JENB., Vol. 18, No. 2, pp.141-149,2014 [Purpose]Many researchers are trying to solve the metabolic syndrome by utilizing a variety of nutritional control and exercise. Of those, silkworm pupae peptides are known to inhibit the synthesis of fat. Therefore, we examine the effect of fat metabolism by supplying silkworm pupae (SP) for 5-week in swim-trained rats. [Methods]Animals were divided into four groups as a group (n = 32) fed a normal diet (CO) with exercise training (CE); a group fed a silkworm pupa diet (SPC) with an exercise training (SPE), respectively. [Results]Abdominal fat pads (abdominal and epididymal) weight were lowest in SPE. The serum triglyceride, total cholesterol concentrations were lower in the SP and the SPE. HDL-cholesterol, however, was not different between groups. Liver AMPK (AMP-activated protein kinase) was increased in the CE and the SPE. Liver PPAR-α (Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor alpha) was increased in the SPC and SPE. L-FABP (liver fatty acids binding protein) was increasedby SP ingestion. Liver CPT-1 (carnitine palmitoyltransferase-1) protein expression was increased by exercise training only. [Conclusion]In the present study showed that the silkworm pupae intake and/or swimming exercise training activates fat metabolism to reducethe concentration of serum lipids. Thus, the silkworm pupae intake leads to a reduction in fat storage, this is considered to be effective in the inhibition of the metabolic syndrome. 자가 복구 오류 검출 및 정정 회로 적용을 고려한 최적 스크러빙 방안

Radiation particles can introduce temporary errors in memory systems. To protect against these errors, so-called soft errors, error detection and correcting codes are used. In addition, scrubbing is applied which is a fundamental technique to avoid the accumulation of soft errors. This paper introduces an optimal scrubbing scheme, which is suitable for a system with auto error detection and correction logic. An auto error detection and correction logic can correct soft errors without CPU’s writing operation. The proposed scrubbing scheme leads to maximum reliability by considering both allowable scrubbing load and the periodic accesses to memory by the tasks running in the system.

Recently, Ryu et al. proposed a multiple target DOA tracking algorithm, which has good features that it has no data association problem and simple structure. But its performance is seriously degraded in the low signal-to-noise ratio. In this paper, a measurement fusion method is presented based on ML(Maximum Likelihood), and the new DOA tracking algorithm is proposed by incorporating the presented fusion method into Ryu's algorithm. The proposed algorithm has a better tracking performance than that of Ryu's algorithm, and it sustains the good features of Ryu's algorithm.

