To develope more effective extraction methods for paraquat in soil, some modification methods were accomplished in two different types of soil. For extraction of tightly bound-paraquat, conc. HCl 70㎖ were added with different shaking times, and then H₂SO₄reflux were performed for an hour. In this case, 60 minutes shaking were optimum and recovery were increased more 1.09∼1.50 folds(84.0% in high clay contents soil, but 96.7% in low clay contents soil) and the long-time consuming step, filtration were easily done, with decreasing filtration time were shorter 4.6 folds(ca. 11∼14min.) than general paraquat analytical method(ca. 55∼65min.). And only H₂O₂digestion with different volume and refluxing time resulted in recovery increasing. Nevertheless, considering analyst`s safety, 30㎖ of H₂O₂addition and 30 minutes reflux were regarded as optimum condition. Although, Kjeldahl digestion with H₂O₂showed relatively high recovery, it is not significant statistically. For extraction of loosely bound-paraquat, 0.01, 0.1, 1.0, 10.0M of NH₄Cl and of CaCl₂compared with 1.5∼24hr of different shaking time. There were no loosely bound residues of paraquat.
한국인 고혈압 환자에서 수면 시간과 알부민뇨의 연관성: 국민건강영양조사 2011-2012년 자료 이용

Background: Albuminuria is an indicator of renal impairment in patients with diabetes or hypertension. Studies on the effect of sleep duration on albuminuria in hypertension patients are limited. Hence, the purpose of this study was to investigate the association between sleep duration and albuminuria in Korean hypertension patients. Methods: In this cross-sectional study, data on hypertensive patients were obtained from the fifth Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (2011–2012). Participants were classified into five groups according to self-reported sleep duration. Multiple logistic regression analyses were performed to determine the association between sleep duration and albuminuria. Results: When the sleep duration was shorter than 5 hours or longer than 9 hours, the odds ratio (OR) for albuminuria was significantly higher. After adjusting for age, sex, diabetes, hemoglobin A1c, systolic blood pressure, depressive symptom, stress status, smoking status, drinking habit, triglycerides, estimated glomerular filtration rate, and body mass index, ORs (95% confidence interval) for sleep durations of ≤5 hours and ≥9 hours were 1.69 (1.14–2.51) and 2.00 (1.22–3.26), respectively. Conclusion: This study showed that a sleep duration of ≤5 hours or ≥9 hours was associated with the high prevalence of albuminuria in Korean hypertension patients. 연구배경: 알부민뇨는 당뇨병이나 고혈압 환자에서 신장 손상의 지표로 활용된다. 고혈압 환자에서 수면 시간이 알부민뇨에 미치는 영향에대한연구는 제한적이었다. 본연구는 국내고혈압 환자를대상으로 수면 시간과 알부민뇨의 연관성에 대해 조사하였다. 방법: 2011–2012년 제5기 국민건강영양조사 자료를 이용하였다. 3,275명의 국내 고혈압 환자를 최종 대상자로 선정하여 연구를 진행하였다. 대상자들은 하루 평균 수면 시간에 따라 5시간 이하, 6시간,7시간, 8시간, 9시간 이상의 5개 군으로 분류하였다. 수면 시간과 알부민뇨의 연관성을 확인하기 위해 복합 표본 로지스틱 회귀분석을시행하였다. 결과: 수면 시간이 5시간 이하로 짧거나 9시간 이상으로 길어질 경우 알부민뇨에 대한 교차비가 유의하게 높았다. 연령, 성별, 당뇨병의유무, 당화혈색소(HbA1C), 수축기 혈압, 우울 증상의 유무, 스트레스 인지 정도, 흡연 습관, 음주 습관, 중성지방, eGFR, 체질량지수(body mass index)를 보정한 후에도 6시간 수면 군에 비해 5시간 이하 수면 군의 교차비는 1.69 (95% confidence interval [CI], 1.14–2.51), 9시간 이상 수면 군의 교차비는 2.00 (95% CI, 1.22–3.26)으로 통계적으로유의하게 높았다. 결론: 한국인 고혈압 환자에서 부적절한 수면 시간을 취할 때 알부민뇨의 유병률이 높았다.

