Normal aging and to a greater degree degenerative brain diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease (AD), cause changes in the brain’s structure and function. Degenerative changes in brain structure and decline in its function are associated with declines in cognitive ability. Early detection of AD is a key priority in dementia services and research. However, depending on the disease progression, neurodegenerative manifestations, such as cerebral atrophy, are detected late in course of AD. Functional changes in the brain may be an indirect indicator of trans-synaptic activity and they usually appear prior to structural changes in AD. Resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (RS-fMRI) has recently been highlighted as a new technique for interrogating intrinsic functional connectivity networks. Among the majority of RS-fMRI studies, the default mode network (DMN), salience network (SN), and central executive network (CEN) gained particular focus because alterations to their functional connectivity were observed in subjects who had AD, who had mild cognitive impairment (MCI), or who were at high risk for AD. Herein, we present a review of the current research on changes in functional connectivity, as measured by RS-fMRI. We focus on the DMN, SN, and CEN to describe RS-fMRI results from three groups: normal healthy aging, MCI and AD.

목적 본 연구의 목적은 한국 상황에서 요구되는 상담수퍼바이저의 지식, 기술, 태도 등에 대한 역량모형을 개발하는 것이다. 방법 역량모형의 초안을 개발하기 위해 문헌연구, 상담수퍼바이저 전문가 5명과의 심층면담을 실시하였고, 상담수퍼바이저 22명을 대상으로 개방형설문조사를 진행하였다. 이렇게 구축된 역량모형 초안의 내용타당성을 검증하기 위해 33명의 델파이 패널을 대상으로 3차례에 걸친 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 또한 확정된 상담수퍼바이저 역량모형의 각 항목들 간의 중요도를 산정하기 위해 13명의 델파이 패널에게 계층화 분석법을 사용하여 역량항목들의 쌍대비교 설문지를 실시하였다. 결과 상담수퍼바이저의 역량모형은 상담수퍼바이저 정의, 3개의 역량군, 11개의 역량요소, 50개의 역량지표로 구성되었다. 역량모형의 역량군, 역량요소, 역량지표들의 상대적 가중치 평정 결과, 전문가 패널들은 ‘개인자질⋅태도 역량군’을 가장 중요하게 평정하였으며, 그 다음으로 ‘직무수행 역량군’, ‘이론지식 역량군’을 중요시 하였다. 11개의 역량요소에서 가장 중요하게 평정한 것은 ‘자기성찰⋅자기계발역량’이었다. 50개의 역량지표에서 가장 중요하게 평정한 것은 ‘수퍼바이지에 대한 존중, 관심’이었다. 결론 본 연구 결과는 향후 수퍼바이저 양성 교육과정을 수립하고, 상담수퍼바이저의 자격기준을 수립하는 기초자료가 될 것으로 기대된다. 마지막으로 연구의 한계, 후속연구를 위한 제언을 하였다. Objectives This study aims to develop a competency model on the knowledge, skills, attitudes, etc. of a counseling supervisors from the perspectives of the expert competency model. Methods In order to construct the competency model required for counseling supervisors, competency factors were extracted through the study of literatures, in-depth interviews with counseling supervisors, and open questionnaires for counseling supervisors. In order to verify the validity of the competency model for counseling supervision, the Delphi survey was conducted 3 times in total. We examines the relatives importance of the competencies required for counselors. For this purpose, we conductes an expert survey using the Analytic Hierarchy Prosess(AHP) to calculate the relative weights of the competency groups, competece factors, and competency indicators of the finalized counseling supervisor competency model. Results The finalizes counseling supervisor competency model consisted of counseling supervisor definition, 3 competency groups, 11 competency factors, and 50 competency indicators. In the counseling supervisor competency group, ‘personal qualities/attitude’ competency group was moret importan than ‘theoretical knowledge’ or ‘job performance’ competecy group. The highest weights among the 11 competency factors was ‘self-reflection and self-development ability’. The highest weights among the 50 competency indicators was ‘respect and concere for a supervisee’. Conclusions The significance and implications of this paper are as follows. Understanding counseling competencies willhelp establish professional educational goals, curriculum development and evaluation cruteria for counseling supervisors. And the counseling supervisor compedency model of this study will provide the basic data for establishing qualification criteria and developing professional certification systems for counseling supervisors in the future.
Experience of Subjective Symptoms in Euthymic Patients with Bipolar Disorder

Bipolar patients often experience subjective symptoms even if they do not have active psychotic symptoms in their euthymic state. Most studies about subjective symptoms are conducted in schizophrenia, and there are few studies involving bipolar patients. We examined the nature of the subjective symptoms of bipolar patients in their euthymic state, and we also compared it to that of schizophrenia and normal control. Thirty bipolar patients, 25 patients with schizophrenia, and 21 normal control subjects were included. Subjective symptoms were assessed using the Korean version of the Frankfurter Beschwerde Fragebogen (K-FBF) and the Symptom Check List 90-R (SCL90-R). Euthymic state was confirmed by assessing objective psychopathology with the Positive and Negative Syndrome scale of Schizophrenia (PANSS), the Young Mania Rating Scale (YMRS), and the Montgomery Asberg Depression Rating Scale (MADRS). K-FBF score was significantly higher in bipolar patients than in normal controls, but similar to that in schizophrenia patients (F=5.86, p=0.004, R2=2033.6). In contrast, SCL90-R scores did not differ significantly among the three groups. Euthymic bipolar patients experience subjective symptoms that are more confined to cognitive domain. This finding supports the hypothesis that subtle cognitive impairments persists in euthymic bipolar patients.

Due to global warming the consumption of energy for cooling is increasing, and developing high-efficiency cooling systems has many issue in this days. Quasi-isothermal compression technology is a high-efficiency cooling technology that continuously removes high-temperature heat when air is compressed by compressor. A heat exchanger is used between the compressor and the expander for an efficient quasi-isothermal compression process. Therefore, it is important to improve the cooling performance of the heat exchanger. The inside of the heat exchanger is composed by multiple channels, and if the internal flow is non-uniform the performance of the heat exchanger is reduced. In this study, the pressure distribution and flow distribution characteristics for each channel were analyzed through numerical analysis of a heat exchanger using a porous media. To verify the simulation method an experiment was conducted to verify the simulation method, and As a result of comparison, the trends of the performance curves was similar.

<P>Coprisamides A and B (<B>1</B> and <B>2</B>) were isolated from a bacterium in the gut of the dung beetle <I>Copris tripartitus</I>. Spectroscopic analysis revealed that the planar structures of <B>1</B> and <B>2</B> are novel cyclic heptapeptides bearing unusual units, such as β-methylaspartic acid and 2,3-diaminopropanoic acid branched to valine and 2-heptatrienyl cinnamic acid. Absolute configurations were established by chemical derivatization and chiroptical spectroscopy.
