The Actinomyces species are normal flora of oral cavity and upper intestine characterized as gram-positive, non-spore-forming anaerobic or mjcroaerophilic rods. Actinomycosis is a chronic suppurative and granulomatous disease characterized by abscess, sinus, abundant granulation and mass. The appendix is the commonly involved site among abdominal actinomycosis. Abdominal actinomycosis is often difficult to diagnose before operation because of no reliable clinical features and infrequency of the disease. We report two cases of abdominal actinomycosis which were manifested as acute appendicitis. Those were detected Incidentally tv the pathologist after routine appendectomy. Both patients were successfully treated with appendectomy followed by proper antibiotics use.

탄성 다물체 동력학 해석 프로그램을 위한 중간 처리기 CNU_IP 개발

An intermediate processor, called CNU_IP, has been developed to generate and transfer the necessary data from the commercial finite element program ANSYS to the flexible multibody dynamics program AUTODYN7, which is under development. Binary result file reading routines have been developed to extract deformation mode shapes and consistent mass matrices from the ANSYS binary result file. Using extracted deformation modes, the CNU_IP carries out inertia relief computation for the static correction mode based on the component mode synthesis theory. The program also produces lumped mass entries and lumped rotary inertia entries for the flexible body equations of motion by diagonalizing the consistent mass matrices from the finite element model of a flexible body. Various methods to generate lumped rotary inertia entries have been investigated to select the appropriate method. To show the use of CNU_IP, a flexible chassis model of a military jeep has been demonstrated to produce necessary flexible body data for AUTODYN7.

장애아동재활치료사업에서 가족중심실천이 가족임파워먼트에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 장애아동재활치료사업에 참여한 이용자와 치료사를 대상으로 서비스 전달과정에서 가족중심실천정도를 파악하였다. 이와 함께 가족중심실천이 장애아동 가족임파워먼트에 미치는 영향력을 분석하였다. 가족중심실천은 사회복지서비스를 제공하는 과정에서 서비스 제공기관이 어느 정도 장애인 가족의 참여와 의사결정권을 존중하고, 이를 실천 과정에 반영하는가를 의미한다. 분석결과 장애아동재활치료 사업의 가족중심실천정도에 대한 인식은 서비스 제공자가 사업에 참여한 이용자보다 유의한 정도로 높게 인식하고 있었다. 이와 함께 서비스 제공과정에서 가족중심실천정도가 높을수록 가족의 임파워먼트가 높아지는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 장애아동 재활치료사업이 장애인 가족의 임파워먼트를 강화하기 위해서는 전문직 종사자들이 가족중심실천의 원칙과 가치를 숙지할 필요가 있으며, 이를 이용자들이 인식할 수 있도록 적극적으로 실천하는 것이 요구됨을 확인할 수 있었다. This article discusses the effect of family-centered practice on family empowerment in the disable child service bauocher. Family-Centered Practice strengthen the capacity of parents to care for and protect their children and promote the family's capacity to manage their own lives. And Family-Centered Practice is based on a set of values, beliefs and principles that recognize that families can contribute to all aspects of services through their active participation. The findings indicate that although practitioner or therapist recognized family-centered practice as important in the Disable Child Service bauocher, they only perform therapeutic services. Therefore practitioner or therapist in the Disable Child Service bauoche are required to improve the performance of Family-Centered Practice strategies and to consider the viewpoint of Family-Centered Practice's values, beliefs and principles. Fanally, Family-Centered Practice empower family by appreciation of family's values, beliefs, and by participating them as partners in decision making.

요로결석 환자에 대한 응급실에서의 진단방법

Nephrolithiasis is one of the most common disease seen in the Emergency Department. Among the patients who visited in the Emergency Department with acute abdominal pain, many people were suspected urolithiasis. Because of limitation of diagnostic method on Emergency Department we planned this study in order to confirm the our accuracy of diagnosis and the possibility of misdiagnosis. During 5 months from April 1996 to August 1996, the 189 patients was suspected the urolithiasis. Among this patient, 51 cases was excluded due to incomplete study. After performing P/Ex, U/A, KUB in the Emergency Department, they were followed out patients department of Urology and perfomed Intravenous Pyelogram. The sensitivity and specificity for KUB were 84.5% and 94.0%, respectively. The positive predictive value was 93.8%, the nagative predictive value was 93.8%. Diagnostic accuracy of urolithiasis in our Emergency Department is 89.1%. There was no relationship between urinary occult blood and KUB or IVP. There was no relationship between degree of occult blood and diagnosis of urolithiasis. For differential diagnosis of urolithisis, emergency ultrasound and IVP will be available. So combination of this diagnostic methods will improve accuracy and safty of diagnosis and treatment of urolithiasis.

