        21세기는 지식 정보화와 병행하여 문화의 세기가 될 것으로 예견된다. 문화상품의 고부가가치를 창출하기 위하여 영동군이 보유하고 있는 국악 인프라와 연계하여 국가 문화산업의 전략적 우위를 도모하고 전통문화의 전승과 발전에 일익을 담당코저 한다. 난계 박연 선생의 탄생지인 심천면 고당리 일원에 국악을 테마로 하는 체험촌 조성이 필요하였다. 영동군에서는 한국의 정신세계를 재조명하고 전통문화에 대한 이해와 접근이 용이한 관광자원으로 국악체험촌을 건립하여 관광명소를 육성하고자 한다. The 21st century is predicted to be the century of knowledge and information and culture. To create high value of cultural goods, in conjunction with Korean Classical Music infrastructures which Yeongdong County has, this proposal was planning to be contributed to the development of traditional culture and folklore. Yeongdong County revisited in the spirit world and build an understanding of Korea and Experience Music Village with easy access to the traditional culture and tourist resources and to foster the attractions.

        커뮤니티 도서관의 사용자 중심 공간 구성에 관한 연구

        The rapid development of information technology makes people"s lifestyles constantly changing, bringing great changes to the library building. As a product of the development of public libraries, community libraries have an important impact on community cohesion and revitalization through providing targeted learning and leisure services to residents. Under the trend of social and community development, the community library"s user-centered space must adapt to the diverse needs of community users and make the self-improvement. First of all, this study summarizes the concept of community and community libraries through literature review, and then make a theoretical investigation on the composition of user-centered space. Finally this study bases on the cases of community library buildings in the United States and Britain, and initially explores the composition of user-centered space in these libraries, and then analyzes and summarizes the architectural characteristics of it. Exploring how community can be activated and cohesive through community libraries user-centered space. Hope that this study can provide some reference to the contemporary community library design.

      • A Reliable Information Fusion Algorithm for Reputation Based Wireless Sensor Networks

        In wireless sensor networks (WSNs), cryptographic primitives alone cannot provide a sufficient solution to the secure information fusion problem, therefore reputation systems have been introduced into WSNs. In a cluster, each sensor node has a single reputation value that is evaluated by the other sensor nodes in the same cluster. In this paper, we propose a novel, reliable information fusion algorithm, called reputation-driven information fusion (RDIF). In this work, a clustering algorithm is employed to divide all of the sensor nodes into many clusters. Then, a reputation system is established for each cluster, and an information fusion algorithm driven by reputation values is performed by the cluster head. In addition to the sensor nodes’ reputation values, we also consider the values of the readings collected by the sensor nodes and eliminate the outliers before fusing information. The simulation results show that RDIF can improve the reliability and accuracy of fusion results significantly when some compromised nodes appear in the WSNs.

        Hierarchical Real-Time MAC Protocol for (m,k)-firm Stream in Wireless Sensor Networks

        In wireless sensor networks (WSNs), both efficient energy management and Quality of Service (QoS) are important issues for some applications. For creating robust networks, real-time services are usually employed to satisfy the QoS requirements. In this paper, we proposed a hierarchical real-time MAC (medium access control) protocol for (m,k)-firm constraint in wireless sensor networks shortly called HRTS-MAC. The proposed HRTS-MAC protocol is based on a dynamic priority assignment by (m,k)-firm constraint. In a tree structure topology, the scheduling algorithm assigns uniform transmitting opportunities to each node. The paper also provides experimental results and comparison of the proposed protocol with E_DBP scheduling algorithm.

      • DOES CSR ALWAYS PROTECT FIRMS AGAINST NEGATIVE PUBLICITY?

        Previous research indicates that consumers may resist negative publicity when they perceive a firm to be socially responsible (Klein & Dawar, 2004; Chernev & Blair,2015). However, other research shows corporate social responsibility (CSR) may boomerang the damage of negative publicity (Sohn & Lariscy,2012). Firms may participate in CSR and it is important for market practitioners and researchers to understand the role of different types of CSR in minimizing the impact of negative publicity. This research aims to examine the moderating role of two types of CSR in the effect of negative publicity on consumer responses. An experiment with a 2 (negative publicity type: ability-related vs. morality-related) x 2 (CSR type: philanthropic donation vs. employee wellbeing) between-subjects factorial design was conducted in a major city of China. In the morality-related negative publicity and employee wellbeing condition, the participants were shown with employee wellbeing materials and a morality-related negatively publicized article about a fictitious hotel. Similar arrangements were setup for other different conditions. Then, consumer responses such as firm evaluation and patronage intention were measured. Results of two-way ANOVA revealed a significant interaction effect. The findings indicate that consumers’ patronage intention is lower when a morality-related negative publicity has happened to a firm having “philanthropic donation” type of CSR, and also when an ability-related negative publicity has happened to a firm having “employee wellbeing” type of CSR.       • Fire Detection Based on Hidden Markov Models

