        건축물 건설단계에서의 에너지소비량 및 CO₂배출량 원단위 산출

        The purpose of this study is to establish the database that could be applied to the building LCA Firstly, in this paper, the methodologies of building LCA and energy based I/O model for estimating embodied energy of building materials were examined Then, the intensity of energy consumption and CO₂ emission for building materials and construction stage were estimated The intensity database for building materials calculated by the I/O table published in 2000 was compared with the database by the I/O table published in 1995 According to the result of comparison, there were a little differences between the results calculated by the new and the previous data, and two results showed nearly the same patterns So, it could be said that the industrial activity change has little effect on the energy intensity of building materials during the past 5 years For the calculation of the energy intensity in the construction stages, the payment documents of an ad and electricity consumptions during construction for the sample buildings were surveyed and the intensity per a building gross area were calculated The database presented in this paper could be applied to the building LCA process as the basic data for analysing global worming effect caused by building construction

        고장모드 분석 프로그램을 통한 공작기계의 신뢰성 평가

        For reliability assessment for machine tools, failure mode analyses by two viewpoints were studied in this paper. First, this study developed the reliability data analysis program, which searches for optimal failure distribution like failure rate or MTBF(Mean Time Between Failure) using failure data and reliability test data of mechanical parts in the web. Moreover, this data analysis program saves both failure data or reliability test data and their failure rate or MTBF for database establishment. Second, this paper conducted failure mode analysis through such performance tests as circular movement test and vibration testing for machine tools when reliability data is not available. A developed web-based analysis program shows correlations between failure mode and performance test result, and also accumulates all the data. These kinds of data analysis programs and stored data furnish valuable information for improving the reliability of mechanical system.

        정보원 출처에 따른 광고태도의 매개효과

        본 연구는 네 가지의 서로 다른 소비자 만족주장 정보원에 따른 실험자극물(인쇄광고물)을 제작하여 광고에 대한 태도가 소비자 행동에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 이루어졌다. 즉 고관여 이성제품과 저관여 이성제품에 따라 소비자 만족주장의 정보원이 상이할 경우, 광고에 대한 태도의 중개효과를 밝혀내고, 광고에 대한 태도가 상표에 대한 인지, 상표에 대한 태도 및 구매의도에 어떻게 중개역할을 하여 소비자 태도변화에 작용하는 가를 알아보고자 하였다. 광고에 대한 태도의 중개효과를 알아보기 위해 MacKenzie 등이 제시하였던 Aad의 중개역할모델을 사용하였다. 본 연구의 실험설계는 2×4 요인설계를 사용하였다. 즉 제품은 고관여와 저관여 이성제품(컴퓨터와 치약)의 두 종류를 사용하였으며, 소비자 만족주장 정보원은 네 가지 종류, 예컨대 정보원 없음, 개인보증 자극물, 회사조사결과 자극물 및 과학적 조사결과 자극물이었다. 소비자 만족주장 정보원 출처에 따른 광고태도의 매개효과를 알아보기 위해 공변량 구조분석을 실시하였다. 구조모델의 적합도 평가기준으로는 RMR, GFI, AGFI 및 NFI 지수를 이용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 Aad가 소비자들의 태도변화에 상당한 영향력을 미칠 것이라고 가정한 선행연구들의 연구결과와 그 맥을 같이한다고 할 수 있다. 즉 소비자만족의 상이한 조건에도 불구하고Aad를 통해 Ab, 그리고 PI로 일치되게 나타났다. 그러나 일부 실험집단에서는 적합모델이 탐색되지 못하였을 뿐만 아니라 적합모델이 탐색되었다 하더라도 상이한 대안적 모델이 동시에 만족되는 결과가 산출되었다. 따라서 왜 이러한 결과가 산출되었는가에 대한후속연구가 필요하다고 하겠다. This study is to find the best model of 4 hypotheses on mediating role of attitude toward the ad(Aad) suggested MacKenzie etc. Ad manipulated as experimental stimulation on 8 appeals of comsumer’s satisfaction for high/low involvement was answered by 246 subjects. Ad message source have a 4 appeal types of consumer’s satisfaction. product involvement and message processing involvement were respectively set up by high and low in this study. LISREL(8.12) for covariance structure analysis was available to test the mediating role of Aad with thinking products would make an experiment. At the result of analyzing 4 hypotheses already suggested by 4 experimental conditions to find the best fit path model, it turned out that the reciprocal mediation hypothesis was the best hypothesis in every condition except just one. In case of path effect between each variable, although there are different conditions, we can find that trough Aad, it accords with Ab and PI. However, in other experimental group, it was proved that the succession Ab → Aad is more strongly influencing than Ad → Ab. It is necessary to illuminate in the following study whether the result of this study has it’s problem in measurement skill or in other external variable.

        염처리에 따른 벼 遊離 Proline 축적과 생육반응

        염처리에 따른 무기성분 흡수 및 Proline 축적등을 비교하여 수도의 내염성 품종육성의 기초자료를 얻고자 Annapurna를 대비품종으로 일반계 6품종, 통일계 5품종을 공시하여 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 초장, 건물중 및 고사율은 염처리시 감소하였으며, 시간이 경과될수록 감소율이 증가하였다. 2. K/Na비와 건물중 감소율 및 고엽율과는 부의 상관을 보였다. 3.proline 축적은 염농도가 증가함에 따라 증가하였으며 일반계품종들이 통일계품종들보다 축적량이 높았다. 4. Proline 함량과 건물중비율과는 정의 상관을 보였다. In other to find out the basic information on cultivation and breeding for salt tolerance in rice, these studies were conducted in treatment hydroponics added in NaCl using 6 Japonica type varieties and 5 Tongil type varieties compared to the salt tolerance variety, namely Annapurna. The following results were obtained. Plant height, ratio of dry weight and ratio of dead leaf were decreased with increasing periods of salt treatment. Negatively significant correlation was observed between Rario of K/Na were highly negative correlated with the rate of dead leaf and rate of dry weight. The accumulation of proline increased as the salt content higher. The content of proline was positively correlated with the ratio of dry weight after salt treatment.

