다양한 발열체가 분산된 폴리우레탄 접착 필름의 유도가열 거동 비교

나노 및 마이크로 크기의 철(Fe), 마그네타이트(Fe<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub>) 및 니켈(Ni) 입자가 분산된 열가소성 폴리우레탄(TPU) 접착필름에서 각 금속의 크기 및 형상 그리고 피착재의 종류에 따른 접착필름의 유도가열 거동을 연구하였다. 연구결과 동일한 첨가량 및 유사한 입자 크기에서 철과 니켈이 분산된 열가소성 TPU 접착필름에 비해 마그네타이트가 분산된 TPU 접착필름의 발열이 높게 나타났다. 철과 니켈의 입자 크기가 자기장의 표면 침투 깊이(Penetration skin depth) 보다 클 경우 와전류에 의한 발열로 인해 입자 크기가 커질수록 초기 승온속도와 최고 온도가 증가하는 것을 확인하였다. 서로 다른 형태를 갖는 니켈 입자를 사용한 유도가열 실험 결과 편상(flake)의 입자가 TPU 접착필름에 분산되었을 때 자기이력(Magnetic hysteresis)에 의한 열 발생으로 가장 높은 발열이 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 또한 금속 입자가 분산된 TPU 접착필름이 서로 다른 피착재에 적용되었을 때 발열현상이 상이하게 나타났으며 피착재의 열전도도에 따른 결과를 확인하였다. The effect of nanoscopic and microscopic Fe, Fe<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub>, and Ni particles and their shapes and substrate materials on the heating behavior of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) adhesive films was investigated via induction heating. The heat generation tendency of Fe<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub> particles was higher than that shown by Fe and Ni particles in the TPU adhesive films. When the Fe and Ni particle size was larger than the penetration skin depth, the initial heating rate and maximum temperature increased with an increase in the particle size. This is attributed to the eddy current heat loss. The heating behavior of the TPU films with Ni particles of different shapes was examined, and different hysteresis heat losses were observed depending on the particle shape. Consequently, the flake-shaped Ni particles showed the most favorable heat generation because of the largest hysteresis loss. The substrate materials also affected the heating behavior of the TPU adhesive films in an induction heating system, and the thermal conductivity of the substrate materials was determined to be the main factor affecting the heating behavior.

Membranes were prepared by incorporating Na-Y zeolite particles into poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) cross-linked with poly(acrylic acid) (PAA). The membrane was characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy, contact angle measurement, swelling test, SEM analysis, and XRD analysis. The pervaporation separation of water/acetic acid mixtures was carried out using prepared membranes. From the results, it was shown that the hydrophilic property of prepared membrane increased with increase of zeolite contents and the PVA/PAA membrane with zeolite addition showed higher permeation flux than that of without zeolite membrane. The PVA/PAA membrane containing 8 wt% zeolite showed the highest perme-ation flux and separation in the feed solution containing 10 wt% acetic acid.
정책 리터러시가 정책 수용성에 미치는 영향: 청탁금지법의 금품등 수수 금지를 중심으로

본 연구는 청탁금지법의 금품등 수수 금지를 중심으로 정책 리터러시가 정책 수용성에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 일반국민 및 공직자 등을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 정책에 대한 이해를 측정하기 위한 정책 리터러시의 개념은 전통적ㆍ기능적ㆍ비판적 리터러시로 구분하였고, 정책 수용성에 대해서는 법의 준수 의도와 가치체계의 측면을 포함하는 개념을 적용하였다. 분석 결과, 정책 리터러시는 정책 수용성에 영향을 미치며, 일반국민 및 공직자등에 있어서 그 영향 관계가 다르게 나타남을 확인하였다. 또한, 정책 리터러시의 수준과 정책 수용성이 일반국민과 공직자등 사이에서 차이가 있고, 일반국민에 있어서도 취학자녀 유무에 따라 정책 리터러시의 수준에 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 이 같은 결과를 바탕으로 청탁금지법 등 반부패정책의 수용성 제고 및 지속을 위한 이론적ㆍ정책적 시사점을 제시하였다. This study aims to investigate the impact of policy literacy on policy acceptance, focusing on the prohibition of receiving money or valuables under the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act. To this end, a survey was conducted targeting the general public and public officials. The concept of policy literacy to measure understanding of policy was divided into traditional, functional, and critical literacy, and for policy acceptance, a concept including the intention to comply with the law and aspects of the value system was applied. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that policy literacy affects policy acceptance and that the influence relationship appears differently for the general public and public officials. In addition, it was confirmed that there are differences in the level of policy literacy and policy acceptance between the general public and public officials, and that even among the general public in the level of policy literacy depending on whether or not they have a school child. Based on these results, this study presented theoretical and policy implications for improving and maintaining the acceptance of anti-corruption policies such as the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act.

<P>A memristor architecture based on metal-oxide materials would have great promise in achieving exceptional energy efficiency and higher scalability in next-generation electronic memory systems. Here, we propose a facile method-for fabricating selector-less memristor arrays using an engineered nanoporous Ta2O5-x architecture. The device was fabricated in the form of crossbar arrays, and it functions as a switchable rectifier with a self-embedded nonlinear switching behavior and ultralow power consumption (similar to 2.7 X 10(-6) W), which results in effective suppression of crosstalk interference. In addition, we determined that the essential switching elements, such as the programming power, the sneak current, the nonlinearity value, and the device-to-device uniformity, could be enhanced by in-depth structural engineering of the pores in the Ta2O5-x layer. Our results, oil the basis of the structural .engineering of metal-oxide materials, could provide an attractive approach for fabricating simple and cost-efficient memristor. arrays with acceptable device, uniformity and low power consumption without the need for additional addressing selectors.</P>
