        <열녀박씨계약결혼뎐>에 나타난 열녀 화소 수용 방식에 대하여

        최근 드라마에서 <열녀박씨계약결혼뎐>, <밤에 피는 꽃> 등 수절 과부가 주인공으로 등장하면서 열녀 화소가 부각되는 작품들이 연속적으로 등장해 눈길을 끈다. 그 중 <열녀박씨계약결혼뎐>은 동명의 웹소설(2020)을 드라마화한 것으로, 작가가 작품의 창작 배경으로 박지원의 <열녀함양박씨전>을 언급하였다. 이에 본고는 웹소설 <열녀박씨계약결혼뎐>의 서사를 중심으로 21세기 한국 웹소설, 드라마 등에 수용된 열녀 관련 내용을 분석하였고, 그 결과 오늘날 콘텐츠에서 열녀 화소를 수용하는 방식은 열 이데올로기에 대한 비판은 기정사실로 간주하면서 열녀 화소를 작품의 서사를 추동하는 사건의 시작이나 혹은 서사의 긴장을 유지하는 수단으로 활용함을 알 수 있었다. Movies with a critical view of the yeolnyeo(烈⼥, virtuous women who stayed loyal to her late husband) ideology began to appear in the late 1960s. Movies about yeolnyeo kept being produced until the 1980s but more or less disappeared afterwards. Recently, however, several K-dramas such as Yeolnyeo Bakssi Gyeyak Gyeolhondyeon (Yeolneyo Park’s Contract Marriage) and Bame Pineun Kkot (Night Flower) have dealt with the yeolnyeo motif. Among them, Yeolnyeo Bakssi Gyeyak Gyeolhondyeon is based on a web novel of the same title which was published in 2020. The author mentioned that she got the idea for her novel from Yeolnyeo Hamyang Bakssijeon, an eighteenth century story about a yeolnyeo who killed herself after her husband’s death. This paper analyzes how yeolnyeo narrative is appropriated in today’s Korean web novels and dramas. It examines how these contents treat the critical viewpoint on yeolnyeo ideology as a fait accompli while using the yeolnyeo motif as a means to give an impetus to the story’s development and to increase and maintain the dramatic tension of the story.

        Pilomatricoma was histopathologically diagnosed in a 2.5-year-old male Alaskan malamute. The patient was referred to Chungnam National University, Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital with solitary, firm and well-circumscribed mass at shoulder. Grossly, the mass was dome shaped to tumor like and 10 x 8 x 5㎝ in size. Some lesions had gritty or bony consistency and was chalky when sectioned Histopathologic feature included mumerous clusters of tightly arranged, basaloid cells with evenly distributed chromatin and ghost cells were characterized by a central unstained zone. The ghost cells often become calcified and osseous metaplasia was also present.

      • Clostridium difficile 장염에 의한 속발성 유전분증에서 발현된 독성 장염

        Amyloidosis is characterized by extracellular deposition of protein fibrils in one or multiple organs. AA amyloidosis is secondarily occurred to be related with chronic infections or inflammatory diseases. We report a 67-year-old man suffered from secondary AA amyloidosis related with chronic Clostridium difficile colitis after repeated total hip replacement surgery. Infection control is the most important treatment of AA amyloidosis secondary to chronic infection. However, the patient’s C. difficile colitis was not controlled well, eventually toxic megacolon with sepsis was developed. Consequently, he had to take total colectomy, but he expired with multi-organ failures. We suggested that early surgical procedure might be one option for intractable C. difficile colitis complicated with secondary amyloidosis.

      • 배(Pear)중 Polyphenol oxidase에 관한 연구

        Polyphenol oxidases were prepared from the various species of pears and observed their biochemical properties. The experimental results were summarized as follows: 1. The enzyme was active with o-diphenols and trihydroxy-phenols, but inactive toward m-diphenols, p-diphenols and monophenols. 2. The optimum pH was 6.5-7.0 3. The Km value of the enzymes were 25mM in Niidak, 31mM in Chojuro, and 67mM in Danbae with catechol as substrate. 4. The optimum temperature was 35℃. 5. Inhibitor studies indicated that sodium diethyldithio carbamate, L-cysteine, sodium bisulfite, L-ascorbic acid and 2-mercapto ethanol were the most potent, but NaCl and E.D.T.A. were impotent relatively. 6. ??, ??, ??, ?? and ??(1mM) activated the enzyme activity, but ?? and ??(1mM) inhibited partialy.

      • 무우종자의 발아촉진에 관한 연구

        The changes of some components in the cell and germination rate of Raphonus Sativus L. seeds that were treated with GA₃, KINETIN and NAA were observed. The results were follows: 1. The content of soluble protein was increased in homogenate and cytosolic fractions of GA₃, and KINETIN treated seeds compared with one of control. 2. The content of glucose was increased in homoginate and cytosoli fractions of GA₃and KINETIN treated seeds compared with one of control on the half and the first day. 3. The activity of trehalase was increased in homogenate and cytosolic fractions of seeds which treated with GA₃and KINETIN compared with one of control on the first day. 4. The ATPase did not changed in all fractions of the untreated and stimulant treated seeds, during germination stages. 5. The germination rate was remarkedly increased by continuous soak treatment of GA₃and KINETIN on the first and second days but in the case of NAA treatment, it was very smiliar to control.

