      • 가사노동의 역사적 변천에 관한 고찰

        The purpose of this study is to review the historical changes in the patterns of 'housework' from the primitive society to the modern society in order to understand the historical changes in the meaning of 'housework'. Housework has been taken complete charge of by women in accordance with the specialization in the structure of production and the political structure, and the socialization of housework has been enlarged in history. The so-called modern rationalism that has been the philosophical foundation of modernization or industrialization has made our lives more convenient than the past in many respects, but it has too much emphasized economical efficiency of life and consequently has reinforced the negative recognition of housework. Thus it has resulted in the distorted present viewpoint on housework. It is predicted that the changes in housework will occur in the future society. Nevertheless, we have to keep holding the right viewpoint on housework that is an important factor for the life worthy of man.

      • 아동의 소비자능력증진을 위한 소비자교육의 방향

        The purpose of this study is to present the direction of consumer education for the improvement of children's consumer ability. The improvement of consumer's ability should be considered as a part of children's socialization, and consumer education is to be understood as a basic education for living for all people. The consumer education for children taught in a family or a society should begin from the philosophy of an individual and a family, and from the grouping for programs for the balanced desire-satisfaction. And the programs have to contain such contents as efficient purchase based on the understanding of market, the responsibility for their purchase. Group study with computer, problem-solving, and role-playing can be used as the methods for the consumer education according to the stage of children's development. This kind of consumer education for children will take an important part of education far good citizens because it will improve children's ability as a person to live in a family or a society.

      • 생활문화운동으로서 환경운동의 방향 모색

        본 연구에서는 생활문화운동으로서 환경운동의 방향을 제시하는 데 목적을 두었다. 새로운 생활문화운동으로서 환경운동의 두 가지 방향이 제시되었다. 그 하나는 생활양식의 일부로서 환경친화적 실천방안을 모색하는 방향이다. 각 가정이 중심이 되어 다양한 생활영역으로 실천방안의 폭을 넓혀나가야 할 것이다. 다른 하나는 환경운동의 정치화이다. 개인이나 가족의 환경에 대한 인식이 정책에 반영될 수 있는 방안을 강구해야 할 것이다. 환경운동은 환경에 대한 인식의 전환이 기초되어야 한다. 즉, 환경의 정복에 초점을 맞추어 왔던 환경에 대한 인식이 환경과의 공생에 대한 초점으로 바뀌어야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to grope for the direction of the environmental movement as a cultural movement for the ordinary life. This study presents two important points for the new direction of the environmental movement as a new cultural movement for the ordinary life. First, it is necessary for the life style itself to be a pro-environmental realization method of the preservation of environment. Every family should be the center of the preservation of environment, and gradually the environmental movement should be spread out all over the life field. Second, the politicalization of the environmental movement is very urgent. Many kinds of institutional devices which individuals or families' endeavor to protect the environment Is to be reflected in the policies should be made as soon as possible. The groping for the direction of the environmental movement as a cultural movement for the ordinary life should be based on the conversion of cognition of environment. That is, the cognition of environment focused on the conquest of environment should be changed into that of coexisting with environment.

      • Encephalomyocarditis Virus 표면항원의 단일항체생산 세포주의 크론과 이의 면역학 및 생화학적 연구(I)

        To determine the immunological and biochemical properties of monoclonal antibody against encephalomyocardins viral surface antigen, Balb/c female mice were immuunized with the purified viral surface protein of D-variant of encephalomyocarditis virus and then fused with niyeloma cells(NS-l). Sixteen monocloiial antibody-producing hybridoma cell lines were selected from non-producing hybridoma cell lines. Among them, three hybridoma cell lines produced IgG2b and other thirteen hybridoma cell lines produced IgG1. Two hybridoma cell lines, EDH-S-23 and EDH-S-24, Produced IgG2b and showed highest neutralization titer, 236. The antigenic specificity of these monoclonal antibodies was specific to D-variant of encephalomyocarditis virus. VIoreover, the monoclonal antibody showed specifically the curring effect on diabetes mellitus of mice, which was induced by the D-variant of encephalomyocarditis virus.

      • 韓·日 초등학생의 여가활용 실태와 요구 및 만족도 비교 연구

        This study is designed to find and compare the leisure activities, need, and satisfaction of Korean elementary students with that of Japanese ones. For subject of the study, focusing on Korean(Cheonan: 284 students of second, fourth, sixth year elementary school) and Japan(Matshdosi: 256 students of second, fourth, sixth year elementary school). Each school was visited to collect data with a group survey from October 14 to October 25, 2002. A SPSS 10.0 statistic program was used for data analysis. The results are as follows; First, for leisure activities of the week, it is found in Korean elementary students as follows; of students goes to study-related, following responded to have game/chatting/searching on computer. In Japanese elementary students, responded to playing with peers and exercising, following by watching television/videos, and playing electric game. For the weekend leisure activities, of Korean elementary students, responded to have game/chatting/searching on computer, following by playing with friends/exercising, and watching TV/videos, Japanese elementary students, responded playing with friends/exercising, to be first, following by eating-out with family/visiting, and watching TV/videos. In leisure activities during vacation, most Korean students responded that they supplement work far behind with school work or do vacation homework, Next, responded that they have game/chatting/searching on compute. For Japanese students, said that they play with friends/exercise, as are the case in the week and weekend, responded to have watching TV/videos, and playing electric game. Second, in leisure need, it is found that Korean students want to do most computer game/chatting/searching, following by playing with peers/exercising, and going to amusement parks. For Japanese students, said that the most like to play with friends/exercise, following by eating-out with family/visiting. What they most want to d during vacation is found to be playing with friends/exercising, indicating that Japanese students like keeping company most and that they often get together with peer group. Third, in satisfaction at leisure activities, it is interpreted that both Korean and Japanese students are mostly satisfied at their leisure activities.

