        Chinese medical drugs for coronavirus disease 2019: a systematic review and meta-analysis

        Background: Integration of Chinese medical drugs (CMD) and western medicine (WM) has been widely used in the treatment of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). This systematic review aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of CMD for COVID-19. Method: A literature search was performed in six databases from injection to June 2020. Both randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and quasi-RCTs were considered as eligible. The quality of included RCTs were assessed by Cochrane Risk of Bias Tool, and Review Manager 5.3 software was used to do meta-analysis. Result: Eleven studies with 1259 patients were included in this study. CMD included herbal decoction and Chinese patent medicine. The methodological quality was evaluated as generally unclear. The results of meta-analysis showed that the integration of CMD and WM had better efficacy than WM in number of patients turned to severe and critical type (RR = 0.47, 95% CI=[0.32, 0.69], P < 0.0001), length of hospital stay (MD= -7.95, 95% CI=[-14.66, -1.24], P = 0.02), defervescence time (MD= -1.20, 95% CI=[-2.03, -0.38], P = 0.004), cough resolution rate (RR = 1.37, 95% CI=[1.15, 1.64], P = 0.0004), fatigue resolution rate (RR = 1.37, 95% CI=[1.02, 1.83], P = 0.04), and tachypnea resolution rate (RR = 2.20, 95% CI=[1.11, 4.39], P = 0.02). As for safety, there was no significant difference between two groups. Conclusion: CMD may bring potential benefit to patients suffered from COVID-19. However, the quality of included trials is not good enough. High quality study with core outcome set are still required.

        중국 온라인 쇼핑 라이브 방송과 왕홍 앵커 특성이 소비자의 신뢰와 상품 구매의도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: Becasue of the rapid technological development and the easy-of-use of online shopping, an emerging business mode of WangHong using live streaming has gained susbtantial attention and has showed considerable economic potential. This study investigated determinants of consumers’ trust on live streaming and WangHong anchor and their effect of consumers’ purchase intention. Research design, data, and methodology: This study analyzed the influence of online shopping live streaming's characteristics and WangHong anchor's characteristics on consumer trust and purchasing intention. We conducted an online and offline survey for 11 days from November 16th to November 26th, 2020. A total of 305 responses were collected from Chinese consumers who were online-shopping live-streaming users. Results: First, among the three variables of the live streaming's characteristics, the information insignificantly affected the customer's trust; but the other variables showed significant positive effects on the consumer's trust. Two characteristics of WangHong anchor had significant positive effects on trust; attractiveness had the most significant effect on trust. Second, among the characteristics of live streaming and Wanghong anchor, variables excluding information had a positive(+) effect on purchasing intention. The most significant variable is interactivity,the next is entertainment and the third one is attractiveness and the last one is professionalism. Third, we found that trust had a positive(+) effect on purchase intention. Fourth, there was a partial mediating effect of trust among interactivity, entertainment, professionalism, attractiveness, and purchasing intention. Implications: Online-shopping live-streaming can enhance customers' trust by providing communication with consumers and adding interesting content, thereby improving customers' purchasing intention. At the same time, Improving the WangHong anchors' personal qualities is also an important part of developing online shopping live streaming.

        중국 MICE산업의 국민경제 기여도 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 중국 MICE산업이 중국 국민경제에 얼마만큼 기여하는지를 분석하고 MICE산업의 인지도 향상과 국민경제의 특성을 이해함으로써 향후 중국 MICE산업의 발전을 위한 정책 수립과 활성화 발전방안에 도움이 된다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 중국통계청의 2019년에 발표한 2017년 산업연관표를 중심으로 기본분류인 149개 산업 중 인쇄 ,도매, 소매, 도로운송, 숙박, 요식, 정보 기술 서비스, 임대, 비즈니스 서비스, 문화예술 ,스포츠, 오락 등 12개 부문을 MICE산업으로 분류하여 이에 대한 중국 국가경제 기여도를 분석하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국 2017년 MICE산업의 생산유발계수 열 합계는 2.045, 행 합계는 7.909로 나타났다. 둘째, MICE산업의 감응도계수는 0.802, 영향력계수는 0.756으로 나타났다. 셋째, MICE산업의 소득유발계수는 0.506, 생산세 유발계수는 0.114등을 보여주고 있다. 넷째, MICE산업의 최종수요 7,893십억 위안을 국가경제에 투입할 경우 전체 산업에서 유발되는 총생산유발액은 275,882십억 위안으로 이 중 MICE산업은 62,429십억 위안으로 전체의 22.6%에 달한다. 그리고 MICE산업의 부가가치유발액은 97,748십억 위안으로 이중 MICE산업 자체에서는 7,893십억 위안으로 총부가가치 유발액의 8.1%이다. 또한 소득유발액은 49,327십억 위안으로 이중 MICE산업 자체에서는 3,990십억 위안의 소득이 창출되어 전체의 8.1%를 치지하고 있다. 생산세 유발액은 총 11,975십억 위안으로 이중 MICE산업 자체에서는 902십억 위안으로 7.5%로 나타났다. 중국 MICE산업은 발전할 잠재력이 충분히 있기 때문에 정부의 정책 지원 필요하고 법적 규정과 시장관리에 대한 감독이 요구되고 MICE산업의 혁신력을 높이고 "인터넷+MICE"모델 개발도 필요하다. This study analyzed the Chinese MICE industry contributes to the national economy and to understand the importance of the MICE industry and the characteristics of the national economy, helping to establish policies for the future development of MICE industry. This study analyzed the contribution of national economy by classifying 12 of 149 industries into MICE industries, which are basic industrial sectors, based on the 2017 Input-output Table published by the China National Statistical Office. The analysis results are as follows. Firstly, in 2017 the total production inducement coefficient of China MICE industry is 2.045 in column, the sum of the rows is 7.909. Secondly, the sensitivity coefficient is 0.802, the influence coefficient is 0.756. Thirdly, the income inducement coefficient is 0.506. Finally, if the final demand of the MICE industry is invested in the national economy of 789.3billion yuan, the total output generated by the entire industry is 275,882billion yuan, and the MICE industry is 62,429billion yuan accounting for 22.6% of the whole industry. And the additional value amount from the MICE industry is 97,748billion yuan, while it is 7,893 billion yuan(8.1%of total) in the MICE industry itself. In addition, the income inducement amount is 49,327billion yuan, make up 3,990billion yuan(8.1%of total) in the MICE industry itself. It is showed that Production tax induced amount to 11,975billion yuan, 7.5%of which came to 902billion yuan in the MICE industry itself. Because China"s MICE industry has full development potential, the government needs to provide active support and policy support, in addition to the need for legal provisions and supervision of market management. In order to improve the innovative development of the MICE industry, it is necessary to develop a new model of "network +MICE".

