        여가스포츠지도자의 전문가주의와 직무착근도, 직무소진 및 이직의도에 관한 인과모형

        이 연구는 체육교과에 있어서 지도자의 전문성 중요도와 연구결과의 현장활용을 위한 논문이며, 연구의 목적은 여가스포츠 지도자의 전문가주의와 직무착근도, 직무소진 및 이직의도에 관한 연구 모형 검증과 설정된 가설을 검증 하는데 있다. 연구 대상은 서울특별시, 경기도, 인천광역시 소재 스포츠센터 지도자를 모집단으로 하였고, 422부의 자료를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 조사도구는 설문지를 사용하였으며, 자료처리는 상관분석과 구조방정식 모형분석을 이용하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 연구모형의 검증 결과는 상관관계분석 및 확인적 요인분석 결과에서 모든 요인의 결과치가 전반적으로 만족스러운 적합도를 보여주고 있으며, 구조방정식 모형분석 결과 가설적 구조모형은 5가지 경로가 모두 채택되었다. 둘째, 여가스포츠 지도자의 전문가주의, 직무착근도, 직무소진, 이직의도에 대한 변인 간의 상대적 영향력이 도출되었다. 또한 설정된 구조모형의 검증결과는 가설적 모형 자체를 모두 지지하는 것으로 나타났으며, 가설검증결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 전문가주의와 직무착근도는 유의한 인과관계가 있으며, 이는 전문가주의가 높을수록 직무착근도의 수준이 높음을 의미한다. 2. 전문가주의와 직무소진은 유의한 인과관계가 있으며, 이는 전문가주의가 높을수록 직무소진의 수준이 낮음을 의미한다. 3. 직무착근도와 직무소진은 유의한 인과관계가 있으며, 이는 직무착근도가 높을수록 직무소진의 수준이 낮음을 의미한다. 4. 직무착근도와 이직의도는 유의한 인과관계가 있으며, 이는 직무착근도가 높을수록 이직의도의 수준이 낮음을 의미한다. 5. 직무소진과 이직의도는 유의한 인과관계가 있으며, 이는 직무소진이 높을수록 이직의도의 수준이 높음을 의미한다. The purpose of this study was to identify a causal model for professionalism and turnover intention among leisure sports instructors using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The leisure sports instructors were recruited from sports centers in the Seoul metropolitan area, including Gyeonggido and Incheon, by using a convenience sampling method. A total 482 questionnaires were collected, and of those, 422 were used; 60 untruthful questionnaires were excluded. The data were recorded and analyzed using SPSS Win ver. 18. The AMOS 7.0 statistical computer package was used to do an exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and structural equation modeling (SEM). According to the demographic variables of the leisure sport instructors, only the autonomy among four different variables of professionalism in the female instructors was significantly higher than that of the male instructors (P<.05). In addition, there were significant differences in the self-regulation and the flow of the professionalism, depending on the age and work experience level. There was a significant difference in turnover intention for gender (P<.05); the turnover intention in the male instructors were higher than that in the female instructors. The findings of the current study indicates that the research model with structural equation modeling (SEM) fits the five path variables including professionalism, job embeddedness, job burnout, and turnover intention. Moreover, the five research hypotheses were accepted and its results are the following. First, there was a significant causal relationship between professionalism and job embeddedness. This result indicates that job embeddedness increases as professionalism increases. Second, professionalism significantly influences job burnout. Instructors experience less job burnout with higher professionalism. Third, job embeddedness has a significant influence on job burnout. This means job burnout decreases as job embeddedness increases. Forth, job embeddedness significantly influences turnover intention. Instructors have less turnover intention as job embeddedness increases. Fifth, job burnout has a significant influence on turnover intention. This indicates turnover intention increases as job burnout increases.

        The reduction of nitro and nitroso compounds using tetracarbonylhydridoferrate-formaldehyde under mild conditions (at room temperature and then 60℃ under CO) gives the corresponding N, N-dimethylation via N-methylation in good to excellent yields. The reaction mechanism via immonium salt is assumed.

        The structure of trans-2-butene-dial dioxime was investigated by means of NMR spectroscopy. Its conformer was found to have the planar structure conjugated with the double-bonds from the vicinal spin-spin coupling constants. The configurations of two oxime group were investigated from the solvent effects and assigned as the perfect symmetric structures, mixture of "syn-syn" and "anti-anti" forms.