        In this paper, a novel method of real-time fire detection based on HMMs is presented. First, we present an analysis of tire characteristics that provides evidence supporting the use of HMMs to detect fire; second, we propose an algorithm for detecting candidate fire pixels that entails the detection of moving pixels, fire-color inspection, and pixels clustering. The main contribution of this paper is the establishment and application of a hidden Markov fire model by combining the state transition between fire and non-tire with fire motion information to reduce data redundancy. The final decision is based on this model which includes training and application; the training provides parameters for the HMM application. The experimental results show that the method provides both a high detection rate and a low false alarm rate. Furthermore, real-time detection has been effectively realized via the learned parameters of the HMM, since the most time-consuming components such as HMM training are performed off-line.

        Conductivity relaxation in NiTiO3 at high temperatures

        NiTiO3 ceramics were prepared via the traditional solid-state reaction route. The dielectric properties of NiTiO3 ceramics have been systematically investigated in the temperature range from room temperature to 1073 K NiTiO3 ceramics exhibit intrinsic dielectric response in the temperature range below 400 K. Two relaxations were observed in the temperature range higher than 400 K. The relaxation activation energy is 0.95 eV and 1.17 eV for the low- and high-temperature relaxations, respectively. Our results strongly indicate that the two relaxations are related to conductivity relaxation associated with the singly and doubly ionized oxygen vacancies.

        Comparison of Grain Quality Traits between Japonica Rice Cultivars from Korea and Yunnan Province of China

        Improving eating quality is one of the most important objectives in japonica rice breeding programs in Yunnan Province of China. Eating quality and its relevant traits of nine Korean and 11 Yunnan rice cultivars were comparatively analyzed in this study. The grain shape of most Yunnan japonica rice cultivars have a relatively slender shape and are slightly larger than Korean rice cultivars. Palatability value of cooked rice of Yunnan rice cultivars was significantly lower, while the protein content of Yunnan rice cultivars was significantly higher than that of Korean cultivars. Peak viscosity and breakdown viscosity of the Yunnan rice cultivars were significantly lower, while setback viscosity of the Yunnan rice cultivars was significantly higher than in Korean rice cultivars. Palatability value of cooked rice was negatively correlated with protein content and setback viscosity but positively correlated with peak viscosity, breakdown viscosity, and cool paste viscosity. Through multiple linear regression analysis, an equation for estimating palatability value (PV) of cooked rice based on quality traits was generated as dependent only upon protein content (PC), PV=139.024-(10.865×PC) with an R² value of 0.822. The results suggest that reducing protein contents should be the major target in improving eating quality of Yunnan japonica rice cultivars through integrated approaches of both cultivar development and appropriate cultural practices. Genetic similarities among cultivars based on DNA markers which had been identified as associated with grain quality seemed not to be directly related to PV.       • Optimization of Drying Conditions for Quality Semi-dried Mulberry Fruit (Morus alba L.) using Response Surface Methodology

        Mulberry fruits were semi-dried using hot air ($60-100^{\circ}C$) or cool air ($20-40^{\circ}C$), and the effects of the drying temperature and processing time on the quality of the final dried mulberry fruits were investigated. Response surface methodology was employed to establish a statistical model and predict the conditions resulting in minimal loss of the total phenolic content (TPC) and ascorbic acid. Thus, using overlapped contour plots, the optimal conditions for producing semi-dried mulberry fruits, which reduced the moisture residue to 45% and minimized the nutrient losses of TPC and ascorbic acid, were determined for the hot-air process ($60.7^{\circ}C$ for 5.4 h) and cool-air process ($34.8^{\circ}C$ for 23.3 h). Plus, a higher drying temperature was found to lead to a faster loss of moisture and ascorbic acid, while the TPC was significantly decreased in the cool-air dried mulberry fruits due to the higher activity of polyphenol oxidase between 30 and $40^{\circ}C$.
