      • 줄넘기 운동이 과체중 남자중학생의 건강체력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 8주간의 줄넘기운동이 남자중학생 비만자의 건강관련 체력변인(근력, 근지구력, 유연성, 전신지구성, 신체구성)에 미치는 영향을 검토하기 위해 체지방율이 25%가 넘는 학생 20명을 운동집단(10명)과 통제집단(10명)으로 분류하여 매주 4회, 6-12분/1set, 그리고 분당 120회의 줄넘기 운동을 138박자 음악에 맞춰 1인용 구름판 위에서 4세트를 실시하였고, 세트당 휴식은 2분간 동적인 휴식을 실시하여 측정한 결과 운동집단에서 체중(1.5kg)과 신체 둘레의 가슴둘레(3.4mm)와 복부둘레(1.4mm), 그리고 체지방률(2.8%)이 모두 유의하게 감소하였다(p<.001), 근기능의 평가항목인 악력(2.6kg)과 아령들기(2.4회/30초)도 유의하게 증가하였으나 통제집단 역시 증가하여 양 그룹사이에서 유의한 차이를 발견하지 못하였다. 반면 하지 근지구력의 측정항목인 앉았다 일어나기는 운동그룹에서 유의한 증가를 보인 반면 (p<.001), 통제집단에서는 유의하지 않았다. 유연성을 평가한 앉아 윗몸 앞으로 구부리기는 운동집단이 9.1에서 10.3cm로 증가하였고(P<.05), 통제집단에서는 유의한 것은 아니나 오히려 약간 감소하였다. 이상과 같이 하지근지구력을 제외한 항목에서는 프로그램 후의 측정값에서 운동그룹과 통제그룹사이에서 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 운동군에서 1600m 걷기로 추정한 최대산섭취량 역시 53.5에서 56.3 mℓ/kg/min으로 유의한 증가(p<.001)를 보였다. 그리고 운동에 참가한 모든 학생이 무릎이나 허리의 통증을 호소한 사람은 한 사람도 없었다. 이상과 같이 음악에 맞추어 실시한 구름판 줄넘기 운동프로그램이 비만 남자중학생의 신체 구성을 포함한 건강관련 체력의 향상과 정형외과적 상해방지에 유효하다는 것을 알았다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the 8 week rope skip exercise program on the health-related fitness for overweight boys (13.6±0.4 years). Twenty boys were randomized into two groups: nonexercising control (C, n=10) and ouexercise (Ex, n=10) groups, The Ex. group had rope skipping four times a week during the 8 weeks (120 skippings/min) with 138 beat music on the spring board After rope skipping program, the difference of the variation is verified by one-way ANOVA and paired t-test and the significance level is set up to .05. There were significant decrease in the percentage body fat and total fat mass in Ex group. And there was significant improvement in the cardiorespiratory fitness and muscular fitness following 8 week of training (p<.001). The results suggest that the rope skipping with music on the spring board is an effective exercise for overweight boys..

      • 콘크리트 바닥판 연속타설에 따른 강상자형교의 거동

        The superstructures of the steel box bridge, which support the vehicle load directly, are composed of two main components; the steel box and the concrete slab, which are designed as a compositely behaving structure. In the composite girder bridges, the concrete pouring procedures cause different bending moments at each location of a girder. The difference in bending moment is also caused by the varied stiffness of the girders. For the open section type of steel girders which is used in many countries, the sequential concrete pouring method is suggested on the basis of the influential lines concept in order to minimize the effect of such moments. However, the effect is insignificant for the closed section steel box girders which are mostly used in Korea. This paper deals with the behavior of closed section steel girder box bridge according to the continuous pouring concrete slab. Both experimental and structural analysis were performed to assess the behavior of the composite steel box girder bridge under construction.

        Nowadays increasing use of abdominal ultrasound in routine check-up may increase the detection rate asymtomatic cystic lesions of pancreas. Even through the majority of the cystic lesions of pancreas is pseudocyst, about 10-15% of those lesions are caused by pancreatic cystic tumor. In the pancreatic cystic tumor, especially, mucinous cystic tumor should be exicised due to its malignant potential, while the pancreatic pseudocyst or serous cystic tumon can be observed for a period or treated medically. Several clinical, radiological, biochemical and pathologic guidelines have been developed in order to distinguish among them. Among pancreatic cystic tumors, mucinous cystic adenocarcinoma is very rare and accounts for only 1% of all pancreatic neoplasms. Unlike extremely poor prognosis of pancreatic adenocarcinoma, mucinous cystic adenocarcinoma has an indolent course and shows a good prognosis after its curative resection. Recently we experienced a 69-year-old woman who had a mucinous cystic adenocarcinoma of the pancreas. We report this case with a review of literature.

