        2010 해남, 평창, 원주지역 갈대 등 야초류의 이용실태와 사료가치 평가

        본 연구는 부존 조사료자원 이용으로 수입사료를 줄이고 사료비를 절감하고자 2010년도에 전남 해남(간척지), 강원 평창(강변), 원주(섬강변), 전남 영광(와탄강변) 등 4개 지역에서 갈대와 억새 등 야초 자생지를 탐색하고, 수확·이용실태 조사와 함께 사료가치를 분석하였다. 전남 해남 해남목장 내 갈대(Phragmites communis) 위주의 야초 자생지는 300 ha로 예년에는 2회 곤포작업하여 연간 사일리지로 2,300~2,500톤(ha당 8톤)을 생산하였으나 2010년도는 1회 곤포조제로 사일리지 2,000톤(ha당 7톤)을 생산하였다. 유통가격은 롤 당 53천원으로 ㎏당 110원이었다. 곤포는 전량 자가소비하며, 외부 작업단에 롤 당 26천원의 작업비를 지불하였다. 연간 조수입은 2억 2,260만원이며, 소득은 1억원 수준(345천원/ha)이었다. 초장 150 ㎝의 갈대는 조단백질 8.4%, 상대사료가치 71.9 (건초 5등급), 건물 소화율 60.1%로 사료가치는 볏짚에 비해 약간 나은 것으로 평가되었다. 갈대 사일리지의 사료가치와 유기산 함량은 동일 지역에서 동일한 재료로 사일리지를 조제하더라도 수확시기에 따라 차이가 컸으며(CP 4.7~6.4%, RFV 62.2~78.9, 건물 소화율 41.9~53.9%), 갈대 사일리지의 품질은 수단그라스에 비해 불량하였다. 강원 평창 강변 자생갈대의 사료가치는 초장이 79, 117, 121, 142㎝로 생육이 진행됨에 따라 낮아져, 조단백질은 각각 13.9%에서 7.6%로, 상대사료가치는 90.7 (건초 3등급)에서 76.1 (건초 4등급)로, 건물 소화율은 72.9%에서 54.7%로 감소하였다. 원주 섬강 주변 야초류는 곤포수확 작업에 어려움이 있었으며, 초장 130 cm의 갈대는 조단백질 8.5%, 상대사료가치 82.3 (건초 4등급), 건물 소화율 70.2%로 사료가치는 높았으며, 220㎝의 성숙한 갈대는 조단백질 10.2%, 상대사료가치 65.1 (건초 5등급), 건물 소화율 48.9%로 볏짚 대비 조금 나은 것으로 평가되었다. 전남영광지역에서는 와탄천 주변에 자생하는 갈대를 수거 이용하고자 시도하였으나 경제성이 없어 중단하였다. 이상의 결과를 종합하여볼 때, 갈대, 억새 등 야초류는 현 상태에서 최대한 수거·이용하되, 사료가치를 유지하고 가축 기호성이 양호한 시기에 수확하는 것이 중요하며, 최소한 볏짚과 비슷하거나 그 이상의 사료가치를 기대하기 위해서는 7월 중순 이전(늦어도 7월까지)에 수확·이용하는 것이 권장된다. This study was carried out in 2010 to investigate the utilization and forage quality of native grasses, such as Phragmites communis which might reduce the cost of feeding domestic cattle. The regions surveyed were the Haenam ranch in Haenam, Pyeongchang, Wonju, and Yeonggwang. In Haenam, yearly silage production harvested from 300 ha was 2,000 MT (7 MT/ha). All of those round bale silages were self-consumed in that region, and marketing price was 50,000 55,000 won per roll (110 won/㎏). Phragmites communis of 150 ㎝ in length contained 8.4% crude protein (CP) with relative feed value (RFV) 71.9 and 60.1% in vitro dry matter digestibility (IVDMD), which was somewhat more favorable than forage quality of rice straw. The silage quality of Phragmites communis varied greatly by the time of harvest (CP 4.7 6.4%, RFV 62.2 78.9, and IVDMD 41.9 53.9%), even with the same district and of the same original forage materials. Generally, the quality of Phragmites communis silage of was poorer than that of sorghum * sudangrass hybrid. In Pyeongchang, forage quality of Phragmites communis was decreased from 13.9% to 7.6% in CP, 90.7 to 76.1 in RFV, and 72.9% to 54.7% in IVDMD, as plant was getting mature, from 79 ㎝ to 117 ㎝, 121 ㎝ or to 142 ㎝ in length. In Wonju, the quality values of Phragmites communis of 130 ㎝ in length were 8.5% CP, 82.3 RFV and 70.2% IVDMD, while those of matured grasses of 220 ㎝ in length were lower (10.2% CP, 65.1 RFV and 48.9% IVDMD), but this was a little more favorable than quality of rice straw. In Yeonggwang, feeding Phragmites communis was tried in a Hanwoo feed, but stopped due to low profitability. In conclusion, the overall quality of most native grasses including Phragmites communis in this survey was poor. Therefore, we recommend that Phragmites communis and native grasses should be harvested on June or July to obtain richer forage quality in forage values than rice straw.