      • Helicobacter pylori와 대장균의 Shuttle Vector 개발

        In this study, a vehicle vector using cryptic plasmids was constructed for gene transfer in Helicobacter pylori. pHP51(3.9 kb) and pHP489(1.2 kb) were selected for constructing vectors from cryptic plasmid of H. pylori isolates in Korea. The HindⅢ-digestedDNA fragment(1.2kb) of pHP489 and 1.6kb DNA fragment of pHP51 were ligated with a kanamycin resistance gene(aph3'-Ⅲ) from C. jejuni to produce the recombinant plasmids pHP489K and pHP51K, respectively. Transformation frequency of pHP51K by electroporation was low. But pHP489K could be effectively transformed into various H. pylori strains. In order to design an intermdiate vehicle vector for gene transfer into H. pylori, pBlueHP489K was prepared by recloning pHP489K DNA into pBluescript and pTZ19R vector. This vector permitted the DNA fragment containing pHP489 sequence, aph3'-Ⅲ, and cloned DNA to be cut and self-ligated in the SacⅠ site after cloning. ureA and ureB gene were inserted into pBlueHP489K, resulting in pBlueHP489K/AB. The DNA fragment containing pHP489, kanamycin resistance gene(aph3'-Ⅲ), and urease structural gene was cut away from pBlueHP489K/AB and self-ligated to generate pBlueHP489K/AB. pBlueHP489K/AB made urease-negative H. pylori strains restore their urease activity. By this experiment, pBlueHP489K was confirmed to be the vehicle system for transferring H. pylori genes.

      • 참다래 수품종의 형태적 특성과 RAPD에 의한 유연관계 분석

        To examine the taxonomic relationships among 13 male kiwifruits by 36 morphological characters, principal component analysis and cluster analysis were carried out. Of 36 characters, hair density on ventral midribs and between ventral midribs, leaf length/leaf width ratio etc. were considered as very useful characters for the classification of Actinidiacea plants and number of white dots on branch, full flowering period and flower color etc. also showed significant differences among A. deliciosa, A. chinensis and wild kiwis. Results of cluster analysis using scores of the principal component indicated that 13 male kiwifruits could be grouped into A. deliciosa, A. chinensis and wild kiwis phenon at 0.5 of average distance in WMVCA. This result was also very similar to that of RAPD analysis. However, it seems that more characters including various kinds of Actinidia species are needed for the exact classification.

        강세충돌기반이론과 억양기반이론의 비교 : 영어의 리듬변이를 중심으로 English Rhythmic Adjustment

        This paper provides a comparison of two approaches to English rhythmic adjustment, stress clash-based metrical approaches and intonation-based approaches. It argues that clash-based analyses be better ones seeing that their key notion of stress clash is consistently needed to give adequate accounts to the rhythmic adjustment of both the phonological phrase and the intonational phrase. However, it is also proposed that metrical analyses of rhythmic adjustment be replaced by a constraint-based one since the latter makes it possible to relate both the factors of rhythmic adjustment, rhythm and phrasing factors, through constraint interaction.

      • 경주마 생체시료에서의 난드로론과 대사체의 검출 및 정량

        In veterinary practice, anabolic steroid the nandrolone have been widely used in androgen therapy and illegal treatment. So current study was undertaken to quantify the steroids (nandrolone and its major metabolite estranediol) after administration and develope the screening method for the detection of anabolic steroid residues in equine body fluids. In the equine plasma, after extracted by disposable C18 Sep-pak cartridge with elution solvent, the organic layer was evaporated to dryness. The residue was subjected to LC/MS/MS analysis. After LC/MS/MS analysis, liquid chromatographic retention time data and mass spectral data were used for the detection and identification of nandrolone. The good quality control and recovery range were obtained for the present method. In the urine, after enzyme hydrolysis, the urine was extracted by disposable C18 Sep-pak cartridge and diethyl ether. After the ether layer was evaporated to dryness, the residue was subjected to derivatization prodedure and GC/MS analysis. After GC/MS analysis, both gas chromatographic retention time and mass spectral data were used for the detection and identification of estranediol. Also good quality-control data and recovery range were obtained for the present method. Using these methods, the concentrations of nandrolone and estranediol were determined in equine plasma and urine. Excretion profile of nandrolone presents the rapid increase up to maximum values at Days 4 after dosing and the slow regression in plasma and estrandiol major urinary metabolite of nandrone also presents increase up to maximum values at Days 5 after dosing and slow regression in urine.
