        추황배(Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai cv. Chuhwangbae) 과피로부터 1종의 Sterol과 3종의 배당체 화합물의 단리·동정

        본 연구에서는 배의 유용성 증명을 위한 일환으로 배의 화학성분을 분자수준에서 밝히고자 하였다. 이에 배 과피 MeOH 추출물을 용매분획하여 얻은 EtOAc-산성 분획과 EtOAc-중성분획을 대상으로 Sephadex LH-20, silica gel, 그리고 ODS colmn chromatography와 HPLC를 이용하여 정제 및 단리하였다. 그 결과, EtOAc-산성 분획과 EtOAc-중성 분획으로부터 각각 2종씩의 화합물을 단리하였다. 단리된 화합물 1-4는 1H- 및 13C-NMR 분석을 통하여 각각 (S)-(+)-2-cis-abscisic acid O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (화합물 1), 1-[4-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl]phenyl ethanone(piceoside, 화합물 2), β-sitosterol (화합물 3), 그리고 β-sitosteryl 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (화합물 4)로 동정되었다. 단리된 3종의 배당체 화합물(화합물 1, 2, 4)들은 본 연구에 의해 배로부터 처음 동정되었으며, 화합물 3은 추황배로부터 처음 동정되었다. 본 연구결과가 배 함유 성분연구는 물론 배의 기능성 해명 연구에도 추후 중요한 기초자료로 활용되길 기대한다. We isolated and identified antioxidants from acidic and neutral ethyl acetate fractions of the peel of pear (Pyrus pyrifolia N. cv. Chuhwangbae). We isolated 4 compounds from the methanol extract, by using 3 different types of column chromatography (Sephadex LH-20, silica gel, and octadecylsilane) and preparative HPLC. We identified the isolated compounds as (S)-(+)-2-cis-abscisic acid O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (compound 1), 1-[4-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl]phenyl ethanone (picroside, compound 2), β-sitosterol (compound 3), and β-sitosteryl 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (compound 4) by nuclear magnetic resonance analysis. We are the first to report the identification of compounds 1, 2, and 4 from pear.

        단상 유도형 동기 전동기(LSPM)의 특성해석에 관한 연구

        가전분야에서의 전동기 효율향상을 통한 에너지 소비절감 효과는 상당히 크지만 이를 위한 전동기의 설계/해석 기술 확보가 아직은 미흡한 상태이다. 이에 따라 유도형 동기전동기가 제안되었지만, 유도형 동기 전동기는 유도전동기와 통기전동기의 특성을 동시에 가지고 있어, 해석 및 설계가 쉽지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 냉장고 압축기용 전동기인 단상유도전동기를 대처할 수 있는 단상 유도형 동기전동기를 이용해 파라미터에 따라 특성이 어떻게 바뀌는가에 대해 서술하였다. 그에 따라 단상유도전동기의 정상상태 특성을 해석하고 제안모델의 성능을 기존모델과 비교하고 실험하여 해석결과의 신뢰성을 검증한다. 또한 본 논문에서는 제안모델의 기존 고정자 형상이나 권선 스팩을 유지하고 회전자의 형상이나 구조만을 변경시켜 성능향상을 도모하였다. 해석방법으로는 전자장 수치 해석적인 방법으로 널리 이용되고 있는 유한요소법(Finite Element Method : FEM)을 이용하였다. Electric motor efficient improvement from home appliance field is important to the effect reducing the energy consumption. But the electric motor design/analysis technology is still insufficient. Specially the electric motor design/analysis technology of satisfying characteristic of both the induction motor and the synchronous motor such as Line start permanent motor. Therefore the electric motor design/analysis technology is urgently demanded reliability. This paper proposes the sing1e-phase line-start permanent magnet motor to develop the motor it with be able to alternate the sing-phase induction motor it is a refrigerator compressor motor. The sing-phase induction motor is analyzed in the steady state. And we have a certification test to compare our single-phase line-start permanent magnet motor with the sing-phase induction motor. In order to improve the performance, the stator of the single-phase line-start permanent magnet motor is same as the stator of the sing-phase induction motor and changes the rotor form and has the permanent magnet. It used the Finite Element Method(FEM) which is widely used with electronic-magnetic field numerical analysis method.

      • 김해지역 토질특성에 관한 연구

        김해와 그 인근지역의 공학적 토질특성을 파악하고자 하는데 목적을 두었다. 그러나 전 지역에 걸쳐 조사하기는 불가능하기에 강서경기장부근 지역을 중심으로 해서 직접 조사해 보았고 그 외 몇몇 자료를 참고했다. 김해지역은 옆으로는 낙동강과 아래로는 바다를 끼고 있어서 하성 및 해성 충적층이 발달되어 있기 때문에 자연함수비가 상당히 높고 지반이 매우 연약하며 세립질 흙이 아주 많은 것을 알수 있다. 보링된 시료에서 직접 조사해보면 자갈의 함유는 극히 미비하고 대신 조개껍질이 많이 발견된다. 또한 흙의 특성이 다른 지역의 그것과 많은 차이를 보이고 있기 때문에 독특한 이름을 가진 흙들이 많다. 그것은 이미 1969년에 농업을 목적으로한 토양도 제작을 위해 조사를 실시한 결과 붙여진 이름들이다. 액성한계는 보통 27∼34%인데 자연함수비는 보통 28∼50%로 대개 액성한계를 훨씬 넘어선 범위에 있다. 비중은 2.60∼2.71정도였다. Soil properties of Kimhae area were investigated, especially focused at the area of Kangseo athletic complex. Natural water content of soil in Kimhae area was very high and the shear strength was very weak due to the soil composition of silty and clayey minerals deposited in river and marine alluvium. Boring samples showed that most of soil Bayer was silt and silty clay partly mixed with shell debris. The test results showed that the range of natural water content was 28 to 50 per cent, which was over the range of liquid limit (27 to 34 per cent). Also the specific gravity of soil was 2.60 to 2.71.

