크랙이 내재된 시편을 크랙으로부터 멀리 떨어진 단면에 대해 균일한 크기의 응력과 변형량이 발생하도록 길이방향으로 당겨주는 장치를 이용하여, 선형 파괴 역학적 관점에서 알루미늄 호일과 종이의 파괴거동을 평가하였다. 상사형의 균열을 가진 파괴시편의 파괴하중을 차원해석으로 예측하였고, 실험을 통하여 예측된 하중과 실제하중을 비교, 검토하였다. The fracture behaviors of aluminum foils and sheet papers were analyzed on the basis of linear elastic fracture mechanics(LEFM). The fracture loads of the Al foil and paper were calculated by dimensional analysis. The actual fracture loads were measured using the simple tension equipment. The predicted fracture loads were compared with the experimental results, respectively.

An Ac-type Plasma Display Panel (PDP) operating with Ne-Ar(0.1%) Penning mixture gas is fabicated. The characterics of the panel with electrodes covered with thin and thick dielectric layers are studied. The brightness of the Neon-orange light emitted by the panel measured as function of applied voltage and frequency. As an application, a graphic display system equipped with PDP showing still and moving pictures is made.

<P>Antigenic proteins of Neospora caninum (N. caninum) against bovine immunoglobulins M, E, A, and G were investigated by using immunoproteomics. Proteins of N. caninum (KBA-2) tachyzoite lysates separated by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis were transferred to polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) membranes, probed with different bovine immunoglobulin class and classified. Antigenic spots recognized were also identified by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight-mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS) analysis. 132, 84, 4, and 40 antigenic protein spots were recognized on N. caninum immunoblot profiles against bovine IgM, IgE, IgA, and IgG, respectively. Of these protein spots, the antigenic proteins recognized by either IgM, IgE, and IgG, or IgM and IgG were HSP70, pyruvate kinase, actin, NCDG-1, tubulin α-chain, and putative ribosomal protein S2. On the other hand, IgM, IgE, and IgA reacted with NTPase, HSP60, tubulin β-chain, putative protein disulfide isomerase, enolase, lactate dehydrogenase, serine-threonine phosphatase, 14-3-3 protein homologue, and GRA2 protein. Most of the antigenic proteins identified were associated with the process of invasion, proliferation, and egression of apicomplexans. In our study, HSP70, actin, NTPase, HSP60, pyruvate kinase, enolase, putative ribosomal protein S2, NCDG-1, and GRA2 proteins were found to be immunodominant proteins, which may contribute to the development of diagnostic markers and vaccine.</P>
수분조건 및 송풍처리가 참외의 발효과 발생에 미치는 영향

토양수분 조건 및 송풍처리가 참외 발효과 발생에 미치는 영향을 검토한 결과는 다음과 같다. 토양수분이 과다한 조건(-10KPa)에서 뿌리로부터 수분흡수는 많고 저온다습의 기상조건으로 증산이 억제될 때 흡수된 수분이 삼투압이 낮은 과실부위 특히 당 농도가 높은 태좌부로 이동하여 물찬 참외가 발생하는 것으로 생각된다. 참외 발효과는 신토좌, 엘리트 등 세력이 강한 대목에서 많이 발생하고 세력이 약한 홍토좌 대목에서는 적게 발생하고 지근묘에서는 발생하지 않았다. 과실부위 송풍처리로 신토좌, 엘리트, 홍토좌, 지근묘 등 대목의 종류와 관계없이 발효과가 발생하지 않았다. 과육 및 태좌부의 칼슘함량은 무처리구에 비하여 송풍처리구에서 유의하게 높았으며 acetaldhyde, ethanol, ethylacetate 등 발효산물의 함량도 적었다. This study was conducted to assess effects of soil moisture condition and ventilation on development of fermented fruit of oriental melon. In higher soil moisture condition (-10 kPa), roots absorbed more water and transpiration was decreased under low temperature and high humidity conditions. Development of fermented fruit may be come from absorbed water concentrated placenta with higher soluble solid. Fermented fruit was developed with higher level at Shintozoa and Elite, was developed with lower level at Hongtozoa, and was not developed at self-rooting of oriental melon. Ventilation on fruit did not affect development opment of fermented fruit at Shintozoa, Elite, Hongtozoa and self-rooting seedling. Ca contents of flesh and placenta of fruit under ventilation treatment were higher than control but contents of Acetaldehyde, Ethanol and Ethylacetate were lower.

식물공장 내 적색광, 청색광, 적청 혼합광, 자외선, 적외선, 형광등의 광원을 달리하여 어린잎 상추의 생육과 무기성분 흡수를 검토하였다. 잎의 형태는 Red 파장에서 초장 및 하배축의 길이신장이 촉진되어 도장하였고 Far red에서는 생장이 불가능하였으나 Red + Blue의 혼합광원에서는 초장이 짧고 엽수가 많고 생체중이 증가하여 상추의 형태 및 발달 차원에서 유의적으로 좋았다. 광질에 따른 어린잎 상추의 색차 및 상대 엽록소 함량을 조사한 결과, 적색도를 나타내는 Hunter a* 값은 Red + Blue 혼합광 및 형광등에서 높았고 적색광 및 자외선에서는 낮게 나타났는데 상대 엽록소 함량을 나타내는 SPAD도 같은 경향이었다. 특히 상대엽록소 함량은 형광등의 10.5에 비해 혼합광에서 1.8배 향상된 적색도를 나타내었다. 광원별 상추의 무기물 함량을 조사한 결과, pH 및 K 함량은 모든 처리에서 차이가 없었으나 N, Ca, Mg, Mn, Fe, Ascorbic acid 함량은 LED 처리구에서 많았고 P 및 Mn 함량은 형광등 처리구에서 많았다. 이상의 결과를 요약하면 단색광에 비하여 Red + Blue 혼합광에서 상추의 생육이 우수하고 무기물함량이 증대되어 식물공장 내 생산성 향상을 위해서는 혼합광 조절로 상품성 있는 고품질의 상추 생산이 가능 할 것으로 생각되었다. The objective of this study was carried out to elucidate the effect of LEDs (light emitting diodes) irradiation in relation to early growth and inorganic elements in leaf lettuce (Lactuca sativa L. ‘Rollo Rosa’). In morphological changes of leaves, shoot elongation and hypocotyl length showed poor growth in red light irradiation, while the red + blue light irradiation induced shorter plant height and much greater leaf numbers resulting in increased fresh weight. In change of the Hunter’s color and SPAD values, lettuce seedlings grown under in red + blue and fluorescent light irradiation had a higher a* value, otherwise SPAD values were not changed in these light irradiations. Interestingly, relative chlorophyll contents showed 1.8 times increased redness in the treatment of red + blue light irradiation. Inorganic element (N, Ca, Mg, Mn, and Fe) and ascorbic acid contents were increased in lettuce plants grown under LEDs light irradiation compared to those of lettuce grown under the fluorescent light which showed higher P and Mn contents. In conclusion, it is considered that red + blue light irradiation which stimulates growth and higher nutrient uptake in leaf lettuce could be employed in containers equipped with LEDs.
