Recently, the concern about groundwater pollution is increasing. And, groundwater was one of the major water resource used as drinking water by eighty percent of the world population, and its utility as industry water, agriculture water, fresh water was increasing. But, when pollution material was found in housing well, by purifying polluted water, the area of doing thorough conservation management was few. Thus, if water resource being regard as unlimited source, the right view of nature and scientific utility were essential because of the problem of its value. The purpose of this study was that investigated groundwater quality pollution condition in the part areas of Kyunggi-do Suwon Si, Yong-In Si, proposed to efficient management plan for pollution occurrence prevention and groundwater quality development by surveying groundwater pollution source. The result of the study was that the groundwater by use purpose could systematically manage water quality since development beginning, management system about groundwater development with use can established.

Recently, many a multimedia software is introduce named CD-title due to equipment of multimedia environment. This paper describes design and implement of multimedia program for guidance of cultural assets and a way of use possessed in a national Chonju museum. Our system use ToolBook as authoring tools, designs system for convenience of user to the highest degree considered. Different point from others provides image enlargement and image processing ability for more delicate observance about surface of cultural assets. Image enlargement is composed of five steps, provides image processing such as bright control and edge enhancement and implement interface through combination of C-routine and ToolBook.
승압 초퍼를 이용한 저압용 BLDC Motor의 구동특성 개선에 관한 연구

BLDC metor(Brushless dc motor) has the magnets mounted on the rotor and the armature winding mounted on the stator. Thus, the armature current is not transmitted through a commutator or slip rings and brushes. These are the major parts which require maintenance. In this reason, BLDC motor is going to substitute a dc motor. This paper deals with low-voltage BLDC motor that is used instead of blower dc motor in car. BLDC motor is supplied by boost chopper to reduce cooper lose, switching device lose and to simplify driving circuit because power source in car is a 12V battery.

Background & Objective: Upon UV irradiation of skin, matrix metalloproteinases are induced and then degrade collagen and elastin which provide the structural integrity of skin. The purpose of this study is to investigate the inhibition of elastase by SCH-T3 extracted from marine plants. Method: From gathered seaweeds, which are Laminariacea and Alariaceae in Phaeophyta, In Korea water, 21 materials were extracted. To determine the optimal condition for the extraction of SCH-T3, the yields of SCH-T3 was measured compared at various solvents, concentrations, and extraction time. Finally, the inhibitory effect of SCH-T3 on elastase was measured under various conentrations of SCH-T3. Results: Among 21 extracts, SCH-T3 had excellent elastase inhibitory effect. The yields of SCH-T3 was highest with the use of 60% and 70% ethanol as sovents, at 12 hours extraction, and with increasing temperature. Conclusion: These results suggest that SCH-T3, extracted from marine plants, has an inhibitory effect on elastase in vitro and may be used in prevention and treatment of photoaging in the future.
