        This work were researched the physico-chemical effect by the change of circumference, net weight, and moisture of the cigarette. At the same net weight, the pressure drop(E.P.D.) was increased as the circumference was decreased. Loss end and firmness were improved by reduction of circumrference. In this condition, tar, nicotine and carbon monooxide were decreased as the net weight increased, and the net weight 700mg bellow, tar was decreased, carbon monooxide and puffcount were opposite to nicotine. As the moisture was decrease, the firmness was improved, and endness was increased. Also nicotine and carbon monooxide tend to increased.

      • 殺蟲性 O,O-Diethylphenylphosphate 誘導體의 形態와 反應性에 關한 分子軌道論的 硏究

        Molecular orbital theoretical study on the stability of conformations and chemical reactivity of 0,0-diethyphenylphosphate derivatives were carried out by EHT and CNDO/2 molecular orbital calculation method. The results shown that the dipole moment(μ) and total energies of the θ=90° conformer were μ=3.185D & E_t=-162.6479(au) and also that of the θ=0° conformer were μ=5.596D & E_t=-162.4013(au), respectively. Therefore, the values of μ & E_t of the θ=90° conformer were much smaller than that of the θ=0° conformer. The form with angle of rotation θ=90° of phenyl ring was shown to be most stable and this was interpreted in terms of electrostatic and steric effect. O,O-diethylphenylphosphate derivatives are predicted to increase both charge and orbital controlled SN_2 reactivity of the electron withdrawing substituent reduces the HOMO & LUMO energy, while the electron withdrawing substituent due to increase in positive charge of phosphorus atom of phosphate molecule.

      • Glycerine흡수에 미치는 잎담배 함수분과 처리시간 및 온도의 영향에 관한 연구

        The absorption of glycerine solution into several kinds of tobacco leaves by the dipping method was studied and the following results were obtained : The absorption of the solution into the tobacco leaves was correlated positively with increase of the temperature and time. There was a negative correlation between the absorption of solution and the moisture content of the tobacco leaves before dipping. The capacity of the leaf absorbing the solution goes up corresponding to the stalk position. The difference of the capacity of tobacco leaf absorbing the solutions was examined among the several varieties. When the tobacco leaves were dipped into the 40%(w / w) aqueous glycerine solution, they absorded both water and glycerine without selective absorption.

        In this paper is presented the effect of ?? concentration on the efficiency of the turbidity removal by flocculation with alum or ferric sulfate. It is confirmed that pH range of the optimal flocculation conditions for the raw water contained the initial ?? concentration of 80mg/1 is expanded to 5-8 or 4-6, res-pectively, by treating with alum and ferric sulfate as a coagulants. The residual turbidity treated water is also decreased to 2NTU with alum and to 4NUT for the case of ferric sulfate. The determined agglomeration rate constant, K₁, and erosion rate constant, K₂, for floc are as follows; coagulants agglomeration rate constant erosion rate constant (initial ?? conc.) K₁ K₂ alum(80mg/1) 0.29 0.3 ferric sulfate(40mg/1) 0.35 0.26 Here is discussed the number of the reactor for the continuous flow needed to treating below 5NTU and also discussed treated watar quality which is predicted from kinetic model by using agglomeration rate constant, K₁, and erosion rate constant, k₂.

        m-Methylphenyl N-methylcarbamate 유도체들의 살충활성 메카니즘

        A Series of meta and para-substituted phenyl N-methylcarbamate derivatives were synthesized and influence of substituents(X) on the molecular orbital(MO) quantities of carbonyl group, carbamylation reaction center, and insecticidal activities(pI_50) were discussed quantitatively. From these findings, the most stable streo conformer(Z) shows that the planer phenyl group occupies vertical(θ=90˚) position on the plane of the N-methylcarbamyl group. The carbamylation mechanism was proposed that the carbamylation process of acetylcholinesterase(ACh.E) by m-methyl substituted phenyl N-methylcarbamate derivatives proceeds via hyperconjugation of m-methyl group and carbonyl oxygene protonation, theromodynamically control reaction with acidic site of ACh.E.

        Education is the process of acquiring or transferring knowledge from our existing body of tyeory and experience. The educational process must provide the Civil Engineers with ability to comprehend and adapt to the continuing changes in the practice of their profession. During the past several years, many practice-oriented educational programs and researchoriented programs have developed for students, but most of them are related to the improvement of curriculum. This paper deals exclusively with the spot-practice of civil engineering students. As the results of an analysis for the spot-practice, it is realized that the past spot-practice was somewhat isolated from outside environment and found too rigid to meet the changing requirements. The improvement of the spot-practice for civil engineering students is strongly recommended to produce qualified teachers, taking into account the changing social demands.

