포스트 모더니즘 의류광고에 대한 소비자 반응연구

The fashion advertisement is communication method between clothing and consumer. The development of mass communication accelerated that In modern society Post-modernism advertisement is a specialized and separated form so it confuses the consumers who are used in traditional AD. The peculiarities (non-form, destruction of description, compound of genre, mixing of reality and fiction) are more reflected in fashion advertisement. The sample consisted of 425 mail and female and the results were analyzed using frequency and percentage calculation, Close tabs, T-Test, Oneway Anova, Factor analysis, Chi-square Test, Regression, Correlation Analysis. The result of this study were as follows: The post-modernism fashion ad is the separated and reflected form for young age`s favorite. By the factor analysis of consumer response in each 5 emotional factors proved to be valid ones(fine, negative, sexual, stimulative, constructive aspects). The fine and negative aspects of the factors are very concerned with the consumer`s favorite attitude of fashion ad. There is no significant difference in age, job but sex has a significant difference. In according to the method of the ad expression consumer`s acceptance is difference in sex. There were no significant concern with excess effects and purchase intend in fashion advertisement.

Efficient Plant Regeneration from Shoot Tip and Young Leaf in Rhodiola sachalinensis A. Bor.

The shoot tip and young leaf of Rhodiola sachalinensis were cultured to invest the plant growth regulator condition for callus induction, shoot and root regeneration. When the shoot tip was sterilized in 2.0% of NaOCl for 20min., the contamination rate was the lowest. And the survival rate of the culture material was good in carbenicillin 500mg/L treatment group. Callus was obtained from shoot tip and young leaf segments. NAA 0.1-1.0mg/L and 2,4-D 0.1-0.5mg/L alone treatment were shown to have a good response on callus induction from shoot tip culture. In the case of young leaf culture, NAA and 2,4-D 0.1-0.5mg/L alone treatment were good in callus induction. In culturing shoot tip NAA 0.5mg/L and BA 0.5mg/L, NAA1.0mg/L and BA 0.lmg/L combination treatment was good in shoot regeneration. The regenerated shoots were rooted on MS medium supplemented with NAA and BA combination treatment. Especially, NAA 1.0mg/L and BA 0.1mg/L combination treatment was effective for root regeneration.

제한된 Bin Packing Problem의 유전자알고리즘 해법

The Bin Packing Problem is to minimize the numper of bins in which a set of items are inserted. The Constrained Bin Packing Problem(CBPP) has a constraint that no two items with the same attribute are packed to a bin. CBPP has been shown to be NP-Complete. To solve CBPP, in this paper, we try to find a near optimal soultion using Genetic Algorithm. But, when applying general Genetic Algorithm to CBPP, the solution may not satisfy the feasibility because genetic operators used to manipulate the chromosomes yield infeasible offsprings. Hence, to solve CBPP, we used a Repair Operator to generate feasible choromosomes in the algorithm.

비호지킨림프종 환자에서 발생한 폐 효모균증 1예

저자들은 비호지킨씨 림프종 환자에서 항암 치료 후 질환의 진행성 병변과 감별을 요했던 우폐 중엽의 단발성 종괴를 흉강경하 생검으로 폐 효모균증을 확진하고 amphotericin B와 fluconazole로 치료한 1례를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma is monoclonal expansion of malignant B or T cells. The immunocompromised status in this disease is accompanied by many infections. The cryptococcosis, caused by Cryptococcus neoformans, frequently occurs in leukemia, Hodgkin's disease, sarcoidosis, diabetes mellitus, tuberculosis, and long-term steroid-using patients. Recent increasing incidence of fungal infection could be due to the spread of AIDS and transplantation. We experienced one patient with lung mass in Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma after three cycles of chemotherapy, which could not be discriminated from the newly developed lymphoma mass. Cryptococcus neoformans was isolated from the lung tissue obtained by thoracoscopic biopsy. Herein we report this case with brief review of pertinent literature.

