유아 창작음악극 활동이 유아의 창의성과 또래갈등해결 전략에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 유아 창작음악극 활동을 고안, 실시하여 유아의 창의성 발달과 또래갈등해결 전략에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 연구대상은 대전광역시에 위치한 K와 S유치원의 5세반 유아 각 29명이다. 유아의 창의성과 또래갈등 해결 전략을 알아보기 위하여 유아 종합 창의성 검사(전경원, 2005)와 또래갈등 해결 전략 검사(송미선, 2001)를 사용하였다. 연구 결과 유아 창작음악극 활동은 유창성, 융통성, 독창성, 상상력 등 모든 척도별 창의성과 언어, 도형, 신체 등 영역별 창의성 모두에 걸쳐 증진효과가 있었다. 또한 유아의 또래갈등해결 전략을 향상 시켰다. 즉 친사회적 전략과 자기 주장적 전략을 증진 시키며 적대적 전략과 수동적 전략을 감소시켰다. 단, 중재요청 전략에는 영향을 미치지 않았다. The effects of creating music drama was investigated with 58 of 5-year old of two kindergartens in D city. Children were divided into two groups of 29 each (14 boys and 15 girls) for the experimental and control group. Each group had identical conditions in terms of curriculum, environment and daily routines. The activities were employed during free-choice activity times for a period of 14 weeks. The creating music drama in this study was designed by researcher basing upon Yi, Hyo-Sook(2001), Yi, Hyo-Sook et al.(2004), and Sim, Sung-kyung et al.(2002). It is basically composed of planning, execution, performance․assessment, creation, and second performance․assessment using one existing music drama in a unit of 4 weeks. But the last pure creating music drama is composed of choice of the story, creation, planning, execution, and performance․assessment in a unit of 2 weeks. The Creativity Test(Jeon, Gyeong-Weon, 2005), and the Strategies in Peer Conflict Situations Test(Chung & Asher, 1996, Song, Mi-Sun, 2001) had been used. Results showed the creating music drama improved the young children's creativity. And that effects appeared in all scales(fluency/ flexibility/ imagination/ originality) and all areas(linguistic/ diagrammatic/ physical) of creativity. Also, the creating music drama improved the young children's strategies in peer conflict situations ; the pro-social strategies and the self assertional strategies increased, but the hostile strategies and the passive strategies decreased, and there was no significant change in the strategies of demanding intervention.

This paper aims to provide basic data for work environment control, prevention of worker exposure to asbestos and improvement of air quality to protect workers ‘health after measuring the level of airborne asbestos and workers' exposure in a shipbuilding repair businesses. For this study, a total of 27 samples were collected from 27 workers who had been exposed to asbestos during engine, piping, boiler and other manufacturing processes in 'A' Shipbuilding Repair Company in Gyeongnam. This research was conducted from Oct. 1 to 30, 2007 and had the following results: The target group (27 workers) consisted of all men with an average age of 35.9 years and 6.6 years of work on average. Among them, fifteen 15 (55.6%) were smokers. In terms of their duties at work, there were 12 plumbing repair engineers (44.4%), 8 boiler repair engineers (29.6%) and 7 engine engineers (25.9%). The geometric mean concentration of airborne asbestos was 0.004 f/cc. A total of 4 samples exceeded the exposure limit. In particular, three exceeded the legal limit by more than double, which means that some workers have been highly exposed to asbestos. In terms of the concentration of asbestos fibres by work process, plumbing repair was the highest (0.0071 f/cc($0.001{\sim}0.57\;f/cc$)) while boiler was the lowest (0.0015 f/cc($0.001{\sim}0.007\;f/cc$)). Based on this study, proper action needs to be taken as soon as possible to protect workers from the threat of asbestos.
UHF대역 RFID 수신단(리더)의 지터(비트동기) 및 글리치 제거회로 설계