        Technical Advances to Accelerate Modular Type I Polyketide Synthase Engineering towards a Retro-biosynthetic Platform

        Modular type I polyketide synthases (PKSs) are multifunctional proteins that are comprised of individual domains organized into modules. These modules act together to assemble complex polyketides from acyl-CoA substrates in a linear fashion. This assembly-line enzymology makes engineered PKSs a potential retrobiosynthetic platform to produce fuels, commodity chemicals, speciality chemicals, and pharmaceuticals in various host microorganisms, including bacteria and fungi. However, the realization of this potential is restricted by practical difficulties in strain engineering, protein overexpression, and titer/yield optimization. These challenges are becoming more possible to overcome due to technical advances in PKS design, engineered heterologous hosts, DNA synthesis and assembly, PKS heterologous expression, and analytical methodology. In this review, we highlight these technical advances in PKS engineering and provide practical considerations thereof.

        Optimization of ultrasound-assisted magnetic retrieval-linked ionic liquid dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction for the determination of cadmium and lead in water samples by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry

        A simple and efficient method for the determination of Cd and Pb in water samples was developed byultrasound-assisted magnetic retrieval-linked ionic liquid dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (UA-MR-IL-DLLME) preconcentration and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS)detection. Ionic liquid (IL) [Hmim] [PF6] was used as the extractant, ammonium pyrrolidinedithiocarbamate (APDC) as the complexing agent and Fe3O4 nanoparticles as the sorbent, whileultrasound was applied to assist the dispersion of the extractant and accelerate the mass transfer process. The effect of different factors on the extraction efficiency including pH, IL volume, APDC amount,ultrasound extraction time, ultrasound desorption time and Fe3O4 amount was studied by a fractionalfactorial design to screen for the most important factors. Then a central composite design was used tooptimize the significant factors. Under the optimal conditions, the method has linear calibration curvesover the range of 0.3–20 ng/mL for Cd and 0.5–40 ng/mL for Pb, with correlation coefficients (R) of0.9990 and 0.9986 for Cd and Pb, respectively. The limits of detection were 0.1 ng/mL and 0.15 ng/mL withrelative standard deviations of 3.4% and 2.8% for Cd and Pb, respectively. Finally, the method wassuccessfully applied for the determination of Cd and Pb in the real water samples and satisfactoryrecoveries were achieved.