외상후 스트레스장애 환자에서 Mirtazapine 효과 : A Pilot Study

연구목적 : 외상후 스트레스장애에 대한 선택적 세로토닌 재흡수억제제의 효과에 대한 연구들은 증가하고 있으나 새로운 향우울제인 mirtazapine의 효과에 대한 연구들은 미비한 실정이다. 이에 mirtazapine의 외상후 스트레스장애에 대한 효과를 조사하기 위해 본 연구를 시행하였다. 방 법 : DSM-IV 진단기준에 의거하여 외상후 스트레스장애로 진단받은 환자 15명을 대상으로 8주간 mirtazapine을 투여하고 투여 시작일과 투여 후 4, 8주 시점에 Interviwer-Administered Structured Interview for PTSD(SIP), Short PTSD Rating Interview(SPRINT), Impact of Event Scale-Revised(IES-R), Montgomery Å sberg Deprssion Rating Scale(MADRS)를 평가하였다. 결 과 : 대상군 중 남자는 10명, 여자는 5명이었고, 평균 연령은 36.1세였으며 mirtazapine의 일일 평균용량은 29±6.9㎎ 이었다. 각 시점별 측정한 SIP, SPRINT, IES-R,MADRS는 기저시점에 비하여 유의한 감소를 보였다.(각, df=1, F=172.0, p<0.01 ; df=1, F=334.4, p<0.01 ; df = 1, F=123.8, p<0.01 ; df= 1, F=775.8, p,0.01). 결 론 : 본 연구 결과 mirtazapine은 외상후 스트레스장애의 치료에 유의한 효과가 있었으며 향후 보다 많은 환자를 대상으로 한 mirtazapine의 효능 및 내약성에 관한 대조 연구가 시행되어야 할 것으로 생각된다. Objective : This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of mirtazapine in patients with posttraumatic stress disorder(PTSD). Method : 15 patients who diagnosed as PTDS were treated with mirtazapine for 8 weeks. Efficacy measurement and side-effects monitoring were performed at baseline, in 4 and 8 week. PTSD and depression were assessed at each follow-up visits suing following measures : Interviewer-Administered Structured Interview for PTSD(SIP) ; short PTSD Rating Interview(SPRINT) ; Impact of Event Scale-Revised(IES-R) ; The Montgomery Åsberg Depression Rating Scale(MADRS). Results : Significant reduction of SIP, SPRINT, IES-R,and MADRS was observed after 8 weeks administration of mirtazapine. No serious drug-related side effects occurred. Conclusion : Teh results suggest that mirtazapine may be an effective agent in the treatment of patients with PTSD. More sophisticated study would be necessary.

산란계에 투여된 플루오로퀴놀론계 합성항균제의 계란내 이행 잔류 연구

In the past few years the use of four fluoroquinolones such as of ofloxacin(OF), norfloxacin(NORE), ciprofloxacin(CIP), enrofloxacin(ENR) in veterinary practice has increased. The aim of this study was to determine the elimination of fluoroquinolones into eggs, by intramuscular injection of laying hens(2.5mg of ENR/kg, 5mg of CIP/kg, 5mg of NOR/kg, 5mg of OF/kg). The treatment of fluoroquinolones was carried out in 3 stages with 9 laying hens (Isabrown), with mean weight 1.8kg, which were housed in individual cages. Four fluoroquinolones were administered to 9 laying hens through intramuscular injection at 1 day, 2 days, 5 days trial respectively. Sample (Albumen, Yolk, Whole egg) were analysed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with a fluorescence programmable detector and matrix solid phase despersion (MSPD) extraction. Residues of fluoroquinolones were much higher in the yolk than in the albumen. Detectable residues persisted for 12 days, 14 days, 16 days, respectively, in albumen and yolk after the injection was discontinued. The increase of the fluoroquinolones concentration in yolk was very rapid and reached a plateau after 3 days of dosing. In albumen, the fluoroquinolones concentration increased during intramuscular injection. As soon as the injection was discontinued, residues decreased in the albumen and the yolk.