이 글은 이택후의 정감본체론의 내용과 구조 및 그 의의를 고찰한다. 이택후는 중국의 문화전통, 특히 유가철학의 본령이 情에 있다고 주장한다. 전통적으로 정(감)은 문학과 예술에서 다루어왔으며, 철학에서는 이성을 인간의 본질적 요소로 간주하여 이성적 인간, 이성의 철학을 추구해왔다. 전통철학은 이성에 대한 강조와 탐구를 주된 과제로 삼았고, 정감은 이성의 지배와 통제의 대상으로 여겼다. 그들이 지향하는 이상적 인간은 정감적 인간이 아닌 이성적 인간이었다. 공자의 철학은 중국 문화심리구조의 형성에 중추적 역할을 하였는데, 그 특징은 인성과 정감의 함양을 중시하고 욕구와 이치의 융합과 통일을 중시하는 데 있다. 유학은 부모와 자식 사이의 자연적 혈연 정감에 기초한 효를 모든 인간관계의 출발점으로 삼아, 이를각종 사회적, 종교적, 국가적 감정으로 확장해가는 동심원적 구조를 갖는다. 가정에서 부모와 자녀 사이의 따뜻한 감정의 함양을 특별히 강조하고, 이를 인성의 뿌리, 질서의 근원, 사회의 기초로 삼는다. 그리고 가정 중심의 가치관을 인간적 감성의 층위에 놓고 그것을 교육의 근본 내용으로 삼는다. 이 논문의 2장에서는 이택후 철학사상의 지반을 구성하는 역사본체론과 실용이성을 다룬다. 인간과 인류의 근본은 육체적 생존, 의식주 문제를 해결하는 것으로, 이를 위해 도구의 제작과 사용, 노동과 실천, 물질적 생산이 함께 결합하여 역사를 형성했다. 이러한 역사발전과정에서 발생하고 발전한 문제해결능력이 실용이성이다. 그러므로 이성은 초월적이거나 선험적 능력이 아닌 인류가 생존하고 생활을 개선하는 능력이다. 3장에서는 역사본체론의 관점에 송명이학을 고찰한다. 송명이학은 심성을 정감과 분리시켜 추상적?선험적?초월적 이성으로 나아감으로써 근본적으로 실패할 수밖에 없었음을 밝힌다. 그리고 4장에서는 중국 문화심리구조의 情理一구조, 즉 정본체가 중국문화와 철학의 근간임을 규명한다. 유학은 심리적 정감원칙을 윤리학뿐만 아니라 세계관과 우주론의 기초로 삼고 있다. 5장에서는 이러한 정감에 기초한 심미적 즐거움의 문화를 살펴본다. 이 즐거움의 문화는 실용성과 정감본체가 만나 이루어진 심미적 삶과 지혜를 담고 있는 문화이다. The purpose of this paper is to study the content and structure of Li Zehou`s emotion fundamental theory. Li Zehou suggest that China`s cultural traditions, particularly the core of Confucianism is a emotion. Traditionally, the emotion has been addressed in the literature and the arts. In philosophy, human reason is considered to be the essential elements of Humanbeing, and has pursued a rational human beings, a philosophy of reason. Traditional emphasis on reason and investigated it. They sought was not an emotional man but a rational man. Neo-Confucianism of Sung-Ming period has the philosophical ground of dichotomy. They sought the basis of morality and reason in the transcendental and transcendent Tian-li. Confucian philosophy has a pivotal role in the formation of Chinese culture-psychological structure. Its characteristic emphasis on the cultivation of personality and emotion and desire, the sense of the convergence and unification of needs and principles. Confucianism start from a natural kinship between parent and child based on emotion as the starting point of all human relations. And has a concentric structure that expand it to the social, religious, national feelings. Confucianism especially emphasis on the cultivation of warm emotion between parents and children at home, and regarded it as the roots of human nature, the source of order, the foundation of society. Chapter 2 of this paper investigate Li Zehou`s history fundamental theory and practical reason. Chapter 3 of this paper investigate Neo-Confucianism of Sung-Ming period. They eventually failed because they separate human nature and emotion. Chapter 4 of this paper explain that emotional sense is the foundation of Chinese culture and philosophy. Chapter 5 of this paper look at the culture of aesthetic pleasure. The aesthetic culture is the culture containing the joy and wisdom of life, also include religious nature. The emotion-fundamental theory gives one of the implications that we have to move on.
남자 대학 세단뛰기 선수들의 도움닫기 마지막 3스트라이드의 유형과 접지와 이지 순간의 운동학적 분석

The purposes of this study were to examine the characteristics of the kinematic factors of the final three strides before takeoff of a triple jump and to collect the fundamental quantities of motion in order to improve the triple jump performance. The subjects were the 5 Finalists For an actual 16.70m over in the triple jump at the 2003 World Student Games. The last three strides were analysed using three cameras, The x, y, z coordinates of 20 points defining a Fourteen segment model of the human body were used For Further analysis, After smoothing the raw data with a fourth order Butterworth Filter, the centres of gravity of the subjects were calculated. After analyzing the kinematic data during the final three strides, the following findings were obtained: The last three stride Length changes in triple jump did not have a consistent pattern and showed the varieties in jumpers' technical preference. The height of center gravity was different in each event of the last three strides but the lowest center of gravity was the time of touchdown on the board. The maximum horizontal velocity was shown at the second-last and third-last stride takeoff instances.
MnO₂ 첨가에 따른 무연 BNKTSNL계 세라믹스의 특성 평가