        The cloned gene of glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase(GAP) of Saccharomyces cerevisiae (Holland et al., 1983) has been characterized. Based on the communication, we have also cloned 2.1kb GAP DNA fragment and modified that fragment as a portable promoter. Two yeast exression vectors, one is a YCp type vector being maintained at low copy number(1 or 2) and the other is a YEp type vector at high copy number, have been constructed with the GAP promoter PH05' gene as an indicator gene. Our plasmids were introduced into Saccharomyces cerevisiae. HU-1, which has been improved. The Trp+ transformants expressed APase activity efficiently and showed the high level of PH05' transcripts.

      • 토끼 콩팥에 대한 키토산 미세구의 색전 효과

        The aim of the study was to evaluate the possibility of therapeutic use of chitosan microspheres as a new embolic material. Twenty four New Zealand white rabbits were divided into four groups. Polyvinyl alhocol (PVA) particles (150-250 ㎛ ) was used in group 1. Chitosan microspheres were used in group 2 (150-250 ㎛ ), group 3 (250-355 ㎛) and group 4 (355-500 ㎛) respectively. Arteriography of right kidney was performed using 4 F cobra catheter. Embolization was continued until complete occlusion of the right renal artery was achieved. Catheters were tested whether the lumen is obstructed by embolic materials during and after embolization. One animal was sacrificed in each group on the 1st and 3rd day, 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 8th week respectively. Basic hematologic and blood chemisty were analyzed, and gross and microscopic pathologic findings were observed. Chitosan microspheres were round to oval shape, and had smooth surface and even size under the light microscope. Successful embolizations were achieved in all twenty four rabbits. On gross pathologic examination, all chitosan microsphere groups showed no differences from PVA particle group in renal contraction and discoloration. Histologically chitosan microsphere groups had a higher incidence of vasculitis. but did not show any recanalization in comparison with PVA particle group. Hematologic and blood chemisty showed no significant abnormal change in all groups. In conclusion, effective, technically easy and safe embolizations were achieved with chitosan microspheres in rabbit kidney. Chitosan microspheres might be a good embolic material.

        다발성 폐결절로 발견된 카플란증후군

        We report a case of Caplan`s Syndrome, which presented as multiple pulmonary nodules. A 58-year-old male was admitted to hospital due to multiple pulmonary nodules. In addition, the patient presented with multiple arthritis, and dyspnea on exertion. Rheumatoid arthritis had been diagnosed 35 years ago. The patient had worked as a stonemason for 20 years. Computed Tomography (CT) revealed numerous well-defined tiny nodules scattered in both lungs, which was suspicious of miliary tuberculosis or malignancy. The patient was started on antituberculous medications and referred to our hospital. First, a transbronchial lung biopsy was performed, which showed no evidence of granuloma. It was our opinion that the biopsy was insufficient, and a follow-up video-associated thoracoscopy was performed. The pathological report determined necrotizing granulomatous inflammation and silicosis on background. According to imaging studies, pathologic reports, and clinical symptoms, we concluded that the patient had Caplan`s syndrome. We controlled his rheumatic medications, and instructed him to avoid exposure to hazardous dust.

        모틸린에 의한 사람 위 평활근의 수축 기전에 관한 연구

        Background/Aims: Motilin is an intestinal peptide that stimulates the contraction of gut smooth muscle. A discrepancy exists between the in vivo (neurally mediated) and in vitro (direct action on a smooth muscle receptor) mechanisms of motilin action in many species. We investigated in vitro mechanisms of motilin action on human gastric smooth muscle. Methods: Antral cirular muscle strips of the surgical tissue obtained during gastrectomy, were used to measure contractile force and electrical activity. Dispersed muscle cells were used to measure L-type Ca2+ current and electrical activity. Results: Motilin of 1-100nM contracted smooth muscle in a concentration-dependent manner. Motilin-induced contractions were unaffected by tetrodotoxin or atropine treatment. Nifedipine or Ca2+-free bath solution blocked motilin (10nM)-induced contractions. Low concentration of motilin (1nM) resulted in an increase in acetylcholine (0.1~100M)-induced contractions. By patch clamp recording technique, motilin (1 or 10nM) did not modify the L-type Ca2+ current, but motilin-induced membrane depolarization was detected. Erythromycin also contracted smooth muscle with membrane depolarization but verapamil inhibited the contraction. Conclusions: These results suggest that motilin contracts smooth muscle through a direct action on smooth muscle receptor and Ca2+ influx through the L-type Ca2+ channel, which is due to membrane depolarization, also mediates motilin-induced contractions.