        Small cell carcinoma(also known as oat cell carcinoma) of the urinary bladder is an extremely rare malignancy and is derived from neuroendocrine stem cells. It is usually biologically aggressive tumor with early vascular and muscle invasion, so it has poor prognosis. Radiological findings of small cell carcinoma are similar to other malignancies of urinary bladder, therefore it is impossible to distinguish small cell carcinoma from other malignancies. Pathologic study is an only useful method for differential diagnosis of bladder tumor. We report here the case of 74th years old woman presented with painless gross hematuria.

        As the internet becomes widespread and wireless communications technology rapidly develops, the paradigm in the communications market is changing from wired/voiced to wireless/data services. Wireless internet industry has a lot of potential growth because it is based on portable communications and the internet both, yet the industry has some constraints like this : the need of computer and internet connection all the time. So, mobile service using cell phones(PCS) and PDA is a kind of good solutions, but it is so difficult to make a plan for blocking virus such as Timofonica, BAT/119, and Liberty. This paper suggests the virus detection system designed for the mobile environment, especially concerning 'Timofonica' which sent SMS letter messages to the mobile devices through the PCs. This system is to detect viruses for the PCs planned virus detection system for the PCs, detect viruses on the mobile area through the wireless devices and ActiveSync, and save virus information into the DB in the PCs. If the virus detection system for the PCs finds malicious action virus, it blocks viruses to the mobile devices. To block increasing viruses in the PCs, this system search for malicious action by making pattern DB for well-known viruses, based on the existing virus patterns, we define viruses action patterns as a finite automata in order to detect the similar virus action patterns. With the basis of this study, we need to develop further techniques to examine the suspicious viruses automatically to be malicious viruses. This basic detection system on the mobile environment can be applied to the automatic vulnernability patching system or to wireless firewall syste

      • 電氣相似模型에 依한 흙속의 浸透流 解析

        This study was performed to evaluate the usefulness of the electrical analogue model in porous medium. Experimental values by the electrical analogue models were compared with those by the sand models and theoretical values by the fragment method. The results obtained are as follows: 1. The flow lines into the sand model were changed according to rising the upstream water level but those of the electrical analogue model weren't changed, and the equipotential lines were revealed to be almost same in the two kinds of models above. 2. The seepage quantities by the fragment method and the electrical analogue model were a little more than those by the sand model. 3. The exit gradients by the fragment method were steeper than those by the sand model and the electrical analogue model. 4. The seepage quantities were increased in proportion to the increment of the exit gradients. By means of the results above, it may be given as a conclusion that the electrical analogue model test is more useful than the sand model test for appling to seepage flow in the field condition, because the electrical analogue model test is more accurate and simpler. Then, the electrical analogue model test will be able to apply to the three-dimension seepage flow problems.

      • 안양천 등 관내하천의 수질오염분석 및 생태학적 분석에 관한 연구(I)

        안양천등 관내하천에 대한 수질오염분석과 중금속 오염도 조사 및 생태학적분석에 대하여 연구하였다. 아울러 안양천 및 그 지류의 환경진단과 함께 하천을 살릴 수 있는 몇가지 제안을 하였다. 안양천 및 지류의 수질오염분석결과는 측정기간에 BOD값이 평균 25.5mg/L으로, 최저 17.0mg/L에서 최고 36.4mg/L으로 환경기준치를 초과하고 있다. 하천퇴적물에 대한 중금속 오염도 분석결과 5개항목 모두 기준치를 초과하여 높게 나타났으며, 특히 아연(Zn)의 농도는 매우 심각한 것으로 분석되었다. 분석결과는 Zn>Cu> Pb> As> Cd 순을 나타났다. 생태학적 분석에 있어서는 안양천의 상류에서 하류에 이르기까지 어류는 서식하지 못하고 있으며 하류 일부지역에서 오염이 강한 극소수 어류가 발견되었다. The water pollution problem with which Anyangchun river is confronted has been investigated. Water pollution analysis about Anyangchun river and rivers within the province, investigation of a contamination level of heavy metal and ecological analysis were studies. Also, we suggested a few ways to make rivers survive with Anyang watercourse and its tributaries diagnosed environmentally. The result of water pollution analysis for Anyangchun river and its tributaries during the period of measured BOD was average 25.5mg/L, ranging from minimum 17.0mg/L to maximum 36.4mg/L, which exceeds an environment standard level. According to the analysis result of heavy metal contamination level about the river deposit, all of 5 items exceeded the environment base point. Especially, concentration of Zinc was considered very serious. The result of analysis was proven in the order of Zn, Cu, Pb, As, Cd. In ecological analysis, fish couldn't living from the upper water to the lower one in Anyang river and a small minority of fish were discovered in part of the lower water.

