NIL process using an elementwise patterned stamp (EPS), which includes channels formed to separate each element with patterns, low-viscosity resin droplets with a nano-liter volume are dispensed on all elements of the EPS. Following pressing of the EPS, the EPS is illuminated with UV-light to cure the resin; and then the EPS is separated from several thin patterned elements on a wafer. Experiment on UV-N1L were performed on an EVG620-NIL. 50 - lOO㎚ features of the EPS with 3㎜ channels were successfully transferred to 4 in. wafers. Especially, the wafer deformation during imprint was analyzed using the finite element method (FEM) in order to study the effect of the wafer deformation on the UV-NIL using EPS.
