        論文(론문) : 조선의 名醫 유이태(劉以泰,劉爾泰) 연구

        Objective: Two famous medical doctors, Yoo Itae(以泰, 爾泰) and Riu Euitae(義泰), have been well known in academic world and public in Sancheong-gun. Yoo Itae is the progenitor of Majinhak which is the therapy for measles, he wrote a “Majinpyun” as the first book of therapy for measles in Chosun. Riu Euitae, meanwhile, is a fictional medical doctor and a teacher of Heo Jun who became real without confirmation of historical truths by Roh Jeongwoo who heard about a name, Yoo Itae. Roh`s assertion was quoted in the report of literatures, papers, novel, and telecast without verification. His assertion is exposed in novel and media and it has seriously distorted the history. The purpose of this study is to rectify the historical distortion. Methods: Various references study was performed. Confirmed a family tree, birth and death year, birthplace, sepulture, words on a tombstone, writing, collections of works anthology and the existence of keepsake. Investigated records of royal family, Sancheong-gun papers, Sancheong Hyanggyo papers, Dongyuhagan, Chosun Hanryuseungram and the record of Sawoo Munjip(anthology). Analyzed Roh Jungwoo`s conversation that tells Riu Euitae is a teacher of Heo Jun and contents of an encyclopedia. Listened to testimony of descendants and assertions of historian in rural area. Verified voice recording on books taken from at birthplace and the space of activity. Results: Yoo Itae is well shown in various records and medical writing books, whereas Riu Euitae does not. Riu Euitae is not a real person in the history. Roh Jeongwoo who asserts Riu Euitae is a teacher of Heo Jun admits his mistake. But, the encyclopedia record describing Riu Euitae is a teacher of Heo Jun, government official at Sancheong district office, historians in rural area, historians in rural area who made a family shrine, gravestone, a statue, memorial, historic site of Riu Euitae on Jinju Rui could not suggest any evidences for the existence of Riu Euitae and for record Riu Euitae is a teacher of Heo Jun. Conclusion : Riu Euitae is neither a real person in the history nor a teacher of Heo Jun. Riu Euitae came from pronunciation confusion between ‘I’ and ‘Eui’ in Kyungsang province. Riu Euitae is Yoo Itae on Geochang Yoo who was a medical doctor of King, Sukjeong and wrote medical books including <Majinpyun>, <Silheomdanbang>, <Inseomungyunrog>.

        개선한 일회성 난수를 이용한 RFID 상호인증 프로토콜

        2008년에 Kim-Jun은 의도하지 않은 정보의 누출로 인한 악의적인 공격들 및 범죄 악용 문제점들을 해결하기 위해 일회성 난수를 이용한 RFID 상호인증 프로토콜을 제안하였다. 보안성 분석을 통하여 Kim-Jun은 제안한 프로토콜이 재전송 공격을 포함한 다양한 공격들에 안전함을 증명하였다. 하지만 본 논문에서는 그들의 주장과는 달리 그들이 제안한 프로토콜이 여전히 재전송 공격에 취약함을 증명하며, 더 나아가 동일한 연산 효율성을 보장하며 재전송 공격을 막을 수 있는 간단히 개선된 일회성 난수 기반의 RFID 상호인증 프로토콜을 제안한다. In 2008, Kim-Jun proposed a RFID mutual authentication protocol using one-time random number that can withstand malicious attacks by the leakage of important information and resolve the criminal abuse problems. Through the security analysis, they claimed that the proposed protocol can withstand various security attacks including the replay attack. However, this paper demonstrates that Kim-Jun's RFID authentication protocol still insecure to the replay attack. In addition, this paper also proposes a simply improved RFID mutual authentication protocol using one-time random number which not only provides same computational efficiency, but also withstands the replay attack.