Ni-Zn-Fe₂O₄의 조성비에 따른 전파흡수특성에 관한 연구

This paper describes a study on absorption properties of electromagnetic wave for the composition ratio of Ni-Zn-Fe₂O₄ Ni-Zn-Fe₂O₄was composed of 48∼51mo1% Fe₂O₃,18~22mol% NiO and 27∼34mo1% ZnO. The sintering of the composition was carried out at 1200℃ for 2 hours. Through the experiments, it was found that the resonance phenomenon occured at low frequency range for high permeability and vice versa. In the case .of the composition of 49mo1% Fe₂O₃,20mo1% NiO and 31mo1% ZnO, the bandwidth ranged from 0. 37GHz to 0.95GHz with the absorption thickness of 10mm. Also, In the case of the composition 51mo1% Fe₂O₃, 22mo1% NiO and 27mo1% ZnO. the bandwidth ranged from 0.45GHz to 1.2GHz with the absorbtion thickness of 6mm. Therefore, it is proved that electromagnetic wave absorbers can be fabricated successfully within the bandwidth range mentioned above.

智異山 西部地域의 참나무類 分布에 關한 生態相

Some ecological physiognomies related to the distribution of Quercus serrata and Q. mongolica as well as Carpinus laxiflora were investigated in the two valleys of Hwaumsa-Nogodan and Piagol-Yimgulryong in Mt. Jiri. For the purpose of the community analysis of the tree species, ten subplots of 10m x 10m quadrat were sampled in each of main plots partitioned into 4 or 5 sections along the altitude by valley. Even if being a little different by plot or by valley studied, the leading dominant tree species were analyzed to be C. laxiflora, Q. serrata and Q. mongolica, and the sub-dominant tree species to be Styrax japonica, S. obassia, Stewartia koreana and Acer pseudo-sieboldianum v. koreanum, etc. over all the area studied. But other Quercus species and Pinus densiflora seemed to be minor species in all the area ezcept for some quadrats of lower parts of the valleys. The importance values of C. laxiflora were estimated to be the highest on the altitude of about 1,000m and to be the lowest on the upper ridge and top in H-N valley, but to be the highest on the foot stand in P-Y valley. The values of Q. serrata have changed irregularly along the altitude in H-N valley and seemed to be a little high on the mid parts of the slope in P-Y valley. But the values of Q. mongolica have increased constantly with the ascent of altitude and so have exhibited the highest on the ridges exclusively in the two valleys, All the relative values have varied extensively among the subplots in the same plot, and the C.V. values calculated by plot have also exhibited a great deal of differences of 32-191% in R.D., 38-229% in R.C., and 38-206% in I.V. by species and by altitude. The relative values of R.D., R.F., R.C., and I.V. following the ecological successional stages based on gradient of altitude, have been fluctuated with similar patterns in C. laxiflora and Q. serrata, but with inverse patterns in the former two species and Q. mongolica. The dispersion patterns of the three species based on Morisita's index seemed to be random or contagious dispersions having the indices of 1.001-3.333 over all the plots studied. The relative densities following the size class of D.B.H. were estimated to be a little high in the mid of the size classes over all the plots and valleys in Q. serrata, but to be significantly high in the small of the size class in Q. mongolica. The four kinds of tree form indices have changed irregularly by kind of index, by species, and by altitude.

MSPD법과 HPLC를 이용한 계란내 플루오로퀴놀론계 항균물질의 동시 다성분 정량분석

A multi-residue matrix solid-phase dispersion extraction and the liquid chromatographic determination of enrofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, norfloxacin and ofloxacin in eggs is described. Blank and fluoroquinolones fortified egg samples (0.5 g) containing oxalic acid 0.05 g and sodium sulfate (anhydrose) 0.5 g were blended with octadecylsilyl (C_(18), 40 m, 18% load, endcapped, 2 g) derived from silica. After homogenization, C_(18)/egg matrix was transferred to column made of 10 ml plastic syringe and filter paper, and compressed 4.0 4.5 ml volume. A column was washed with 8 ml of hexane followed by 8 ml of ethylacetate and dried under N2 gas. Fluoroquinolones were eluated with 8 ml of methanol under gravity. The eluate contained fluoroquinolones, was free from interferences when analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection. Correlation coefficients for the fluoroquinolones standard curves (linear regression analysis, n = 5) ranged from 0.99918 (± 0.0035) to 0.99985 (± 0.0002). Aveage recoveries of fortified samples were between 89.4 and 103.5%. The method comparared favorably with the classical method in terms of the sample size, analysis time and overalls costs.