        서울지역 주부들의 혼례음식에 대한 인지도 조사

        본 연구는 서울 지역의 주부를 대상으로 하여 혼례음식(폐백과 이바지 음식)의 인식상황과 실태를 조사함으로써 혼례음식 발전의 기초자료를 제공하고자 얻은 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 폐백음식의 인식에 대해서는 "결혼 후 시댁에 인사를 드리는 것"이라는 응답이 55.2%, "옛날부터 내려오는 하나의 풍습"이 35.8%로 나타나 상당히 정확하게 알고 잇는 것으로 나타났다. 폐백음식의 중요도 인식수준은 전체 응답자의 10.2%가 "매우 중요하다"라고 응답하였으며, "중요하다" 48.5%, "중요하지 않다"는 11.9%로 나타나 폐백음식의 중요성에 대하여 공감하는 비율이 높게 나타났다. 특히 주부의 연령별로 20대 집단에서 30대 이상의 집단에 비해 "중요하지 않다"는 응답율이 높게 나타났다.(p<0.05) 둘째, 폐백음식 준비방법으로는 "가정에서 직접 마련"한다와 "시장이나 떡집에서 마련"하겠다는 응답이 비슷한 비율을 보였으며, 연령별·교육수준별(p<0.05)로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 폐백음식 장만시 드는 비용으로는 "30~50만원"이라고 응답한 비율이 50%로 가장 높게 나타났고, "10~30만원"29%>"50~100만원"18% 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 선호하는 폐백음식으로는 "밤·대구고임"을 준비한다는 의견이 77.5%로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 그 다음으로 "떡류">"육포">"술">"한과" 등의 순으로 나타났다. 넷째, 이바지음식에 대한 의미로는 48.2%가 "신부측에서 마련한 음식을 시댁에 보내는 것"이라고 응답하였으며, 이바지 음식의 필요성에 대해서는 "반드시 준비해야 한다"라는 의견이 15.5%, "형편에 맞추어 준비한다"는 78.7%, "준비할 필요가 없다"5.8%로 나타나 전반적으로 이바지 음식의 필요성에 대해서 공감대를 형성하고 잇는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 취업주부가 "필요하다"라는 응답이 높게 나타났고, 종교적으로도 불교를 믿는 주부보다 기독교를 믿는 주부들에게서 유의적인 차이를 보였다.(p<0.01) 다섯 번째, 혼례음식의 개선점으로 메뉴의 간소화>가격을 저렴하게 하는 문제>폐백음식 선택의 다양화 등으로 나타났다. 연령별로 40대 주부집단에서 "메뉴의 간소화" 응답율이 높게 나타났다.(p<0.01) 이상의 같은 연구 결과로 보아 우리나라의 모범이 되는 혼례음식의 계승을 위해서 꾸준한 노력과 관심이 필요하다고 사료된다. 과거와 다른 신식혼례를 치르면서도 폐백을 드리고 이바지 음식 보내는 풍습은 계속 이어지고 있다. 이러한 혼례 풍습은 계속 이어질 것이기에 혼례음식이 가지고 잇는 기복과 주술적인 의미를 되살리면서 저렴한 가격으로 누구나 손쉽게 장만할 수 잇는 간편한 방법이 모색되어 전통을 살리면서 모범이 되는 혼례음식문화를 계승 발전시켜 나가야 하겠다. This study was carried out to survey the degree of the recognition and necessity of wedding food to include Pha`ebak and Ibaji foods prepared by bride's parents and sent to the bridgroom's. The participants of the survey were 293 housewives of 20 years old or more residing in Seoul area. The questionnaires used in this research consisted of 10 questions. The findings could be summarized as follows: 1. As to the degree of the recognition of Pha`ebak food, 55.2 percent of the participants perceive it as 'the food sent to the bridegroomvs house to be used when the newly-weds greet groom's relatives, whereas 35.8 percent regarded the practice as "a traditional custom from the ancient times." which is, in fact, correct and exact. As to its importance, 10.2 percent regarded Pha`ebak food very important, while 48.5 percent, "important," and 11.9 percent, "not important." 2. As for the items for Pha`ebak dishes, 77.5 percent answered their preferences for "jujube prop-nut," followed by "ricecake," "liquor" and "Korean cookies," in descending order. 3. As for the meaning of Ibaji dishes, 48.2% understand them as "a set of dishes prepared by the bride's parents to be sent to the bridegroom's"; and as for their willingness or necessity of sending the Ibaji dishes, 15.5 percent indicated that they might prepare them, whereas 78.7 percent said that they would prepare them if the situation required. On the other hand 5.8 percent did not feel the necessity. The overall result is that most females surveyed recognized the two types of food important and were inclined to prepare them when the occasion demanded.
