스퍼터링 현상은 1852년 Grove에 의하여 처음으로 발견한 이후 박막이나 나노 구조체의 제조에 널리 응용되었다. DC 스퍼터링 시스템을 이용하여 VOх 박막을 합성은 기저 압력, 작업 압력, 파워(전류,혹은 전압), 전극 사이의 거리(기판과 타겟 사이의 거리), 가스의 유입량, 기판의 온도 등 여러 가지 요소와 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 전극 사이의 거리와 파워를 고정시킨 후, 기판 온도와 산소와 아르곤 가스의 유입량의 비율을 변화하면서 시료를 합성하였다. 다기능 х-선 회절기과 주사전자 현미경을 이용하여 구조를 분석하였으며 측정 결과로부터 VOх 페이지가 존재함을 알수 있었다. After Grove first observed sputtering phenomenon in 1852 sputtering system are widely used for manufacture of various thin films or nanostructures. We synthesized VOх thin films by using DC sputtering deposition. Synthesis of samples are very sensitive depended on varies factors including base pressure working pressure so on. In this paper we were fixed distance of two electrodes and DC supply power 30 W and varied sample substrate temperatures Ar and O₂ gases radio growing 30 min. We observed VOх phases and shape of VOх flim from multi-purpose high performance x-ray diffraction and scanning emission microscope measurements respectively.
Evaluation of Q* Parameter for Characterizing Creep Crack Growth Rate of Type 316LN Stainless Steel

This study evaluated the CCGR (creep crack growth rate) of type 316LN stainless steel using the Q<SUP>*</SUP> parameter. In a previous investigation, the Q<SUP>*</SUP> parameter was applied for modified 9Cr-1Mo steel under various applied loads and temperatures. It is obvious that the Q<SUP>*</SUP> parameter can be depicted as an independent parameter that was able to distinguish the curves under various applied loads and temperatures. Furthermore, the Q<SUP>*</SUP> parameter for type 316LN SS exhibited a similar characteristic as modified 9Cr-1Mo steel. This showed a simple monotical linear function without a dual value due to nose in the early stage of the CCG curve. The relationship between type 316LN SS and modified 9Cr-1Mo steel can also be performed clearly in the graph by the parallel movement of the curves. The type 316LN SS showed a higher Q<SUP>*</SUP> value than the modified 9Cr-1Mo steel, but it has the same slope value. Meanwhile, the CCGR characteristics were not expressed when using the C<SUP>*</SUP> parameter, which was located at the same band. The Q<SUP>*</SUP> parameter was found to be a powerful parameter that not only is able to characterize the CCGR under various applied loads and temperatures, but also under various type of steels. In addition after the CCG tests of type 316LN SS, a fracture micrograph exhibited an intergranular fracture mode.

Twenty Inter simple sequence repeat (ISSR) and 30 SSR primers were used to assess genetic diversity of 64 Agaricus strains including 45 A. bisporus strains and other 19 Agaricus spp. Of them, four ISSR primers, (GA)₈T, (AG)₈YC, (GA)₈C and (CTC)₆and seven SSR markers produced PCR polymorphic bands between the Agaricus species or within A. bisporus strains. PCR polymorphic bands were inputted for UPGMA cluster analysis. Forty five strains of A. bisporus are genetically clustered into 6 groups, showing coefficient similarity from 0.75 to 0.9 among them. The varieties, Saea, saedo, Saejeong and Saeyeon that have recently been developed in Korea were involved in the same group with closely genetic relationship of coefficient similarity over 0.96, whereas, other strains were genetically related to A. bisporus strains that were introduced from USA, Eroupe and Chinese.