Objective: To evaluate pre-stroke bone mineral density (BMD) of the patients with first stroke events. We previously reported that pre-stroke BMD of first stroke patients with severe immobility were relatively lower than those of normal population. In current study, we evaluated pre-stroke BMD of patients in first stroke patients regardless of severity or type of stroke. Method: The 121 patients with first stroke events were included. To reflect pre-stroke BMD, patients who had bone densitometry scans within the first thirty days from onset were chosen. The BMDs of the lumbar spine and both femurs (total hip and femoral neck) were examined. Results: Among the 121 stroke patients, 56.2% were osteoporotic and 28.1% were osteopenic. In the female patients, 78.1% were osteoporotic and 20.5% were osteopenic. In the male patients, 22.9% were osteoporotic and 39.6% were osteopenic. Conclusion: Patients with first stroke events showed a high prevalence of pre-stroke low BMD. In the acute stages of stroke, bone loss progression is rapid. Therefore, such a high prevalence of pre-stroke low BMD can bring on a greater risk of fractures and additional functional loss. Early screening and active intervention of osteoporosis including patient education from the acute stages of stroke is crucial. This study is a prizewinning work at the international design competition of landscape composition and environment shape object planning for the Incheon International Airport in November 2007. To create unique and creative sculptures and spaces that represent the gateway to Korea, it was planned with a theme "the dancing sky." I found the design motive fit for the purpose from the doings of using the airport, sensitivity, and expressions of the natural aspects of Korea and comprehensively represented the dynamicity of exciting dancing on the space planning. For this cause, landscape composition factors derived from the analysis of vehicle speed on the road and the surrounding environment were applied to the systematic approach and design techniques. I worked out the environmental and sculptures plan on the assumption that it only takes three minutes for a vehicle to pass through the 1.2-kilometer-long target area (as of at an speed of 80 km/h), considering the sense of place and environmental characteristics of the airport. Accordingly the essential point of this study is to create an outcome of environmental design in which sculptures planning and landscape planning are integrated, based on a landscape experiential sequence that forms an ‘impression’ according to the construction of visual experience and the recognition speed of the target. In addition, to set up the design motive and to find the validity of the motive, I constructed a intended rhythm through an physical environment analysis. This design solution has a significance that it has realized the convergence and harmonization of different design areas through presenting a total concept and comprehensive guides on landscape design elements, sculpture design elements and environmental color planning in open space design. 본 연구는 ‘인천국제공항 랜드마크 경관조성 환경조형물’을 위한 아이디어 국제현상설계에 참가하여 2007년 11월 본 설계경기에 당선된 내용으로 대한민국관문으로서 독창적이며 창의적인 조형물과 공간을 조성하고자 ‘춤추는 하늘’ 이라는 주제로 계획한 것이다. 목적에 적합한 디자인 모티브를 공항을 이용하는 행위와 감성 그리고 한국 자연경관의 표정에서 발췌하고 흥겨운 춤사위의 역동성을 공간에 표현하였다. 적용을 위하여 도로의 차량속도와 환경 분석을 통한 경관구성 인자들을 체계적인 접근방식과 설계기법에 반영하여, 공항이 가지는 공간의 장소성과, 대상구역 1.2㎞ 구간을 통과하는 시간이 약 3분(차량속도 80㎞기준)정도에 지나지 않는다는 환경적 특수성을 고려하여 환경 및 조형물 계획을 진행하였다. 연구의 주안점은 시각적 체험구조와 대상물의 인지 속도에 따라 ‘인상’을 형성해주는 경관체험 시퀀스를 바탕으로 조형물 계획과 조경 계획이 일체화된 환경디자인의 결과물을 조성하는데 목적을 두었다. 또한 디자인 개념설정에 대한 타당성을 찾기 위하여 물리적 환경 분석을 통한 의도된 리듬을 구성하였는데, 이러한 디자인 해법은 외부공간을 계획함에 있어 조경설계의 요소, 조형물설계의 요소, 환경색채계획에 대한 종합적인 지침과 총체적 개념 연출의 바탕을 이루어 서로 다른 디자인 영역간의 융합과 조화를 실현하였다는 점에 의의를 가진다.
