        고 Mn-Cr 강의 조사손상에 미치는 전자선 조사 온도의 영향

        The effect of electron-beam irradiation temperature on irradiation damage of 12%Cr-15%Mn austenitic steel for structural material of nuclear and/or fusion reactors from the point of view of the reduced activation was investigated by using the 1,250 keV HVEM and an energy dispersed X-ray analyzer(EDX) in a 200 keV FE-TEM with beam diameter of about 0.5 nm. Void formation was not observed in irradiated specimen. The dislocation loop growth was observed and the density and size of dislocation loop were increased with irradiation dose. Irradiation-induced segregations of Cr and Mn at grain boundary were also observed by electron-beam irradiation condition. The amount of Mn segregation was increased with irradiation temperature, however, segregation phenomenon was disappeared in the case of Cr.

      • 다짐이 필요없는 콘크리트의 역학적 특성에 관한 실험적 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the mechanical properties of super-workable concrete using ordinary portland cement, blast-furnace slag, and fly ash respectively. For this purpose, after determining the optimum mixing proportions of super-workable concrete according to unit weight of binder and percentage of fine aggregate respectively, mechanical properties of super-workable concrete such as elastic modulus as well as compressive, tensile and flexural strength were tested and analyzed. Also, the mechanical performances of super-workable concrete were compared with those of high-strength concrete with equal mixing proportions of concrete. As a result, super workable concrete have an excellent mobility, placeability, and segregation-resistance, but the strength of super-workable concrete was shown to be somewhat lower than that of high-strength concrete with equal mixing proportions of concrete.

      • 재생유리를 혼입한 모르터의 특성에 관한 실험적 연구

        Recently, it has been reported that recycling of wasted glasses should be a hot issue in related business field. Thus, the purpose of this experimental research is to recycle wasted glass by substituting for the cement in mortar. As a pilot test, workability and the strength of mortar with recycled glass have been tested and analyzed according to replacement ratio of recycled glass with grain size of them. As a result, considering the workability and the strength of mortar containing recycled glass, the existence of the optimum replacement ratio and grain size of them have been obtained.

      • 왕겨재를 혼입한 콘크리트의 특성에 관한 실험적 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate workability and strength of concrete containing rice husk ash. For this purpose, concrete with and without rice husk ash were tested and analyzed on the workability and the characteristics of their strength such as compressive, tensile and flexural strength according to unit weight of binder. Also, performances of rice husk ash as an admixture for concrete were compared with those of silica hume being widely used for high-strength concrete. As a result, workability and strength of rice husk ash as an admixture for concrete were analogous to those of silica hume.

      • 부식촉진시험에 의한 콘크리트 내의 철근의 부식 모니터링에 관한 실험적 연구

        전기화학적 기법에 의한 콘크리트 내의 철근의 부식 모니터링 기법으로서 전위 측정법, 갈바닉 전류 측정법, 비저항법, 분극저항법 및 교류 임피던스법 등이 있는데, 이들 중 비교적 신뢰성이 있고 사용법이 간단한 것으로, 전위 측정법, 갈바닉 전류 측정법 및 비저항법 등을 들 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 단기간 내에 콘크리트 내의 철근의 부식 모니터링 기법을 검증하기 위하여 여러 방식 기법별로 염분함량에 따라 철근 콘크리트 시험체를 제작하여 일본콘크리트공학협회의 부식촉진 시험법 (JCI-SC3)에 따라 부식촉진시험 (고온고습: 65℃, 90% R.H., 저온저습: 15℃, 65% R.H.,)을 수행하면서 전위측정법 및 갈바닉 전류 측정법에 의하여 부식 모니터링을 시행하였다. 결과적으로, 부식촉진시험에 의한 모니터링 기법은 단기간 내에 콘크리트 내의 철근의 부식 특성을 규명키 위한 방법으로 효과적이었으며, 모니터링 기법으로 전위 측정법 및 갈바닉 전류 측정법은 비교적 높은 신뢰성이 있으며, 현장에서 쉽게 이용할 수 있는 방법인 것으로 나타났다. The corrosion monitoring methods of reinforcing steel in concrete are the various methods such as half cell potential method, galvanic current method, resistivity method, polarization resistance method, AC impedance method and etc. In this study, the corrosion monitoring methods of reinforcing steel in concrete were investigated for the test specimens using corrosion inhibitors, zinc-mortar, zinc-plate, respectively. For this purpose, the accelerated corrosion tests for reinforcing steel were conducted according to the periodic cycles (140 days) of wetting (65℃;, 90% R.H.) and drying period (15℃, 65% R.H.) for the test specimens. As a result, it can be concluded from the test that half cell potential and galvanic current method as monitoring techniques for corrosion were found to be relatively reliable and easily usable method in the field.

        STS 304 강의 용접부에 미치는 전자선 조사의 영향

        The heat affected zone(HAZ) and matrix of a welded STS 304 steel have been irradiated in an 1250 keV high voltage electron microscope at 673 K and up to 5.4 dpa(displacements per atom) to study the effect of electronbeam irradiation on the microstructure. In-situ observation showed that the voids formed by electron-beam irradiation coalescenced and grew to larger void with irradiation dose. Values of void size, void number density and void swelling percentage in HAZ were greater than those of matrix, and these were increased and then saturated gradually with irradiation dose. Non-equilibrium segregation phenomena such as Cr depletion and Ni enrichment were also observed in both the HAZ and matrix of welded STS304 steel at the grain boundary.

