        중국 중산국(中山國) 문양을 응용한 넥타이 디자인 개발

        중산국(中山國) 문화는 중국 허베이성(河北省) 지역 가운데 특히 스지아쫭시(石家莊市)를 대표하는 문화중심지역으로 유물의 문양 장식, 조형, 공예 등에 표현된 내용은 매우 높은 예술적, 역사적, 가치를 지니고 있다. 중산국 문양은 전국시대(戰國時代, BC414년∽BC296년)의 사회풍습, 과학기술, 경제발전의 축소판을 상징할 뿐만 아니라 고대인들의 사상 의식, 가치관 및 심미적 정취를 담고 있다. 최근에는 중산국 문양이 현대화된 디자인 기법으로 패션제품과 장신구에 응용되어 중국문화의 우수성을 알리는 촉진작용을 하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 심미적 관점에서 중산국 문양에 내포된 가치를 탐구하고, 중산국의 대표적인 기존의 문양 이미지를 새롭게 해석하여 남성용 넥타이디자인에 적용하여 중국문화의 이해와 더불어 새로운 문양의 현대적 디자인 개발 및 활용을 통해 패션관련업체 및 유관 디자인업계에서 중국 전통문양을 응용할 수 있는 자료를 제공하는 데 있다. 남성 넥타이를 디자인 개발의 대상으로 삼은 이유는 중산국인들의 무예와 용감함을 중시하던 사회적 맥략을 현대 남성들의 대표적 패션제품인 넥타이에 용감하고 강인한 정신을 표현하고자 하였다. 연구방법은 먼저 선행연구를 통해 중산국 문양의 특징, 의미와 대표 이미지를 정리한 다음, 넥타이 패턴 디자인을 구상하였다. 그리고 Adobe Photoshop CS와 Adobe Illustrator CS 소프트웨어를 이용하여 모티브 요소를 추출하여 24개의 패턴을 디자인하였다. 넥타이 개발은 패션제품기획의 5W 원칙을 바탕으로 색상에서 쿨톤과 웜톤을 구분하여 총 24개의 넥타이 디자인을 개발하였다. The Zhongshan culture is a cultural center region representing Shijiazhuang City, especially among China's Hebei provinces, and its contents expressed in pattern decorations, sculptures, and crafts of artifacts are very artistic, historical, and valuable. The Zhongshan State pattern not only symbolizes the miniature version of social customs, science and technology, and economic development during the Warring States Period (414 BC-296), but also contains ancient people's ideological consciousness, values, and aesthetic atmosphere. In recent years, the pattern of Zhongshan Province has been applied to fashion products and accessories as a modern design technique to promote the excellence of Chinese culture. From an aesthetic point of view, the purpose of this study is to explore the value implied in the patterns of the Middle Kingdom and to newly interpret the representative image of the existing patterns of the Middle Kingdom. In addition, by applying it to men's necktie design, it is to provide data that can apply Chinese traditional patterns to fashion-related companies and related design industries through the development and utilization of modern designs of new patterns as well as the understanding of Chinese culture. The reason why men's Neckties were targeted for design development was to express the brave and strong spirit of the Neckties, a representative fashion product of modern men, using the social strategy that emphasized the martial arts and bravery of the middle-class people. The research method first summarized the characteristics, meanings, and representative images of the pattern of the middle country through prior research, and then conceived a tie pattern design. And 24patterns were designed by extracting motif elements using Adobe Photoshop CS and Adobe Illustrator CS software. Based on the 5W principle of fashion product planning, tie development developed a total of 24 Neckties designs by distinguishing cool and warm tones from colors.

        Template Synthesis of Nitrogen-Doped Short Tubular Carbons with Big Inner Diameter and their Application in Electrochemical Sensing

        Nitrogen-doped short tubular carbons (N-STCs) with big inner diameter have been successfully synthesized via carbonization of polydopamine (PDA) wrapped halloysite nanotubes (HNTs). The obtained N-STCs have average length of $0.3{\mu}m$ with big inner diameter (50 nm), thin wall (2-3 nm) and large surface area ($776m^2g^{-1}$), and show excellent electrochemical properties. As an example in electrochemical applications, N-STCs were used to electrochemically detect hydrogen peroxide ($H_2O_2$) and glucose. The results showed that the N-STCs modified glassy carbon (N-STCs/GC) electrode had much better analytical performance (lower detection limit and wider linear range) compared to the acid-treated carbon nanotubes (AO-CNTs) based GC electrode. The unique structure endows N-STCs the enhanced electrochemical performance and promising applications in electrochemical sensing.

      • The Community Discovery Algorithm Based on Label Cohesion

        Label Propagation Algorithm is a kind of community discovery method. This algorithm contains large numbers of random selections, which made the result uncertain and reduced the stability of the algorithm. In order to solve these problems, this paper proposed Label Cohesion Algorithm (LCA). In LCA algorithm the label propagation process is divided into two steps. The first step is taking pretreatments on the original labels. The second step is label updating. In the first step we change node label though node centripetal. In the second step the paper use label Cohesion as the judgement to choose the new label. Finally the experimental result shows that the accuracy of the algorithm has been improved.