본 논문에서는 ISO/IEC 18000-6C 표준안을 만족하는 UHF대역 RFID 수신단(리더)의 지터(Jitter)처리와 글리치제거 알고리듬 및 설계방안을 제안하고 이를 이용한 리더를 구현하여 실제 TI(Texas instrument) Gen2 태그의 응답을 분석하였다. ISO/IEC 18000-6C표준안은 Reader에서 Tag로 데이터 전송 시 +/-1%의 오차와 Tag에서 Reader로 데이터 전송 시 최대 +/-22%의 오차를 허용하도록 정의하고 있다. 이러한 허용오차범위 내의 데이터에 대해 본 논문에서 제시한 회로는 기존의 PLL(DPLL, ADPLL)을 이용한 방식이 아닌 최대허용치(tolerance)와 허용치누적을 이용하여 일정치의 오차범위를 허용하며 디코딩 하도록 설계하였다. 또한 글리치와 지터제거 알고리듬의 기본원리를 동일하게 구성하여 글리치제거와 지터제거를 따로 구분하지 않고 하나의 기능으로 동작하게 한다. 주 클럭은 19.2MHz로 설정하였으며 LF는 국내 전파법에 맞도록 40kHz로 설정하였다 시뮬레이션결과 15%이하의 위상지터를 가진 입력데이터에 대해 판독에러율은 0이었으며 $15%{\sim}22%$ 위상지터를 가진 입력데이터에 대해서 는 0.000589였다. 그러나 동적LF생성회로를 사용한 결과 $15%{\sim}22%$ 위상변화를 가진 입력데이터에 대해 판독에러율은 0이었으며 표준안에 정의된 최대 +/-22%오차 범위내의 지터 발생에 대해서 판독에러율은 0이었다. In this paper, we propose an implementation and an algorithm of 'Jitter and Glitch Removing Circuit' for UHF RFID reader system based on ISO/IEC 18000-6C standard. We analyze the response of TI(Texas Instrument) Gen2 tag with a reader using the proposed algorithm. In ISO/IEC 18000-6C standard, a bit rate accuracy(tolerance) is up to +/-22% during tag-to-interrogator communication and +/-1% during interrogator-to-tag communication. In order to solve tolerance problems, we implement the Jitter and Glitch Removing Circuit using the concept of tolerance and tolerance-accumulation instead of PLL(DPLL, ADPLL). The main clock is 19.2MHz and the LF(Link Frequency) is determined as 40kHz to meet the local radio regulation in korea. As a result of simulations, the error-rate is zero within 15% tolerance of tag responses. And in the case of using the adaptive LF generation circuit, the error-rate varies from 0.000589 to zero between 15% and 22% tolerance of tag responses. In conclusion, the error-rate is zero between 0%-22% tolerance of tag response specified in ISO/IEC 18000-6C standard.

The dried roots of Rehmannia glutinosa (RG) have been used in the traditional medicine for treatment of diabetes, fever and dysuria, etc. In order to investigate the quality evaluation of the dried roots of RG, we conducted the physico-chemical and biological evaluation method. The amount of catalpol from commercial samples is very diverse about $0.00{\sim}3.89%$ by using HPLC method, because it is easily decomposed by processing of RG. So, we should try to identify the correlation with the contents of catalpol and biological activities of RG. We chose 3 samples which were a wide difference of catalpol contents between each sample (Sample-I; 3.4%, Sample-II; 2.8%, Sample-III; 0.05%). Sample-I and Sample-II were found to be more effective than Sample-III on the DPPH free radical scavenging effect and inhibitory effect on $H_2O_2-catalyzed$ lipid peroxidation in rat liver in vitro. And, Sample-I and Sample-II exhibited more significant effects than Sample-III on accelerating actions of the small and large intestinal transport, and diuretic action in mice. So, it is suggested that the quantitative determination of catalpol should be required for the tandardization of the dried roots of RG.
Structural Characterization of the J-domain of Tid1, a Mitochondrial Hsp40/DnaJ Protein

Tid1, belonging to the Hsp40/DnaJ family of proteins, functions as a cochaperone of cytosolic and mitochondrial Hsp70 proteins. In particular, the N-terminal J-domain of Tid1 (Tid1-JD) constitutes the major binding sites for proteinprotein interactions with client proteins, including p53, as well as its partner chaperone, Hsp70. In the present study, soluble, recombinant protein of Tid1-JD could be obtained by using the pCold vector system, and backbone NMR assignments were completed using the isotope $[^{13}C/^{15}N]$-enriched protein. Far-UV CD result implied that Tid1-JD is an ${\alpha}$-helical protein and the secondary structure determined using chemical shift data sets indentified four ${\alpha}$-helices with a loop region containing the HPD (conserved tripeptide of His, Pro and Asp) motif. Additionally, NMR spectra under different conditions implied that the HPD motif, which is a critical region for protein-protein interactions of Tid1-JD, would possess dynamic properties.
Indium-Free Amorphous Ca-Al-O Thin Film as a Transparent Conducting Oxide

<P>Transparent conducting oxide (TCO) is a promising material system for transparent electrodes, which is one of the most essential elements in current electronic and energy devices. In particular, In-based TCOs such as Sn:In<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB> (ITO) and In-Ga-Zn-O (IGZO) have shown large optical band gap and high electrical conductivity, sufficient for the applications. However, In is an expensive element, which hampers its facile industrial application. Moreover, In-based TCOs show an abrupt decrease in conductivity when their thickness decreases below ∼100 nm, possibly due to inhomogeneity within the thin films. Here, we introduce an amorphous Ca-Al-O (CAO) thin film as a promising candidate for the In-free TCOs. The amorphous CAO thin film has very low resistivity (∼10<SUP>-5</SUP> Ω cm) at room temperature, as well as high transparency in the visible region of the light spectrum (>80%). The isotropic Ca <I>s</I>-orbital in the conduction band is found to be responsible for the superior performance of CAO as a TCO. Owing to the exceptional structural homogeneity of the CAO thin film, thickness-independent transport characteristics are observed, maintaining its TCO performance down to 10 nm of thickness.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>
