전자문서교환(EDI, Electronic)은 기업과 기업간에 컴퓨터와 컴퓨터의 통신을 통하여 필요한 거래문서를 구조화된 형식으로 교환하여 업무를 처리하는 방식을 말한다. 그동안 EDI 표준은 북미를 중심으로 한 ANSI X.12를 시작으로, 이에 대응되는 유럽중심의 UN/CEFACT 표준이 제정되었다. UN/CEFACT로 표준을 통합하기로 합의한 양대 표준은 또 다른 XML환경을 접하게 되었다. ISO TC154에서는 UN/CEFACT전자문서의 XML변환에 관한 논의하게 되었으나 표준으로 권고되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이런 표준간 연동의 문제를 위하여 본 논문에서는 Speaking Tag방식과 UN/CEFACT Tag방식의 두가지를 제안하며 각각에 대해 변환규칙을 제안한다.

In this paper, we investigate visible light stress instability in radio frequency (RF) sputtered a-IGZO thin film transistors (TFTs). The oxygen flow rate differs during deposition to control the concentration of oxygen vacancies, which is confirmed via RT PL. A negative shift is observed in the threshold voltage ($V_{TH}$) under illumination with/without the gate bias, and the amount of shift in $V_{TH}$ is proportional to the concentration of oxygen vacancies. This can be explained to be consistent with the ionization oxygen vacancy model where the instability in $V_{TH}$ under illumination is caused by the increase in the channel conductivity by electrons that are photo-generated from oxygen vacancies, and it is maintained after the illumination is removed due to the negative-U center properties.
New Frame Rate Up-Conversion Algorithms With Low Computational Complexity

<P>This paper proposes a new frame rate up-conversion (FRUC) algorithm to reduce the computational complexity and to improve the peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) performance. The proposed FRUC algorithm includes prediction-based motion vector smoothing (PMOS), partial average-based motion compensation (PAMC), and intrapredicted hole interpolation (IPHI). PMVS can efficiently remove outliers using motion vectors of neighboring blocks and PAMC performs motion compensation with the region-based partial average to reduce blocking artifacts of the interpolated frames. For hole interpolation, IPHI uses intraprediction of H.264/AVC to eliminate blurring and also uses the fixed weights implemented using only shift operations, which result in low computational complexity. Compared to the existing algorithms, which use bilateral motion estimation, the proposed algorithm improves the average PSNR of the interpolated frames by 3.44 dB and lowers PSNR performance only by 0.13 dB than the existing algorithm that employs unilateral ME; however, it can significantly reduce the computational complexity of FRUC about 89.3% based on the absolute difference.</P>

미래 전장은 초연결 네트워크 전쟁이 될 것이다. 육․해․공․우주 공간이 주파수 스펙트럼으로 연결된 미래 전장에서 전자전(EW: electronic warfare)과 사이버전(CW: cyber warfare) 영역은 점차 더 중첩될 것이고, 이에 효과적으로 군사작전을 수행하기 위해서는 두 기술을 융합한 사이버전자전(CEW: cyber electronic warfare) 기술이 필요하다. 사이버전자전은 전자전의 원거리 고출력 전자파 송출능력과 사이버전의 정보(메시지) 조작/교란능력을 통합하여 시너지 효과를 발휘할 수 있는 기술이다. 본 논문은 전자전 입장에서 바라본 주파수 스펙트럼 확장과 사이버공간으로 전장영역 확대 추세에 따른 사이버전자전 기술에 대해 소개하고, 사이버전자전 발전방향에 대해 기술하였다. Future warfare will be on a hyper-connected battlefield. In the future battlefield where the domains of land, see, air, and space are connected by a frequency spectrum, electronic warfare and cyber warfare domains will gradually overlap, and to effectively perform military operations, a cyber electronic warfare technology that combines the two technologies is required. Cyber electronic warfare is a technology that can exert a synergistic effect by integrating the ability to transmit high-power electromagnetic waves from electronic warfare systems to long distances and the information manipulation/disruption ability of cyber warfare. This paper introduces cyber electronic warfare technologies according to the trend of expanding the frequency spectrum from the perspective of electronic warfare and expanding the battlefield to cyberspace, and describes the directions of the cyber warfare development.

Selection of salt-tolerant rice mutant lines from Ac/Ds insertional mutant population

In order to find new genetic sources of rice salt tolerance, we did screening with about 10,000 rice mutant lines created by Ac/Ds insertional mutagenesis. First, we raised rice seedlings with media soil on 0.7% NaCl solution and selected 71 putative salt tolerant lines and analyzed their Ds insertion sites. We tested their salt tolerance by growing seedlings on MS medium containing, 0 mM, 150 mM, and 250 mM NaCl. Also, their seedling salt tolerance were evaluated by growing on Yoshida nutritional solution containing 0.6% NaCl. Finally, we selected eight mutant lines showing increased seedling salt tolerance compared with wild type variety, Dongjin, repeatedly. We grow them in rice field and investigated their agronomic traits such as heading time, culm length, panicle length, and panicles per hill. Among them two lines which were named Salt10 and Salt23 and showed favorable agronomic characteristics were crossed with Dongjin for further genetic analysis and mapping the causative gene variation.
