Abstract - In this thesis, we propose a QoS supporting method on wireless ad hoc-based active network for improving reliability. On the loss of route path, the existing DSR routing protocol has several problems with wireless network communication because of decease of data reception rate and increase of network load. The proposed method improves reliability of data transfer by using functions of active network. That is, by using functions of active nodes and active packets, the proposed method supports QoS with reservation transfer method that saves data packets on transfer at intermediate nodes with lost path and then re-transmit the packets after route reconfiguration.
호주의 소프트웨어 교육과정 분석을 통한 국내 소프트웨어 교육의 방향성 고찰

With the advent of the 4th industrial revolution and social changes in the use of artificial intelligence in everyday life, there is a growing demand to reflect such changes in education in discussions on the methods of teaching and learning to cultivate talents who will lead the future society. Since the expected person through the 2015 revised curriculum aims to cultivate creative and convergent skills who have both humanities and science and technology literacy, software education was conducted as a required national curriculum. The key part of the unpredictable future change in society is problem-solving power based on computing thinking power. So, the countries around the world are making efforts to introduce thess changes into nation curriculum. This study examines how software education is organized in that Australia has a similar education system to South Korea and promotes education through national-level curriculum. In Australia, content elements to promote software education are selected in a series of courses from kindergarten to secondary education, and related content is covered in a separate subject, and by expanding this, information and communication technology capabilities are introduced as essential competencies for students. We are working together to improve literacy. Since software education is an important content to cultivate computing thinking ability and creative problem-solving ability, which are essential competencies of the future society, it will be the foundation for cultivating creative fusion-type talents through the organization of curriculums that take into consideration the circumstances. 4차산업혁명의 도래와 인공지능의 일상생활에서의 활용의 사회적인 변화에 따라 미래사회를 이끌어갈 인재를 양성하기 위한 교수학습의 방법에 대한 논의에서 교육에서도 이와 같은 변화 를 반영해야 한다는 요구가 높아지고 있다. 2015개정교육과정의 인재상은 인문학적소양과 과학 기술소양을 함께 갖춘 창의융합형 인재를 길러내는데 목표를 두고 있다는 점에서 미래의 필수 과학기술소양으로 소프트웨어교육이 교육과정 개정의 핵심 요소로 반영되어 필수교육과정으로 소프트웨어교육이 실시되었다. 예측하기 어려운 미래사회의 변화에서 핵심적인 부분은 컴퓨팅 사고력을 기반으로 한 문제해결력이라는 점에서 세계 각국에서는 이러한 변화를 국가수준교육 과정에 도입하기 위한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 특히 호주는 우리나라와 교육체계가 유사하며 국 가수준교육과정을 통해 교육의 방향을 정립하고 추진한다는 점에서 소프트웨어교육이 어떻게 편성되어 있는지를 본 연구를 통해 살펴보았다. 호주에서는 유치원에서 중등교육에 이르는 일 련의 과정에서 소프트웨어교육을 추진하기 위한 내용요소를 선정하고 별도의 교과에서 관련 내용을 다루고 있으며, 이를 확대하여 필수역량으로 정보통신기술역량을 도입하여 학생들의 정 보통신문해력을 향상시키기 위한 노력을 함께 기울이고 있다. 소프트웨어 교육은 미래사회의 필수역량인 컴퓨팅사고력과 창의적 문제해결력을 기르는 중요한 내용이라는 점에서 위계를 고 려한 교육과정 편성을 통해 창의융합형인재양성의 밑거름이 될 것이다.

A multi-functional indoor smog chamber was designed and evaluated lo investigate photochenical or water vapor reaction mechanisms of air pollutants. Various smog chamber experiments could be conducted using ambient air or purified air in this smog chamber. The smog chamber consisted of a housing, a Teflon bag, blacklights, injection ports, sampling ports, and utility facilities. The characteristics of light source, the wall losses of air pollutants, and the quality of purified air were experimentally investigated. The maximum NO₂ photolysis rate was 1.10min^(-1). In a 2.5-m³ Teflon bag, the wall losses of ambient O₃, NO, and NO₂were 1.2~2.4×10^(-3)min^(-1), 0.7~2.0×10^(-3)min^(-1), and 0.4-2.0×10^(-3)min^(-1), respectively. The wall loss of ambient particles ranging 0.05 to 0.2㎛ was 1.8~5.4×10^(-3)min^(-1), which was slightly higher than those of ambient gaseous species. The purified air supply system provided high quality of air with NO₂, < 1 ppb, and total hydrocarbons <5 ppb.

