Question Recommendation and Answer Extraction in Question Answering Community

Every day, there are a large number of new questions produce in question answering community, how to find the answer user for the question and sort candidate answers is the research content of this paper. First of all ,we use statistical language model to model for user interest, make full use of the abundant personalized information in question answering community to find out user interest distribution, and obtain the user list of question recommendation by introducing the query likelihood language model to calculate the degree of user interest to the new question. Secondly, we calculate the matching degree of question and candidate answers through fusing the feature of word form, word order, distance and semantic. The candidate answers of question will be sorted automatically, making it easier for users to choose the best answer. Experiments are performed on data sets extracted from the Baidu know, experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper has better performance.

Based on the above defects and the superiority of HTMLS, the paper is aimed at realizing the process of graphics and image on Web by combining with graphics and image processing algorithm on computer at present. At the same time, the real-time graphics and image processing cooperatively by multiple personnel is also realized. Finally, a graphics and image processing platform on Web will be established which is easy to maintain, share, expand, being carried out in real time and iteratively. It is named as Web Photoshop. The platform is not only able to carry out graphics and image processing work on a single computer, but also used for graphics and image processing cooperatively by multiple personnel. At the same time, the subject also analyzes and discusses the possibility of graphics and image processing cooperatively by multiple personnel by comparing the effect of common graphics and image processing program on desktop. What is more, the HTMLS is used in trial in the subject to rapidly construct the graphics and image processing application based on mobile devices.

Load balancing of virtual machines is one of the most significant issues in cloud computing research. A common approach is to employ intelligent algorithms such as Ant Colony Optimization (ACO). However, there are two main issues with traditional ACO. First, ACO is very dependent on the initial conditions, which might affect the final optimal solution and the convergence speed. To solve this problem, we propose to employ Genetic Algorithm (GA) for ACO initialization. Second, ACO could arrive at local optimal point, and the convergence speed is typically low. Along this line, we introduce the idea of Simulated Annealing (SA) to avoid local optimal and accelerate the convergence. Lastly, our experiments show that our improved ACO achieves good performance in load balancing.
MicroRNA expression profiles in conventional and micropropagated Dendrobium officinale

MicroRNA (miRNA) is defined as an endogenous *22 nt noncoding RNA that has critical gene-regulatory functions in plants. Dendrobium officinale is among the most important herbs in traditional Chinese medicine. However, no miRNA of D. officinale has been reported to date. To identify the miRNA in D. officinale and to detect the differentially expressed miRNA between conventional and micropropagated D. officinale plants, miRNA microarray was performed following quantitative real-time RTPCR validation. A total of 120 miRNAs from 37 miRNA families were identified in both conventional and micropropagated D. officinale plants. Among the total number of miRNAs, 45 miRNAs from six families were differentially expressed, including five up-regulated families (miR156, miR164, miR171, miR827 and miR529) and one downregulated family (miR167) in micropropagated group. Web microrna designer and gene ontology term-enrichment analyses were applied for prediction and functional analysis of the target genes of differentially expressed miRNA. Such miRNAs are mainly related to hormone stimulus response, biological and metabolic process regulation, formation of intracellular organelle, and nucleic acid binding.
Analysis of Damage of Joints in CRTSII Slab Track under Temperature and Vehicle Loads

Damage in joints has a significant effect on the integrity and stability of the China Railway Track System (CRTS)II slab track. In this study, a three-dimensional finite element model was established to investigate the damage law of joints in the CRTSII slab track under temperature and vehicle loads. In the finite element model, the non-linear constitutive law and damage parameter of the interface between the slabs and the cement asphalt (CA) mortar layer were defined by a cohesive zone model. Based on the limited results in this analysis, the recommendations of joint damage repair were put forward. Results show that in the formation of joint damage in CRTSII slab track, the temperature load plays a more important role compared with the vehicle load. The more the concrete loss at the narrow joint, the lower the temperature rise at which concrete stress reaches its compressive strength. If concrete loss at the bottom of the narrow joint is no more than 10%, the damaged joint can be repaired at the time when the temperature of slabs is close to the construction temperature. If concrete loss at the bottom of the narrow joint is larger than 10%, repair strategy should be taken according to the time when the joint damage is detected. During repair, improving bond strength of the interface between the slabs and the CA mortar layer and strength of joint concrete can help to prevent the repaired joint from being damaged again.

Tectonic movement, heavy rainfall and other environmental factors are important factors causing the slope instability of accumulation body. Aiming at jiangdingya H1 landslide in Bailong River Basin, Zhouqu County, Gansu Province, the deformation law and stability of accumulation landslide under the coupling condition of earthquake and rainfall were systematically analyzed by means of laboratory physical model test, numerical simulation and theoretical derivation. The results show that: 1) The crack development law of landslide model test under the coupling effect of earthquake and rainfall is analyzed, and the stability characteristics of landslide deformation and failure in three stages are obtained. 2) According to the model test and numerical simulation results, it is found that the coupling effect has the greatest influence on the stability of the slope toe of the accumulation landslide, and the failure mode of the accumulation landslide changes from “pull-shear” failure to “compression-shear” failure, and the failure of the accumulation landslide occurs in a local location. 3) Based on the unbalanced thrust method and GA model, a landslide stability calculation model of loose accumulation body under the coupling effect of earthquake and rainfall was improved by comprehensively considering the effects of complex factors such as seismic inertia force and seepage force.The research results can provide reference for landslide prevention, monitoring and early warning in Zhouqu area of Gansu Province.