        4년제 간호대학(과) 실습 비 및 실습기자재 표준안 개발을 위한 기초조사연구

        To describe the states of the laboratory facilities, equipment and expenses for practice in a four-year nursing schools and to analyze mandatory requirements for laboratory facilities and equipment. Method: A descriptive survey research design was used. The participants were 49 of the 4-year nursing schools across the nation. The data were collected by e-mail. The return rate were questionnaires was 63.3%(n=31). Result: In 2001 the total expenses for laboratory practice were 21,865,230won and the average per student was 102,418won. Types of laboratories included single and complex. The mean size for laboratories was 318.7 m^2 and mean size for laboratories for fundamental nursing was 161.1m^2. The range for number of students in a laboratory class was 20-30 for eight universities(30.8%). Among required laboratory equipment, items that were mercury and aneroid sphygmomanometers for children, electronic sphygmomanometers. Bell type fetal stetho-scopes, sheepskin, beds for children, for gynecology, and electronic hilo beds. Among the elective equipment, items that were deficient in 50% of the universities were O^2 tents, and incentive spirometers. The number of items that needs to add to the equipment and 22 for elective equipment. Conclusion: A standardized mandatory list of equipment for laboratory facilities and expenses for practice in 4-year nursing schools needs to be developed.

      • Benzotriazole계 유도체의 제초활성과 분자 설계

        Benzotriazole 유도체들의 정량적인 구조와 발아후 벼(Oryzae sativa L) 및 피(Echinochloa crus-galli)에 대한 생장저해 활성값(pI_50)사이의 관계들이 QSAR 방법으로 연구되었다. QSAR 분석에 의하면, 자유 라디칼 파라미터(E_R)가 매우 중요한 요소이었으며 pI_50 값은 파라치환기(X)의 E_R 파라미터에 대하여 포물선형의 관계를 나타내었다. (3)의 생장저해 활성은 (4)보다 우세하였으며 생장저해 활성이 가장 큰 화합물은 (3b)이었고 피의 생장저해 활성에 대한 E_R 파라미터의 적정값은 각각 E_R(3)=0.52와 E_R(4)=0.15이었다. 분자설계 결과, 치환기(X)가 전자 끌게이고 적정값 (0.52)와 E_R 파라미터를 가지는 분자가 가장 활성이 클 것으로 기대되었으며 Benzotriazole 유도체들의 생장저해 활성은 광합성반응(PS-II)에서 전자전달을 효과적으로 차단하는 결과로 믿어진다(1991년 9월 15일 접수, 1991년 9월 31일 수리). The relationships between the quantitative structure of benzotriazoles and their post-emergence growth inhibiting activity(pI_50) against Oryzae sativa L. and Echinochloa crus-galli were investigated using a generalized quantitative structure activity relationships(QSAR). According to the QSAR analysis, the free radical parameter (E_R) is a very important factor and the growth inhibiting activity values showed parabolic relation to E_R parameter of para-substituents(X). The activity of (3) was superior to those of (4) and (3b) is selected as the most highly effective compound. The optimal values of E_R parameter of the growth inhibiting activity aganist E. crus-galli are E_R(3)=0.52 and E_R(4)=0.15, respectively. From the result of molecular design, the substituents(X) of electron withdrawing properties and E_R parameter of optimal value(0.52) were most desirable for high activity of the benzotriazoles. And in view of this, benzotriazoles may also be effective in blocking the photosynthetic electron transfer.

      • 살충성 O,O-Dimethyl-O-(3-Methyl-4-Nitrophenyl)-phosphorothioate (Sumithion^�)의 전기화학적 환원반응에 미치는 Micell의 영향

        The electrochemical reduction of sumithion in various surfactants, LaLS, CTABr, Triton X-100 and in acetonitrile solution has been examined by DC, DP polarography and cyclic voltammetry (CV). Especially, in anionic surfactant, NaLS solution, the height of reduction wave is dramatic eliminated and half-wave potentials are shifted to strong negative potential (-2.7 volt vs. Ag-AgCl) by repulsion of nitro group in sumithion and anionic micell surfaces. The processes of reduction of sumithion were irreversibly electrochemical mechanism and the result of the reaction at high cathodic potential (-2.7 v. vs. Ag-AgCl), O,O-dimethyl-O-(3-methylhydoxyaminophenyl) phosphorothioate is formed as major product via O,O-dimethyl-O-(3-methylnitrosophenyl) phosphorothioate in NaLS micell solution.

        유기성 산업폐기물의 고온·호기성 퇴비화 및 비효평가

        In order to find a way to utilize paper mill sludge, its composting was conducted with anaerobic waste of kraft paper sludge, raw kraft paper sludge, and CMC sludge(CMC : Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose) under aerobic condition at 50℃. It took 3 days for initial fermentation with anaerobic waste and CMC sludge, and six days with raw kraft paper sludge. Each compost was applied to radish(Rhaphanus Stativus L.), and absorption rate of staple nutrients increased 6.7~9.3 times higher in N, 17~21 times in P and 2~3 times in K than control at the harvesting stage. Also, organic matter contents were increased 1.5~2.3 times 4.5~5.3 times in CEC compared to control soil.