      • 줄넘기 生活化를 爲한 理論的인 硏究

        For the children as one of the most effective exercises regardless of season, rope-skipping which can make them use the two-thirds of bodily muscles will be a production of wisdom in the children's sports. And furthermore it is no doubt being used regularly to the various kind of players who need strong body as well as general citizens who try to look for a good health in daily life. Since it as a all-weather exercise has special characteristics that its exercise is so econmic and easy irrespective of time and place to learn that all people easily train. Sometimes this rope-skipping is misunderstood as a forced or formal exercise, and even it they recognize its necessity but they are less interested in it without the voluntary and positive will. Most of them can be largely found to be complicated in their private life or to be feeble-minded child in the exercise apititude. As the first aim of physical exercises in the suggestion of teaching guidance is to strengthen the body strength, the fist step of activity to carry out the aim is to teach the practical direction of attitude and behavior. So the active political measure from the government from the purporse of accomplishing the aimis badly needed nowin various class of schools. Schools should not cling to the only rope-skipping itself but use it with diverse teaching methods with the accordance with interesting and effective exercise motives. The non-stop activities of this exercise according to voluntary and creative training methods will surely result in a good outcome which this thesis intends.

      • 여름철 가정집에서의 미세입자 농도 특성

        Acidic air pollutants were collected to characterize indoor air quality in a residential area in the summer. All indoor and outdoor samples were measured simultaneously using an annular denuder system(ADS) in Seoul. The data set was collected from July 26 to September 11, 1997. Mean indoor/outdoor ratios measured from this study were: 0.78 for PM2.5(dp<2.5㎛); 0.90 for SO42-; 0.68 for NO3-; and 0.79 for NH4+. PM2.5 indoor concentrations were dependent upon the outdoor levels. A tracer-gas decay technique with sulfur hexafluoride(SF6)as the tracer gas was used to estimate the air exchange of a private home in the summer. The average air exchange rate was 23.7hr-1. The PM2.5, SO42-, NO3- and NH4+ deposition velocities calculated were 0.0.42, 0.17, 0.69 and 0.39cm/sec, respectively.

        The structure of trans-2-butene-dial dioxime was investigated by means of NMR spectroscopy. Its conformer was found to have the planar structure conjugated with the double-bonds from the vicinal spin-spin coupling constants. The configurations of two oxime group were investigated from the solvent effects and assigned as the perfect symmetric structures, mixture of "syn-syn" and "anti-anti" forms.

        형광분광법에 의한 방향족 탄화수소의 동시정량

        Synchronous spectrofluorimetry was carried out for the simultaneous determination of various polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) in aqueous solution by fluorescence spectrometry have been studied. The optimal wavelength interval(Δλ) for synchronous spectra of acenaphthene, anthracene, benzo[a]anthracene, fluorene and pyrene were investigated in the presence of surfactants. The great enhancement of the fluorescence of these PAHs in Triton X-100 was obtained and optimal wavelength was 50 nm. The calibration curves in synthetic mixture solution of 5 PAHs were linear over the range from 1.0x10^-8M to 1.0x10^-4M. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the detection limits were 4.9x10^-9M, 7.0x10^-9M, 4.7x10^-9M, 1.6x10^-9M and 3.2x10^-9M for acenaphthene, anthracene, benzo[a]anthracene, fluorene and pyrene, respectively.

        Degradation and removal of poisonous materials by immobilized microorganism was investigated. Microorganism which was isolated from activated sludge by enrichment culture method was adsorbed on activated carbon and then entrapped with alginate. Optimum immobilizing condition was determined by means of batch culture method. Packed bed bioreactor was used for continuous treatment of various phenol waste water. From the results the following phenomena were obtained. 1. Immobilized biocatalyst which shown best degradation rate and stabilization was prepared with 2% activated carbon and 1% microorganism. 2. As transient inflow in the packed bed bioreactor, in order to the highest degradation efficiency, it preper to use calcium alginate bead. 3. Degradation efficiency of phenolic waste water by composite immobilized biocatalyst (activated carbon-alginate) was influenced by quantity of microorganism and an increment of adsorptivity of activated carbon entrapped in the immobilized biocatalyst. 4. The optimum degradation condition of phenolic waste water which was determined to the mineral salts as nitrogen source and 1.5% glucose was contained at 30℃.

        톨루엔 폭로근로자의 요중 마뇨산 농도 및 건강장해

        The relationships between subjective symptoms of toluene exposed workers and concentration of their urinary excretion of hippuric acid were investigated. The exposed groups of 146 workers exposed to toluene and the control groups of 47 workers have never been exposed to toluene in Ulsan area were selected and studied. Hippuric acid was measured by HPLC, and counts of blood cells and liver function test were also performed. The mean value of urinary hippuric acid concentration of the control group was 0.322(±0.267) g/L, while that of the exposed group was 1.260(±0.395) g/L. As the concentration of hippuric acid had statistical proximity in 0.1% level, WBC, GOT, and GPT didn't have any proximity(P>0.05). The exposed group showed lower level of leucocyte counts 6522.40(1710.3) than the control group 6891.50(1483.7). The exposed group showed higher level of GOT(25.75), GPT(27.09) than GOT(23.75), GPT(25.21) of the control group. Dried skin was the highest complained symptom of toluene exposed workers, the second strained eye, the third poor auditory function, and the fourth was headache.
