움직임 교육 활동이 ADHD아동들의 부적응 행동에 미치는 영향

This study has its purpose to make a close inquiry into how the motion education activity affects the maladjusted action of a child with ADHD, and provide the basic data needed to improve the maladjusted action of a child with ADHD. The subjects are the primary schoolers aged 11-13 with parents' consent. The targeted children group is composed of the children who reside in Jeonju City. In this study we applied a testing tool with 'the observation record card of the maladjusted action of ADHD child' used by Kim Mi-hyun(2006), and the testing paper was composed of a total of 14 questions with 3 subordinate sections of the maladjusted action, and they were measured every session. We used the SPSS Window for 12.0 program for an efficient analysis of data about the results of measurement and executed Wilcoxon signed rank test to verify the difference before and after the measured results of the maladjusted action of 10 ADHD children who joined the motion educational activity. In order to look into the correlation among 3 realms of the maladjusted action, we analyzed the correlation by each subordinate section by using Spearman's order correlation, whose results are as follows. First, when we analyzed the influence of the motion education activity on ADHD children's maladjusted action, the maladjusted action appeared 112.30 times in the pretest but 74.30 times in the post-test, and the maladjusted action decreased after the execution of program. Second, when we analyzed the influence of the motion education activity on ADHD children's action of the breakaway from the assignment, the action of the breakaway from the assignment showed 57.80 times in the advance test and the post-test showed 35.40 times, and the action of the breakaway from the assignment decreased after the execution of the program. Third, when we analyzed how the motion education activity affected ADHD children's action of distraction, the pretest showed 47.90 times of distraction action, while the post-test showed 35.10 times, and the distraction action decreased after the practice of the program. Fourth, there was a positive correlation among 3 subordinate sections of the maladjusted action.
남자 도마에서 손 짚고 앞공중돌아 540도 비틀기의 운동학적 분석

The purpose of this study was to examine the biomechanical factors performing Lou Yun vaults in men's gymnastics. Three elite gymnasts were participated in this study who could perform Lou Yun vault. The vault motions were analyzed using the DLT method of the dimensional videography. The shutter speed was set 1/250 and subjects motion was videotaped with normal speed. Four range poles were used as a reference system. The vaulting motion was divided into five phases, board contact, preflight, horse touch, postflight, landing. The variables analyzed were duration, horizontal/vertical displacement, velocity, the body segment angle. The results obtained from this study were as follows; 1. The board contact time was 0.063 ± 0.015 second, preflight time was 0.267 ± 0.015 second, horse contact time was 0.417 ± 0.012 second, and posflight time was 1.407 ± 0.021 second. 2. The horizontal displacement of COM from board contact to horse touch was 122.20 ± 6.80(cm). CSM showed 129.0(cm), which is the longest displacement, YHC recorded 122.2(cm), and KDH was 115.4(cm). 3. The horizontal displacement of COM from horse take-off to landing was 458.90±11.01(cm). YHC was 471.6(cm), KDH was 452.0(cm), CSM was 453.1(cm). 4. The take-off velocity from the board displayed 6.437 ± 0.198(m/s) and the take-off velocity from the horse was 4.243 ± 0.058(m/s). 5. The take-off angle from the board was 30.57 ± 0.81° and there was not a great difference among the subjects. The blocking angle during the horse contact was 45.33 ± 4.95° and YHC displayed 49.6°, which is the largest of them.

The purpose of this study was to determine the antioxidative effects of Rhodiola sachalinensis Rhodiola methanol extract was fractionated sequentially with dichloromethane and butanol. Each Rhodiola fraction (water, MeOH, BuOH and CH_2Cl_2 fractions) showed the potent superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, and had inhibitory effets on peroxide value of linoleic acid (40~57%) and lipid peroxidation (47~70%) in FE^2+/ascorbate system-induced rat liver microsome. Rhodiola methanol extract also recovered carbon tetrachloride-induced decrease in SOD by 42% and catalase activities by 50%, and had inhibitory effects (54%) on carbon tetrachloride-induced lipid peroxidation in rat liver microsome. These results suggest that Rhodiola sachalinensis has the antioxidative effects.

BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVE: We have previously designed the anti-cancer food scoring model (ACFS) 1.0, an evidence-based quantitative tool analyzing the anti-cancer or carcinogenic potential of diets. Analysis was performed using simple quantitative indexes divided into 6 categories (S, A, B, C, D, and E). In this study, we applied this scoring model to wider recipes and evaluated its nutritional relevance. MATERIALS/METHODS: National or known regional databases were searched for recipes from 6 categories: Korean out-dining, Korean home-dining, Western, Chinese, Mediterranean, and vegetarian. These recipes were scored using the ACFS formula and the nutrition profiles were analyzed. RESULTS: Eighty-eight international recipes were analyzed. All S-graded recipes were from vegetarian or Mediterranean categories. The median code values of each category were B (Korean home-dining), C (Korean out-dining), B (Chinese), A (Mediterranean), S (vegetarian), and D (Western). The following profiles were correlated (P < 0.05) with ACFS grades in the univariate trend analysis: total calories, total fat, animal fat, animal protein, total protein, vitamin D, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B12, pantothenic acid, sodium, animal iron, zinc, selenium, and cholesterol (negative trends), and carbohydrate rate, fiber, water-soluble fiber, vitamin K, vitamin C, and plant calcium (positive trends). Multivariate analysis revealed that animal fat, animal iron, and niacin (negative trends) and animal protein, fiber, and vitamin C (positive trends) were statistically significant. Pantothenic acid and sodium showed non-significant negative trends (P < 0.1), and vitamin B12 showed a non-significant positive trend. CONCLUSION: This study provided a nutritional basis and extended the utility of ACFS, which is a bridgehead for future cancer-preventive clinical trials using ACFS.

The proposed system targeted at users with mild sleep disorders measures and analyzes brain-waves in sleep, and automatically controls the ambient light.

Development of Elementary School Taekwondo Education Programs Incorporating Storytelling

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a Taekwondo teaching program that incorporates storytelling for personality education to teach Taekwondo skills and personality in elementary physical education classes. Methods: A Taekwondo education program incorporating storytelling was developed based on the Simple Instructional Systems Development (Simple ISD) Model. The Simple ISD consists of three stages: analysis, design, and development. Results: A needs analysis was conducted through interviews with learners and field teachers. In addition, a tasks analysis was conducted through a literature study on physical education curriculums, storytelling, and Taekwondo. During the design stage, the design principles of program development related to educational goals, subjects of education, methods of education, and strategies were established. In addition, the first prototype program was developed, and the program was revised by interviewing a specialist focus group for usability evaluation. In the development stage, we decided on the goals and evaluation methods of each class and the major activities by each hour as well as developed a second prototype program by making the teaching materials and evaluation materials necessary for teaching performance. We then interviewed the second specialist focus group to evaluate the usability of the second prototype and then developed a Taekwondo teaching program using storytelling through revision and supplement. Conclusions: The proposed program is highly viable and suitable for elementary school students. Further research is needed on the application of the program in the field with vari-ous characteristics. It is also necessary to develop various teaching and learning methods that can teach knowledge, skills, and personality through Taekwondo.
