주민참여형 농어촌 테마공원 개발계획 연구 : 청풍지구 농어촌 테마공원을 중심으로

Rural theme park is an on-going business that has been practiced by Ministry for Food, Agriculture,Forestry and Fisheries since 2007. The business aimed to facilitate urban and rural interchange and local economy activation. Rural theme park themed communities by using unique natural and cultural properties owned by the locals. the project adopts bottom-up development that reflects opinions of residents in the tourism planning process. However, it seems to be true that residents have been excluded from tourism planning process even if they were the host of the project for the reasons of lack of knowledge on community-based rural tourism development and lack of experience on bottom-up development. The case of Chung Poong Area in Je Cheon rural theme park used in this study has prioritize residents' involvement in planning procedure. This project emphasized the importance of residents' participation and their role in the entire process of tourism development that ranges from project site decision to the major business decision. Thus, this study suggests a direction that can be used for the future rural theme park projects and community-based project related to planning and design in rural area. 농어촌 테마공원(Rura1 Theme Park) 사업은 2007년부터 농림수산식품부에서 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 농촌관광 수요를 충족하고 농촌지역의 활성화를 위해 진행하고 있는 사업으로 도농교류 및 지역경제 활성화를 목적으로 하고 있다. 농어촌 테마공원은 농촌지역이 가지고 있는 고유한 자연적,문화적 자원 등을 주제로 지역특색에 맞게끔 다양한 형태의 테마공원을 조성하는 것으로 지역주민의 의견을 적극적으로 수렴하는 상향식 사업으로 진행해 나아가고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 사업의 실질적인 주체인 지역주민의 경우 주민참여형 농환지역개발사업에 대한 이해부족과 상향식 사업에 대한 경험부족 등으로 계획수립 과정에서 소외되고 있는 것 또한 현실이다. 본 연구는 제천지구 농어촌 테마공원 기본계획을 수립하는 과정에서 지역주민의 참여를 우선적으로 고려하였으며,대상지 선정에서부터 주요사업 도출과정에 이르기까지 계획수립의 전과정에서 걸쳐서 지역주민의 참여와 역할에 대해서 언급하고 있다. 따라서 향후 농어촌테마공원뿐만 아니라 농어촌지역계획 수립과 관련한 주민참여형 사업에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

신경섬유종증 환자에서 상완신경총 병변의 소견을 보인 척추 신경섬유종

본 증례는 50세 여성의 제 1형 신경섬유종 환자로서 척추 신경섬유종에 의해 초기 상완신경총 병변 소견을 보였다. 약 4개월 동안 후경부통, 좌측 견관절, 좌측 상완의 마비를 보였으며, 초기 전기진단학적 검사상 경수 5번과 6번 신경근을 중심으로 쇄골상부 신경절전성 상완신경총 병변이 관찰되었다. 그러나, 액와 자기공명영상, 초음파검사, 단순 방사선검사, 골주사 등의 영상학적 검사에서는 심한 흉추 척추 전-측만증과 경수 뇌경막에 확장 소견을 제외하고는 상완신경총 병변의 소견은 관찰되지 않았다. 7개월경과 후, 좌측 상지 및 양측 하지의 근력 저하, 경수 4번이하의 감각 저하, 경도의 흉통을 동반한 호흡곤란이 진행되었다. 응급으로 시행된 경수 자기공명영상에서 좌측 경수 3번과 4번에 경막내 액와-속질의 신경종양이 진단되었다. 수술적 처치를 시행하였으며, 거시적 관찰상 척수 신경섬유종이 진단되었다. 급격히 진행하는 척수 신경섬유종은 초기에 상완신경총의 신경근 병변의 소견을 보일 수 있으므로, 신경섬유종증 환자에서 상완신경총 병변의 진단에 세심한 주의를 요한다. We observed a patient with symptom similar to brachial plexus lesion caused by spinal neurofibroma in a 50-year-old female with a history of neurofibromatosis-1(NF-1). She presented with posterior neck, left shoulder and left upper arm paralysis of 4 months duration. The initial electrodiagnostic study(EDS) revealed supraclavicular preganglionic brachial plexus lesion of mainly involved left C5 and C6 roots. However, radiological imagings including axillar MRI, ultrasonography, cervical plain radiography and bone scintigraphy showed no definitive brachial plexus disease except cervical dural dilation and severe thoracic scolio-Iordosis. On 7 months after the first admission, she had aggravated muscle weakness on the left upper arm and both lower extremities, sensory impairment below C4 and respiration difficulty with the chest pain. Emergency MRI showed intradural axillar-medullary neurogenic tumor at the left C3-C4. Subsequently, the patient was treated with surgical resection. Grossly specimen examination displayed the presence of a spinal neurofibroma. In rapidly progressing spinal neurofibroma represented firstly as root lesion of brachial plexus in EDS, the physician should pay scrupulous care to evaluate the cause.