SPCC강의 점소성 거동에 대한 실험적 연구

SPCC강에 대한 점소성 거동의 특성을 Perzyna 점소성 모형을 기준으로 실험적으로 조사하였다. 점소성 구성방정식을 미소변형 및 유한변형이론에 맞추어 표현하고, 각 경우에 대한 물질상수 및 정적항복함수를 구하였다. 여러가지 변형율속도하에서 인장시험 결과로 부터 물질상수 및 정적항복함수를 결정하기 위한 자료처리 방안이 제시되었다. The characteristics of Visco-Plastic behaviors of SPCC steel are investigated empirically based on the Visco-Plastic model proposed by Perzyna. Visco-Plastic constitutive equations are expressed according to both infinitesimal and finite deformation theories, and material constants and static yield function are obtained in each case. A method of data regression is proposed for determining the material constants and static yield function from the results of tensile test under various strain-rate.

혼합 모우드 변형하에 있는 흑연/에폭시 복합재료의 파괴

중앙에 균열이 있는 복합재료(Graphite/Epoxy) 유한평판에서 균열길이와 균열각도의 변화에 따른 파괴 현상을 실험하였다. 응력강도계수와 변형에너지 방출율을 유한평판에 대한 혼합모우드 수정계수를 이용하여 구하였다. 또한 전자현미경을 이용하여 파괴단면이 균열각도의 변화에따라 어떤 형상을 나타내는지 알아보고 그 이유에 대하여 고찰하였다. The fracture test for finite composite plate with a central crack is performed for selected combinations of crack length and angle. The stress intensity factors and strain energy release rates are calculated by using the mixed mode correction factors for the finite plate. Fracture surfaces for variety of crack angle are analyzed and taken photograph by using scanning electron microscope(SEM).

疎風湯의 消炎·鎭痛作用에 관한 硏究

This study was attempted to examine the effect of Sopung-Tang extract(STE) on anti-inflammatory action in rats, analqesic action and the acute, subacute toxicity in mice. In anti-inflammatory activity in rats, STE was shown to have significant preventive effect in the edema induced by Freund's conplete adjuvant and 5% acetic acid. In analgesic activity in mice, STE was shown to have significant analgesic action on the writhing syndrome in mice induced by 0.7% acetic acid. In acute toxicity test in mice, STE showed 10% mortality at 2000㎎/㎏ . and 1200㎎/㎏ i.p. In subacute toxicity test in mice, STE was not showed for 19 days. Serum uric acid in treated by adjuvant method rats were slightly decreaced by comparing with the control group. During the administration of extracts the body weight increased, but the liver and spleen weight was not changed.

건설 프로젝트에서 D-virus가 안전에 미치는 영향에 관한 기초적 연구

Construction site has contributed to construction productivity improvement by utilizing information, simplification, and standardization concept. Also it has contributed to quality and productivity improvement by standardizing design and construction process, using them to a fair decision-making process by organizing diverse data in construction process. However, construction process has diverse variables and uncertain case due to particularity in construction. These parts have an effect on construction process. To use unorganic construction information and knowledge properly has become the factor to project success. Therefore, this study analyzes that D-virus of the uneasy factors has an effect on safety control of construction industry. That is to say, aim of the study is to suggest the solution to remove those after confirming for these factors to have certain effect in construction process through fact finding survey and retesting the factors of D-virus to refer in business management in a constructive position.

혼합모우드 굽힘시편을 이용한 탄소/에폭시 복합재료의 층간분리해석

탄소/에폭시 복합재료의 혼합 모우드 층간분리 연구를 위하여 혼합 모우드 굽힘시험이 수행되었다. 레버를 이용하여 시편에 하중을 가함으로써 모우드 Ⅰ과 Ⅱ 굽힘 하중이 동시에 작용하도록 하였다. 하중레버의 하중부과점 위치와 시편에 작용하는 굽힘하중점 위치를 변화시킴으로써 다양한 혼합 모우드 비를 얻을 수 있었다. 총변형에너지방출율을 모우드 분리하기 위하여 단순보 이론과 컴플라이언스법 그리고 수정된 단순보 이론을 병행적용하였고 그 결과 유한요소 해석 결과와 잘 일치하였다. A mixed mode bending test was performed to investigate the mixed mode delamination for carbon/epoxy composite material. By loading the specimen with a lever, a single applied load could produce mode I and mode II bending loads on the specimen simultaneously. Various mixed mode ratios could be produced by changing the applied load position on the loading lever and the bending load position on the specimen. This test was analyzed using beam theory, compliance method and modified beam theory to decompose total strain energy release rate into the mode I and mode II components. The results agreed well with those of finite element analysis
