        가역 투자율 측정에 의한 1Cr-1Mo-0.25V 강의 열화도 평가

        고온에서 운용 중인 설비의 안전성을 평가하기 위해서는 사용기간동안 열화된 재료의 물성을 측정하여야 한다. 실제 사용되고 있는 화력발전소 터빈의 로터에서 열화도가 다른 여러 종류의 시편을 입수하기 어렵기 때문에, 터빈 로터재로 널리 사용되고 있는 1Cr-1Mo-0.25V 강을 인공열화시켜 시편으로 사용하였다. 열화도의 비파괴적 평가를 위하여 교류 섭동 자기장을 인가하여 가역 투자율을 측정하는 자기적 방법을 사용하였다. 열화도의 증가에 따라 경도와 가역 투자율 피크 사이의 간격은 감소하였는데, 경도와 가역 투자율 피크 간격과의 선형관계를 이용하여 비파괴적으로 터빈 로터강의 열화도를 평가할 수 있는 기초를 마련하였다. The integrity of the turbine totors can be assessed by measuring reversible permeability and Vickers hardness of the aged rotors at service temperature. The measurement system of reversible permeability, which measured by applied alternating perturbing magnetic field, was constructed in order to evaluate matrial degradation, nondestructively. The test specimen was 1Cr-1Mo-0.25V steel used widely for turbine rotor material, and the specimens were prepared by the isothermal heat treatment at 630 ℃. The reversible permeability of the test materials were measured at room temperature. The peak interval of reversible permeability and Vickers hardness decreased with the increase of degradation. The degradation of test material may be determined nondestructively by the lineality of Vickers hardness and the peak interval of reversible permeability.

        녹차 및 결명자 추출물의 교정용 브라켓과 치면 사이의 경계부에서 분리된 mutans streptococci에 대한 항균작용

        본 연구는 치아우식증에 관련된 Mutans streptococci 표준균주 및 임상분리 균주의 성장억제를 유도할 수 있는 천연 생약추출물을 검색하기 위하여 실시되었다. 녹차추출물은 CHMC-2032를 사용하였으며, 결명자 추출물은 50% 에탄올을 이용하여 얻었다. 이들 추출물의 Mutans streptococci 표준균주 및 교정환자들에서 브라켓과 치면 사이의 경계부에서 분리된 각각 10 균주씩의 S. mutans 및 S. sobrinus에 대한 최소성장억제농도를 액체배지 희석법으로 구하였다. 그 결과 CHMC-2032의 S. mutans 및 S. sobrinus의 표준 균주, S. sobrinus의 대부분 임상분리 균주에 대한 최소성장억제농도는 5 mg/ml이었다. 그러나 결명자 추출물에 의한 S. mutans 및 S. sobrinus에 대한 세균 성장억제 효과는 미미하였다. 본 연구 결과 치아우식증의 예방적 측면에서 결명자차보다는 녹차를 마시는 것이 유리하며, CHMC-2032를 이용하여 구강양치용액을 제조하여 사용할 경우 교정환자를 포함하여 대부분의 사람에게서 치아우식증 예방 효과가 있으리고 추정된다. Mutans streptococci is the major causative factor in dental caries. Especially, orthodontic patients with fixed appliance are a risk group for dental caries. Because fixed appliances attached on teeth may change the environment of dental plaque, the enamel decalcification or dental caries around the bracket and band is a major side effect of orthodontic treatment. The aim of this study was to search plant extracts that have antimicrobial effect on mutans streptococci. Seed-extract of Casio tora were prepared with ethanol and CHMC-2032, the leaf-extracts from Camellia sinensis extract, was obtained extract, 2 type strains and 20 clinical isolates of mutans streptococci isolated from the interface between orthodontic brackets and tooth surfaces in the orthodontic patients were used in this study. The minimal inhibitory concentration of CHMC-2032 was 5 mg/ml on the S. mutans KCTC 3065, S. sobrinus KCTC 3088, and 8 clinical isolates of S. sobrinus. However, there was no antibacterial effect of seed-extract of C. tora on mutans streptococci. These data suggest that green tea may be more effective than the tea prepared from C. tora in the prevention of enamel decalcification or dental caries around brackets.