        성장에 따른 백서 절치유두의 신경 분포 변화

        출생후 성장에 따른 절치 유두의 신경분포 및 변화를 관찰하기 위하여 생후 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 35일 된 백서와 완전히 성장한 백서를 대상으로 calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP)를 이용한 면역조직 화학적 방법으로 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 생후 1일군에서는 염주알 모양의 굵은 신경섬유가 성긴 결합조직에 나타났다. 5일군에서는 이러한 신경섬유의 밀도와 분지가 증가하여 상피하층으로 더욱 가까이 연장되었고 여러개의 varicosities도 관찰되었다. 10일군부터 신경섬유의 분지 및 밀도가 증가하였고 상피하층에서 신경총을 관찰할 수 있었으며 상피내 신경섬유의 진입을 관찰할 수 있었다. 20일군에서는 증가된 상피층내 신경섬유를 관찰할 수 있었으나 25일군에서부터 전반적인 신경섬유의 분포 및 밀도가 많이 감소되었으며 성장이 완료된 군에서는 chemosensory corpuscle 지역을 제외하고는 신경섬유를 거의 관찰할 수 없었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the distribution of nerves in the incisive papilla of rat by each developing stage. The distribution on nerves in the incisive papilla was investigated by means of immunohistochemistry using an antibody against calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP). The results were as follows : At 1 day after birth, CGRP-immunoreactive(IR) nerve fibers first appeared in loose connective tissue without forming an apparent terminal structure. At 5 days, the CGRP-IR nerve fibers increased in density and extended more to subepithelium. CGRP-IR nerve fiber began to penetrate into the epithelium at 10 days and reached maximum at 20 days. At 25 days, intraepithelial nerve fibers were not found, and the distribution and density of nerve fiber began to decrease. In adult rat, the nerve fiber almost could not be found in dome region except in chemosensory corpuscle region.

        척골 지단 신경의 전기생리학적 연구

        The ulnar nerve extends down the arm, across the elbow, and into the hand. It provides sensation to the little and ring fingers and activates many of the small muscles in the hand. The determination of peripheral nerve conduction velocity is an important part of ulnar nerve evaluation. The electrodiagnostic value as neurophysiologic investigative procedure has been known for many years but normal value of digital nerve was not reported in korea. The purpose of this investigation was to measure the digital nerve conduction velocity of ulnar nerve for obtain clinically useful reference value and compare difference in each fingers and then compare with the other countries. 71 normal Korean volunteers (age, 19-65 years; 142 hands) examined who has no history of peripheral neuropathy, diabetic mellitus, chronic renal failure, endocrinedisorders, anti-cancer medicine, anti-tubercle medicine, alcoholism, trauma, radiculopathy. Nicolet Viking Ⅱ(EMG machine) was use for detected conduction velocity and amplitude of digital nerve in ulnar nerve. Data analysis was performed using SPSS. Descriptive analysis was used for obtain mean and standard deviation and independent t-test was used to compare with ring and little finger. Conduction velocity of the right ring finger was 57.44m/sec and little finger was 55.32msec. The left ring finger was 55.55msec and little finger was 54.11msec. Amplitude of the right ring finger was 30.28µV and little finger was 48.36µV. The left ring finger was 30.67µV and little finger was 57.76µV. There were significantly difference between ring and little in amplitude (p<.05) but there were no statistically difference between conduction velocity of ring and little finger (p>.05). The amplitude of little finger are greater than ring finger. The present results revealed that electodiagnosis can easily perform in little finger for digital nerve of ulnar nerve study.
