Background: Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a heterogeneous entity that encompasses several subtypes with distinct molecular characteristics. The patients with TNBCs show unpredictable response to the chemotherapy, and further there is the lack of effective agents. Thus, many studies have been underway to discover targeted therapy suitable for patients with specific genetic alterations in each molecular subtypes. TNBCs are classified as four major molecular subtypes according to the gene expression patterns. These are luminal androgen receptor (LAR), mesenchymal-like, immunomodulatory (IM), and basal-like types. Conclusion: Here, we discuss the unique molecular features of each subtype as well as promising targets for anti-cancer therapy.

The Kanbara reactor (KR) process is a mechanical stirring method that reacts hot metal with desulfurization flux; it is a widelyimplemented desulfurization method in contemporary steel production. This study aimed to develop a new impeller profilefor improving the desulfurization efficiency of the KR process. We implemented operational data analysis, a computationalfluid dynamics simulation based on the operational data and performed testing and analysis with impeller models on-site aproduction facility. Operational data from the production facility was gathered over a 3-year period. Seven impeller modelswith varying impeller blade width (top and bottom), height, inclination, and curvature (curved, straight, and combination)were simulated. The results were analyzed to determine the optimal conditions. A new impeller design was selected for onsiteoperational testing to investigate the in situ desulfurization efficiency over 350 charges, and the results corroborated thepredictions by the numerical simulations. It is expected that the proposed process modification can be successfully used forimproving industrial desulfurization efficiency.
Sarcomatoid Carcinoma Arising from Mature Cystic Teratoma

Malignant transformation of mature cystic teratoma (MCT) is rare. Sarcomatoid carcinoma is a neoplasm comprising malignant mesenchymal cells and a conventional carcinomatous area. Here, we report on a case of sarcomatoid carcinoma arising from an MCT in the left ovary of a 45-year-old female. A unilocular cyst consistent with MCT was observed; however, a nodule within the cyst was confirmed from the resected ovary. Microscopically, the nodule showed both squamous cell carcinoma and pleomorphic sarcomatous components admixing with each other. Lining epithelial cells at the periphery of the main tumor showed squamous metaplasia. When a sarcomatous component is observed in the ovary tumor, it is important to find a squamous cell component, either benign or malignant.
RC 프레임면내 조적채움벽의 내진성능 평가에 관한 실험적 연구

The objectives of this study are 1) to find out the shear behavior and shear capacity of RC bare frames, brick-infilled RC frames, 2) to evaluate the equation of the shear capacity of two types of RC frames by comparison the Japanese Standard and modified equation adopting the test results. The main variable is the absence of brick infill wall. The test results show that the shear capacity of specimen IF-4.2 is 2.3 times as high as that of the specimen IF-4.2.The shear behavior of RC bare frame which is governed by predominant flexural yielding is changed to predominant shear yielding by affection of the brick infill wall. A comparison of the results obtained by the Japanese Standard equation and the modified equation to the test data indicates that the proposed equation is compatible with the test results.

This paper describes a tunable data rate pulse generator using the NOLM structure. This can induce the change of pulse rate by the control of PC (Polarization Controller) which located in NOLM. We measured very stable NRZ pulse sequences of three rates (200Mbps, 400Mbps, 800Mbps), and also obtained 100ps pulse width under the same condition.
시토키닌 활성물질 Thidiazuron 처리가 포도 '거봉'(Vitis labruscana)의 果粒肥大 및 品質에 미치는 影響

본 실험은 새로운 비 punne계 사이토카이닌 활성 물질인 thidiazuron(TDZ)이 포도 '거봉'의 과립 중 및 과실 품질에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 실시하였으며 대조 약제로 forchlorfenuron(CPPU)을 이용하였다. 생리적 낙화 후 5일의 TDZ를 처리는 과방의 무핵과립의 착립수를 증가시켜 과방중은 유의하게 증가하였으나 과립중은 증가하지 않았다. 그러나 낙화후 10 또는 15일 처리는 무핵과립의 착립수를 감소시켜 과립중이 유의하게 증가하였다. 따라서 TDZ처리는 생리적 낙과가 어느 정도 진행된 만개 10~15일 후에 처리하는 것이 유리하였다. GA 25mg·L^(-1)처리도 과립중 증가에 효과적이었으나 TDZ와 GA혼용 처리는 각 약제를 단용 처리할 때보다 과립중 증대 효과가 더욱 컸다. 두 약제간에는 TDZ가 대조약제인 CPPU가보다 과립비대 증진 효과가 더욱 컸으며 TDZ처리 농도가 20㎎·L^(-1)에서도 약해는 발생하지 않았으나 착색과 성숙은 더욱 지연되는 것으로 나타나 적정 처리농도는 5~10㎎·l^(-1)이었다. This experiment was conducted to find the effect of a non-purine cytokinin, thidiazuron(TDZ), on the increase of berry size and fruit quality in 'Kyoho' grapes. For the comparison, the effect of forchlorfenuron(CPPU) was also examined The number of shot berries per cluster was significantly increased by the application of TDZ at 5 days after calyptra fall, resulting in the increase of cluster weight but no increase of each berry weight. The increase of berry weight was found when TDZ was applied at 10 to 15 days after calyptra fall. Gibberellin(GA 25㎎·L^(-1)) was also effective on the increase berry weight and the combined application of GA and TDZ further increased the berry weight. TDZ showed stronger effect on the increase of berry weight than CPPU at the same concentration. Berry ripening was more delayed at higher concentration of TDZ but no chemical injury was observed even at 20㎎·L^(-1). Results indicated that TDZ was effective on the quality improvement through berry weight increase and the recommended concentration TDZ for 'Kyoho' gapes was 5 to 10㎎·L^(-1).

Korean, which is classified as a non-structural language, has a simple grammar structure but it has a lot of structural ambiguities in its grammar itself. As the role of extra-grammatical information is much more important than that of grammar rules in the syntactic analysis of Korean, an analysis mechanism is required to check dynamically the grammatical relationship between each of constituents. In this paper, we define the conditional unification the method that selectively performs unifications which are satisfied with some conditions in the unification-based analysis. In order to support this kind of analysis method, we extend the PATRⅡ by adding the various condition check devices. We adopt the tree unification to solve the problem of the DAG unification when we implement the conditional unification. In order to show that our presented method is suitable for Korean analysis, we explain that it can solve difficult problems easily, such as ellipsis and inversion. In addition, we show that it is possible to process the coordinate clause that the predicate of the first clause is omitted in the presented method.

In this paper, we have studied the designs of the trailer and optical devices for the mobile LIDAR used XeCl eximer laser pumped 2-wavelength resonator dye laser. We have designed power generator, optics and sun roof of trailer required for mobile LIDAR, and proposed the specifications of these. At driving and stoping of mobile LIDAR the problems of balance, noise and vibration have resolved, and designed.
