The evaluation of construction technology services is to determine whether project performance for the contractor and the participating engineer as a construction manager. However, the contractor and the participant engineers have a difficult aspect due to the lack of preparation period and the other field movement of the participating engineers. The reason is that the evaluation period progresses at the completion time of the service. In this respect, this study attempts to extract the critical success factors in the evaluation. The method is to analyze the relative importance of each factor through the AHP analysis after extracting the factors through the in-depth interview with the experts. The above analyzed results will provide a work standard for the systematic implementation of construction management services.
국내 건설기업의 리스크 관리의 실태분석 및 개선방향에 관한 연구

Even though the construction industry is an unstable field comparing with other industries, recognition and enforcement on this industry are not prepared well. Considering the specialty of construction and change of construction plan and social conditions, the study on risk management will be preceded to develop the construction industry in the future. In the real circumstances, the recognition of necessity and application are neglected in the domestic practical business aspect. For the investigation on cognitive standard of risk in the workers of the construction companies, surveys and visit consultation were executed to analyze risk management situation and the counter plan was found out to be helpful in proceeding of stable construction projects of companies. And I draw 5 items conclusion on an improvement plans of risk management in domestic construction.
건축리모델링 공사의 전략적 리스크 대응방안에 관한 연구

This while, lots of buildings were constructed to solve the shortage of housing stocks, however, most of the aged buildings have been getting deteriorated seriously for insufficient and inadequate maintenance of buildings. Remodeling has been known as a countermeasure to improve indiscriminate construction behavior in the aspect of environment and economy. This research is aiming to specify the requirement of the investment such as initial cost, running cost, earning rate to make effective investment considering the purpose of remodeling and economical vale of store building enough to meet the initial purpose of remodeling. This paper proposes a measurement method for the surface of micro-parts by using AFM(Atomic Force Microscope). To this end, two techniques are presented to extend the capacity of AFM. First, the measurement range is extended by using an image matching method based on correlation coefficients. To account for the inaccuracy of the coarse stage implemented in AFM's, the image matching technique is applied to two neighboring images intentionally overlapped with each other. Second, a method to measure the shape of relatively large specimen is presented by using the inherent trigger mechanism due to the atomic force. The proposed method is proved effective through a series of experiments.
