원위 대퇴골의 고립성 골연골종에서 발생한 속발성 연골 육종 1례 보고

연골육종은 비교적 서서히 자라며 늦게 전이하는 악성 연골 종양으로 알려져 있다. 골 연골종에서 발생한 속발성 연골육종은 발생빈도는 드물며 타부위로의 전이가 적고 악성도가 낮은 경우가 많아 적합한 수술적 치료로서 좋은 예후를 보이는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 본 동국대학교 정형외과학 교실에서는 우측 대퇴골 원위부 골간단부에 생긴 고립성 골 연골종에서 이차적으로 발생한 연골육종을 치험한 바 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Secondary chondrosarcomas arising from a solitary osteocartilaginous exostosis are rare and those have a better prognosis than other chondrosarcomas, and they rarely metastasize. We present our experience with a case of secondary chondrpsarcoma arising in solitary osteochondroma of distal metaphysis of right femur with clinical details.

본 실험에는 자동 압력 조절 회로 장치를 고안하여 일정한 가스압력을 유지시킬 수 있는 4π비례계수기와 두 대의 Nal(T1)섬광검출기를 방사능 측정에 사용하였다.β채널의 저에너지 문턱준위 변화방법(Low energy threshold level variation method)에 의한 전기적 에너지 선별로써 그에 대응하는 Nc/Ny의 값들을 불감시간손실과 우연동시계수에 대한 인자를 실험 계통적으로 적절히 보저아어서 효율으 삼법을 적용하여 ?Hg 선원의 절대 붕괴율으 산출하였다. 측정결과는 1993년 4월 기준 1.2952MBq/g±0.19%를 얻었다. In this experiment, we deviced a auto-controlled pressure circuit system to measure the absolute disntegration rate of ?Hg which controls constant gas flow rate, an took a 4π-proportional counter and two Nal(Tl)scintillation detectors as a detecting system. Corresponding to Nc/Nr, the dta was obtained by means of low ergy threshld level variation, and applied to the efficiency extrapolation method taking dead time loss and accidental coincidence factors into consideration. As a result , we obtained 1. 2951 MBq/g 0.19%at the present time ,April 1993.

<P> In this paper, spatiotemporal behavior of the excited Xe-atom density of <TEX> <TEX>$1{\rm s}_{5}$</TEX></TEX> metastable state was investigated by laser-absorption spectroscopy in alternating-current plasma display panel in accordance with the Xe mole fraction to Ne, which can be connected to the relative luminous efficiency over all spaces in a discharge cell. The various test panels with Xe mole fractions of 4%, 7%, 10%, and 15% to Ne have been used in this paper, in which discharge cell with T-typed indium–tin–oxide electrode and closed-barrier rib has been adopted. In this paper, the density of metastable state for the excited Xe atom is found to increase slowly beyond the Xe mole fraction of 10%. It is also accordingly noted that the luminous efficiency increases slowly beyond the Xe mole fraction of 10%, which is similar to that of the density of the excited Xe atoms in the metastable state in this paper. </P>

Polymer for NanoImprint Lithograph (NIL) process has been developed as well as development of the process and equipment. It is significant to develop the investigation technique of thermal nano-indentation behavior and mechanical properties of polymer to fabricate high quality nanostructure by varying a variety of T(Thermal)-NIL process parameters. Necessity of database construction for material properties dependent on time at the room and elevated temperature has been growing because a NIL process has been widely used in industries. The D/B has been accumulated through many NIL simulation at room temperature. However, D/B construction at high temperature has not been performed. This paper demonstrates computational process for thermal nanoindenation by using ABAQUS to optimize hyper-fine patterning process through thermal nanoindentation. The experimental and numerical results are compared to validate the computational method. Therefore, PMMA was nanoindented under forming conditions which minimize the elastic recover and pile-up. Thermal nanoindentation experiments were conducted at the temperature between 110 and <TEX>$150^{\circ}C$</TEX>. Continuous Stiffness Measurement (CSM) was performed during thermal nanoindentation by using a nanoindenter and hot stage. The effect of the maximum indentation depth of 2000 nm on mechanical properties at glass transition temperature of PMMA was investigated.

Liquid suppository systems composed of poloxamers and bioadhesive polymers were easy to administer to the anus and mucoadhesive to the rectal tissues without leakage after the dose. However, a liquid suppository system containing diclofenac sodium could not be developed using bioadhesive polymers, since the drug was precipitated in this preparation. To develop a lipuid suppository system using sodium chloride insteas of bioadhesive polymers, the physicochemical properties such as gelation temperature, gel strength and bioadhesive force of various formulations composed of diclofenac sodium, poloxamers and sodium chloride were investigated. The mixtures of P 407(15%) and P 188 (15-20%) existed as a liquid at room temperature, but gelled at physiological temperature. Diclofenac sodium significantly increased the gelation temperature and weakend the gel strength and bioadhesive force, while sodium chloride did the opposite. Furthermore, the poloxamer gels with less than 1.0% of sodium chloride, in which the drug was not precipitated, were inserted into the rectum of rabbits without difficulty and leakage, and retained in the rectum of rats for at least 6 h. Our results suggested that a thermosensitive liquid suppository system with sodium chloride and poloxamers was a more physically stable and convenient rectal dosage form for diclofenac sodium.

Intramuscular hematoma in inner pelvic wall may not be a common problem for orthopaedic surgeons. It may be associated with fractures of pelvic bone, or bleeding tendency from various reasons Usually these hematomae are managed conservatively because they have no harmful effect to the patient, their position makes it difficult to approach. Furthermore, the diagnosis of the hematomae is not simple, so suspicion is important for its diagnosis. We experienced one case of delayed intramuscular hematoma in iliacus muscle in a 16-year old boy who had suffered blunt trauma to the pelvic area five weeks before. MRI had a signiticant role in the diagnosis of the hematoma. After evacuation of the hematoma, the patient recovered to normal status. Concerning about its unusual course and diagnostic significances of MRI, we report this case after reviewing of the literatures.

<P>We report a robust one-dimensional (1D) nanoparticle-assembly strategy that uses the self-assembly of nanoparticles with ligand and thermal controls, polyethylene glycol (PEG) with thiol and carboxyl groups, and nanoparticle oligomer and polymer codewetting process to form ultralong and continuous 1D nanochains. The 1D nanochains were assembled with closely packed 1D nanoparticle oligomer building blocks, elongated and buttressed by dynamic 1D PEG templates formed on a hydrophobic surface via anisotropic spinodal dewetting. Using this strategy, nanoparticle-packed 1D nanochains (similar to 1 nm interparticle spacing) were fabricated with similar to 60 nm-width and a few to >10 mu m-length (nearly 20 mu m in some cases) from 20 nm gold nanoparticles. Our findings offer insights and open revenues for particle assembly processes and, as given by universality in colloid aggregation, should be readily applicable to various nanoparticles.</P>