      • B-cell Lymphoma 2 rs17757541 C>G Polymorphism was Associated with an Increased Risk of Gastric Cardiac Adenocarcinoma in a Chinese Population

        Aim: Apoptosis has been considered as a fundamental component in cancer pathogenesis, and related genetic factors might play an important role in gastric cardiac adenocarcinoma (GCA) genesis. Methods: We conducted a hospital based case.control study to evaluate the genetic effects of functional single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs): BCL2 rs17757541 C>G, BCL2 rs12454712 T>C, FAS rs2234767 G>A, FASL/FASLG rs763110 C>T, ERBB2 rs1136201 A>G and VEGFR2/KDR rs11941492 C>T on the development of GCA. A total of 243 GCA cases and 476 controls were recruited for the study and genotypes were determined using a custom-by-design 48-Plex SNPscan$^{TM}$ Kit. Results: The BCL2 rs17757541 C>G polymorphism was associated with increased risk of GCA. However, there was no significant associations with the other five SNPs. Stratified analyses indicated a significantly increased risk of GCA associated with the BCL2 rs17757541 C>G polymorphism among males, older patients and those with a history of smoking or drinking. Conclusion: These findings indicated that the functional polymorphism BCL2 rs17757541 C>G might contribute to GCA susceptibility. However, our results were limited by small sample size. Future larger studies are required to confirm our current findings.

        Two new tirucallane triterpenoids from the leaves of Aquilaria sinensis

        Two new tirucallane triterpenoids, aquilacallanesA–B (1–2), together with 15 known compounds(3–17) were isolated from the leaves of Aquilaria sinensis. The structures of these new compounds were elucidated onthe basis of extensive spectroscopic analyses. All compoundswere evaluated for their cytotoxic activity againstfive human cancer cell lines. The known compounds,ursolic acid (7) and 5,7,40-trimethoxyflavone (14), exhibitedweak cytotoxic activity against some cells.

        Depth-enhanced integral imaging system based on spatial filtering

        An integral imaging system enabling an enhanced depth of field is proposed based on spatial filtering. In the proposed system, spatial filtering is used on each elemental image to obtain a depth-enhanced elemental image in the pickup stage, and the obtained elemental images are composed to form an elemental image array for the computational reconstruction in the display stage. A preliminary experiment was carried out, and the experiment results verified the feasibility of the system.

        Predicting connection integrity with consideration of thermo stress

        In the conventional gas seal analysis of special threaded joints, the influence of temperature stress caused by the difference between formation temperature and fluid temperature in casing is often neglected. However, the influence mechanism of temperature stress is prerequisite information for accurately predicting the safe operating conditions that prevent a premium connection from being damaged. In this paper, we propose a model that includes these effects to predict the safe operating pressures and temperatures that will prevent seal failure. For the temperature stress, we propose a finite element model of thermal solid coupling. Subsequent stress changes are evaluated by a fully coupled model of thermal solid coupling to analyze the mechanical behavior of the premium connection. We predict the safe operating envelope (SOE) for premium connection failures caused by pressure and temperature perturbations after make-up. Our model predicts that radial pressure is a key factor for connection failure, especially for rapid temperature changes. If the formation temperature is high and the casing fluid temperature is low, the influence of temperature stress will increase under this working condition, resulting in an increase in the probability of failure of premium connections. Compared with conventional premium connection models, the model of thermal solid coupling predicts a smaller SOE when heating the internal casing fluid and a larger envelope when cooling the internal casing fluid. Finally, the heating rate was considered with respect to field applications. The heating rate was also considered, and slower heating/cooling rates can prevent damage to the seal integrity. Finally, the model was applied to explain several laboratory and field experiments and achieved good matches.

        Nonlinear Model Predictive Control (NMPC) based shared autonomy for bilateral teleoperation in CFETR Remote Handling

        During the process of bilateral teleoperation, operators not only need to perform complex maintenance tasks but also have to constantly monitor the safety of the operation, leading to reduced operational efficiency. Therefore, in this paper, we introduce a shared autonomous scheme that intervenes in the operator’s command input when necessary, autonomously ensuring the safe operation of the manipulator by employing a rolling horizon planning controller based on Nonlinear Model Predictive Control (NMPC). This controller considers the motion boundaries and collision avoidance constraints of the manipulator, accompanied by the design of corresponding objective functions. To validate the effectiveness of the proposed method, we conduct tests on collision-free trajectory tracking and comprehensive performance with collision constraints, confirming the feasibility and excellent performance of the approach.

        Coat colour phenotype of Qingyu pig is associated with polymorphisms of melanocortin receptor 1 gene

        Objective: Qingyu pig, a Chinese indigenous pig breed, exhibits two types of coat colour phenotypes, including pure black and white with black spotting respectively. Melanocortin receptor 1 (MC1R) and agouti signaling protein (ASIP) are two widely reported pivotal genes that significantly affect the regulation of coat colour. The objectives of this study were to investigate whether the polymorphisms of these two genes are associated with coat colour and analyze the molecular mechanism of the coat colour separation in Qingyu pig. Methods: We studied the phenotype segregation and used polymerase chain reaction amplification and Sanger sequencing to investigate the polymorphism of MC1R and ASIP in 121 Qingyu pigs, consisting of 115 black and 6 white with black spotted pigs. Results: Coat colour of Qingyu pig is associated with the polymorphisms of MC1R but not ASIP. We only found 2 haplotypes, EQY and Eqy, based on the 13 observed mutations from MC1R gene. Among which, Eqy presented a recessive inheritance mode in black spotted Qingyu pigs. Further analysis revealed a g.462-463CC insertion that caused a frameshift mutation and a premature stop codon, thus changed the first transmembrane domain completely and lost the remaining six transmembrane domains. Altogether, our results strongly support that the variety of Qingyu pig’s coat colour is related to MC1R. Conclusion: Our findings indicated that black coat colour in Qingyu pig was dominant to white with black spotted phenotype and MC1R gene polymorphism was associated with coat colour separation in Qingyu pig.