An Allium-odorum is difficult material to handling, because it is soft and weak as mechanical. For bundling work of allium-odorum, we must grip in the bundle shape of unit weight, however, it is difficult that grip allium-odorum by hand because the bundle bulk is very big. Especially, in packing work, the bundle shape of allium-odorum package than other vegetables is very important, because difference of a price becomes much according to the bundle shape. In this paper, we propose bundling mechanism for a quadrangle shape in bundle shape, and semi-automatic bundling mechanism that makes use of a eccentric roller and a triangularity link. We carry out mechanical modeling and analysing respectively using the CATIA V5 and SimDesigner. We manufactured the prototype of the semi-automatic bundling machine, and got satisfied result through field test. And this machine will be commercialized and announced soon.

We experienced a 25 year-old male patient with typhoid fever complicated with massive hemoptysis. Pulmonary complication in typhoid fever is very rare and to our knowledge, there has been no report of hemoptysis as a main cause of death with this disease. We herein report a rare case of typhoid fever.

참다래 수액을 이용한 기능성 음료개발

fructose, glucose, sucrose, galactose, manitol가 함유되어 있었는데 당의 대부분은 fructose였다. 수액내 주요 무기물은 칼슘, 칼륨 및 마그네슘으로 칼슘함량이 상대적으로 가장 높았다. 두 종에서 각각 10종의 아미노산이 함유되어 있었는데 이들 중 주요 아미노산은 glutamic acid, lysine 및 isoleucine이었는데 이 중 glutamic acid함량이 가장 높았다. 제조한 다래수액 음료수의 영양소함량에서 당은 21.2g, 칼슘 23.1mg, 카리 14.1mg, 아미노산 554..5mg, 비타민 C 15.0mg이었다. This experiment was conducted to develope a health drink by using xylem sap from 'Hayward' (Actinidia chinensis Planch) kiwifruit vines. Water content, soluble solids content, viscosity, and pH of the sap were 99.60%, 0.90%, 1.01% and 6.50%, respectively. Fructose was the highest content among free sugars followed by glucose, sucrose, galactose and manitol in 'Hayward'. The major in the sap were calcium, potassium, and magnesium and calcium was the dominant inorganic components among them. The sap of 'Hayward' was composed of 10 kinds of amino acids respectively, and major amino acid were glutamic acid, lysine, and isoleucine. Glutamic acid was the highest amino acid in the xylem sap. Nutrition facts of a developed drink(252mL) were 21.6g of sugar, 15mg of ascorbic acid, 23.1mg of calcium and 554mg of amino acids.

AbstractThe current Education Ministry is activating youth volunteer activities in an effort to hammer out the problems the youth faces. These activities were expected to increase of public benefits and rebuilding of community as well as ego-realization and promotion of social mind of the youth.But, due to lack of appropriate preparation for the enactment of the program, there have not been satisfactory relationship and cooperation among education authorities, schools, and related institutions. some students wrongly think that, because all they have to do is getting a designated point on these mandatory activities, they may idle away their time, not working hard or heartily.Thus, the focus of the present treatise is to study on the new plan for youth volunteer activities through an analytical study on the essence of volunteer activities, the level of domestic youth volunteer activities, the case of foreign youth volunteer activities, and the practical measures of youth volunteer activities.

Aspect verbs play the most important role in English aspect and there are begin and start in the ingressive, keep and continue in the continuous, stop and quit in the terminative, and finish, end and complete in the resultative. The verbs under the same category, for example begin and start, are usually understood to have the same meaning for non-native speakers, and two complement forms of these verbs, to V and V-ing, are regared as the paraphrases, There are, however, distinct semantic differences among four sentences below. 1) John started to smote. 2) John started smoking. 3) John began to smoke. 4) John began smoking. The aim of this study is to examine these Semantic differences. TO meet this aim, I studied the deep structure of aspect verbs, investigated the presupposition and consequence of each aspect verb, found out the condition of the cooccurrence with verb type, and examined the form of complements. The result of this study is as fellows ; 1) Aspect verbs usually have polysemy and their deep structures are devided into two ; the transitive analysis with animate agentive subject and intransitive analysis with non-agentive subject. 2) Ingressive aspect has negative presupposition while the others have positive presupposition, and terminative and resultative aspect have negative consequence while the others have positive consequence. 3) Each aspect verb has restriction in the cooccurrence with the complement verb type : ingressive with activities, accomplishment and gradual achivements, terminative with activities and accomplishments, resultative with accomplishments, and continuous with every verb type except states. 4) V- ing has durative meaning of a single event in the single time boundary and to V shows the intermittent occurrence of the same type of events in the different time boundary.