CDIS is developed using cobol language on a personal computer and applied to the dynamic scheduling problem of a swift aliment change.

        사망진단서(사체검안서) 상의 선행사인으로부터 사망통계의 원사인이 선정되는 비율 : 3개 대학병원에서 교부된 사망진단서를 중심으로

        Background : To exatnine the problems intolved in writing practice of death certificates, we cotnpated the determination of underlying cause of death for wital statistics using recorded underlying cause of death in issued death statistics. Methods : We collected 688 rnortality certificates issue in year of 2,000 from 3 university hospitals. And we also collected vital statistics from ministry of statistics. The causes of death were coded by experienced medical record wpecialists. And causes of death determined at ministry of statistics for national vita statistics were mapped to causes of death recorded at each death certificates. The rate that underlying causes of death for vital statistics were derived from underlying causes of death recorded at issued death certificaties sere analysed. Results : 64.5% of underlying cause of death for could be derived from underlying cause of death recorded at issued death certificates, 8.6% derived from intermediate cause of death, and 3.9% derived from direct cause of death. In 23% of cases, underlying cause of death could not be derived using issued death certificates. The rate that underlying cause of death for vital statistics could be derived from underlying cause of death recorded at death certificates was different between 3 university hospitals. Ane the rate was also different between death certificates and postmortem certificates. We classified the causes of death using 21 major categories. The rate was different between diseases or conditions tha caused death too. Conclusion : When we examined the correctness of death certificate writing practice using abpve methods, cortectness of writing could not be told as satisfactory. There was difference in correctness of writing between hospotals, between death certificates and postmortem certificates, and between diseases and conditions that caused death. With this results, we suggested some strategy to improve the correctness of death certificate writing practice.

        Tobacco smoke condensate (TSC) has been reported to be carcinogenic to several animal species and include a nom'her of tumor initiators and tumor Promot☞rs.3-Hydroxypyridine (3-PfOH ), asignificant constituent of tobacco smoke, has been shown to induce the cytochrome P4S02El. In thisstudy we have investigated the influence of 3-PyOH on the activities of hepatic cytechromes P4SOuonooxygenases 1p450s) and UDP-glucuronyltransferase (UDP-GT), sulfotransferase (57) and gluts-thioue-5-transferase (GST) in male Sprague-Dawley rats. and compared with effect of TSC on metabo-lizing enBymes in rats hep,atocytes. We also examined if 3-PyOH and TSC would change the toxificationof acetaminophen (AA) through modulation of metaboliaing eazymes.3-PyOH (2mmo1/kg, p.o., 5 days)significantly increased the hepatic P4501Al and eST activity to 1.5 fold and 1.3 fold of control,respectivety. Treatment of TSC (250#g/m f, 2 days) dramatically enhanced the activity of PfSOIAl to7.5 fotd of control in rats hepatocytes. Smaller, but significant increase was observed with the activityof P4501A2(1.6 fold of control) in TSC-treated hepatocytes. After pretreatment of 3-PyOH (2mmo1/kg,p.o.5 days) iB ICR mice, potentiation of hepatotoricity by AA (400mg/kg, i.p., 24 hr) tras observed bymeasuring serum ALT activities. In rats hepatocytes, cytoteficity of AA was caused by pretreatmentwith TSC (250#g/mf,2 days) at non-cytotoxic concentration (ImMf. These results indicate that both of3-PyOH.and .?SC are potent inducers of PfSOIAl, but have lift)e effect on the phase rl metabolizing en-zymes. Moreover, potentiation of AA toxicity by pretreatments of 3-PyOH or TSC may be related to in-ductioa of Pfsos.