      • 재생유리를 혼입한 콘크리트의 역학적 특성에 관한 실험적 연구

        국내에서 발생되는 폐유리의 재활용율은 60% 정도에 그치고 있고, 나머지는 폐기처리되고 있는 실정인데, 폐유리를 재활용하지 않고 폐기처리하게 되면 그 비용과 더불어 환경오염이 큰 문제점으로 대두되어 환경보호 측면에서도 이에 관한 연구가 시급히 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 폐유리를 재활용하는 한편, 콘크리트의 품질개선을 위하여 폐유리를 혼입한 보통강도 및 고강도 콘크리트를 제조한 후 콘크리트의 시공성 및 강도특성이 가장 우수한 폐유리의 최적혼입율을 구하였다. 또한, 폐유리의 최적 혼입율에 의해 제작된 보통강도 및 고강도 콘크리트 각각에 대해서 압축, 인장 및 휨강도와 탄성적 성질 등 역학적 특성을 구명하였다. The purpose of this experimental research is to investigate the mechanical properties of ordinary strength and high strength concrete containing recycled glass. For this purpose, after production of concrete containing recycled glass for different unit weight of binder and replacement ratio of recycled glass, optimum mixing proportions of them was determined, and then mechanical properties such as static modulus of elasticity as well as compressive, tensile and flexural strength were tested and analyzed for concrete produced according to optimum mixing proportions. As a result, the concrete containing recycled glass has an excellent workability and strength, it's strengths are analogus to those of silica fume, it's workability is somewhat better that of silica fume.

      • 방청제에 의한 콘크리트 내의 철근 방식법에 관한 실험적 연구

        염해환경하에 있는 콘크리트 내의 철근의 부식억제 방법에는 피복두께를 증가시키는 방법, 에폭시 수지 도장철근의 사용법, 방청제 사용법 및 전기방식법 등을 들 수 있는데, 본 연구에서는 방청제 사용법을 채택하여 콘크리트 내의 철근의 부식억제 효과를 검토하였다. 이를 위하여 방청제 사용유무에 따라서 염분함량별로 철근 콘크리트 공시체를 제작하여 항온항습기에 의한 부식촉진시험을 20사이클 (140일간) 실시한 후 콘크리트 속의 철근의 부식상태를 측정하였다. 결과적으로 방청제의 방식효과는 콘크리트의 물-시멘트비에 따라 다르게 나타났으며, 물-시멘트비가 32%인 고강도 콘크리트에 방청제를 사용한 경우는 잔골재 중량에 대해 염분함량 0.2%까지 전혀 부식발생이 나타나지 않아 뛰어난 방식효과가 입증되었다. It is understood that there are various methods for the corrosion protection method of reinforcing steels in concrete, such as thick cover concrete, epoxy coated reinforcing rebars, corrosion inhibitors as a concrete admixture, cathodic protection system and etc. Recently corrosion inhibitors are known as the most practical method for the corrosion protection method of reinforcing steels in concrete. The purpose of this experimental research is to investigate the performance of corrosion inhibitors for ordinary strength and high strength concrete. Test specimens in ordinary strength and high strength concrete have been made with and without corrosion inhibitors. The accelerated corrosion test for reinforcing steels in concrete was adopted in accordance with JCI-SC3 of Japan Concrete Institute the periodic cycles (20 cycles, 140 days) of wetting (65℃, 90% R.H.) and drying period (15℃, 65% R.H.). It can be concluded that high strength concrete with corrosion inhibitors showed an excellent behavior for corrosion protection of reinforcing steels in concrete.

      • 시멘트 종류별 콘크리트의 적산온도에 의한 강도예측에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to exhibit fundamental data which can apply to quality and process management of structure concrete using special cement in the construction field investigating strength prediction by maturity method of concrete according to cement types. The activation energy value was derived from the experimental study that experimental factors were selected as W/C ratio of 45%, the kinds of cements of 3 levels of O.P.C, H.B.C, H.S.C and curing temperature of 3 levels of 5℃, 20℃, 35℃. Also, after investigating relationship between compression strength and equivalent ages of concrete according to cement types, the strength prediction was investigated by maturity method. As the above of results, differences between the prediction strength by strength prediction equation and the actual measurement strength were lower, therefore it is considered that the strength prediction by maturity method is possible not only concrete using normal portland cement but also concrete using special cement.

        The dielectric properties of [(CH₃NHCH₂COOH)₃·CaCl₂] single crystals are measured and discussed in the temperature range from 123K to 143K [(CH₃NHCH₂COOH)₃·CaCl₂] single crystals are grown from an aqueous solution by slow evaporation method. The phase transitions of [(CH₃NHCH₂COOH)₃·CaCl₂] single crystals is second order and Curie constant of [(CH₃NHCH₂COOH)₃·CaCl₂] single crystals is about 56K.
