지리산국립공원 심원계곡 생태경관 복원공사지역 식생 변화

본 연구는 지리산국립공원 심원계곡 생태경관 복원공사지역의 모니터링 결과를 분석하여 체계적인 복원관리를 도모할 수 있는 기초자료를 확보하는데 그 목적이 있다. 복원사업이 완료된 2017년도에 식생 모니터링을 위한 조사구 12개소와 대조구 4개소를 설치하였고, 2017년과 2020년의 상대우점치, 종다양도지수, 유사도 등의 변화를 분석하였다. 복원사업 시 수목이 식재되었던 조사구는 종다양도지수가 0∼1.4552로 나타났고, 대조구와의 유사도지수에서는 1개 조사구가 1.32%로 분석된 것을 제외하고 모두 0%로 나타났다. 조사구의 종다양도지수 및 유사도지수가 매우 낮은 것은 복원사업 시 식재된 수목이 고사하거나 멧돼지 피해, 유수에 의한 침식으로 유실되는 등의 영향으로 판단되었다. 반면 복원사업 시 수목이 식재되지 않은 미식재 조사구는 종다양도지수가 0.9538∼2.3222로 나타났고, 유사도지수는 최대 8.33%까지 분석되었다. 국립공원 생태경관 복원공사지역의 복원 공법 개발을 위한 장기 모니터링과, 미식재 조사구의 천이과정을 분석하는 지속적인 연구가 필요하다. This study aims to obtain basic data for systematic restoration by analyzing the monitoring results of the Shimwon Valley Ecological Landscape Restoration Project area in Jirisan National Park. In 2017, when the restoration project was completed, 12 monitoring plots and 4 control plots were installed for vegetation monitoring, and changes in the relative dominance, species diversity index and similarity between 2017 and 2020 were analyzed. The species diversity index of the surveyed areas where trees were planted during the restoration project was 0-1.4552, and the similarity index with the control group was 0% except for one survey area at 1.32%. The very low species diversity index and similarity index in the survey areas were attributed to the loss of trees planted during the restoration project due to death, damage by wild boars, or erosion by running water. On the other hand, the species diversity index was 0.9538-2.3222 in the monitoring plot where no tree was planted, and the similarity index was analyzed to be as high as 8.33%. It is necessary to continue the long-term monitoring for the development of ecological landscape restoration methods in the national park and analysis of the succession in monitoring plots where no trees were planted.

This study was carried out to examine the changes of pH, chlorophyll, chlorophyll patterns and ascorbic acid contents, and sensory evaluation in Oi-Kimchi by the different periods of storage. The contents of chlorophyll a and b were 52.2% and 14.44% at storage 0 days, 20.67% and 16.99% at storage 11 days, 0% at storage 14 days, and decreased with storage times increased. But, phephorbide a and b were increased with storage times increased until storage 11 days, and were 28.44% and 1.25% at storage 0 days, 42.63% and 15.79% at storage 11 days, 0% at storage 12, 14 days. The contents of ascorbic acid were increased until storage 4 days, but afterwards were decreased with storage times increased, and were 2.57㎎% at storage 0 days, 5.49㎎% and 2.95㎎% at storage 11 days, 0% at storage 14 days. Sensory evaluations of appearance, flavor, taste, texture, overall acceptability showed the highest at storage 8 days, and disliked after storage 10 days.

The present studies were undertaken to evaluate the effect of vitamin E, CCl_4 on the change of hepatic triglyceride, hepatic cholesterol, hepatic phospholipid in male rat. The result obtained from this study were summarised as follows: 1. Hepatic phospholipid of CCl_4 treated rat was increased in proportion to CCl_4 dosage but after concomitant injection(I.P) of vitamin E and CCl_4, hepatic phospholipid was significantly decreased in comparison to that of CCl_4 alone injection. 2. There was no effect on hepatic cholesterol concentration either CCl_4 alone injection(I.P) or concomitant injecton(I.P) of vitamin E and CCl_4. 3. Hepatic triglyceride of CCl_4-treated rat was significantly increased in comparison to that of normal rat but hepatic triglyceride of rat concomitant injection of vitamin E and CCl_4 was significantly decreased in comparison to that of CCl_4 alone injection.