        탈색모의 펌처리시 지렁이 단백질 자가분해물의 전처리 효과

        This study has analyzed curl-forming ability, persistency and the level of hair damages, so as to use products of earthworm autolyzate for the ingredient of hair cosmetics, by perming bleached hairs, where curl forming does not work well, after treating them at 60℃ for 24 hours with the low molecular earthworm autolyzate. When being permed, the curl-forming ability of the hair showed shorter time respectively 20.8% and 39.2% at the single-time bleached hair and the three-times bleached hair than at the control group, when being shampoo 30 times, the curl-persistency also was better at those bleached hair group than at the control group showing shorter wave length respectively 6.8% and 33.2%. The thickness of hairs showed respectively 11.8% and 13.9% thicker at the single-time bleached hair and the three-times bleached hair than at the control group, tensile strength was respectively 2.7% higher at the single-time bleached hair(p<.001), 4.9% lower at the three-times bleached hair(p<.001) than at the control group. When dyeing with methylene blue, the single-time bleached hair showed 13.4% lower absorbance than the control group(p<.001), yet the three-times bleached hair showed 195.2% higher (p<.001) than the control group, it seemed that the more earthworm autolyzate bleached the hair, the more porous parts were generated when binding. When observed SEM, the experimental groups had little damage on cortex comparing to the control group, since earthworm autolyzate acted as buffer between cuticle and cortex. From the above results, it is found that even the three-times bleached hair where curl-forming does not work at all can be permed when treated with earthworm autolyzate obtained at 60℃ in advance. Therefore, earthworm autolyzate was proved to be available for the ingredients of hair cosmetics to enable even the damaged hair where little melanin pigment remains possible to be permed.

        자연모의 펌처리시 지렁이 단백질 자가분해물의 전처리 효과

        We have found that higher low-molecular-weight protein concentrations earthworms as peptide can be obtained when the earthworms are ground, autolyzed for 24 hours, and then centrifuged compared to when the earthworms are centrifuged first and then autolyzed. Here, the optimum temperature for autolysis is 60oC. We used the earthworm virgin hair as a pre-treatment for one group. Compared to the control group, this pre-treatment group showed 16% shorter curl formation on natural hair and 12% shorter curl formation after 30 times of shampooing, indicating better curl formation and longer-lasting curl. The hair of the pre-treatment group was 3.4% thicker than that of the control group, the tensile strength 37.0% higher (p<0.001), the absorbance 64.2% lower (p<0.001) according to the Methylene Blue Method, the attachment of the scales on the hair much stronger (observed by SEM), and almost no peeling off. Hence, the experiment shows that the pre-treatment with earthworm autolyzate, obtained at 60oC, helps to increase curl formation and achieve long-lasting curl even on natural hair, and reduce hair damage. Therefore, it is possible to use earthworm autolyzate as an ingredient for hair care products.

        퍼머모의 펌처리시 지렁이 단백질 자가분해물의 전처리 효과

        We performed a permanent treatment test on permed hair, which is the most frequently used for treatment in order to utilize the earthworm autolyzate as raw materials of hair cosmetics. We treated on permed hair, after pre-treatment, with the worm`s low molecular earthworm autolyzate for 24 hours at 60°C and then, analyzed the curl-forming ability, curl-persistency and damage of hairs. When getting a permanent, the curl-forming ability of the hair showed shorter time by 14.4% and 16.8% respectively at the single-time permed hair and the three-times permed hair than at the control group, and when being shampooed for 30 times, the curl-persistency was also better at those permed hair groups than at the control group showing shorter wave length by 20.4% and 22.0% respectively. The thickness of hairs showed 4.3% and 6.0% thicker respectively at the single-time permed hair and the three-times permed hair than at the control group, and the tensile strength was 6.2% lower at the single-time permed hair (p<.001) and 2.1% lower at the three-times permed hair (p<.001) than at the control group. When dyeing with methylene blue, the single-time permed hair showed 11.2% lower absorbance than the control group (p<.001), but the three-times permed hair showed 14.7% higher absorbance (p<.001) than the control group. From these results, it seemed that the porous parts were generated by loose binding when the earthworm autolyzate were bound to the threetimes permed hair.

        20, 30대 남성의 헤어스타일 관리에 대한 인식

        The appearance -management behaviors of men is on the increase in a social atmosphere that appearances is recognized as the competitive needed now it’s time for male hairstyle management studies to get more various and comprehensive information on men. A survey was made on 384 men aged 20 to 39 living in the Seoul Metropolis and Metropolitan area. The results of this study were as follows. Men in their twenties were more concerned and sensitive about hairstyle management than men in their thirties, which they were highly feeling the need to care for hairstyle or hair care. The plans by this study were as follows. The increase of sales in the beauty market by male customers has to be attempted by making them understand the hair and scalp care, and changing programs to manual according to this, as men in their twenties has a understanding of the need to care for hairstyle or hair care.