Microstructure and piezoelectric properties of the lead-free (1-y)wt% [99.5wt%{0.96(Bi_(0.5)(Na_(0.84)K_(0.16))_(0.5)TiO₃)+0.04(SrTiO₃)}+0.3wt%(Nb₂O_(5))+0.2wt%(La₂O₃)] ceramics (BNKTSNL) were investigated as a function of the amount of y wt% MnO2 addition. Both the density and the grain size of the BNKTSNL ceramics increased with increasing the MnO₂ addition. In other words, MnO₂ improved the sintering properties of the BNKTSNL ceramics. Both the electromechanical coupling factor (kp) and the dielectric constant decreased and showed the minimum value of 33.6% and 874 with 0.3wt% MnO₂ addition, respectively. However, the mechanical quality factor(Qm) showed the maximum value of 150 with 0.3wt% MnO₂ addition. The effects of the MnO₂ addition on the piezoelectric properties of BNKTSNL ceramics could be explained in terms of the hardener manganese element.
지방산의 산화에 미치는 양조간장과 Glucose-Lysine Model melanoidin의 영향

To observe the antioxidative effect of Maillard rection products(MRPs) to fatty acid compositions, corn oil and sardine oil emulsion were prepared and detected the changes of fatty acid compositions by gas chromatography with or without soybean sauce or glucose-lysine model melanoidin as MRPs during 10days at 40℃ incubation. The main fatty acid composition in corn oil made by J company in Korea was linoleic acid (54.94%), oleic acid (28.63%) and palmitic acid (11.95%), respectively, which is very similar with other references about corn oil. The composition of sardine oil contained major 6-7 fatty acids. The major saturated acids were palmitic (22.44%) and myristic (9.12%). Monoethylenic fatty acids were composed mainly of palmitoleic acid (14.37%) and oleic acid (18.51%). The major polyenoic acids are eicosapentaenoic acid (9.77%) and docosahexaenoic acid (5.47%), which is the most characteristic feature of marline oils. The fatty acid composition in corn oil was very stable during 10days at 40℃ incubation because of its tocopherol contained in corn oil. So MRPs no effected the fatty acid composition in corn oil during incubatuon epriod. But fatty acid composition of sardine oil severe changed during 10days at 40℃ incubation, especially in polyenoic acids. When added glucose-lysine model melanoidin and soybean sauce to sardine oil, the polyenoic acid decomposition protected effectively. Especially soybean sauce stabilize fatty acid composition than model melanoidin in sardine oil.
Mlc 조절단백질이 대장균의 pts 유전자 발현에 미치는 영향

Products of the pts operon of Escherichia coli have multiple physiological roles and the operon is controlled by two promoters, P0 and P1. Expression of the pts P0 promoter that is increased during growth in the presence of glucose is also activated by CRP-cAMP. The effects of the Mlc on the pts P0 expression were studied. In vivo transcription assay using wild type and Mlc strains grown in the presence and absence of glucose indicate that Mlc negatively regulates expression of P0, and Mlc-dependent repression is relieved by glucose in the growth medium. In vitro transcription assay using purified Mlc showed that Mlc repressed transcription from the P0 specifically.
수학적 사고력 신장을 위한 도형 영역의 교수ㆍ학습 자료 개발에 관한 연구