        급성 조증에서 기분안정제와 리스페리돈의 병합 투여 효과 : 다기관 개방연구

        Ohjective : The primary purpose of this study was a replication of the effectiveness and tolerability of rispehdone in the treatment of patients with acute mania in very larger cohon in naturalistic treatment setting to extend the data on the effect and tolerability of risperidone in the treatment of patients with acute mania to Asian population. Methods : A total of 909 patients with DSM-TV criteria of bipolar disorder current manic and hypomanic episode, entered this large, open, multicentre study. The Young Mania Rating Scale (YMRS), Clinical Global Impression (CGI) and Simpson-Angus Rating Scale (SARS) were measured at baseline and weeks 1, 3 and 6, for the assessment of effectiveness and extra-pyramidal symptom (EPS). Results : This study showed statistically significant reduction of scores on the YMRS and CGI-s (mean change=-23.5±11.8, p<0.0001 ; mean change=-2.7±1.5, p<0.0001, respectively) from the baseline to the endpoint (week 6). Number of patients with 50% reduction or more in the YMRS and CGI-s scores was 693 (77.8%) and 630 (70.7%) at endpoint, respec-tively. There were no statistically significant increments of scores on SARS. Risperidone was generally well tolerated. Conclusion : The present larger open study demonstrates that hsperidone add-on therapy is effective and tolerable in treat-ment of bipolar disorder, replicating results in various controlled and uncontrolled studies from Western countries.

      • 식이 콜레스테롤과 펙틴 섭취시 운동수행이 혈청지질에 미치는 영향

        This study was performed to elucidate the effect of exercise and non-exercise in dietary cholesterol and pectin intakes on total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and body weight of male collegiate. Twelve male collegiate were chosen as subjects in this experiment. The groups were classified into exercise group and non-exercise group on the basis of rowing and non-rowing in dietary cholesterol and pectin intakes Diet protocol and exercise program were applied to exercise group and only diet protocol was applied to non-exercise group for seven weeks. Plasma lipid components and body weight at rest was tested before experiment and 1, 3, 5 and 7 week after experiment. As a result of experiment for seven weeks 1. In plasma TC and weight, there were significant differences among training periods, but there were no significant differences between groups. 2. plasma HDL was significant increased in exercise group but there was no differences among training periods. 3. In plasma TG and LDL, there were no significant differences between groups and among training periods. There results suggested that the application of diet protocol and exercise program was more effective prescription than that of diet protocol in improving plasma lipid components.

        이중중합 치면열구 전색제와 광중합 치면열구 전색제의 미세경도에 관한 비교연구

        Due to the various reason, sealing of pit & fissure might be imperfect. One of these reason can be the fracture of sealant material because of the low hardness value of sealing material. The purpose of this in vitro study was to evaluate th microhardness of two different curing type pit and fissure sealants : Dual-cure and Light-cure. The result from the present study can be summarized as follows: 1. All pit and fissure sealants that used in this study showed statistically significant difference in their microhardness of upper and lower surface.(P<0.05). 2. Except of lower surface of teethmate, microhardness of 40-second curing sealant was statistically higher than that of 20-second curing sealant. (P<0.05). 3. In comparison of sealants, microhardness of dual-cure sealant was statistically higher than that of light-cure sealant. Above results suggest that the use of dual-cure sealant and longer curing time are recommended.

      • 窒素施用과 根瘤菌接種이 飼料作物의 收量에 미치는 影響

        The yield of dry matter and total nitrogen content of forage crops which were sown grown alone and in mixture with orchardgrass and legumes such as alfalfa, red clover, birdsfoot trefoil were studied using nitrogen fertilization and inoculation, and the results are as follows: 1) With-nitrogen for the yield of dry matter of forage crops was highly effective only to orchardgrass and was also effective to the early stages of alfalfa and birdsfoot trefoil in case of a mixed sowing. 2) In accordance with inoculation, the yield of dry matter of forage legumes on without-nitrogen increased as compared with that of orchardgrass. 3) Alone and mixed sowings showed the yield of dry matter and total nitrogen content in a decreasing order of alfalfa>red clover>orchardgrass>birdsfoot trefoil, and orchardgrass+alfalfa>orchardgrass+red clover>orchardgrass+birdsfoot trefoil, respectively. 4) The total nitrogen content and yield of dry matter revealed a positive correlation, and nitrogen was found to be a major factor for the dry matter productivity.

