Ubiquitous Computing은 우리에게 더욱 친근해지고 사람들의 일상생활에 더욱 접근하여 생활환경을 진보시키며 일들을 더 빨리 진행시키거나 또는 어떤 일들을 자동적으로 수행시키기에 이르렀다. C 컴퓨터의 존재는 사람들에 기인한다. 왜냐하면 사람들이 그것을 창조하였고 또한 그것을 사용하기 때문이다. 컴퓨터와 그것의 기술은 사람들의 필요에 의해서가 아니라면 아무런 의미를 지니지 못한다. 우리가 Report나 편지 등의 문서를 작성하기 위해 Word Processor를 사용하는 것처럼 컴퓨터에 직접 기인할 때, 그것으로부터 직접 도움을 받게 되며, Computer Processing작업을 함으로써 이익을 얻게 된다. 또한 연결이 분명하지 않을 때에는 간접적으로 도움을 받는다고 할 수 있다. 예를 들면 약간의 IEEE 논문들의 제공은 - 어떠한 것을 제작함에 있어서 컴퓨터의 도움으로 그 노력을 감소시키기 때문에 - 컴퓨터에 기인하는 유용함이라 할 수 있다. Ubiquitous Computing comes up to us and it enters people's lives more and more as they get better and we perform certain tasks faster with them, or can perform certain tasks automatically. The existence of computers is due to people because people created them and people are using them. computer technology and computers probably wouldn't have a meaning in whatever they do without people's needs for them either directly or indirectly. We may benefit from computers directly when their benefits are directly due to them such as using a word processor to accomplish our tasks(e.g. writing a report or paper), while we can benefit indirectly when we eventually get benefits due to having computers processing tasks for us but the connection is not that obvious. For instance, some papers IEEE offers are useful due to computers because with the help of computers certain tasks in production require less effort
A Study on Characteristics of Wet Oxide Gate and Nitride Oxide Gate for fabrication of NMOSFET

이 논문에서는 HP 4145 소자 테스터를 사용하여 핫 케리어 효과와 트래핑차지, SILC의 특성을 비교하기 위하여 질화 산화막 게이트와 습식게이트 산화막을 가지고 0.26㎛ NMOSFET를 테스트하고 생성시켰다. 그 결과로 습식게이트 산화막소자보다 질화 산화막 게이트의 특성이 더 좋다는 것을 알게 되었고 특히 핫 케리어 라이트 타임이 (질화 산화막 게이트 소자는 30년이나 습식 게이트 산화막은 10년) 길고 Vg의 변화 및 항복전압이나 트래핑의 충전 등이 좋음을 알 수 있었다. In this paper we fabricated and tested the 0.26㎛ NMOSFET with wet gate oxide and nitride oxide gate to compare that the characteristics of hot carrier effect, charge to breakdown, transistor Id_Vg curve, charge trapping, and SILC(Stress Induced Leakage Current) using the HP4145 device tester. As a result we find that the characteristics of nitride oxide gate device better than wet gate oxide device, especially hot carrier lifetime (nitride oxide gate device satisfied 30years, but the lifetime of wet gate oxide was only 0.1year), variation of Vg, charge to breakdown and charge trapping etc.

In this paper, we give an overview of harmonious graphs and graceful graphs, identify the simply sequential and survey graceful graphs of wheels. Finally, we describe β-valuation of wheels which can be used in graceful graphs.

Routing region modeling methods for auto-routing system is used grid and non-grid methods Although physical elements are small, the grid method has disadvantage that decrease the auto-routing speed due to constraint with size of grid and board, which in it is increase memory size Shape based type(non-grid method) used region process type and the shape located in memory as a individual element, and this element consumed small memory due to unique data size In this paper we developed PCB(Print Circuit Board) auto-routing system using the auction algorithm method that 1) Could be reached by solving the shortest path from single original point to various destination, and 2) without any memory dissipation with the best speed. Also, the auto-routing system developed by Visual C++ in Window environment, and can be used in IBM Pentium computer or in various individual PC system

In this paper, we made a tools for drafting logic schematics. The algorithm of this system is to base placement on signal flow as appose to component connectivity. The key idea of this algorithm is that by dividing the schemathic into simpler acylic, unidirectional graphs, called trees. Then the components of tree and their interconnections have the characteristic that they can be laid out symmetrically without any crossovers. The interconnectivity without any crossovers. The interconnectivity between the trees are analyzed and a placement scheme is determined for them. Also, the trees are expended into their respective components.
Dysphagia in Infants After Open Heart Procedures

OBJECTIVE: The aims of this study were to evaluate the prevalence and the clinical predictors of dysphagia and to determine the characteristics of videofluoroscopic swallowing study findings in infants after open heart procedures. DESIGN: This study is a retrospective review of 146 infants who underwent open heart surgery. The infants with dysphagia were compared with those without dysphagia. The videofluoroscopic swallowing study findings of the infants with dysphagia were also evaluated. RESULTS: Of the 146 infants who underwent open heart surgery, 35 (24.0%) had dysphagia symptoms. The infants with dysphagia had lower body weight at operation, more malformation syndromes, longer operation times, and more complex operations than did the infants without dysphagia. In addition, the infants with dysphagia required more time to achieve full oral feeding and had longer hospital stays. Thirty-three infants underwent videofluoroscopic swallowing study: 32 (97.0%) exhibited at least one abnormal finding among the videofluoroscopic swallowing study parameters and 21 (63.6%) exhibited tracheal aspiration. CONCLUSIONS: Given the high rate of aspiration in the infants who underwent open heart procedures, monitoring and prompt recognition of the signs and the risk factors of dysphagia may substantially improve infant care with oral feeding and reduce the duration of hospital stays.
