본 순천향대학교 의과대학 정형외과학 교실에서는 2명의 환자에서 발견된 대퇴골두 골괴사와 함께 발생한 양측 슬관절 골괴사를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. 대퇴골두 골괴사가 있는 환자에서 슬관절 동통을 호소하는 경우 연관통 등으로 여겨 간과하기 쉬우며, 대개 고관절의 통증으로 체중부하 보행이 어려운 경우가 많아 통증이 약하게 나타나기도 하기 때문에 관심을 가지고 슬관절 골괴사를 동반하는지 여부를 판단하여야 할 것이다. Osteonecrosis of the knee associated with osteonecrosis of the femoral head was very rare and reported cases were quite rare. We have experienced two cases of osteonecrosis of both knees associated with osteonecrosis of the femoral head. One is a 44-year-old man who had avascular necrosis of the righ femoral head and osteonecrosis of both knees, femoral condyle and metaphysis of proximal tibia. Another case is a 39-year-old man who had osteonecrosis of both femoral head and osteonecrosis of the both knees, medial condyles of both tibias. They were treated with total hip replacement arthroplasty for avascular necrosis of the femoral head and conservatively for osteonecrosis of the knee. If a person complains of pain in hip and knee simultaneously, we should pay attention and rule out osteonecrosis of the knee.
PCM Heat Exchanger에서 PCM의 용융특성

The objective of this paper was to study the melting heat transfer characteristics when the heat transfer fluid flows outside the vertical annulus PCM cylinder. The temperatures of PCM, cylinder wall and transfer fluid were measured for the various inlet fluid temperatures and mass flowrates. Correlations between the melting time and heat flux were discussed for the heat absorption of melting PCM. The melting time of PCM is inversely proportional to the inlet fluid temperature and mass flowrate with the corresponding slopes of 4.15 and 0.51 respectively in log-log courdinates as follows. ?? = ?????1???? The effect of inlet fluid temperature on the melting time is relatively remarkable than that of fluid mass flowrate.

As the rapid growth of industrial society, many enterprises are inclined to 100 ppm management, even more to ppm management from the traditional 3σ management method. Therefore, it needs to extend process capability index for guarantee of high quality assurance level to ppm unit. Thus, in this paper, using the probability of standard normal distribution from 3σ tp 6σ, which was developed by an author, the optimal numbers of inspection facility is determined for guarantee of process capability index and quality assurance level. Also, high quality assurance level is determined by considering the precision of inspection when one and two sided specification is given for the probability which is out of the specification limit.
Box-Jenkins 모형을 이용한 X ̄관리도와 CUSUM관리도의 민감도 분석

It is revealed that, as the use of automated manufacturing is increasing and the process inspection technology is improvements in industry for recently years, the data from mass production system is exhibited some degree of autocorrelation. The operation characteristics of traditional control charts developed under the assumption of independence may be adversely affected by the presence of serial correlation. Therefore, we try to explain a autocorrelated construction by being in contact with a time-series models, so called the Box-Jenkins forecast models, which has been proposed as a very good forecasting tool and allows to distinguish the variations resulted from a autocorrelation structure from one due to unusual but assignable causes. In this paper, autoregressive/moving average parameters in the use of Box-Jenkins forecast models is estimated, and a sensitivity analysis is given by comparing X control chart with CUSUM control chart for the variation of error or forecast residuals.

This paper concentrates on the position control of a pneumatic cylinder under parameter variation. A closed-loop control is proposed to design the different controllers(P, PI, PID, PD controller) in order to choose the best controller based on the fast and accurate control of the system. It is shown that the control algorithm is robust and effective in attaining the fast and accurate position control of system under time-dependent parameter variation. Experimental results showed that PD controller law is effective to obtain the fast response and to increase the stability of the system. The method is a useful control algorithm which always automatically adjusts the position control in accordance with the error, using carrier wave of triangle type regardless of changes on the operating condition and physical differences between components.
돈육의 지방산과 아미노산 조성 및 관능 특성에 미치는 미생물제제 및 고구마 사일리지 급여 효과

3원교잡종(LY×D) 돼지를 이용하여, 60일 동안 미생물제제 K를 3% 급여한 A 처리구와 O를 3% 급여한 B 처리구 및 가고시마흑돼지에게 10% 고구마 사일리지를 급여한 C 처리구로 각 처리구별로 30두씩 공시하여 사양 시험 후 돈육의 지방산, 아미노산 조성 및 관능적 특성에 미치는 효과를 분석하였다. 가열육의 관능검사에서는 B 처리구가 다른 처리구들에 비하여 유의적으로 높은 값을 보였다(p<0.05). 처리구 간에 지방산 조성 변화를 보면 palmitic과 palmitoleic acid 함량은 C 처리구가 다른 처리구들에 비하여 유의적으로 높았다(p<0.05). Aspartic, threonine, serine, glutamic, isoleucine과 phenyl alanine 함량은 C 처리구가 다른 처리구들에 비하여 유의적으로 높았다(p<0.05). Proline, alanine, cystine, valine, methionine, leucine과 histidine 함량은 B 처리구가 다른 두 처리구들에 비하여 유의적으로 낮은 아미노산 함량을 보였다(p<0.05). A total of 90 pigs were used to investigate the effect of feeding microbes and sweet potato silage on physico-chemical characteristics of pork loin. About 60 kg pigs were randomly alloted into one of three experimental diet groups (A: Supplemented with 3% K microbe; B: Supplemented with 3% O microbe; C: Supplemented with 10% sweet potato silage). Pigs were slaughtered at approximately 110 kg live weight and fatty acid, amino acid and sensory characteristics were measured in pork loin. In cooked meat, sensory evaluation was significantly higher in B compared to other treatments (p<0.05). The palmitic and palmitoleic acid content of C treatment were significantly higher than those of other treatments (p<0.05). In amino acid composition, aspartic acid, threonine, serine, glutamic acid, isoleucine and phenyl alanine level were significantly higher in C treatment compared to other treatments (p<0.05).

With the increasingly strict demands on accuracy position control of the production line, the modelling and control of the activated process have become a subject of great interest. Much efforts have been made in understanding and modelling of this process in the last decade. This thesis concentrates on the position control of Pneumatic cylinder under parameter variation.