PLT and PLZT feroelectric thin films were fabricated on ITO substrate by rf magnetron sputtering. Pressure was 30mTorr, rf power was 180W and substrate temperature was varied from room temperature to 500℃. In this case, PLT had the highest dielectric constant of 120 at 500 ℃, oppositly PLZT had the highest dielectric constant of 312 at room temperature. I-V characteristics of PLZT film were shown that leakage current of PLZT film deposited at room temperature was below 3μA at 100V.
하악 과두 골절 환자에서 Lag Screw를 이용한 치료시 예후에 관한 임상적 연구

Treatment of condylar fracture is still controversial, but the indication of surgical mangement is increased due to improved fixation methods and surgical techniques. In this article, we report our clinical and radiological results with the use of lag screw osteosyn-thesis for fixation of fractured mandibular condyle. 12 case of condyle fracture treated by open reduction and fixation with lag screw were monitored for an average of 10 months (range from 6 months to 19 months) postoperatively. The obtained results are as follows : 1. Postoperative maximum mouth opening is achieved over 40mm except one patient. 2. Although slight crepitus and deviation of mandible during mouth opening were found, Tempo-romandibular joint problem is satisfactory in all but one patient. 3. Distal migration of screw and resorption of fractured fragment were found in each 2 patients, but good functional recovery was achieved in all. According to the above results, we think that lag screw osteosynthesis is relatively indicated in level III or IV condylar fracture.
Centipede Scolopendra subspinipes multilans L. Koch로부터 항균력이 있는 Centipedin의 추출, 정제 및 특성연구

항균력이 있는 화합물인 Centipeding을 지네 Scolopendra subspinipes multilans L. Koch로부터 지용성 유기용매로 추출하였고, silicic acid column과 high S cation exchange chromatography 및 reverse-phase HPLC 등을 사용하여 고순도로 정제하였다. Gram-positive bacteria인 Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538P 및 gram-negative인 Klebsiella pneumoniae ATCC 8308 균주에 대하여 강한 항균력을 나타내었다. Dragendorff 시약에 의한 발색반응을 시행한 결과 Centipedin의 aromatic ring에는 nitrogen이 없음을 확이하였고 IR, Mass, NMR 분석 등에 의하여 Centipedin의 분자량은 162.1, 화학적 구조는 hydroxyl기와 carbonyl기를 함유하는 -hydroxyisocumarin으로 확인되었다. UV-spectrum 검색결과에 의하면 최대 흡수파장이 243 ㎚임을 확인하였고, melting point는 122℃이었으며, 실온에서 3개월간 방치된 Centipedin이 여전히 항균활성 및 화학적 구조를 유지하여 물리화학적 및 생물학적으로 안정한 화합물임으 알 수 있었다. The compound which has antibiotic activity was extracted and purified from centipede Scolopendra subspinipes multilans L. Koch by diethyl ether, silicic acid column and high S cation exchange chromatography followed by reverse-phase HPLC. This compoung named "Centipedin" showed antibiotic activity aganist microorganisms such as Gram^(+) -bacteria Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538P and Gram^(-) -bacteria Klebsiella pneumoniae ATCC 8308. Dragendorff test showed that there is no aromatic nitrogen within the Centipedim. The molecular weight of the Centipedin was 162.1 daltons as determined by mass spectrometry. The instrumental analysis of IR and NMR techniques revealed the molecular structure of Centipedim as 8-hydroxyisocoumarin. The UV-spectrum of Centipedin showed maximum absorption at 243 ㎚, and melting point was 122℃. Centipedin was stable at room temperature for three months in appropriate buffers.