      • 객체 기반 변이 보상에 의한 3차원 다시점 영상 압축에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 고압축률을 실현하면서 동시에 객체 기반 동영상 부호화 방식에 적용 ·가능한 객체 기반 3차원 다시점 영상의 변이 보상 부호화 방법을 제안하였다. 객체 기반 부호화에 적용될 수 있도록 객체를 추출하고, 부호화 효율을 높일 수 있도록 4진트리 분해 방식을 이용한 가변크기블록 단위의 변이 추정을 한다. 이 때, 영상의 국부적 특성을 고려하여 불필요한 분해를 방지함으로써 필요한 변이 정보량을 감소시켰다. 또한, 추정할 영상의 윤곽선과 4진트리 분해는 모두 기준 영상의 윤곽선과 4진트리 분해 정보를 예측적으로 사용함으로써 부가정보의 양을 크게 감소시켰다. 모의 실험 결과 제안방식은 고정크기블록 단위의 객체 기반 변이 보상 방식보다 같은 PSNR에서 약 30%이상의 비트 수 절감 효과를 보였고, 3차원 다시점 정지 영상뿐만 아니라 3차원 스테레오 동영상에서도 우수한 결과를 나타냄을 확인 할 수 있었다. In this thesis, an object-based three-dimensioal(3D) image compression technique using motion/disparity estimation and compensation is proposed. To improve the compression ratio, a reference image is segmented into objects, and object contour is approximated using polygonal approximation method to encode in low bit rate. At the same time, it is decomposed based on the variable-size block. This information of reference image and the global motion/disparity vectors are used to reconstruct the contour and decompose with variable-size block in compensating image, and the motion/disparity vectors are estimated by block matching. By predicting the additional information and using the VBMA, the total information to encode is reduced considerably. The simulation results show improvements in terms of the compression ratio as well as PSNR better than the conventional 3D image compression algorithms based on FBMA.

        汗出의 病因病機에 對한 文獻的 小考

        땀이란 人體內에서 體溫을 調節하고 老廢物을 排泄하는 등의 중요한 生理作用을 한다고 알려져있다. 韓醫學에서는 津液의 一種이라하여 汗出에 대한 警覺心을 强調하기도 하였으며 發汗法에 대한 重要性과 이것으로 因한 後遺症을 警告하기도 하였다. 이에 筆者는 正常的인 新陳代謝로서의 땀이 生理機能失調로 인한 非正常的인 땀이나 汗蒸 혹 찜질방 등의 人爲的인 發汗으로 인한 땀과는 本質的으로 差異點이 있을 것으로 思料되어 땀에 대한 여러 가지 文獻을 整理하여 발표하고자 한다. It is known sweat plays important roles in temperature regulation and secretion as phtsical action. In oriental medicine, it is regarded as a kind of dody fluids, and the importance and the side effects of excessive eprspiration were emphasized. The objective of this study is to investigate literature and introduce the results because there will be the difference between the usual sweat for metastasis and the extraordinary sweats by failure of physical funciton, sauna and other artificial perspiration. The results of this study are summarized as follows: 1. Swteat is a kind of body fluid and the sweat for physical is considered to be made up of water component and made by the weakness of defensive energy of lung. 2. The function of activity of gi by triple heater brings about the thin and clear fluid and the fluid is made by the opening and closing function of defensive energy. 3. The disorder of opening and closing function comes about sponataneous perspiration and night sweats, spontaneous perspiration is divided into disharmony between Ying and Wei, insufficiency of both the spleen and the lung of gi and so on, and night sweats is divided into deficiency of the heart blood and deficiency of Yin brings about interior heat-syndrome. 4. Swear is named variously. 1) By the time and feeling : spontaneous perspiration, night sweats. 2) By the perts of body : perspiration on the forehead, chest, nose, groin, hand and foot and so forth. 3) By the color : yellow, red, green sweat. 4) By the condition : perspiration after shivering, hot and cold sweats and so on.