        일부 산업장 남성근로자들의 흡연·음주실태에 따른 혈압 및 혈액검사치의 특성

        This study was conducted to estimate the incidence and the degree of cigarette smoking and drinking among working men, and then to investigate the effects on blood pressure, various hematological indices and blood chemistry. The sample consisted of 2,287 male workers who had undertaken a general health check-up during the two-year period from January, 2000 to December, 2001. Such factors as blood pressure, blood glucose, lipid profiles, and liver function tests were determined and then analyzed with respect to the subjects smoking and/or drinking status. The major findings from this study are: 1. The drinking and smoking status have shown that 52.7% of participants were in the habit of both drinking and smoking while 11.6% were not associated with either. On the other hand 25.4% were involved only in drinking and 10.2% only in smoking. In the group smoking over 21 cigarettes per day over 30, the age group occupied the largest proportion at 20.1%. 2. Regarding the relationship between smoking and/or drinking status, and blood pressure, hematology and blood chemistry, the smoking and/or drinking group had significantly higher levels of blood pressure, both systolic and diastolic, Hb &ct, TG, LDL-C, SGOT, and γ-GTP, than the non-smoking and/or non-drinking group. But HDL-C was significantly lower in the smoking group and significantly higher in the drinking group than the non-smoking/non-drinking group. 3. Regarding amount smoked, a larger number of cigarettes per day was significantly associated with the higher levels of blood pressure, systolic and diastolic, TG, TC, LDL-C, Hb, Hct, and γ-GTP. As for the amount drunk, an increasing amount of alcohol intake was associated with rising levels of blood pressure, systolic and diatolic, TG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, Hb, SGOT, and γ-GTP. 4. Regarding the correlation among all the variables stated above, the smoking and drinking amount was shown to be in the positive correlation with blood pressure, both systolic and diastolic, TG, TC, Hb, and γ-GTP. On the contrary, LDL-C and HDL-C was in a positive correlation only with the amount drunk amount, and Hct only with the amount smoked. 5. As with systolic and diastolic blood pressure, the odds ratio of the smoking group was 2.35 and 2.58 compared to the non-smoking/drinking group, whereas it was 1.47 and 1.75 in the smoking/drinking group. Concerning serum lipids, the smoking/drinking group had 1.97 times the levels of TG in the non-smoking/non-drinking group, though the smoking group had 1.55 times the levels of HDL-C in the non-smoking/non-drinking group. As with liver function test results, the drinking group had 2.50 times and the smoking/drinking group had 4.41 times the levels of γ-GTP in the non-smoking/drinking group, respectively. The above results revealed that smoking and alcohol intake were effected the results of blood pressure and laboratory tests. Specifically, not only the smoking/drinking group but also those only smoking or only drinking were not as desirable as the non-smoking and non-drinking group to the results of blood pressure and laboratory tests.

      • 지속적인 直流電場이 백서의 임의형 皮版生存에 미치는 影響

        백서의 임의형 피판에 지속적인 자장을 형성시킨 결과 대조군에 비해 평균 19.4%의 피판 생존율의 증가를 보였다. The effect upon the survival of skin flaps of direct current(D.C.) electric fields ware studied on the back of the Sparque-Dawley rats in this study. Twenty rats were divided into two groups-ten rats in control group and ten in electrically stimulated group. Skin flap(2×8cm; width×length) was made on the back of each rat. In electrically stimulated group, disk button battery(1.5 volt) and cupper electrodes were implanted near the flap and continious electric field of 0.9 mA was obtained. In control group, no electric field was made with disconnection of battery and cupper wires. The area of survived flap were measured in 5th post-operative day and compared with each group. The results was as 19.4% increase in the survived area of the flap in the electrically stimulated group.

      • 연직배수공법의 스미어존이 압밀에 미치는 영향에 관한 수치해석

        In this paper, an numerical approach is performed to investigate the effects of smear zone, occurred by penetrating vertical drains, on consolidation behavior of soft clay deposits. Such a numerical analysis is applied to the field condition to confirm its applicability. Parametric numerical analyses is carried out to study influencing factors such as permeability in smear zone, boundary of smear zone and discharge capacity of vertical drains on the consolidation of soil. As results of analyses, for the given conditions of soil, degree of consolidation is getting faster with increase of permeability of vertical drain. Degree of consolidation is delayed with decrease of permeability of smear zone. As the ratio of drain width to smear zone increases, the degree of consolidation decreases. Proposed values of influencing factors by previous researchers is found to be reliable from results of numerical analyses with Cam-clay model.