Salmonella Enteritidis (S. Enteritidis) are found in animals, humans, and environment. In addition, S. Enteritidis draws attention to the public health concerns due to carriage of antibiotic resistance traits. For these reasons, the prevalence and antibiotic resistance patterns of S. Enteritidis are significant issues with regard to public health. To address this issues, a total of 24 strains of S. Enteritidis from 164 samples collected from several slaughterhouses in Gyeong-Nam province in order for antibiotic resistance profiles. Subsequently, we characterized the genotyping by random amplification polymorphic DNA (RAPD)-PCR. As a result, very high level of resistance to protein synthesis inhibition antibiotics and most isolates were susceptible to others. Six random primers were used for RAPD-PCR to reveal genotypes of S. Enteritidis isolates. One of the primer, P1245, generated 147 distinct RAPD-PCR fragments ranging from 400∼3000 bp. The number of RAPD-PCR products ranged from 4 to 8 for this primer. The RAPD-PCR fragments could be placed these strains into 3 subgroups and 2 classes by UPGMA cluster analysis. Interestingly, several S. Enteritidis that isolated from different slaughterhouses showed same genotype. These results showed only limited genetic variation among the isolates, those were grouped into a few different patterns of antibiotic resistance.

출소 후 건전한 사회복귀를 위해서는 법무보호대상자(이하 보호대상자)들은 반드시 진로자본을 회복해야 하는 과제를 안고 있다. 그들의 진로적응 실패는 개인은 물론 사회안전망에 불안을 가중시킬 수 있기 때문에 진로자본 회복에 대한 연구는 매우 중요하다. 본 연구를 위해 한국법무보호복지공단에서 지원을 받고 있는 보호대상자 10명에 대해 심층 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 질적 내용분석 방법으로 보호대상자들의 진로자본 손상에 따른 어려움과 그 어려움을 극복하기 위한 노력, 극복하는데 도움이 된 요인, 직업생활에 적응하기 위한 요건 등 진로 주제를 심도 있게 분석하였다. 분석 결과 보호대상자들은 수감생활로 진로자본 손상을 경험하며, 사회적 자기에 대한 부정적인 개념, 사회적 낙인의 두려움, 자기에 대한 평가절하가 진로자본 회복과정에서 자신감 결여와 소극적인 태도로 나타났다. 또한 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움 등이 사회적 관계를 더욱 어렵게 하는 요인이었다. 한편, 진로자본 회복과정에서 사회적 지지는 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 특히 배우자, 고용주, 가족, 친구들의 정서적 지지가 가장 큰 도움이 된 것으로 분석되었다. 직업적응을 위한 노력으로 진로에 대한 적극적이고 주도적인 태도와 긍정적인 자세가 중요하며 가족관계, 사회적 관계에서의 긍정적인 평가와 인정, 진로 성공경험 등이 일에 대한 자신감 상승으로 나타났다. 종합하면 진로자본 회복과정에서 역기능적 신념은 부정적인 영향을 미치고, 사회적 지지는 긍정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. It is necessary for inmates released from prison to recover their career capital in order to function normally in society. Failure to adapt to the society may not only make them unhappy but could also aggravate social safety nets. Therefore, it is critical to examine the recovery of career capital. For this study, we conducted in-depth interviews of 10 rehabilitation recipients who were supported by Korea Rehabilitation Agency. For qualitative analysis, several career topics were analyzed, such as obstacles in recovering career capital, efforts in overcoming these obstacles, what is helpful for them to overcome the obstacles and what is required for them to adapt to the career life and others. Analysis results found that the rehabilitation beneficiaries suffered loses to their career capital due to their incarceration, suffered from the loss of pride and became despondent in the process of recovery of career capital due to the negative social perception toward their social self, fear of social stigma and devaluation of themselves. In addition, the fear of possible negative evaluation was a critical factor in making their social activities more challenging. Conversely, it was found that social support in the recovery process of career capital has a positive effect. In particular, emotional support from spouses, employers, family members and friends are the most positive factors. Concerning efforts at adapting to careers, it was found that an active, leading and positive attitude toward the career were critical, showing that positive evaluation and recognition in family and social relations and the experience of success in the career were positive elements in enhancing a sense of pride. In summary, it was found that in the recovery process of career capital, dysfunctional beliefs had a negative effect, while social support had a positive effect, on the recovery of career capital.