        측모 두부방사선계측사진 분석과 측모 사진 분석의 비교

        오래 전부터 교정진단 및 치료계획 수립 시 골격 및 치열 관계와 안모를 분석하기 위한 필수적인 진단 자료로 측모 두부방사선계측사진을 이용하였다. 하지만 최근 들어 심미적인 측면이 강조되면서 좀 더 정량화된 연조직 분석법이 필요하게 되었고 좀 더 사실적인 연조직 측모를 얻기 위해서는 측모 두부방사선계측사진보다는 측모 사진이 더 유용할 것이다. 아직까지 측모 사진을 계측, 분석하는 경우는 드물었기 때문에 이 연구에서는 측모 사진의 계측 분석을 측모 두부방사선계측사진 분석과 비교해 봄으로써 연조직과 경조직 분석이 서로 상관관계를 갖는지를 알아보고 그 대체 가능성을 시험 평가해 보고자 하였다. 교정과에 내원한 환자들 중 측모 두부방사선계측사진의 계측치인 ANB를 기준으로 Ⅰ급 부정교합(0˚~4°) 32명, Ⅱ급 부정교합(4°≤) 32명, Ⅲ급 부정교합(5°~0°) 31명을 선정하였다. 각 피험자들의 측모 두부방사선계측사진과 측모 사진을 각각 촬영하여 수평적, 수직적 계측 항목을 설정한 후 각 계측치들의 평균과 표준편차를 구하였고 통계적 유의성을 알아보기 위해 표준화 변수 Z를 이용한 t-test와 상관분석을 이용하였다. 분석 결과 측모 두부방사선계측사진 분석에서 세 그룹 간에 뚜렷한 차이를 보이는 계측치들이 측모 사진에서도 유사한 차이를 보이는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구결과 측모사진은 Sn-N'-Pg'은 측모 두부방사선계측사진에서 상,하악골의 전후방적인 관계를 나타내는 ANB를 대신하여 사용될 수 있으며, 측모 사진의 N'-Sn/Sn-Pg'은 측모 두부방사선계측사진의 NA/APg (ficial convexity)을, 그리고 측모 사진의 N'-Tra-Me'는 측모 두부방사선계측사진의 FH-MP (mandibular plane)을 대신하여 사용될 수 있을 것으로 보인다. Alalysis of lateral cephalometric radiograph (cephalogram) has been used routinely to evaluate skeletal and dental relationships, but alalysis of the lateral facial photograph has not been used frequently for evaluation of skeletal relationships. As concerns about harm of X-ray irradiation increases, this study was planned to evaluate the possibility of substituting analysis of the lateral cephalogram with analysis of the lateral facial photograph by comparing these two analysis. According to the ANB values from cephalometric analysis, subjects were divided into three group: ClassⅠmalocclusion group (n = 32). Class Ⅱ malocclusion group (n = 32), and Class Ⅲ malocclusion group (n = 31). After measurements of angles indicating horizontal and vertical relationships of the maxilla and mandible on the lateral cephalograms and photographs, differences between ClassⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ groups were evaluated. To evaluate the similarity between two similar values in the cephalograms and photographs, t-test using standardized variable Z and correlation analysis were performed in the Class Ⅰmalocclusion group. The results show that 1) SnN'Pg' on the photograph can be used to evaluate the antero-posterior relationship of the maxilla and mandible (ANB), 2) N'-Sn/Sn-Pg' on the photograph can be used to evaluate facial convexity (NA/APg), 3) Sn-Tra-Me' on the photograph can be used as a measurement similar to FMA, In conclusion, partly substituting lateral cephalogram analysis with lateral facial photograph analysis was possible in the evaluation of the maxilla and mandible.
