The occurrence of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is highly correlated with progressive and irreversible damage of articular cartilage and continuous inflammatory response. Here, inspired by the unique structure of synovial lipid–hyaluronic acid (HA) complex, we developed supramolecular HA-nanomedicine hydrogels for RA treatment by mediating macrophage–synovial fibroblast cross-talk through locally sustained release of celastrol (CEL). Molecular dynamics simulation confirmed that HA conjugated with hydrophobic segments could interspersed into the CEL-loaded [poly(ε-caprolactone-co-1,4,8-trioxa[4.6]spiro-9-undecanone)–poly(ethylene glycol)–poly(ε-caprolaone-co-1,4,8-trioxa[4.6]spiro-9-undecanone] (PECT) nanoparticles to form the supramolecular nanomedicine hydrogel HA-poly(ε-caprolactone-co-1,4,8-trioxa[4.6]spiro-9-un-decanone)/PECT@CEL (HP@CEL), enabling fast hydrogel formation after injection and providing a 3-dimensional environment similar with synovial region. More importantly, the controlled release of CEL from HP@CEL inhibited the macrophage polarization toward the proinflammatory M1 phenotype and further suppressed the proliferation of synovial fibroblasts by regulating the Toll-like receptor pathway. In collagen-induced arthritis model in mice, HP@CEL hydrogel treatment substantial attenuated clinical symptoms and bone erosion and improved the extracellular matrix deposition and bone regeneration in ankle joint. Altogether, such a bioinspired injectable polymer-nanomedicine hydrogel represents an effective and promising strategy for suppressing RA progression through augmenting the cross-talk of macrophages and synovial fibroblast for regulation of chronic inflammation.

The current panels for liquid crystal display (LCD) TV sets are all characterized by pins placed on two sides. To manufacture one type of panel, a dedicated mask is needed, and the production line should be started once. Moreover, the whole panel needs to be removed if a dead pixel is found. If the panel, however, will first be fabricated with pins placed on four sides and then divided by a cross-cut into four equal-sized panels with pins placed on two sides, one set of masks can be used to manufacture two types of LCD panels, which was referred to by the authors as dual mode. In this paper, the concept of the dual mode and its differences from the conventional way of producing panels are introduced. Its advantages in boosting production efficiency, improving the product's good rate, and lowering the production cost are also described based on case studies. Of particular importance is the fact that the dual mode is very suitable for the trial production of very-large-area LCD TV sets.

The Tourism Demand of Nonlinear Combination Forecasting based on Time Series Method and WNN

The combination forecasting model IOWGA-EMD-ARMA-WNN is proposed in this paper. The randomness, periodicity and tendency of the original data are showed by EMD decomposition in EMD-ARMA model. WNN combines the advantages of wavelet analysis and BP neural network and improves the learning efficiency and forecasting accuracy. The weight of combination model is decided by forecasting precision of EMD-ARMA model and WNN model based on IOWGA method. At last, the IOWGA-EMD-ARMA-WNN model is used to forecast monthly inboard tourism demand of China and the results show that the proposed combination model has better performance on forecasting accuracy compared with the other models.

Cyclical bust and boom and the resulting economic restructuring result in some workers being forced out of work. Based on the controversy over the presence or absence of gender differences in coping responses to unemployment that differ in unequal expectations of sex roles and sexual division of labor among the unemployed married individuals, this paper, using the 2008 Labor Force Survey conducted by Statistics Canada, explores whether there are gender-based differences in job seeking, one of the most important strategies for coping responses to unemployment. The finding shows that women value their employment as much as men and make similar efforts to re-enter the labor market when unemployed.
Prediction of rolling bearing performance degradation based on sae and TCNattention models

A single feature cannot show the operational state of a bearing during its entire life cycle. Therefore, a rolling bearing performance deterioration prediction method based on an SAE and the TCN-attention model is proposed. The SAE method is used to fuse the timedomain indicator and the frequency-domain indicator to construct the performance degradation characteristic indicator. The evaluation indices are used to comprehensively evaluate multiple performance degradation indices, and the fused feature indices together, to filter out the features that have a good overall performance. Attention is added to the TCN model, and the output state weight of the TCN model is calculated through a scoring function to increase the important information weight and the prediction accuracy. The appropriate network structure and parameter configuration are determined, and the rolling bearing performance degradation prediction model is established. A validation is performed using publicly available datasets from the University of Cincinnati and XJTU-SY. The results show that the method is more sensitive to the critical information part of the long time series than the other models. At the same time, the average absolute error and the root mean square error are minimized, the accuracy of the rolling bearing performance degradation prediction is high, and the model has a strong robustness and generalization abilities. Additionally, the model has practical engineering value for predicting the health status of equipment.
The Numerical Simulation Analysis of Flow Field in Level Control Valve of Water Storage Tank