        Siriraj Stroke Score 따른 뇌졸중 환자 감별의 적합성

        Background: The differentiation between hemorrhagic(HS) and norhemorrhagic(NHS) stroke is the most important first step in the management of acute stroke because clinical management of the two disorders differs substantially. Neuroimaging studies are useful in diagnosing and distinctioning between HS and NHS. The use of clinical variables, such as Siriraj stroke scores(SSS), has led to good sensitivity, specificity and predictive values. The aim of our study was to evaluate the use of the SSS in the Korean population and assess whether it could aid to expedite treatment decisions. Methods: We reviewed 111 cases of stroke patients admitted to our hospital via the emergency department over a 6 months period from July to December 1998. Levels of consciousness, vomiting, headache, and atheroma markers used in the SSS were applied to these patients who met the criteria for a stroke. Results: Of the 111 patients, the SSS classified 83 with sensitivities of 81.1%(NHS) and 73.3%(HS) and positive predictive values of 84.3% and 68.8%, respectively. The overall accuracy rate was 78.3%. Conclusion: Our results suggest that the SSS is not reliable in distinguishing stroke types in the Korean population. Definite neuroimaging studies are needed prior to thrombolytic therapy.

      • 고등급 보안 시스템을 위한 IPSec 시스템 기능 명세

        현대 사회는 인터넷 사용자의 증가와 제반 기술의 비약적인 발전으로 사회활동 전반에 대한 인터넷 기반 서비스가 이루어지고 있다. 이런 과정에서 발생한 중요한 문제중의 하나가 불특정 다수가 자유로이 통신을 하기 위해 개발된 인터넷상에서 사용자의 보안을 보장해주는 것이다. 최근에 와서 인터넷상에서 개인 정보유출로 인한 많은 피해가 발생하면서 정보보호에 대한 관심이 더욱 증가하고 있다. 현재 이 문제를 해결하기 위하여 많은 보안 관련 시스템들이 개발되고 있으며, 세계 각 국의 표준 기구에서는 이러한 시스템에 대한 등급을 평가하고 있다. 각 등급을 살펴보면, 시스템 개발 초기부터 정형기법을 이용하여 개발되어진 시스템들이 고등급을 획득하고 있다. 국내에서도 한국정보보호센터(KISA)에서 보안 시스템에 대한 등급을 평가를 수행하면서 정형기법을 이용하여 땅세 검증된 시스템에게 K5이상의 고등급을 부여하고 있다. 이러한 등급을 살펴보면, 시스템의 기능을 정형명세언어를 이용해서 명세하는 부분을 공통적으로 요구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 높은 보안 등급의 IPSec 관련 시스템을 개발하기 위해서 정형명세언어인 Z를 이용해서 IPSec의 동작을 명세하였다. The modern community is moving across the whole areas based on Internet with the growing Internet users and the great technological development. One of the important things that can be problem in this community is that the Internet should assure secure networking and security mechanism for the many security-ignorant users. Recently, Due to a lot of damages like a personal drain, security concerns is growing very rapidly. Now, many security application system is developing to solve this problem and each of the world standard organizations is evaluating these security application systems. Considering the each levels, we found that system using formal methods from the initial system development process acquired the high-level. In domestic, KISA manages the evaluation of security system and gives the higher than K5 to the system that specified and verified using formal methods. In this all levels, it should be required the system specification part. In this paper, we specified IPSec using formal specification language Z to develope the high-level IPSec system.

      • 경사지반에 위치한 교대기초의 원심모델링

        This paper is the research result about centrifuge model experiments of investigating the behavior of bridge abutment on the sloped ground. Ground condition of the studied site was the bridge abutment with pile foundation adjacent to the slope. The pile foundations was supported on the soft rocks covered with the embankment. Evaluating the behavior of such a complicate ground and structure conditions was not easy so that the centrifuge modelling was performed to find the overall behavior of them. Layout of centrifuge model experiment was simplified to simulate easily the actual behavior of very complicate site condition. Construction process in field such as ground excavation for footing foundation, installation of piles, Placement of footing and bridge abutment, backfilling and surcharge loading eas duplicated in the centrifuge model experiment, Consequently, the stability of the piled bridge abutment adjacent to the slope of embankment was evaluated throughout centrifuge modelling.

      • 고출력 레이저에 의한 이종금속 용접시험평가에 관한 연구

        Laser welding techniques have been characterised for various materials. In this paper. the laser weldability of STS304 stainless steel and Inconel 600 at dissimilar metal welds using a continuous wave Nd:YAG laser are experimentally investigated. Inconel 600 is being used in a steam generator tubing of pressurized water reactor(PWR) exposed to some corrosion. Stress corrosion cracking can occur on this material. An experimental study was conducted to determine effects of welding parameters, on eliminating or reducing the extent welding zone formation at dissimilar metal welds and to optimize those parameters that have the most influence parameters such as focus length, power, beam speed, shielding gas, and wave length of laser were tested.