      • 잣나무 天然化學物質이 Callus 誘起 및 細菌培養에 미치는 影響

        To study allelopathic of naturally occurring substances emitted from Pinus koraiensis, the effects of water extracts and volatile substances of the tree on callus induction and bacterial culture were examined. The induction and growth of callus were inversely proportional to the concentration of the extract and of the essential oils supplemented to Murashige and Skoog's media. However, low concentration(5μl/l) of essential oil promoted callus growth. In germiculture of several bacteria, the extracts of Pinus koraiensis markedly showed the inhibitory effects on bacterial growth. It was, therefore, confirmed that the chemical substances of Pinus koraiensis tree clearly showed the biological toxic activity at high concentrations.

        We performed a systemic analysis of the research situations on hair and alopecia published in the journal of oriental medicine to understand the search trend in the area of hair and alopecia, prepare the basis for the interests and basis on hair and alopecia in the oriental medicine area and above that, to support for the applications in the clinics through this and came to the following conclusions. 1. There are total 95 publications in the domestic journals of oriental medicine area from 1986 to 2011. 2. Total 95 articles were published in 23 journals. “Dong-eui journal of physiology and pathology” had the largest number of articles which was 22(23%) followed by “Oriental journal of ophthalmology, otolaryngology, and dermatology” of 19(20%). 3. The authors who published the largest number of articles as the first author were “Cheon-jong Kim”, “Hyeon-taek Shin”, and “Tae-hu Lee” who published 3 each, and the correspondent author who published the largest number of articles was “Chang-hyeon Lee” who published 8 articles. 4. For the contents and methodologies of the study, there were 16 literature reviews, 36 clinical trials, and 43 animal and other experimental studies and 3 literature reviews were published in 2002, 6 animal and other experimental studies were published in 2006, and 6 clinical trials were published in 2004, 2006, 2009, and 2010 each the most. Based on this study, we hope not only scientific treatises but also these for the oriental medicines and alopecia study related to the oriental medicines to be continued.

        Existing manufacturing system has consumed too much energy, space and resource in micro parts manufacturing. To improve this, micro factory system is suggested. But it is difficult to get the high reliability in the assembly, production and inspection of the minute parts because the construction of the micro factory has been started just before. In this study, we will build the digital manufacturing simulation on the micro factory's process and verify the production and assembly process using this simulation.

        Mesenchymal stem cells prevent the progression of diabetic nephropathy by improving mitochondrial function in tubular epithelial cells

        The administration of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) was shown to attenuate overt as well as early diabetic nephropathy in rodents, but the underlying mechanism of this beneficial effect is largely unknown. Inflammation and mitochondrial dysfunction are major pathogenic factors in diabetic nephropathy. In this study, we found that the repeated administration of MSCs prevents albuminuria and injury to tubular epithelial cells (TECs), an important element in the progression of diabetic nephropathy, by improving mitochondrial function. The expression of M1 macrophage markers was significantly increased in diabetic kidneys compared with that in control kidneys. Interestingly, the expression of arginase-1 (Arg1), an important M2 macrophage marker, was reduced in diabetic kidneys and increased by MSC treatment. In cultured TECs, conditioned media from lipopolysaccharide-activated macrophages reduced peroxisomal proliferator-activated receptor gamma coactivator 1α (Pgc1a) expression and impaired mitochondrial function. The coculture of macrophages with MSCs increased and decreased the expression of Arg1 and M1 markers, respectively. Treatment with conditioned media from cocultured macrophages prevented activated macrophage-induced mitochondrial dysfunction in TECs. In the absence of MSC coculture, Arg1 overexpression in macrophages reversed Pgc1a suppression in TECs. These observations suggest that MSCs prevent the progression of diabetic nephropathy by reversing mitochondrial dysfunction in TECs via the induction of Arg1 in macrophages.

        Pollen-Mediated Gene Flow between Glufosinate Ammonium-Tolerant GM and Non-GM Rice

        To assess the risk of genetically modified (GM) rice on the agricultural ecosystem, agronomic characteristics, pollen longevity and outcrossing rate between GM (Iksan 483 and Milyang 204) and non-GM (their wild types and female parents) varieties were investigated using the bar gene as a tracer marker in paddy field. The agronomic characteristics of two GM rice were similar to their female-parents (non-GM rice) except heading date and 1,000 grain weight of Iksan 483, and they did not show a difference by the introgression of the bar gene as the genetic traits of rice varieties. Pollen viability was more than 90% just after shedding, and it was rapidly decreased below 50% at 5 minutes after shedding both GM and non-GM varieties. The Pollen longevity was lost after 30 minutes of anthesis. When the distance of gene flow from GM to non-GM rice detected to 6 m from the edge of GM rice plant, the maximum distance of pollen dispersal was 4.5m and 3.9m in Iksan 483 and Milyang 204, respectively, and that was increased in order of west, south, east, and north to the dominant wind direction, west-south. Mean outcrossing rate was very low as 0.003 and 0.001% within 1.5 m from the edge of Iksan483 and Milyang 204, and the GM hybrids by the pollen dispersal did not detected over 4.5 m from the edge of GM rice plant. The results may help to establish the strategy which reduce the risk of pollen-mediated gene flow between GM and non-GM rice.
