The purpose of education of propositional logic is to understand the basic structure of the mathematics and to improve the logical thinking in normal life. But in the seventh curriculum, some basic terms, for examples $\wedge$ and $\vee$, are not introduced, the proposition $p{\\rightarrow}q$ is not defined properly, and use the wrong term $\Rightarrow$ so that it is difficult to understand the propositional logic. In this paper, we present a suitable content for the propositional logic in high-school mathematical class. We also present a proper definition of the proposition $p{x}{\Rightarrow}q{x}$ without using the notation $\rightarrow$. We finally give proper definitions of necessary conditions, sufficient conditions, and necessary and sufficient conditions.

There is a serious public interest about and demand for highly improved barracks culture. Personality education is surely to be one of the core prescriptions to improve barracks culture. The military should make servicemen feel proud of themselves in their uniforms and induce them to have self-respect as a member of a wider society. This should be done through education that teaches them to have faith in absolute victory and personality education whereby they can learn the value of human dignity and of the community. The purpose of this research is to contribute to improving barracks culture by reflecting on the military`s stage of personality education and foreign military`s programs. There are some implications of policies derived from the research results. First of all, personality education in the military must be conducted throughout the whole military life consistently, especially for entry-level officers and recruits. Second, personality education in the military is should not merely focus on helping the servicemen to their military service, but should take a more active approach, helping them to attain their identity as servicemen and temperaments for the democratic citizens. Third, personality education in the military must be comprehensive and serve multiple purposes in connection with spiritual education and military training and operations. Fourth, personality education in the military needs programs related with multicultural military service policies by referring to me cases of foreign militaries. Finally, in order to develop personality education, the military must operate specialized offices, R&D institutions and education institutions and also nurture capable professors.

Although many factors associated with difficult intubation have been known, predictors of difficult mask ventilation are not well known. We experienced a case of nearly complete airway obstruction following usual anesthetic induction which needed various emergency treatments. The patient had a preoperative diagnosis of contact granuloma of right posterior vocal cord and bilateral vocal cord palsy but later was found out as invasive laryngeal cancer. Upon the surgical field of view, both vocal cords were showing significantly thickened and fixated appearance and was considered as in the critical narrowing state with the potential of complete obstruction. Using $C-MAC^{(R)}$ video laryngoscope we were able to see the narrowed vocal cord and choose proper size of endo-tracheal tube. Consequently, intubation was successfully done and operation was conducted. From this case, we have lessons that physicians should examine the patient's airway more carefully in case of laryngeal mass and prepare emergency measures.

In the present study, real-time analytical method was developed to monitor the sudden chemical discharge or accident. Selected Ion Flow Tube-Mass Spectrometry (SIFT-MS) coupled with online headspace technique was applied to evaluate the feasibility of 12 organic compounds in aqueous samples for the first time in Korea. Target compounds were calibrated at five points ranged from 0.5 to 5 mg/L. As a result, the correlation coefficients of calibration curves were in the range of 0.92-0.99. From the repeated measurements, the limit of quantification (LOQ) was ranged between 0.11 and 1.28 mg/L. In the fugacity approach (closed system, steady-state assumption) transport of chemicals into the headspace is highly correlated with the air-water partition coefficient (K<sub>AW</sub>). 1,1-dichloroethene and propylene oxide showed quadratic types of calibration curves due to relatively high K<sub>AW</sub> values. These studies showed that the most organic compounds were clearly detected compared with Korean ambient water analytical guidelines. Thus, with further improvements in the increase of sensitivity and the number of detectable compounds could be a valuable online aquatic monitoring strategy.