Level control valve of water storage tank is installed in the outlet of tank, which control the water level of water storage tank by adjusting the water emissions, which make great significance for the safe operation of the super (super) criticality thermal power unit boiler . Complete the simulation analysis of internal flow field by the method of numerical simulation ,in order to achieve structure improvements of level control valve of water storage tank, that make level control valve of water storage tank better meet the work requirements. Establish flow channel model and mesh models of level control valve of water storage tank in various stages of the open process. Make three dimensional viscous numerical simulation of the internal complex flow field by the computational fluid dynamics software of ANSYS CFX. The error between the simulation values of the flow coefficient and the theoretical values , trial values is less than 5% ,which verifies the correctness of the simulation results . Get pressure contour , velocity streamline diagrams and outlet mass flow of level control valve of water storage tank in various stages of the open process. According to the pressure contours and velocity streamline diagrams, make detailed analysis of the flow field of level control valve of water storage tank. According to the dates of outlet mass flow, fit the flow characteristic curve of level control valve of water storage tank. Provide a theoretical basis for the structural design of level control valve of water storage tank.
Does incubation matter when copying equity funds in China?

This study investigates the impact of incubation on the effectiveness of copycat funds in the largest emerging market, China. The empirical findings are as follows. First, unlike the U.S., the overall findings exclude the possibility of successfully copying equity funds in China. Second, an advisory company’s fund incubation makes it harder to free-ride on new funds than old funds. Third, incubation is generally undertaken for new funds in a bullish market so that copycat returns of new-minus-old funds have a negative correlation with market returns. Fourth, the effect of long Chinese Lunar Year holiday impairs the performance of primitive funds, consequently, copying is effective in January and February. Finally, logit analysis shows that copying is successful for those funds with low performance and low turnover ratios.

Effective allocation of shared resources limited is a key problem for chip multiprocessors. As the processor core growth in the scale, multi thread for the shared resource limited system competition will become more intense, the performance of the system will also be more significant. In order to alleviate this problem, a fair and effective multi thread shared resources allocation scheduling algorithm is important. In all kinds of shared resources, the largest effect on the system performance is the shared cache and DRAM system. There are essential differences between the last level cache and a cache. The goal of a cache design is to provide fast data processor which requires high access speed. However, the object of the last level cache is to save data in the chip as much as possible, and the access speed requirements are not too high, it is more subject to the plate number of available transistors. Management level cache LRU strategy and its approximate algorithm are not applicable to the large capacity last level cache for traditional. It may cause destructive interference between threads, cache thrashing of stream media program lead, which will lead to a decline in the performance of processor. This paper focuses on the analysis of some hot problems of the last level cache management in the process of the large capacity of multi-core platform sharing, and puts forward the corresponding costs less.

Nitroalkene derivatives of nitro-oleic acid(OA-NO2) regulate pluripotent cell signaling in vivo underphysiological and pathological conditions. Angiotensin IItype 1 receptor (AT1R) plays an important role in thecardiovascular system. In this study, OA-NO2 reduced theAT1R mRNA level, specifically in primary smooth musclecells, showing a 70% reduction in rat smooth muscle cells(RASMCs) and a 50% reduction in pig smooth musclecells (PASMCs). These effects were not observed in CHOcells, which highly express AT1R. The AT1R mRNA decayrate was unchanged after OA-NO2 compared with OAtreatment. Nitric oxide (NO) and peroxisome proliferatoractivatedreceptor gamma (PPARγ) did not alter thereduced effects of OA-NO2 on the AT1R mRNA level inSMCs. However, Sp1-mediated activation of the AT1Rpromoter was reduced in response to OA-NO2 in RASMCsbut not 293T cells. In addition, the nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB) pathway was involved in the OA-NO2-mediateddownregulation of AT1R transcription in SMCs. Takentogether, our results demonstrate that OA-NO2 specificallyinhibits AT1R mRNA expression in primary smooth musclecells via the NF-κB pathway.