교육의 가장 큰 역할 중의 하나는 학생들의 사고력을 증진시키는 것이라 할 수 있다. 수학 교육의 목적도 생활에서 접하는 여러 가지 문제를 창의적으로 해결하는 과정을 통해 수학적 사고력을 신장시키는 것이다. 수학적 사고력의 신장을 위해서는 크게 두 가지 관점에서 접근할 필요가 있다. 하나는 사고력을 증진시킬 수 있는 수업 모델의 구성요소에 대해 논의하는 것이고, 다른 하나는 그러한 수업을 위한 적절한 교수 ·학습 자료를 개발하는 것이다. 수학적 사고를 향상시킬 수 있는 수학 수업의 구성 요소로는 다음과 같이 네 가지를 생각할 수 있다. 첫째는 학생들에게 사고할 기회를 충분히 주고 창의성을 개발하는 수학적 사고 문화의 조성이다. 둘째는 문제해결을 통한 수학적 사고기술의 개발이다- 셋째는 베타인지를 통한 수학적 사고 태도의 개선이다. 넷째는 타자와의 상호작용을 통한 비판적이고 협력적인 사고 능력의 배양이다. 또한 수학적 사고의 개발은 학생들의 사고 수준에 맞는 문제를 해결하는 과정을 통해 이루어지는 것이 바람직한 바, 수학적 사고력을 신장시키기 위해서는 학생들의 사고 수준에 맞는 교재 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 도형 영역에서 van Hiele의 기하 학습 사고 수준 이론에 따라 수준 1과 수준 2에서 초등학교 학생들이 할 수 있는 교수 ·학습 활동 자료를 제시하였다. One of the most important roles in education is to improve the thinking ability of students. The goal of mathematics education is also to foster a mathematical thinking ability through the creative process of solving many problems that we meet every day. It is possible that there are two methods of approach for the promotion of mathematical thinking ability at large. One is to talk about the elements of a learning model which can further thinking ability, and the other is to develop proper teaching and learning materials. The first thing we have to keep in mind is that the following four factors are the essential parts of the mathematics instruction for the advancement of thinking ability: (1) The fostering of a mathematical thinking culture that should help students develop creativity and thinking ability, (2) The teaching of mathematical thinking techniques through problem solving, (3) The improvement of a mathematical thinking attitude by means of meta-cognition, (4) The cultivation of critical and co-operative thinking ability as needed through an interaction with others. The development of mathematical thinking is effective as well only when students try to solve their prob1ems in accordance with their own level. Moreover, in order to improve students' mathematical thinking ability, the development of teaching materials fit for the students' level is really required. Therefore, this study shows that teaching and learning activity materials for the elementary school students will be presented, according to level 1 and level 2 in the van Hiele theory.

치아매복에 의한 미맹출시 치아 매복의 방향과 위치, 치근단의 완성정도, 맹출공간의 존재여부, 매복치 주변에 과잉치, 치아종, 낭종 등의 존재여부 등에 따라 발치, 교정적 견인, 외과적 자가이식중 어떤 술식을 시행할 것인지 결정하게 된다. 자가치아이식은 치아의 위치가 교정력을 가할 수 없는 위치에 존재하거나 치아이동이 제한을 받게 되어 통상적인 치료가 불가능할 경우에 발거에 앞서 고려할 수 있다. 자가치아이식의 예후는 치근의 완성도, 외과적 시술능력, 환자의 나이, 근관치료, 고정기간과 형태, 치주인대의 보존, 저장 방법 등에 영향을 받는다. 특히 이식 수여부의 골의 결손이 너무 클 경우 치아의 동요도를 감소시키고 골치유를 빠르게 하기 위해 골이식을 고려할 수 있다. 치아 미맹출을 주소로 본원에 내원한 증례들로 상악과 하악의 여러 부위에서 과잉치, 치아종, 이소맹출 등의 다양한 원인요소들이 발견되었다. 자가치아이식전 필요시 공간확보를 행하고, 과잉치 및 치아종의 발거로 인해 골결손이 클 때, 탈회냉동건조골과 자가골 이식을 시행하였다. 치아고정은 2~3주정도 시행하고 3~4주 후 방사선적 검사와 임상검사후 근과치료의 필요성을 결정하고 정기적인 검사를 시행한 결과 치근흡수소견 등의 비정상적인 소견은 보이지 않고 정상적인 치유소견을 관찰할 수 있었다. We decided among extraction, orthodontic traction and autotransplantation such as direction and position of unerupted tooth, degree of developing root apex, eruption space, being of supernumerary tooth or odontoma or cyst when tooth impacted. Autotransplantation is considered when orthodontic traction is unrealistic or when tooth movement can absorb root of neighbor tooth The prognosis for successful autotransplantation is dependent on a number of factors such as root development, surgical technique, patient's age, endodontic treatment, time and type of splinting, preservation of periodontal ligament and storage medium. Especially when severe osseous defect is being, bone graft considered for reducing of mobility and for assisting recovery. In all cases, chief complaint is unerupted tooth and various causing factors were supernumerary, odontoma, ectopia and so on. Before autotransplantation, space regaining was done if needed and demineralized freezed dried bone and autogenous bone graft was done when there is severe osseous defect by extraction of supernumerary tooth or odontoma. Splinting was removed after 2-3weeks. At 3-4weeks after autotransplantation, endodontic treatment was decided. At follow up check, normal recovery was done and there was no inflammatory or replacement root resorption in periapical radiograph.