        중국 모바일게임의 특성과 소비자체험이 만족도와 구매의도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 중국 모바일 게임의 특성과 소비자 체험이 이용자의 만족도와 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 모바일 게임을 체험본 적 있는 이용자를 대상으로 2021년 2월 1일부터 2월 20일까지, 수집된 설문지 317부에 대한 SPSS Statistics 24를 사용하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가설검증을 실시하기에 앞서 측정개념에 대한 타당성 및 신뢰성 분석결과 게임특성은 즉시접속성, 사용편리성, 상호작용성 등 3개 요인으로 나타났으며 소비자 체험은 오락적 체험, 현실도피적 체험, 심미적 체험 들 3개 요인으로 제시하였다. 둘째, 모바일 게임의 특성 3가지 변수 중 사용편리성만 이용자의 몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는데 제외된 다른 변수들이 즉시접속성과 상호작용성이 몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 소비자 체험의 3가지 변수가 몰입에 모두 긍정적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 특히 그중에 현실도피적 체험이 몰입에 미치는 영향이 가장 높다. 셋째, 몰입이 게임 이용자의 만족도와 구매의도에 유의한 영향을 준다고 확인되었다. 넷째 모바일 게임의 특성, 소비자 체험과 만족도, 구매의도 사이에 몰입의 매개효과가 있다는 것을 검증되었다. 몰입은 모바일 게임의 특성, 소비자 체험과 만족도의 미치는 매개효과 사이에 오락적 체험과 심미적 체험은 부분매개효과가 있다는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 몰입은 모바일 게임의 특성, 소비자 체험과 구매의도의 미치는 매개효과 사이에 심미적 체험은 완전 매개효과가 있고 현실도피적 체험은 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. This study verified the influence of characteristics of china s mobile games and consumer experience on consumer satisfaction and purchasing intention. This study conducted an online and offline survey for 20 days from February 1the to February 20th, 2021. A total of 317 responses were collected from Chinese consumerswhomobile game users. The analysis results are as follows. First of all, of the three variables that characterize mobile games, only easy of use has a significant positive effect on user traffic, while the other variables have no significant effect on flow. Three experiences of consumer experience have significant positive (+) effects on flow, Escapist Experience had the most significant effect on flow. Second, we found that flow had positive (+) effect on mobile game consumer satisfaction and purchasing intention. Third, there was a mediating effect of flow among mobile game characteristics, consumer experience and satisfaction, purchasing intention. It can be seen that there was a partial mediating effect of Flow among Entertainment Experience, Esthetic Experience and satisfaction. In addition, there was a partial mediating effect of flow among Escapist Experience and purchasing intention, a completemediating effect of flowamong Esthetic Experience and purchasing intention.

        HDAC4 Regulates Muscle Fiber Type-Specific Gene Expression Programs

        Fiber type-specific programs controlled by the transcription factor MEF2 dictate muscle functionality. Here, we show that HDAC4, a potent MEF2 inhibitor, is predominantly localized to the nuclei in fast/glycolytic fibers in contrast to the sarcoplasm in slow/oxidative fibers. The cytoplasmic localization is associated with HDAC4 hyper-phosphorylation in slow/oxidative- fibers. Genetic reprogramming of fast/glycolytic fibers to oxidative fibers by active CaMKII or calcineurin leads to increased HDAC4 phosphorylation, HDAC4 nuclear export, and an increase in markers associated with oxidative fibers. Indeed, HDAC4 represses the MEF2-dependent, PGC- 1α-mediated oxidative metabolic gene program. Thus differential phosphorylation and localization of HDAC4 contributes to establishing fiber type-specific transcriptional programs.

        Nb reinforced Fe-Mn-Si shape memory alloy composite coating fabricated by laser cladding on 304 stainless steel surface

        Laser cladding technology was adapted to fabricate Fe-based shape memory alloy/Nb composite coatings with 5 wt. % Nb doping amounts on 304 stainless steel to promote the microhardness and wear resistance. The SEM, XRD, optical profilometer and electrochemical workstation were used to characterize micromorphology, phase and microstructure. Meanwhile, wear and anti-resistance ability were detected. The results showed that Nb, NbC, ε-martensite, α’-martensite and γ-austenite were found in SMA/Nb coating. The microhardness was enhanced because of the solid solution strengthening and second phase strengthening. Also, the shape recovery rate and anti-corrosion property of the SMA/Nb coating are improved as well.

        Evaluation of reference genes for miRNA expression analysis in Galeruca daurica (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae) using qRT‐PCR

        The selection of suitable reference genes (RGs) for data normalization is a crucial step for obtaining reliable results from gene expression analysis using the quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). Expression stability of eleven putative RGs (miR-100-5p, miR-92a-3p, miR-998-3p, miR-279d-3p, miR-305-5p, miR-276a-3p, miR-275-3p, miR-9a-5p, miR-2a-3p, U6 snRNA and 5S rRNA) was assessed by using a web-based tool: RefFinder, which integrates four algorithms (Delta Ct, geNorm, NormFinder, and BestKeeper), and the best combination number of RGs was calculated by geNorm. Validation of selected RGs was performed by an expression analysis of let-7-5p under different experimental conditions. The best combinations of RGs were shown as follows: miR-100-5p + miR-275-3p for temperature treatment, miR-100-5p + miR-305-5p for adult tissues, miR- 276a-3p + miR-9a-5p for genders, miR-2a-3p + miR-276a-3p for days after eclosion, U6 snRNA + miR-9a-5p + miR-2a-3p for developmental stages, and U6 snRNA + miR-279d-3p for all above conditions, and there was no one RG suitable for all experimental conditions. Incorrect RG selection affected the evaluation of let-7-5p abundance. Our findings demonstrate that an integrated approach of multiple algorithms is necessary to identify reliable, stable RGs for miRNA evaluation, and provide a basis for further studies on expression and function analysis of miRNAs and their target genes in Galeruca daurica, a new pest with great outbreaks in Inner Mongolia since 2009.
